I recently dined at Ami Central, and the experience lived up to its Michelin-star reputation. The interior features a dark, elegant tone that immediately creates a sophisticated, intimate atmosphere—perfect for a relaxed but refined evening out. The service was excellent: attentive, professional, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive. The team guided us through the menu confidently and made the whole experience feel effortless. The food was beautifully executed across the tasting menu. Each course was thoughtfully composed and well balanced, both visually and in flavor. My personal favourite was the lobster—perfectly cooked, sweet, tender, and rich without being heavy. It was the highlight of the night and a dish I would happily return for. Overall, Ami Central delivers a complete fine-dining experience: polished ambiance, memorable dishes, and warm service. A strong recommendation for anyone looking for an elevated and satisfying meal in Hong Kong.

Had the set lunch and topped up for the lobster and caviar appetiser. Every dish was great starting from the sourdough to the very end. They wagyu steak was recommended at medium rare and it was indeed the right melt in your mouth goodness. The cod was also good but not particularly outstanding to be memorable. The highlight for me was the chestnut soufflé. Very light fluffy and amazing texture and taste.

A truly amazing dining experience, well earned mich star yet not pretentious, our som/waiter made recs that were perfect from food to wine. We brought 2 kids and sat in the garden beneath the sky scrapers that elevated our dining experience. The jardin amidst steel and kindess for there little pallet was perfect. The (vichous )had puff pastry that melted in your mouth complemented by scallop and lobster that found its highest purpose. And the yellow chicken left nothing but satisfaction. Thank you for giving me a meal worth bragging about.

An unforgettable dining experience! Came here for my birthday and were blown away. The mushroom soup is very rich, highly recommend. The fish was fresh and luscious. Manager Bruce was so warm and helpful in guiding us through the menu. The interior is modern and intimate, perfect for a special night out. Worth every penny. We'll definitely be returning soon!

Fantastic food and service. Recent family gathering there, with variety of seasonal and classical food choices that even my elder and picky parents could find their own favourites. Very impressed with their latest dessert menu, where the apricot verbena tart was a real delight. Centre location in Central that certain spending entitles free valet parking. Recommended for couple, hangout with family or friends

For a restaurant at this price point, the space is small and acoustics poor - and the appearance and craftsmanship of the dishes are second rate. However - the ingredients and preparation of the flavors, while not creative, is absolute first rate. Dish after dish provides a flowing, flavorful but never intrusive experience. Very good service.

The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were a refreshing start that set the tone for the meal. Next, we were served a beautiful arrangement resembling a flower, with transparent gel and an egg yolk at its center. This dish was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for the palate, with a perfect balance of textures. Main Courses: The fish course was a standout, featuring tender pieces served with a smooth puree and a savory sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, complemented by the well-balanced accompaniments. Next, the Stuffed Chicken was a highlight. Wrapped with a layer of truffle and served with seasonal vegetables, it was a harmonious blend of flavors that showcased the chef's skill. Desserts: For dessert, we enjoyed a vibrant dish featuring tropical fruits and a luscious sorbet. The combination of flavors was refreshing and not overly sweet, making it a delightful end to the meal.
