Amici at Trilith

Food was absolutely amazing, but the service was abhorrent and completely unacceptable. BEFORE I write why; Olivia S was the only server that helped us out and she did absolutely amazing and genuinely made our night much better. My girlfriend and I got seated outside around 6:20ish and we've never tried this place before and we're excited to do so. And so we waited... and waited... and waited. No server came up to our table and many of them walked by multiple times without mentioning anything. At around 6:40, I asked one waitress for someone to come and write down our food options, and she said they will be out shortly. And so, we waited... we waited... and nobody came. About 5 minutes later, I asked another waitress, and she basically said the same thing. I gave it another 5 minutes before I walked in, and asked someone at the front if we could please just get someone to write down our food. Low and behold, we waited again and NO ONE came. It was disgusting how unmanaged it was. By the time I asked one more waitress yet again (getting the same response), Olivia happened to walked by the table and overheard the situation, and she not only apologized, but offered to get us some drinks, and even wrote down our food options. She was SUPER respectful and I genuinely appreciate her efforts to handle and resolve our issue. For the atmospheric rating, I only gave it a 3 because two individuals sitting behind us were groaning and grunting and making some very uncomfortable noises for quite some time and it just ruined some of the experience for us. I would like to personally thank Olivia S once again for taking care of our table, and I hope that this happens to nobody else who visits here, especially if you're both starving. Though, the food was absolutely amazing, we chose the Muay Thai pizza with 6 pc wings Korean BBQ flavored (absolutely delicious).

Great Pizza, the wings were under cooked for me. But usually I tell them to cook them longer, so that was on me. Great atmosphere.

We stopped by this past weekend for lunch, and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was average—my pizza slice was noticeably greasy, and there were quite a few flies inside the restaurant, which was a turnoff. We ordered calamari, a variety of pizza slices, chicken fingers with fries, salads, and drinks. It’s fine if you're looking for a quick bite, but it’s not a place we’d return to.

First time in the area and was looking for a bite to eat. The server at the bar was nice and the slice that I got was great. I customized a slice and the basil tasted like I just picked it out of my backyard.

Hubby and I enjoy eating at Amici. Hubby loves the pizza, and I always order spinach dip. Yummy! I usually order the boneless chicken wings. This time I tried the burger. It was okay but not fascinating. We love this place for great service!

I visited Amici’s while dining in Trilith for the first time, expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately it was quite the opposite. From the start, service was lacking. I waited about 5–7 minutes before being acknowledged, as the waitress was inattentive. I was also seated near what appeared to be an open or employee-only area, which made the experience uncomfortable. Throughout my visit, I overheard repeated profanity and personal conversations from staff that had nothing to do with the restaurant or customer service. It felt unprofessional and reflected poorly on the establishment. To make matters worse, there was a lingering smell of marijuana, which seemed to come from the back area when a female employee walked through—her voice matched the one I had been hearing earlier. Overall, the atmosphere and service were distasteful and disappointing. If employees are allowed to behave this way, it ultimately discredits the business. I was hoping for much better, especially for a first visit.

Very good experience. I got to the location early. I was there to fellowship with other gentlemen from my Sunday school group on winning at marriage. The head of our group invited us out and he had been there more often than the rest of the group. They did have space to accommodate us all. I was treated with courtesy and was given a source to wait for my party to to arrive. I'm a bit ashamed that I didn't get anything to special from the menu. I'm dieting so I didn't go crazy. I got the lemon pepper wings with fries. They were delicious. I try to avoid fried foods more often than not so I didn't get an appetizer or anything but my compatriots did rave about the artichoke dip and stated that it was delicious. The waitress was sweet checked on us often and was able to accommodate me ordering two slices of Margherita pizza to take home for my wife. She also said that it was very good. So I'll definitely go back. I pan to try the burgers. It was a pleasant experience with a nice atmosphere and very good food. I recommend.

Ms. Olivia was so professional, nice, caring gave me my brother & sister in law great service from the time she greeted us until we left. Beautiful waitress inside & out and her recommendations that we asked for especially our drinks great. She is diffently an added gem to Amici. Keep up the great work, all the best in your endeavors and we will diffently revisit again and ask for you, see you soon.

Just your average pizza shop. The prices were very high and they charge for every little thing. The pizza was below average; I wasn't very satisfied after my meal. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

Huge portions. Good service. Fun atmosphere. Only issue is that although they have Calamari on the menu, the server told us that this location has NEVER actually had this item available since the restaurant opened.

Ever since moving to Fayetteville, we've been on the lookout for good wings, pizza and burgers. We found Amici on yelp and the reviews were mixed. We decided to try. Mozzarella sticks for appetizer were ok, the kind you buy from Costco and air fry. The marinara was fantastic. My husband ordered a salad and after pouring half the salt shaker he started imagining he was tasting something. His burger came and nothing had any flavor plus it was way too greasy. I ordered the sweet chili wings and they were ok. Either the chef doesn't take pride in what he preps or he's a novice that's following a cookbook. Never again for us. Too bad I was hopeful. We continue our search. This was not the it place for us.

I think we're finally done. We only ate there again because the Mexican place had a long wait. The good: Beer selection is nice. It's on the wall. The bad. The food is just average at best. I've had it all. Pizza wings burgers. Just average. Nothing great. Some of it is bad. Like the wings. You're paying trilith prices for average food. The ugly. The service is petty bad. Inattentive servers. Looooong wait for food. You feel like you've inconvenienced them for coming. The servers at the bar are smiling and laughing but the floor staff not so much. Too expensive for the quality of food and service.

Parking: parking here is free! And there's tons of it. This restaurant is a vibbeee. I'm not a beer girl but they always have great beer options! The food here is awesome. This place is great for a causal date or a family outing. The surroundings are walkable and so so cute. the food here is yummy! Never had a bad meal yet!

First visit was put on wait list. We sat on patio! Didn't take a minute to get a table inside. Three of us split Best homemade spinach/artichoke dip was yummy. I enjoyed the freshest house salad with grilled chicken. Hubby had lemon pepper wings, third dish was fettuccine with chicken. The food was made to order and the Chef/Cook knows how to do it Right. Amen to that. Hard to find Conscientious Cooks nowadays. Or maybe Restaurant owners who care. Server was efficient we appreciated it all.

The waistress was so rude at the takeout window. The pizza slices were super small. We were also overcharged twice. Terrible Customer Service.

Worst pizza in the area. Service is sub par, chef doesn't care, food is overpriced. Just go to Papa Johns.

The level of service and quality of food is pretty low, even for a chain resturant like Amici. This place is trash. The primary reason this place is the absolute worst is that my wife and I got food poisoning from this place. We ate here on 2/17 and no more than six hours after dinner, both my wife and I came down with food poisoning. Never eating here again......

The lady whom work at the bar who's also the manager always have a horrible attitude ! We use to eat there at least twice weekly but she's the worst! On one visit she cursed out the kitchen cook and it was loud ! She's not meant to be in this business. I think if she ever leave I will dine again but she brings the place down, because others also stated they do not go anymore because of her . she also allow her little girl to go behind the bar she's no more then 7 years of age it's just no longer a good place to dine .

My boyfriend suggested we try this new pizza spot before our movie. No reservation was needed, and we were sat upon entering. The menu had alot of options. We decided on the Athentian pizza, which included grilled chicken, artichokes, feta cheese, tomatoes and pesto. The pizza didn't take long to arrive and looked very tasty. However, after bitting into the first slice, we quickly noticed it was soggy. We understand there were alot of wet ingredients on the pizza, but the bottom crust was extremely thin, soggy and juice leaked from the pizza after cutting it. The pizza combination was really good, the end crust was crispy, but the bottom crust was just wet. If I return, I'll just try another pizza and give them another chance.

Dined in 7/14 everything was average, our server was less than okay but worst of all I left with FOOD POISONING. I'm almost sure it was from the spinach dip. Extremely expensive for the quality of food and service. Service is always best at bar.

Just left Amici at Trilith. Order the chicken Parmesan and they did not have the spaghetti noodles so they substituted for fettuccini noodles instead. When they brought the dish out it was covered in sauce. There was not bread with the meal. We also ordered a salad and it came out with very little greens and we had to ask for the bacon that came with it. The cups were nasty so we had to get to go cups. When we complained to see the manager there was no manager on duty so someone did call the owners and they only offered to take the drinks off. There seem to be no concerns about our issues. When we still complained they only took off one dish. Whomever owns this place you need to go back and study customer satisfaction because clearly you missed that training.

My husband, mother-in-law, and two kids dined and said it was terrible. Service was awful, drinks terrible and this was their second attempt here. Definitely should reconsider trying this one. For him to complain and post speaks volumes.

After reading through some of the very negative reviews for Amici I am a bit confused. We were greeted and seated promptly. We asked to be seated outdoors. But, after enjoying a cocktail and salad we decided we would be more comfortable inside. Being from California the humidity was killing us. We were relocated with no problem and a smile. Our food and cocktails were delicious. Our server (Breezy) was amazing. As a former military health inspector I was delighted to see how well the tables and dining area was cleaned. Do I recommend this place? Yes!

We decided to come here after our movie on a Saturday night. I will start with the location, the location is in a super cute area. Inside is very casual and laidback. Parking was fairly easy but as the area grows there is potential for the parking to not be easy. The service was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food - My boyfriend and I ordered the Works, chicken tenders, and a salad. The pizza was ok, my bf likes his pizza doughy so he liked it but I like a crisp to my crust. We took the remaining pizza home and when you warm it up it is a lot better. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures of the food or location. I would like to come back for the live music and I believe they have a trivia night.

This place was nice from the inside out. It seems fresh because it's new . The whole Trilith area is pretty new. The inside is good for groups and children. Outside patio space or the bar is good for adults , couples or people who just want to drink and watch tv and socialize. The bar tender was nice. I was only disappointed about the wings though. They were a good size, but the XX Hot was mild, and lightly drizzled on so the wings seemed a bit dry and underwhelming. The pizza tasted ok , but there are a few places in the area too with fresh pizza. Overall I'd come again, but probably with my family, not solo again.

A very solid four stars. This place has a gorgeous veranda with a view of a lake. There are some swings nearby for the kids... If you're lucky nobody's on. The pizza is quite nice. The crust is not too bready and not too thin. The toppings were generous. We also ordered french fries that were exceptional. I really appreciated the way they cut the children's pizza into squares. That way if they don't finish the slice you can take it home and it's still an appetizing treat for later on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back

The chicken Parmesan was sooooo good!! So good that I dived right in before taking a picture. Ashleee out bartender was so attentive and friendly. I will be coming back often during my lunch breaks! ;)

Enjoyed the Amici dining experience. My family and I dined outside on the patio. The food was reasonably price and the presentation of the food was far from what I was expected in a positive way. The sweet tea was just right. Not overly sweetened. I will patronize this restaurant again.

Place is garbage. They need to let it go, I ordered three different things and all 3 of the food I ordered was horrible. How do u accomplish that? smh. I expected better,

The restaurant has nice vibes and a great patio but the food is below average at best. The service was ok, you could tell that was probably the server's first job in the restaurant industry but I guess you gotta start somewhere. We started with the mozzarella sticks, which basically tasted like something I make the kids in the air fryer. When then order a cheese pizza, hot wings and chicken parm sub. The sub and wings were pretty good but the PIZZA was awful, it seemed to be cooked all the way but had no texture. It was soggy and had no integrity. If you picked it up from the crust alone, the cheese just slid completely off, my 4 year old literally said "No Thanks". Bill was around $80 + tip which is about the average cost for our order but I can't get past how bad the pizza was. I will most likely not return, but if I do, I will pass on the pizza.

Nice location , the pizza; NOT so much. I ordered the Margherita pizza and it tasted extremely " Costco-like" in every way. Being from NY I know good pizza and this was not it. No worries, I spoke with the manager who was dismissive despite me being cordial and professional as I only had two bites. She didn't offer anything else nor took it off my ticket. When approached, she stated it's MY PREFERENCE " and she took it off only after I asked to speak to the owner. Never again will I go there.

Tried it for first time and ordered chicken parmigiana to go. The spaghetti was super salty and uneatable. The chicken was over cooked. The space looked cool and had a good IPA so not total wash.

Pretty darn good. Came in on a monday around lunch time. We were seated right away and had prompt service Ordered a small house salad, wings and a small pizza. The salad was fresh and tasty. Wings were crunchy and flavorful. The pizza was perfect, crust was great and the toppings were oozy with cheesiness. We'll be back.

Sorry they are trying to reinvent the wheel. The location is great, there is a wanting public but these concoctions were misguided. Just make a thin crust NY Pizza or like Italy. Simple.

Let's start with the positive. The food was great. I ordered the large pizza with several toppings and a chicken Alfredo both were very tasty. The negative was the service. The servers were running around like it was packed and there were maybe 10 people in the restaurant. The servers seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time for them to come to the table. The restaurant also wasn't very clean I had to ask for the table to be wiped down. Also they were out of high chairs? They said they were all in use but I only saw two being used.

I have ate at Amici in Athens and unfortunately it seems that they have started to franchise these out and their menu just is not the same. The flavors and dishes are subpar. Pizza usually has burnt blackness under each slice from the oven which over powers the flavors. The best things though are their cheese bread and meatballs. You cannot go wrong with that combo! Don't come here for pizza---- try other dishes. Hoping it improves as well as the cocktail menu.

I went in because I was scouting this new up and coming neighborhood and I was craving pizza. I was hoping for just one slice and they sold pizza by the slice!! I wanted to-go, which is ordered at the bar. I was helped promptly. The regular cheese slice was not very good. Mostly sauce on just melted cheese. It also was not very flavorful. There's a lot of outdoor seating and it looks like space for live music, but I'm not sure that I would come back for the food.

we tried this place 3 times, it's was always a hit and miss. Pizza has too much garlic and wings could be dry or taste a day old. One thing I don't agree with is pricing. It's definitely pricey.

My partner and I just happened to stumble across this gem one weekend in Atlanta and we were so glad we did! We ended up coming back to this restaurant the very next day, the food was that good! Service was great! We chose outdoor seating both days so that's highly recommended.

Went to check out this new marketplace and as I was exploring I ran into Amici, cool little spot. They also have karaoke on certain days. The service was a breathe of fresh air. Very attentive, polite and speedy service. Once our order was taken less than 5 minutes our appetizers were at the table, follow by our entrees. The price was reasonable. I will be returning for some karaoke, one of my favorite pass times.

Food was amazing && my servers were really nice. They were patient with me being a first timer and recommended what they like from the menu. I sat outside in the porch area which was really nice. They have lots of covering to protect you from the shade .

Pizza is absolutely fantastic! Service was wonderful. Constant refills and the server kept checking in. Also brought the check without any type of wait. Definitely a great place for pizza and they have lots of great activities throughout the week from karaoke to bingo. Wonderful for families.

They close at 10pm on Friday. We came in at 9:30. The bar tender and three waitresses in the dining room all look at us, but ignored us. We walk over to one of the waitresses to ask about placing a take out order. She asks the bartender if she would take our order and the bartender informs us the kitchen is closed. I will never go back because of the rude staff alone, but not serving take out 30 minutes before closing?

I wish I would've listened to reviews before coming here. The place was pretty empty besides one other guest when we arrived. We were seated immediately. Our server was nice and friendly plus she took our order promptly. We received our mozzarella sticks with a pizza sauce, nothing at all special about them and not as hot as we expected. All of a sudden about 6 servers come out from no where and start sweeping (while we're eating-dust is flying in the air) and cleaning table tops. I must admit, the floors were pretty dirty, but why couldn't this have been done prior and not while we were eating?? My son enjoyed his burger. I had a small Gardenia pizza which was bland lacking flavor and did not taste as I expected- not worth it. My husband had the Pineapple Express pizza and felt it was dry and flavorless again-definitely not worth it, nor satisfying.

ALERT! ALERT! #PizzaSnob here. Now with that warning, I gave 3 stars after having a few slices and I just say that they are deceit. The pizzas are not going to wow you but it will satisfy a pizza craving.

I went to Amici last night and it was indeed a treat. I had the Pineapple Express pizza and it was delicious. The music was phenomenal, they need to bring Luis Pudilo back. Overall I had a great experience.

Came in on a Monday night around 8:30 and sat at the bar. Amber, the bartender, immediately greeted us and a couple minutes after we got settled asked if we wanted to start with a drink. We said we wanted beer and she told us that they brew in house but have other beers. She immediately offered us samples of the house brews so we could figure out what we wanted. I ended up getting the Hefeweizen and my sister got the IPA. We both enjoyed them. I ordered the lemon pepper wings with Buffalo on the side. The wings were bigger than anticipated and they came out crispy and hot but they didn't looked coated well so I mentioned it to Amber and she asked if I wanted some lemon pepper seasoning on the side and she immediately got it for me. After tasting the wings the favor was nice but it was more of lemon pepper sauce/oil at the bottom of the dish rather than a normal "dry rub" (which I didn't mind, but others might). They were very lemony, again which I liked. There might be a lack of communication between the cooks and food runner or something because the runner didn't initially bring out my Buffalo sauce (nor did the pizza have the pesto on it), but I'm not uptight about asking for what I need or what's forgotten, so it didn't bother me. Thankfully Amber did put my wings in before the pizza so I got to eat most of the wings before the pizza came out which I thought was mindful/thoughtful. We ordered the small Blonde Greek and added pesto and ground chuck. The flavor and crust of the pizza were really really nice. The amount of toppings were solid even though I only recall eating/seeing one mushroom. Amber and the other servers checked on us just enough. The restaurant was clean and felt very spacious. Overall a really nice experience, we'll definitely be back. (No one wore masks; for those who are c-19 conscious)

Went for the first time with my family on Saturday around 5pm. Restaurant wasn't very busy. Had to wait over 10 minutes for waitress to come to table to get drink order. She forgot my drink and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get it. Food was sub par. Waitress checked on us one time after food was delivered. We asked for check and then she disappeared. I had to track her down inside to get it. She said "they were short a hostess and things were crazy." What she didn't know is that I was standing behind her trying to get her attention. She and two other waitresses were messing around at the cash register. A very disappointing experience for our first time. It's such a nice area and the service makes this restaurant a subpar.

I have eaten at this location several times. The food has been good. The service has occasionally been slow, but no big deal. This visit was a mess. The POS ordering system went down and the kitchen never received the order. Eventually, the kitchen started preparing the food and brought out to the table. As my order required more prep, I thought it would be last out, but it never came. I asked to speak to the manager, but they would not come out of the kitchen. They offered no comp or anything. Pitiful execution and probably won't go back.

The waiters here are horrible they will mess up Your order every time. If your ok arriving home To fined half your food missing then the foods is actually decent.

Nice people, from the host to the waitress! Came here with my kids and wife, and enjoyed the beautiful, shady, and spacious patio area. The table was a little shaky but it was a really nice space to eat. Ordered fried mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and also a Caesar salad. Cheese was nothing special; salad was awesome. Got pizza slice - again, just a typical slice. Pepperoni calzone was tasty, Dough was more bready than doughy if that makes sense. Very good though. Marinara was closer to pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce in my opinion. Prices were good, maybe a bit more than a typical pizza place since it's in Trilith (pinewood). The whole area is so enjoyable - we took a stroll to the plant store, and gelato place and splash pad down the street!

The food is amazing, you can taste the fresh ingredients used in every slice of the pizza. The staff are courteous and are always helpful. The restaurant is extremely clean and overall the experience is amazing. My friend had pizza and said it was delicious. I definitely recommend.

Was disappointed in the service and food We waited a long time a Friday night. Not even busy pizza was burnt on the bottom. Not hot like pizza should be. Server i knowledgeable on alcohol they serve. Out of a lot of bourbons. Had to ask for napkins 3x she checked on us one time and had to grab her quick to order another drink. Great location nice outside area but get it together or you'll be done.

Great Philly cheese steak sandwich at a pizza joint it has so much flavor the bartender is super nice at lunch time great place to eat.

Absolutely a great place to go, loved the drinks, wings are fabulous!! I ordered the by slice pizza, it was perfect. Crunchy on the bottom with lots of flavors. I can say, yes there is a small wait at times. It's a new place, give them a chance it's worth the wait. Plus we sit at the bar for a drink as I waited on my food.

A pretty modern take on a classic pizza joint. The food was yummy and the service was good. I enjoyed my lunch with a couple of friends and we all tried something new. Would recommend you check it out.
