Fantastic little Italian place hidden in a shopping plaza. Small and very cozy with attentive and friendly staff. Every food item we ordered was amazing, full of flavor and tasted home made. Can’t wait to come back to try other pasta dishes and pizza. Reasonable prices with generous portions, enough for left overs. Can’t wait to come back.

Over I like the vibe of the place a bit of a home like feel and the music stayed with the theme of the restaurant. The calamari was interesting but felt flavor was lacking but the marinara helped but to a certain extent. The pizza well the pizza I enjoyed the flavor the crust it different hit the spots but if left on the plate too long it would sag over which isn’t bad. Definitely a place I would come back to to try the rest of the menu

We loved Amici’s, it was reasonably priced and had a calming atmosphere in addition to being delicious. It is located next to a Publix in a shopping center, parking was easy. We ordered the bruschetta to begin, once we ran out of the bread it came with I ate the marinated tomatoes by themselves they were so delicious. I ordered the chicken siciliano, it was a combination of chicken Parmesan and eggplant Parmesan with a side of spaghetti pasta and red sauce. It was quite rich and flavorful and I had plenty for leftovers. The spaghetti was a simple spaghetti, nothing fantastical but delicious. My friend ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo, I had a bite of it and it was very tasty and I thought perhaps I picked up on some goat cheese potentially. It had a more complex flavor profile than just cream and cheese. Again, the dish was rich and she had a fair bit of leftovers. For dessert we ordered the chocolate cake slice and two mini cannolis, both were tasty. The chocolate cake was very rich and chocolatey and the cannolis were crunchy, sweet, and creamy. Our server was super sweet and attentive, we had a view of the pizza oven and the overhead lighting was dim which we appreciated after our long day. I could see this being a great little date spot. Amici’s had yummy Italian food for a reasonable price, both of us agreed we would come back!

The food was delicious, and the portions were plenty. I split a dish and had an extra side salad. There is plenty of food and vary reasonable prices. I just told my friends to plan a trip for all of us to have dinner soon..

Google
The best pizza in Pembroke Pines! We ordered many times before and it’s always so good. Took a leap of faith and asked if they could make a heart shape pizza for our galentines get together and they came through! Thank you again ❤️

Loved the ambience and the vibe. This place is a hidden gem. Our server was Danniel. The whole team looked so friendly and welcoming. We are definitely coming back!!! Please get the fried Calamari so bomb

Google
Bye Amici’s.. it’s been a great 10 years with my family.. Unfortunately, the last few meals have been terrible but today is the last straw. The sauce on our cheese pizza tasted like pure sugar, there was little sauce on the spaghetti & meat sauce despite my paying $2.50 for extra sauce and the other meal had what is supposed to be chicken on it but it was so thinly sliced and over cooked it was tossed into the trash. I’m sad to say it, but you’ve lost your touch.

We are from out of town so had no idea where to order from. A local suggested Amici’s. We ordered baked Ziti and a side salad with some garlic rolls. It was AMAZING! Our delivery driver, I believe Josh was his name, was very friendly and delivered our food still piping hot. He was outgoing and even recommended some other dishes that we will certainly try next time. Thank you, Amicis (and Josh :-)). Well done.

Yelp
We love our local pizza/Italian restaurant Amici's. Always friendly and welcoming. The food is good, the pizza is my favorite!

Yelp
Oof. This was disappointing. I went in ready for a great meal (takeout) and was excited to try a new local spot. I ordered a large pizza, 2 orders of wings and fried calamari online. When the app told me the order was ready, we went to get it and were beyond confused when the kids (the entire staff consisted of a bunch of teenagers!) looked puzzled about my order, and hadn't even made the pizza yet. We waited 30 minutes before leaving with my hot pizza, wings and ice cold calamari while watching way too many kids chatting & laughing behind the counter. Not til we got home did we realize that only the calamari appeared to have been cooked on time, but sat dying awaiting the rest of the order (not okay!). The pizza crust was too thin, thinner than a thin-crust, but definitely tasty. All of us at home agreed that the bbq wings were quite good too, but the gar-par ones were not (too salty, too garlicky, and swimming in oil). Anyone who's had cold calamari knows the rubbery, non-crispiness that goes with it. Not tasty, we couldn't even eat it. It's hard for me to return to a location after a negative experience, although I have done it before. Better service would have upped it to 2-stars, but nothing was offered while we waited the entire time, not even a glass of water. All things considered, I don't have any immediate plans to return. Pros: -the bbq wings -the pizza (just needed a thicker crust) -decent ambiance -good menu selection Cons: -everything else food wise that night -care, speed & service of staff

Yelp
We've ordered take out many times and we've always been impressed. The pizza is so good, always a hit at a birthday party, family gathering! Everyone who works there is so nice. Thank you to Steve for accepting my request for a heart shape pizza for our galentines party!

Yelp
I had leftover chicken and wanted fettuccine alfredo to go with it. So of course I checked Yelp for places in the area. This place was tucked away, but is delicious. The employees are young but very helpful and respectful. They seem to be a close bunch and were very friendly and helpful. There's a pickup window inside, where you can order to go. They have a Tuesday cheese pizza special, so I had to try the pizza. And I got my fettuccine. The pizza was pretty good. Almost NY style. The Alfredo was very thick and creamy. I probably gained 5lbs but it was worth it!

Yelp
Sweet little hidden gem in Pembroke Pines! This restaurant is tucked in the corner of a shopping center, offering classic Italian-American fare in a nice, quiet setting. I had the Baked Cheese Ravioli with a Caesar Salad as an appetizer, and both were great! The side garlic rolls were particularly delicious, and were nice to dip into the marinara from the pasta. The service was really great - my waitress (I think her name was Victoria?) was super duper sweet and friendly and made sure I got my food quickly and that my glass of Coke was always full. I will absolutely stop by Amici's when I'm in the area again! Next time, I'll try the pizza.

Yelp
My go to Italian restaurant in Broward. Family owned. Quaint atmosphere. Good servers. It's worth the drive.

Yelp
We decided to visit this establishment for our weekly Pizza Friday adventure. It is a family-operated, mom-and-pop type of establishment. The wait staff was super friendly and accommodating when it came to making decisions about our meal choices and options. We decided on the bruschetta for our appetizer and a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and onions for our main dish. From start to finish, everything was terrific. The bruschetta was fresh and appeared to have a little bit of heat to it. The pizza was thin, crispy, and very flavorful. We would definitely frequent this restaurant again. Overall, the entire experience was enjoyable.

Yelp
Ordered takeout from here and picked it up at 4:45pm on a Sunday. Only two people were sitting in the dining room which was rather dark inside but it was nice and quiet. Picked up the pizza in the back and the lady was very nice. Had a 14" cheese pizza with extra sauce. They added a god amount of sauce but the sauce was rather on the sweeter side. The dough was standard and decent amount of cheese. Overall the pizza was ok. The customer service was the best part.

Yelp
Yum! Amici's is a great little casual Italian restaurant with some great service and even better food. My family and I enjoyed a kids butter pasta, cheese pizza, garlic rolls, pasta fagioli, and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The pizza was cheesy goodness and the chicken Alfredo was creamy melt in your mouth delicious. We finished the night with mini cannoli's that were a big hit with the kids. The staff is friendly, attentive, and just wonderful. If you're in the mood for some great Italian food but not in the mood to get all dressed up, this spot is just right for that great casual night. Come check them out. It's worth it.

Yelp
Stopped by here because my family and I were in the area and usually eat at a really great Amici's in miami and found it cool they had the same name. It's a dim-lit restaurant, very old fashioned. Our server was so kind and had a great personality. I ordered the Chicken Francese which came with a soup or salad to start. I got the minestrone soup with it. Our meals came with garlic bread and we got the antipasto to start. The soup was good and you can obviously tell it's homemade. What some others mentioned in their reviews is true, their marinara sauce is a bit sweet so this soup was a bit sweeter than usual. Nothing wrong with it or anything just a different taste. This soup was very robust and wasn't a typical soup with lots of noodles in it. The garlic bread was delicious and the antipasto delivered! We were obsessed with how pickled the veggies were. Almost sour they were so pickled!! We loved them. Couldn't get enough of them. As for the Chicken Francese, I thought it was delicious. But at this point I was stuffed so I enjoyed it the following day at home. There's no better leftovers than Italian food. If I'm ever in the area again I would make sure to stop by!

Yelp
What an amazing experience! Our 1st time and it definitely won't be our last. The pizza was pillowy soft yet crispy. The sauce incredible. We also had the grilled chicken calzone and it was fantastic. The staff was very attentive, friendly, engaged, and we never felt ignored or overlooked. Not the largest space but doesn't feel crowded (we're a family of 6). True cozy feel. Easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Even paying the bill you quickly appreciate how sensible prices are here. Thank you Amici's!

Yelp
So on our Pizza Friday journey 1/27 we came across Amici's. We were seated immediately and waited placed an order with the young lady for our drinks. The young lady we had was very busy so we were kinda just sitting there waiting. Then the gentleman that greated us at the door came over and took our order (I think he was the manger/owner). He recommended the bruschetta and guaranteed it would be good...if not we would have gotten free mozzarella sticks. The bruschetta was amazing and you can tell it was freshly made. We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza which was also very good and had fresh toppings. The one thing that stood out to me more than the food was the gentleman's level of service. Whether it was greeting people upon entry, taking orders or just taking the time to listen to the customers he was doing it. I love going to a business where you see the effort and care people put into making it a success. I definitely will go back and support them and as my son told him before we left - "you have great pizza" and I concur.

Yelp
Delicioso and the calzones are amazing and large ! Staff is very friendly and nice. Would recommend!

Yelp
Incredible... of all the cheap, low budget deceiving and downright insulting to the most predominant and practiced cuisine in the world .. tiramisu with cheap vanilla ice cream filling instead of mascarpone. Frozen solid , store bought no hint of of espresso or anything for that matter . Not even Carvel would touch it .. where's the negative star button on this site ?

Yelp
As a picky pizza eater I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this pizza. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful and recommended the tomato basil pie. We ordered that with extra cheese and well done (bc well done is the only way ;) ) and it was awesome. The sauce had a slight kick, the pizza was thin, and the ingredients were super fresh. We also ordered the meatballs, bruschetta, and calamari - all were delicious. Would definitely recommend this cute little Italian spot.

Yelp
Incredible food and amazing service !!!! Angie was an angel to deal with when getting platters for a special event . Everyone raved about the food and insisted on having it at our next event !!!!! Can't wait to take my family there next !

Ivonne M.

Yelp
The pizza and garlic rolls were good, the sauce on the pizza is sweet, not my style but if you do like it that way then you would definitely enjoy it!

Yelp
Yet another Italian place around me! They don't stop! But that's a good thing because this place is amazing! The interior is nicely decorated and the place is rather small so if it is busy be prepared to wait. Going for lunch, they have some great options, I decided to go with the baked stuffed shells. They came, covered in cheese and sauce (aw yeah!) and insanely hot, right out of the oven! The shells themselves were cooked perfectly and the cheese in the shells was also equally as terrific! Lunch comes with rolls and soup, both of which were terrific as well! However, the garlic rolls has a little too much garlic for my liking because it was very strong garlic! The soup was perfect and had a nice amount of items in it! Our waitress was decent, disappearing for the entire meal after dropping our food off. There was only one other table being taken up, she was in the back talking to the cook the entire time. We had to waive her back so we could get our refills on drinks and the check.

Carly O.

Yelp
The bruschetta and chicken Alfredo were delicious, and the service informative and friendly! Knocking off one star because I paid $1.25 up charge for a Caesar salad that didn't even come pre tossed with the mediocre (store bought?) dressing.

John H.

Yelp
A step above school lunch. Gave me a stomachache. If you are looking for a laxative, this is your place.

Yelp
Best Pizza in Pembroke Pines! Everything from the Cheese to the Tomato sauce is delicious. The crust is crispy and great NY Italian pizza. I always order the Pepperoni Pizza! The staff is friendly and the indoor dining area holds a good amount of people (though it's pretty dark) and no outdoor dining. Highly recommended, no delivery option. My nephews inhale this stuff!

Susan K.

Yelp
my cousin and I stopped in because we were on the way home and i remembered that someone told me that Amici's in Pembroke Pines has amazing food. I ordered pizza and my cousin had lasagna. we also had a glass of a house Pinot Noir. everything was amazing. the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent!. I have been back myself to get pizza to take home since then and they are still my favorite!
google avatar

Yelp
Fast Delivery, good food. Sausage Parmesan hoagie was the best. Angel hair pomodoro was also very good. Veal Parmesan was good too, and came with spaghetti. Salads with meal were small and not very good. Pizza was thin crust with lots of cheese and not much sauce. Bottom line is that I would be happy to have them bring me a meal. And look forward to visiting the restaurant in person. The food was good and the price was right. Oh, and I was very happy to have garlic rolls come with the meal without having to order them.

Yelp
I am new to the area and don't have a neighborhood Italian restaurant go to for pizza. I love Mister 01, Caffe Sosta, and to a lesser extent, even Anthony's Coal Fired. That said, none of these are really what I'm looking for when the family gathers around the pool or for a sporting event. Where is my go to spot for an X-Large Pepperoni Pizza? Amici's definitely filled the bill for a good, round, New York Style Pizza by the pool. I love a little crisp and char on my then pizza, with a crust that is worth eating rather than tossing. Check, check, and check. We added a 1/2 dozen garlic rolls with marinara to the order and these were amazing. The marinara was chunky and flavorful, the rolls were crispy outside, soft and chewy inside, and soaked with fresh cut garlic. Amici's earned a solid collective 4 from the family, with a few 4.5 votes, and a short debate about whether the sweetness in the pizza sauce was a plus or minus. For now, this is my go to spot when I want a pie to go. I look forward to trying their Italian dishes, pastas, salads, and hoagies in the near future.

Yelp
Who isn't up for a quick pizza? This place is usually on point. Didn't feel like cooking or waiting too long for something to eat. But I, of course, have to try something new. It doesn't always work out. We ordered a cheese pizza and baked ziti. The pizza was good. You can never go wrong w pizza. The ziti was nice too. What I ordered that was different was a quick sautéed side of broccoli. It had a funky smell. Not a broccoli funk. Not even garlic. I'm not sure what it was. And I actually tasted it. It tasted funny too. I tried hard to figure out what it was, and the only thing I could think of was that maybe they added a wine? But that wasn't the disappointing part. What bothered me was that one of their cooks was wearing the mask half off. His nose was out. I mean why even try? It's like wearing your pants on your butt cheeks. Even with the funny tasting broccoli, I might have come back. But their lack of concern for the customer is what really turned me off. I can't swear we won't order from their again, it really is good pizza. But I may doubt myself first. *NOTE, this was an order from May 9.

Yelp
The best pizza in town everything here, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The garlic rolls are freaking amazing
google avatar

Yelp
Garlic Rolls! Garlic Rolls Garlic Rolls Garlic Rolls Garlic Rolls. Super soft and freshly baked dinner rolls covered in buttta and rolled around in garlic and parsley and parm cheese. These little devils are good! And must be ordered if you stop at Amici's for dinner. Lucky for us they came with their Monday night dinner special - a pan of baked ziti + rolls for about $12. And when I say pan I really do mean a pan of ziti. It fed four of us and there were leftovers. And it was pretty good. We also ordered a side of meatballs but I was a bit disappointed with them. They weren't terrible but they weren't all that memorable either. And for $5 I was expecting a larger portion that we could share. Pretty sure it came w/ 2 meatballs. Who wants just half a meatball!? What they lack in the meatball department they make up for in atmosphere tho. Amici's doesn't look like much from the outside - its in a small dated strip mall - but inside its warm and inviting and feels very much like a neighborhood joint. Worthy of a visit if you're in the area and looking for a nice and cozy Italian dinner. Just don't forget to order the garlic rolls!

Michael H.

Yelp
Food always good pizza is one of best around town and a friendly restaurant for neighborhood eats

Priscilla M.

Yelp
We ate dinner here tonight. Such a cute, cozy little neighborhood restaurant. Our server Victoria was so friendly and helpful in helping us decide what to order... garlic parm wings were delicious. We also had spaghetti and meatballs and pizza. Overall a great dinning experience. Delicious food, excellent service, and very reasonably priced. Will go again soon.

Sharon S.

Yelp
Exceptional food and service! I was raised in New York and have been to many fine Italian restaurants. Amici's beats them all! Very flavorful food; well seasoned. Portions are generous reasonably priced, and the servers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Yelp
Italian-American cuisine, just the way you would imagine it to be. My friend recommended this place for lunch, saying it was one of her childhood favorites where she celebrated birthdays growing up. It's tucked into a plaza, you really wouldn't notice it unless someone tells you about it. Overall, the food was flavorful and service was quick. The menu is extensive enough even for the pickiest of eaters. We ordered three appetizers, I'm happy to say that all were seasoned perfectly and super fresh. The pizza wasn't the best I've experienced, but definitely not bad at all. The only negative if I were to be nit picky is that he restaurant is darkly-lit with dated decor and furniture.
google avatar

Adri J.

Yelp
I mistakenly placed an order from here confusing it with the other Amici's on Miramar pkwy. I quickly found out what a mistake I had made! From the customer service to the food, it was just all around horrible!! Rude and extremely unfriendly customer service. The pizza was undercooked and soggy!! What a waste of food because it was all thrown out. None of it was edible for obvious reasons. As a restaurant you should take some kind of pride when you serve customers but clearly this place does not. It's an absolute NO for me.

Nicole Q.

Yelp
Best garlic rolls and pizza in town! Calamari is also great. Small, intimate place. Service is good.
google avatar

Mary Ann C.

Yelp
Amici's is decent Italian food. Their pizza has always been better than everything else.I like when the bottom is well done. The garlic rolls are like so many places. They are good but just run of the mill. This place has been around for a while and has a big following from the locals. The cannoli are pretty good and just enough for dessert.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
came in for lunch with my two wildlings. The service is great. The food is pretty good. But best of all was the service! They have another location in Kendall. My son had the kids pizza special, my daughter had the kids fettuccini, and i had fish and chips. They offered to cut the pizza smaller for my son (4 yrs) but i said he liked big slices. Bathrooms are clean and restaurant is clean and friendly. Please visit! Great lunch prices.

Tony P.

Yelp
Great service and food, owner on site. Their Pizzas are the best. I only wish they would accept American Express. I understand the high fees with AMEX but I'd venture to say they have alot more to gain if they would accept Amex.

Kathy A.

Yelp
Great service good pizza have delivery Steve the owner is very nice located in a great area close to my house

Samantha R.

Yelp
My wedding was 10.14.22 and I'm a little late on the review but... To say the food here is amazing and always perfect will never do justice! My husband and I, found this place when we moved in around two years ago.. and we have been going here almost every Friday night as our own little ritual! We got married about a week ago and we decided that we wanted to share a little of our ritual with our family and friends at our wedding! We got Baked Ziti, Chicken Alfredo, Bruschetta, Salad, and Rolls!!! Everything was perfect and the entire nights we got so many compliments on all the food!!! Once again Amici's did not disappoint. And we are so grateful to have shared this delish restaurant for everyone to taste the most amazing food. The owner is super nice and we are so grateful for him accommodating us. Thank you so much for providing such an outstanding meal!

Joe P.

Yelp
Had a very nice filling dinner for two with a soda for $ 30. All the right boxes got checked here; good polite timely service--delicious and fresh tasting cheesy food, clean, quiet and cozy--verrrrry reasonably priced--and then even a table visit by the caring owner, Steve. I would surely like to return.....and am sure I will. So many more enticing dishes to be tried. (Next up, Veal Parm for less than $17!! ) An apt name, because Amici's is definitely a good new friend.

Claudia C.

Yelp
Great food homemade & pizza is the best! Very few places can compare to New York pizza and Amici's has nailed it!! The entire staff is very welcoming & professional!! Highly recommend!!

Barbie F.

Yelp
Went today for first time. Very family friendly. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Really delicious. Def will be back! Service was great too

Yelp
Just had an amazing pizza delivered. Shop locally if you can and we wholeheartedly support Amici. In the Publix center at Hiatus and Taft.

Yelp
Good Italian food with great prices. They have lunch specials and early bird specials for those looking to save a few dollars. I've had their chicken parm, veal with eggplant parm and their pizza. The entrees were good but unlike many others I did not like the pizza. I felt the sauce on it was too sweet.

Lauren P.

Yelp
The pizza and bread are so scrumptious! Me and my boyfriends new pizza spot. Yummy!!!
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
Delicious Italian food in a cozy environment! Highly recommend for both pizza and Italian dishes! The sauce says it all!
google avatar

Yelp
The pizza and everything is best in person, nice and crisp! You can beat the flavors in their pizza sauce or marinara Amazing soft/crunchy garlic rolls! (Definitely get a small side of marinara for these) Delicious since 1999!

Yelp
Service : Alex was great. Fast, constantly checking on us , recommended a few options , very attentive. Food: Chicken Francesca was great Ambiance : quaint , relaxing , low noise level , low music . My wife and I could finally have a conversation while dinning. Price: $$ Very affordable quality food

Yelp
My favorite lunch spot. Service is quick and the pizza is AMAZING! The sauce tastes authentic and homemade. I usually get lightly baked garlic rolls, a Caesar salad and a pie with pepperoni, garlic and onion...yup! The makings for bad breath but it's so worth it. I always know I'm leaving satisfied when coming here.
