Fantastic Italian food! The food is what deserved the 4 stars... the hostess was not welcoming at all and sat someone else after we had been waiting before them. The pizza is very addicting as you may eat the entire pie. Chicken Parmigiana was very well prepared as well. Entire table was very pleased with our food and portions. Will definitely give it another try when in New Orleans!

This is my first Italian experience in NOLA! I went with a group of four and we got seated right away. We ordered the Penne alla Vodka, Shrimp Diavolo, and Gnocchi with Gorgonzola dolce sauce . I would say that I liked everything except for the Gnocchi, it was a little on the dry and salty side...dont think I would order that again. The other pastas were 👌👌 As for their pizza, they have a few selections from vegetarian, meat, to seafood! We went for the Melanzana Amici which comes with mozzarella and breaded eggplant. The crust was cooked just at the right texture. Very flavorful and cheesy. I really enjoyed it! Overall we had a great experience, food was excellent and I definitely recommend! Try their pizzas! 😍

Food was ok. A little pricey for what you got. Was not busy at all, but service was still poor.

The pizza is fantastic. I could keep the review at that, but I was treated wonderfully by the staff and the beer selection was great too. I would have zero issue bringing a date there, or just eating with a group of friends. I had a shrimp topped pizza and it was just fantastic.

The waitress recommended the wings, she said it was naked with sauteed onions. Sounded very plain, but they were great! Our pizza was delicious too! Will absolutely be back for a return visit.

Amici offers the perfect blend of delicious Italian food, swanky decor, and casual vibes/dress code. I attended a brunch with 25 people in the private upstairs room, and they took excellent care of us - the service was fast, thorough, and accurate, the brunch menu was delicious, and the room was perfect for a large group. I've never had a bad pizza from here, and both their house and bottomless Bloody Mary's (Maries?) are delicious and slightly spicy. Love sitting on the sidewalk and people-watching on Magazine St.!

Extremely disappointed! We have been to this restaurant the last four years and it has been exceptional. Under new ownership and gone are the white table clothes, the bottles of water on the table and food was overpriced. Salad came to the table the Mo dressing but the waitress was nice. I, however, am extremely sad that the new owners did not keep the family friendly fine dining experience.

Girls night out with my sisters n daughter was a huge disappointment. First two to arrive were greeted with spilled ice and water all over the table, asked for bread and waiter was full of excuses abt other staff taking the bread. Finally received 11/2 later. Service was terrible and the owner / son were full of excuses and thought that free desert would suffice. We as your guests aren't paying for excuses, we r paying for a great experience. To many other great restaurants to patronize. Won't be going back..
