Came for their pop-up at Bobcat Teddy's, left disappointed. My steak had zero sear except gimmicky grill marks.
Also watched them use the same tools for steaks and pork on the grill, which is not only a major cross-contamination risk but also violates my friend's religious dietary restrictions.
The food looked nothing like the photos online. They should invest less in the machismo, flimsy Hooter marketing, and focus on the food. Drinks from the Bobcat's bar were good, but that was it. Wouldn't go back.
