Google
I super love this venue !! We have seen multiple shows here, HALSEY, GOD IS A WEAPON, and their first concert ever back in 2009 to name a few and it’s gotten even better over the years! Great acoustics for an outdoor venue, great drinks, and friendly staff!! Except for ONE staff member that stood out for all the wrong reason. The staff member stationed at section 101, older lady, who took her job way too damn seriously. Who thought she was the gateway to protecting innocence. The last defense from protecting the artist and the precious venue. Whose job she thought was to be rude to anyone who talked to her 🫡🫡🫡🫡 My wife l, me, my friend, anyone she saw. You take away from the experience BY YOURSELF. That’s not an easy feat.

Google
Great place for a concert! We have seen several shows here and they all rocked. We just saw Collective Soul here and it was great. The acoustics here are awesome even though its outdoors. Our seats were just okay considering we had a tree view. I also dont like the fact that the place is cashless. Still though this is a cool venue

Google
We attended the Rod Stewart concert here, our first time visiting this venue. We were very impressed. We elected to sit in the grassy area and it was perfect. A light breeze kept the summer heat from being unbearable. The line to get in was long, but it moved quickly. There were lots of vendors to buy food, drink, souvenirs, etc. Vendors came around offering drinks during the concert. Several people came up to the Will Call window looking for tickets and upgrades. The event was sold out, so I recommend getting your tickets in advance. I hope we get a chance to come back here again soon.

Google
Attended the Outlaw Music Festival recently and really enjoyed the event. It is a good idea to call the amphitheater for directions to your specific lot. Their directions were much clearer and easier to get to your specific lot than what pops up when you simply input the street address in GoogleMaps. I highly recommend the premier parking lot. Security check at the gate was quick and friendly. I also recommend checking out the merchandise online beforehand. It saves a lot of your time if you have already decided what you want to purchase. Business was brisk, and the vendors were super nice. We sat under cover and enjoyed the comfortable seats. The show was great. So lucky to have seen legends sing. Exiting the parking lot was orderly and quick.

Google
The best venue for a large rock concert in the greater ATL area. The show was amazing! Security was absolutely wonderful. They gave us water when we needed it. They were excellent with pulling crowd surfers over the barricade without injuries. The security was also very fair with distributing items the band threw that missed the crowd. That speaks volumes that they care about keeping the patrons happy and wanting to come back. Thanks for a great show!

Google
@kplusds We had a fabulous time at our concert! Event staff were so friendly and helpful. We had the VIP lounge access - which we totally enjoyed. Clean bathrooms, wait staff, walk up bar, food - all top notch.

Google
Went to see a concert here. Had an amazing experience. I love that the price of the ticket included basic parking in either the A or B lot. Just show your ticket at the entrance and they let you through. They had staff in the parking lot reminding you what you couldn't take into the amphitheater. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were multiple merch booths and multiple snack and beverage bars on all sides of the amphitheater. Even for a sold out show there never seemed to be a long line at any. All the areas seemed clean. Parking opened at 5:30 pm, gates at 6, and first act at 7. Headliner finished at 11. Was out to my car and out the parking lot in 30 mins. Easiest exit I've had at a venue this size in Atlanta. That would never happen at the one south of the city. Food was pricey, around 20 bucks for a personal pizza or a burger and fries. Best deal was a ranch chicken wrap for 7 and a shaved ice for 8. They do have free water bottle refill stations, so bring your water bottle. The lawn was a nice slope. First come, first serve. You can't bring in lawn chairs but can rent them there. They also have a reserved section with Adirondack chairs. The seating area was nice and I picked to sit in the front row of a rise (Row P) in case I had someone tall in front of me. The person wound up not being tall, but had a cowboy hat. It was easy to see over it. They also had some sections with tables and chairs or outdoor sofas that had wait service. Overall a beautiful venue. Will definitely catch more shows there.

Google
We really enjoy this venue. I wish it wasn't so far from us, but we make the drive. It's got great acoustics, and we usually get lawn seats. You can still see the band pretty good, they're just small lol, but they've got big screens on the sides of the stage. I love that you can bring a refillable water bottle with you. I, however, hate that you have to rent their chairs now instead of bringing your own. It just feels like a money grab. Especially since it was $15 a chair and now it's $20 a chair. But it is very entertaining watching everyone try to gather as many chairs as they can afterwards to get that $1/chair back. We also love watching people go freaking insane trying to get out of that parking lot. Like, lose their mind, yell at each other insane. That's one of our favorite past times. 🤣

Yelp
GREAT SUMMER CONCERT VENUE! Have been here a few times to see concerts (Big Time Rush, Kesha) and have had really great experiencing. Parking is good and kept further away from the venue than other concert spaces - that help with getting out faster at the end. Unless you really want to see the artist up-close, I'd definitely opt for the lawn tickets. You still have a great view of the stage and the vibes are much more casual for eating/drinking/dancing. One major issue - drink prices are INSANE. Definitely be prepared to spend in that sense... that's the trade off for cheaper tickets than other concert venues I guess. Overall, definitely my favorite concert venue near ATL (that I've been to so far).

Yelp
This was my first time to this venue. I had such a great experience that I immediately began looking up their future events to see when I could come back!! I called the venue a few days before because we needed to get some clarity on the ADA arrangements. The person on the phone was so thorough and helpful. I felt completely confident that I would have a great time. On the way there, clear signage told me exactly where to turn to get to my assigned lot. When I pulled in, I was greeted and told where to turn once I entered the driveway. I really appreciate the extra information. There were portapotties in the parking lot with hand washing stations. This was helpful because if you get there early enough for a good parking space, the gates to the venue are likely not open yet. We waited about 40 minutes due to our early arrival time. Once we got inside, a supervisor named Jennifer made our night. She was helpful to make sure that we got to the ADA section and even used the radio to let them know we were coming. They already had seating arranged for us when we got there a few moments later. Just perfect. We had popcorn and a brat while inside. They also have a souvenir cup that gets free refills on fountain drinks. There were many options from the bar, but it was way too warm outside for me to try that. Water was my choice instead. We were able to bring in a bottle each and refill it inside. After enjoying a show with great sound, views and lights, we ran into Jennifer again who helped us get back into the ADA parking section with ease. Awesome venue with incredible staff. Everyone was personable, proactive and attentive. I saw so many security personnel being helpful through the night. I also saw them help a distressed individual and it was so prompt and caring. This staff is top tier.

Yelp
Excellent place for a show. Beer prices are straight up ROBBERY. 21$ for 1 24oz beer????? My strategy: show up EARLY, get good parking & party in the parking with your own before going in.
google avatar

Huie N.

Yelp
Great Amphitheatre, great staff running the show. Very helpful in getting us to our seats. The drinks were good but very expensive. 2 drinks ran me 50 bucks. Parking isn't too far from the venue. Overall, a cool theater

Maricely R.

Yelp
Easy to get into had a great time. Drinks were easy to find the crowd was amazing. Everybody was friendly and fun. They had a few bands playing. It was overall great experience. It started to rain a little bit, but it never stopped the shine. lol

Yelp
This is my most favorite outdoor concert venue in the Metro Atlanta area. The VIP options are great, parking is included with tickets, and there's really not a bad seat in the house. I am at this venue at least 3-5 times a year. I do wish there were better food options in the VIP area, and wish the parking opened maybe an hour earlier than it does so that way there's more time for tailgating. It would also be nice to have some sense to the parking assignments. For instance, if I have VIP Lounge access, don't give me Parking Lot C because I can't get to the lounge from there. I will let you all know though, that if this happens, you can take your parking to the main will call window and they will swap it out for Lot A for you free of charge. I have had to do this many times.

Yelp
This is a good venue in GA that has a great summer line up of musicians and bands. Tonight the line up is Styx and Foreigner! I would always rather drive to Alpharetta for a concert than Atlanta. This a community of people that feels safe so you don't have to be concerned about your car being broken into and plenty of lightning when it gets late. Arrive super early because parking can take up to over an hour to get to the designated lots. So parking and traffic are the big hurdles. Drinks are pricey but tailgating is allowed so bring your snacks and drinks to enjoy in the car before the concert!
google avatar

Yelp
Do not buy parking here from any vendor they do not honor any of the parking passes. They don't scan them. They don't look at them just drive in and go where you can. I paid $176 for a very close parking space. It was Never looked at by the venue. All they said was the parking lot is full we're sorry. Also StubHub because they actually did send me a ticket on my phone did not honor any guarantee that they say they have. It's a lie , don't buy parking from Stub hub for this venue.

Yelp
Last time I was here was when it was still called Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre! I like this venue as it offers great lawn seating area where we sat watching Arizona, Yellowcard and Third Eye Blind. We parked at Lot A and got to the lot around 5:45 pm. It was a short walk from our parking spot to the security/entrance area. I may have missed the prohibited items list, but they do not allow aerosol sprays, meaning I had to surrender my bug spray. Pro trip: either bring a non-aerosol bug spray or spray yourself before heading to the entrance especially if you're sitting on the lawn. They have lawn chair rentals for $15 but we brought our low beach chairs and blanket. We got there early around 6 pm and was able to snag a space in between Section 104-103. Staff here was great and approachable. We didn't eat but grabbed drinks, which are expensive! They had these fun mixed cocktails served in a shaker for $25 each (it's a double shot of liquor plus mixers). If you keep your shaker and want more, then it's $21. They don't sell bottled waters but sold Liquid Death in a can for $6. I believe you can bring in unsealed water bottles (or maybe an empty Owala or Hydroflask? since they have a water fountain for refills). Hard seltzers are $17ish. I would pregame and/or tailgate before heading in just to save money on alcohol. Leaving the parking lot was a pain since there was no order and organization. We waited to get out of the lot for 20 mins. I wish that's something that could be better next time we come here for a concert!

Yelp
Attending the Outlaw concert with Bob Dylan's and Willie Nelson, all the unknown bands get camera coverage and Bob Dylan comes on and the camera men disappear and you can't see him at all. So poor. What a load it crud. So disappointed.

Sara S.

Yelp
The venue claims that they don't support camping before concerts/events, but they're lying. I showed up at 7:00 am to get a wristband for general admission at a concert, and there were already over 600 people in line, many of whom had been there since 6 pm the night before. Around 20 people had actually trespassed and camped out inside the venue. Despite explicitly stating all of this was against the rules (and some of it illegal!) the venue happily welcomes campers with open arms, cheating all the people who follow the rules posted by the venue on multiple platforms.

David M.

Yelp
I had an issue with parking and I call to speak to someone at Ameris Amphitheatre. The representative was Mary. Mary could not have been any nicer. Mary helped me with my request and provided excellent service and solution to my problem. Great Employee!!!

Yelp
Pretty good venue. The lawn is ata good angle to give you a good view without feeling like you're going to roll down the hill. But drinks are like $20+. Some are $24. A tall boy of Truly is $17.25 after tax. These drink prices are dumb.

Thomas B.

Yelp
I hate to give such a negative rating when there was only one main thing wrong with my experience. But it was so negative as to almost ruin my night. TL:DR - parking situation is terrible! We had tickets to a triple bill - Christopher Cross, then Men at Work, then Toto. We rolled up a little before 6:45, the listed start time. I was a little surprised Christopher Cross started right on time, but no matter, we'll just miss a couple songs. No. We waited in traffic for OVER AN HOUR to finally get a parking space. My Ticketmaster purchase supposedly guaranteed me free parking in Lot A. When we got there, we were told it was full and to move on to Lot B. Well, getting to "Lot B" became a seemingly endless gauntlet through a business park, being told this lot or that was also full and to move on, until we finally were herded into the last parking deck on the line. I had been checking on my phone; Christopher Cross had rolled through his whole set list and was already gone. It was 7:55. I thought this would be like the many shows I've seen at Chastain, another venue that is nestled in the middle of an urban area. At Chastain, you can pull up, be parked and in the venue in about 15 minutes. I mistakenly thought I could get into the venue in less than 75 minutes. Now I know. Perhaps I was naive not knowing this about Ameris Amphitheatre. Going forward, if I see that a show I'm interested is happening there, I will say to myself "Is it worth showing up a couple hours early, and bake in the sun, to beat the crowd, or is it worth wasting an hour in traffic, putting up with that misery again, to see So-and-So?" Or, the venue can rethink the lousy system they have. I won't hold my breath on the latter.

Lady N.

Yelp
Just OK... Went to see Keith Urban. Arrived early and parked pretty close, just a short walk from lot. Concert was great. Cons: Artist was running late and security refused to allow anyone past entrance for over an hour in the blazing sun. Hundreds of people just kept piling in the venue only to stand shoulder to shoulder melting in the Ga Sun. Honest, it was a safety hazard. Foos and drinks are an absolute joke. Someone in our group paid $15 for nachos which consisted of 10 ships and some watered down white queso. Beer/wine prices are insane. I get it, it's concert, $7 water is a bit extreme however. Overall, Keith knocked it out of the park, venue was meh.

Kt S.

Yelp
Update: apparently lot C is now a ride share parking lot only. It used to be my go to parking for a small upgrade. Now the premier parking is the only parking upgrade and it's $85.

Bill M.

Yelp
Went to Keith Urban. They opened the gates 20 minutes late for no apparent reason. Warm up act had no video on the screens. Therefore the lawn seats were useless. Ameris should do so much better.

Sherry W.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite go to Amphitheatre's around. Easy to get to from NC. Parking is easy to get in and out of and if you need a golf cart to take you up front they will drop you off and pick you up. I needed it because of a disability so that was a nice option but I saw others catching a ride on them too. It is a beautiful Amphitheatre. Good select for food and drinks but it's expensive and they are credit or debit only. No cash is accepted. They bring in some pretty big names to this venue and if you come once you are sure to come again and again.

Jason H.

Yelp
Nothing but over priced crappy food and drinks. If you like sweating to watch ads for hours before you see a show, this place is for you. Never again. They don't even have water.
google avatar

DeeDee H.

Yelp
This was my first visit to this venue, here for the Pentatonix concert. It appears that most of the seating is covered but they also have a very ample space for those sitting in the lawn area who wants to bring blankets or chairs. And for those who may be sitting a bit further in the back they also have the giant screens for you to get a good look at the artists who are performing. Also in the seating area that is covered they have giant fans, to circulate the air, which is great on a humid Georgia night!!! Now the staff everyone from the people at the gate to the traffic directors to the Isle hosts are so helpful and are more than willing to give you information as far as guiding you to the right section or if you just have questions about the venue in general. A particular highlight: It came in handy that they actually had a golf cart crew to assist in transporting Mobility - challenged patrons to the front gate. And when leaving one of the Isle hosts actually assisted us through the seating area with flashlights so that our path was lit, upon exiting - HUGE, in my book!! Well I did not partake of the food or beverage options, it does appear that they have the standard offerings: think nachos, refreshing drinks and adult beverages. Overall, I would be more than happy to attend another concert at this venue and would recommend to anyone!
google avatar

Leah O.

Yelp
This is one of the best venues I've ever been to! It seems as if the planners were thoughtful and detailed. There really is t a bad seat in the house. The lawn seating is sloped so everyone can see even if they are in the back. And they have so many concessions. They are everywhere. And they have beer guys walking around selling beer. It's always easy to get a drink. There were lots of bathrooms. We saw Hozier and the whole show was fabulous. The sound was amazing. They have two big screams so you see all the action close up. The prices of things are expensive. They sell big beers and they are about $16 each. But what isn't expensive right now. I can't wait to go and see another show there. The lawn seats are not covered from the elements so plan accordingly.

Margaret B.

Yelp
Be wary when buying the bundleof 4 tickets from Ticketmaster with prepaid add-ons for chairs and fast passes. The general admissions tickets are transferable, but the parking pass, fast passes and chairs are not transferable to my family members. So if I'm sick and can't attend, or we are separated before the concert, they cannot use their chair tickets, fast passes, and they would have to buy another parking pass for $99.
google avatar

Paulina A.

Yelp
Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is close to me so it's definitely my preferred choice for a convenient venue. It was easy to get in and out of the venue with a rideshare service. My friends and I came to see Lauren Alaina and Pentatonix, which was a lot of fun. I wouldn't necessarily pay for any seats above lawn seats because the sound and visibility is essentially all the same. There is an option to rent lawn chairs for $12 and you can also opt for a private "VIP" section with high-top tables and chairs near the concessions. This was a great option to get a full view of the amphitheater for an extra $30 and have a table if you want to avoid eating on the lawn. Overall, great venue!
google avatar

Janet G.

Yelp
Took my granddaughter to her first concert there. The place is super clean and it was a great venue for her first experience. Lots of staff present so we never felt unsafe. Would definitely see another concert here!
google avatar

Jeff L.

Yelp
Sound mixer person ( Don't hate!) has no stinking clue. I want to hear singing, not the instruments! Cashless, Does not accept legal tender for the United States. Security goons refuse to take responsibility. Even though they "encourage" you to relocate your seat if it's not to their liking. I'll return despite the negative. I won't and don't enjoy the tactics.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
The Ameris Bank Amphitheater is a great outdoor venue for music, theater, and really any live performance. You can get stadium seats that are under an awning and which have huge industrial fans on top. They'll keep you a little more comfortable than not. There is also lawn seating available, but prepare to sweat in hotter months as there's no cover. You're welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets, and you'll likely want an umbrella for heat and rain defense. You'll find lots of food and tons of drink options for purchase before getting to your seats. Just expect to pay inflated prices. Parking is on grass with a vip option available. Staff is everywhere and is generally helpful with questions and directions. I'm not sure what the water bottle policy actually is, but nobody asked to see our bottle contents and nobody asked us to pour out our water.
google avatar

Dennis D.

Yelp
I'm here at a concert. They do not have the big screens operating. People are standing and it is impossible to see the entertainment on the stage. I'm extremely disappointed. If I just wanted to hear the band I could have got a live album for a hell of a lot less money
google avatar

René S.

Yelp
16 dollar for a beer is ridiculous . That's just ripping off your guests enjoying a great concert
google avatar

Sharon L.

Yelp
The venue itself is a nice one for a concert. The size isn't too large, making it easier to know you have decent seats. Where they fall short is parking - it wasn't planned for and you feel the disorganization trying to leave. F & B are also less than desirable. Food choices are minimal. Where food was sold, our selection was burger, pizza or tacos - or snack on popcorn or a greasy pretzel. We picked tacos. Soggy tortilla filled with a couple of pieces of chicken and shredded vegetables. Wished I had picked the pizza. A neighbor's pepperoni looked much more appealing than our tacos. Beverages are plentiful if you want alcohol. Beverage stands outnumber food at least 6 to 1. You can't walk a few feet without hitting a drink vendor. A margarita sounded good until I saw the price - $26!! I saw a sign for wine at $40 a bottle. We passed. For a reason I can't figure, desert options are almost non existent. With all that alcohol, surely someone there realizes dessert cravings are possible. We did find where there was a frozen yogurt option offered. It comes in a tube. I wasn't sure, but it actually wasn't half bad. i got chocolate, and it was a creamy squeeze with a deep chocolate flavor. Another puzzle was the requirement to use their plastic cups for all beverages. Hubby and I both brought a water bottle (it was in the 90s during the day, so water was a must). When we went to sit in our seats, we were asked to pour our water into one of their event cups. Secure water bottle gone. Open cup in a crammed seating area, where you know people are going to stand and move to the music. What do you think happened? It was a river of beverages. I was just happy to know I didn't pay $26 per cup to watch someone accidentally kick it over. Would we go back? Yes. The size of the venue is a good fit for concerts. Next time, however, we'll tailgate or dine out before getting to the venue.
google avatar

Lindsay W.

Yelp
Concerts are back and the staff here was READY! I highly recommend parking in the B lot just because it makes leaving a lot easier at the end of a show. I sat on the lawn for DMB and both Phish shows and there was not a bad view, however, I do like sitting between 105 and the end as you have easy access to stairs, drinks, bathrooms, and the exit. When a storm came through, they got on the loud speakers asking everyone to take shelter which is great although the sheltered space is very limited. Overall GREAT news experience!
google avatar

Karen R.

Yelp
Nice venue. Well planned. All seats and lawn good. Food & drink available top of lawn too. Getting in & out easier than Lakewood. Plenty of bathrooms. 4 stars because they allow smoking pretty much everywhere but when seated...right in front of entrance to bathroom. I don't mind but certain others do. Also they have a plastic bag policy that is not well advertised. Went to be venue website multiple times, live nation site.... Nine highlighted a 4*4" pocket book or plastic clear bag. I have both I could have planned and used. But there I was, dumping the contents of my 4*6" purse ito a plastic bag.

tyler c.

Yelp
I am reviewing the Avril Lavigne show on sep 3rd Overall amazing show I only have one real complaint but it's big enough to warrant two stars I missed 80% of simple plans set because there were like 8 checkpoints to get into the pit that staff refused to budge on and every single one of them acted like I was a criminal every time I tried to get by, and the merch line took way way too long (but that's expected) still almost ruined my night.
google avatar

Alexandra H.

Yelp
Decent venue! The parking was free which is great, and there's several decks in the garage, however there wasn't much signage in terms of finding the parking, navigating from the parking to the venue, and then returning of course. The lawn is a huge hill, so after a rainy day, it's SUPER slippery... would definitely recommend not wearing high heels! Overall the music/sound was great though!
google avatar

Shon I.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the theatre. Relatively small compared to others and I didn't like that step hill for the lawn section, BUT the theatre was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the fans in the seating area. The parking lot situation was pretty nice. I'm sure getting their early and leaving quickly helped get in and out fast. I would definitely go back. Went for the KIDZ BOP concert and I had so much joy there seeing so many smiling faces.
google avatar

Charlei T.

Yelp
Cleanest outdoor venue I've seen to date. Went to see Sam Hunt/ Brett Young and bought club access, which just makes sense. Shorter lines for bathrooms, drinks and food. Patio tables are available as well as air conditioned seating indoors. The staff was extremely friendly. I wish they could speed up the parking process, but I suppose they do the best they can. Can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
Great venue for a concert! It was worth the trip! Staff was great and it was well organized
google avatar

Rita C.

Yelp
Good spot for concerts, we've been a couple of times in the orchestra area. Parking is fairly organized, as always the drama is leaving. Good variety of drinks, food could be a bit better. Staff has always been awesome. Bathrooms are decent and clean.
google avatar

Megan Y.

Yelp
I came here in August 2022 for a OneRepublic concert, featuring NEEDTOBREATHE and one other artist as openers. It was my first concert in a while and I had a wonderful time. I went alone, and made the drive up from the city. The parking staff was super helpful and there were a ton of signs so it wasn't a stress to find parking. When approaching the venue, I had to take time to login to my Live Nation/Ticketmaster account as I forgot to have my e-ticket ready inside Apple Wallet. The guest staff were very patient with me as a result of this and I appreciate them a lot. After the show ended I also did not have many problems leaving the area.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Parked in Lot A. Easy walk in and out. No complications getting through security and ticket scanning. Had dinner immediately before arrival, so did not purchase any food or drink. Just brought in Dasani as permitted. Sat on front row at bottom of lawn section, which was the primo spot for people watching. Biggest complaint is that the lower areas to walk up the lawn (by the handrail) have been reduced to dirt simply due to foot traffic. Thus it gets muddy during rainy shows. Recommend that the facility place gravel or something more stable in those areas. Easy exit; no pushing crowds. Took a while to exit parking lot due to volume of vehicles.

Cindy B.

Yelp
Food is very pricey and drinks are very expensive. Lines were long but it's a venue so it's expected. Venue was nice, clean and will definitely attend her again and recommend.
google avatar

Emma W.

Yelp
It's an amphitheater. It's an outdoor amphitheater in Georgia. There are certain qualities that you should fully acknowledge that you will have to deal with, given the social contract you have made by attending an event in a place like this. If the sun is out, it's going to be really hot. The drinks will be incredibly overpriced. Parking sucks and it's going to take forever to get out. The food will be mediocre at best. If you are rude or disorderly, you probably won't like the staff when they tell you to act right. Go for the artist you are wanting to see love and enjoy their performance.

Yelp
We attended a Jelly Roll concert recently and we enjoyed our visit. Parking wasnt too bad, but i do wish we could've been closer to the entrance. Getting out of the venue was horrible. People crammed together to get down the small walkway to the Lot B parking and then it took ages to get out of the parking deck once we got into our car. The venue itself was nice. We paid for fastpass which was slightly annoying because they didnt even check and just scanned our actual tickets. So i felt like it was a waste of money. We did get in quickly and were able to grab a great spot at the front of the lawn. We had a pretty good view other than all of the people walking through during the concert. The food and alcohol were way overpriced, so pregame and eat before or after. A beer was $14, cocktail was $18, pizza was $16. We spent WAY to much money at this venue.

Yelp
Slipknot at Ameris Bank on a Saturday night in the Fall is the perfect way to end the long drought of no concerts! Traffic was a little rough getting out to Alpharetta from in town, but once we got close to the venue, the lines into the parking lots moved pretty quickly. We were given a designated parking lot (they have A, B, and C) when we purchased our tickets, which was helpful because it took the guesswork out of it! We were in Lot A, which is a large grassy field - just an FYI that this lot can be a little hard to traverse if your car is a low rider. I believe Lot B is a parking deck, just something to keep in mind! I was worried the walking distance would be rough, but it was no more than a 5-minute walk to the gate. Security moved quickly and once inside there were plenty of concession stands for food and beverages. Prices were high but definitely in line with what I have seen at other stadiums, and because of the number of open vendors, lines were short and moved fast and the staff was all so friendly and fun! Bathrooms - large, clean and very short lines! Having never been to the venue before, we were pleasantly surprised about our seats, they were much closer than we expected to the stage! The acoustics were insanely good and given that we were seeing Slipknot, and were so close, we still didn't feel like our ears were about to pop! It certainly looks like there isn't a bad seat in the house - and the crowd on the lawn looked rowdy and there for a good time! This venue is definitely a hidden gem - you'd never know it was tucked away in Alpharetta. We really enjoyed the concert and will absolutely look forward to more shows here in the future!

Yelp
This is not a place where you want to arrive late. Best that you plan ahead arrive early even if you have prepaid parking, Have your parking pass ready and park in one of the three major parking places and make sure you've found the correct lot. Most of the parking people have offered free cards to direct you to your correct lot. There said, if you arrive late you may have trouble finding a spot, if you can find one, you may walking a quarter mile to the venue. Once you get there and through the security line you may wish you had gotten a ticket in the VIP area. No problem, get there early, get a drink, or some food, bring your own plastic forks and napkins, because they usually aren't offered to you. Get a ticket well under the covered seating area, because we've been there when a storm front came in and there was 4 inch streams under our feet. If it's not lightning, the show must go on.

Yelp
Super cool venue, but the prices are astronomical. $20 for a tall boy! What on earth - should be illegal to charge that much

Yelp
After attending an event here I can tell you that this is a wonderful place for an outdoor concert or graduation. There is a lawn area behind the fixed seating that also allows for additional seating and spreading out. The sound is clear and being an amphitheater the air flow is great. There is a concession stand area where you can get drinks and snacks that are kind of pricey but in line with stadium pricing. The parking is plentiful. We parked in lot A which is about a 5-minute walk to the entrance. There are additional parking lots and overflow lots if necessary. Plus they offered golf cart rides for this event for folks who needed extra help getting to the front gate from their vehicle. If you get a chance to come here for an event I recommend that you go and enjoy the outdoor experience.

Yelp
Great place as a concert venue, very practical for me since it's less than 10 minute drive, parking can be a bit confusing but there is plenty of it, acoustics are great and most of the assigned seats are covered, so if it rains you don't get soaked

Yelp
Wonderful venue to attend everything from high school graduations, country music, heavy metal to anything you can think of. Lots of Covered seats! Huge fans help keep the heat at bay. You can kick back on a blanket in the spacious lawn if you want too! Prices are a little high but just to be expected of a concert venue.
