Chamblee Restaurant Karv Kitchen Opens for Mediterranean Build-Your-Own Spit-Roasted Meat Wraps and Bowls and Loukoumades Doughnuts | Eater Atlanta

"Now open at AMLI Lenox on Lakeside Drive in Buckhead, I note this ninth Atlanta-area location of Savi Provisions operates as a gourmet market and wine shop with a patio, some indoor seating, and a self-pour wall offering 14 beer taps and 16 wine options. Like its other markets, it sells local produce, meats and cheeses, baked goods and desserts from its bakery, pantry staples, wine and craft beer, and offers prepared foods from the deli including sandwiches, wraps, salads, and breakfast sandwiches and dishes; masks are required." - Beth McKibben

I’ve been living at AMLI Lenox for a while now, and I want to shout out Katia for being an amazing leasing agent. Even after I moved in, she has always been super helpful, quick to respond, and willing to take care of anything I needed. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. I really appreciate her support — she makes living here even better. Highly recommend Katia!

I am writing this letter to share my positive experience with Tavrey at AMLI Lenox. From the moment I first connected with him, he has gone above and beyond to make my experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Throughout my time working with him, Tavrey has consistently shown professionalism, patience, and a true willingness to help. He has assisted me with multiple things, including my move-in process, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Whenever I had questions or needed guidance, he was always quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well, but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. Tavrey is one of those people. His customer service, positive attitude, and knowledge of the property have made a huge difference for me, and I truly appreciate everything he has done. AMLI Lenox is lucky to have someone like Tavrey on their team, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service and support.

From the moment I arrived, Taurey Prayor set a tone of effortless professionalism and genuine hospitality. He didn’t just show apartments — he curated an experience. Each space he presented aligned perfectly with what I described — the right light, the right energy, and the right flow — all without a single hint of overselling. Taurey listens. In a market where many rush through the process, he took time to understand my preferences and deliver options that felt tailored, not templated. The result was clarity, confidence, and calm — qualities you don’t always find when apartment hunting in Buckhead. The AMLI community itself is stunning — polished architecture, immaculate interiors, and an understated elegance that speaks for itself. What impressed me most was the transparency: no amenity fees, only parking if desired. Taurey made every detail seamless, explaining costs and terms with total honesty and zero pressure. When I made a last-minute apartment shift, he handled it with the poise of a true professional — calm, solution-oriented, and committed to getting it right. It wasn’t just customer service; it was concierge-level care. Leasing with Taurey felt less like a transaction and more like being guided by someone who truly values where and how you live. He embodies grace under pressure and represents AMLI with distinction. If AMLI is the address, Taurey Prayor is the reason it feels like home. This man deserves a promotion — he’s the definition of five-star living.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex, especially when it comes to safety and security. I pay to park my car in a garage that is advertised as secure, yet my vehicle, along with several others, was broken into on different days back to back. Despite having security ON SITE, nothing was done to prevent these incidents or address them afterward. If residents are paying for parking, there should be a reasonable expectation that their vehicles are protected. The presence of security feels ineffective when repeated break ins occur without action. There should be more vigilance throughout the garage and building, as residents should not have to worry about their property while living and paying here. Management and security need to do better.

I recently moved into Amli Lenox and from the day that I toured to the day that I moved in, Taurey made the whole process seamless and easy. He was very helpful, professional and informative and helped me pick the right unit and floorplan for me. I am loving my apartment and the community and hope to be here for a very long time

The leasing specialist was welcoming and patient. He took the time to walk me through a couple of timing scenarios for moving in to include which units would be available, floors, and views. Transparent pricing/no tricky fees and charges was great to hear. The property is not only beautiful but also exceptionally maintained. I fell in love with the east facing views. Security is important for me so the consierge and 24 hour security checked that box! This is by far the best tour experience I have had.

★★★★★ 5 Stars – Perfect Location, Beautiful Amenities & Outstanding Service I toured AMLI Lenox, and let me start by saying the location is EVERYTHING. Being right by Lenox Mall means you’re surrounded by all the essentials — restaurants, cafés, tea and coffee shops, nightlife, shopping, and even a wonderful church nearby. The entire area is walkable, vibrant, and full of life. Truly one of the best locations I’ve seen. My tour was with Taurey Prayor, and he really made the experience. He has a calm, laid-back, chill energy, but you can tell he knows his property inside and out. He lived on-site for two years before buying his home, and the fact that he’s still dedicated and comes in every day shows how much he believes in the community. He was originally going to let me do a self-guided tour, but instead he personally walked me through everything — which I appreciated. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and even hand-wrote all the details for me since there were no brochures or business cards available. That level of effort speaks volumes. Now the amenities… Yes, yes, yes. My FAVORITE part was the Art Room — absolutely beautiful. As soon as I saw it, I immediately thought: ✨ Sip & Paint coming soon! ✨ It’s the perfect space for creative events. The Movie Room was amazing, and the Game Room was super nice as well. Clean, modern, and inviting. Very well thought-out. I also loved the design details: • Even floors have the darker, gray-toned color scheme • Odd floors feature the lighter, white-countertop color palette Those little touches really help residents choose the aesthetic that fits them best. Overall, AMLI Lenox is a gorgeous community in an unbeatable location, and Taurey made the tour smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Google
My experience with Amli Lenox has been absolutely remarkable, starting from my very first phone call. I adore the property, and my apartment exceeded the expectations set by the video tour I received. Taurey has delivered exceptional service since my arrival, proving to be incredibly supportive in making Amli Lenox feel like home.

Yelp
I am relieved to be out of this building. Nightmare experience here till the day I moved out. The biggest problem with this building are the elevators. There are 3 elevators in the building and one of them is ALWAYS broken. I reserved one of the two working elevators the day I was moving out, but I was informed that Marshals had entered to building for evictions and they were using the elevator, so I had to share it with them or use the one elevator the entire building was using. This made it take me an extra 2 hours to move out (and an extra $300 because the movers charged me per hour). When I emailed management, all they could do was "apologize for the inconvenience". Getting in touch with management is difficult too. It usually takes me 3 follow up emails to get their attention. I've also had packages stolen a few times. The amenities look beautiful which is what enticed me to move into this building, but buyers beware. There is a lot of crime in and around this building. There have been shootings outside of the building and recently there have been a lot of break ins. There is a lot of partying in this building, attracting a very rowdy crowd. Noise is always an issue. I even once noticed someone negotiating with a prostitute in the elevator. I've also witnessed a lot of fights and screaming in the hallways. Summary: STAY AWAY FROM HERE, not worth the price. You can thank me later.

Yelp
So I used Promove to find complexes that were lenient on credit scores. This place was one that they recommended. The place is probably one of the nicer ones I've seen in Atlanta. The tour went well and the young lady was very nice and gave me the info that I needed. So I go online and apply thinking I shouldn't have much of an issue getting in but boy was I wrong! 1. Minimum credit score need to get in 550.. my score was 633 2. Not a felon. I'm definitely not a felon 3. Make 3 times the rent. I make over 3 times the rent 4. Good Rental history. I haven't paid rent late in almost 17 years so....... I basically qualified but they can be as picky as they wanna be so I was denied! Oh yeah they ask for $750 deposit and $250 admin fee and $175 app fee when you apply so you will have almost $1200 just in limbo for 2 weeks or until they give it back! ‍ was willing to put more of a deposit down if needed but wasn't given that opportunity so....... And please don't comment under here saying reach out to us so we can discuss it because I already called and wasn't helped at all the guy only said that the reason I wasn't accepted is on the letter and that was that!!!

Yelp
I applied to AMLI Lenox. They wanted me to give a third party my bank account username and password as their only way to verify income. I called my bank (Truist) and they said that this was "likely a scam and to not verify my income with this method". I offered to verify my income in any other way but they refused. I would not recommend living here at all until they change their policy if you want to keep your finances safe.

Yelp
Great Apartment for someone who likes a more up beat vibe. since i moved here in Sep theyve upped their garage security. i park my hellcat on the top floor and havent had and issue yet. my maintenance problems were solved in less than 24 hours. the walls in the room are built great because i only hear my neighbors when they yell or play loud music. the gym is cool, the rooftop locations are vibes, and my neighbors and concierge are nice. only bad thing here is half the time there's a elevator wait and dog pee in elevator weekly. 4.6/5 stars ! Byrdii here :)

Yelp
DO NOT LIVE HERE. This was the worst place I have ever lived. There was nothing but issues since the day I moved in. There were multiple shootings on the apartment grounds (including one murder right at the front door, which was never communicated to residents - we found out through ATL Scoop and the local news). The office never picked up the phone when I was calling and I was always sent to the off-site call center. The people at the off-site call center would always leave a message for the Amli Lenox office to give me a call back and I have never received one. If you need answers to anything, you have to show up to the office for them to finally acknowledge you. The leasing office had been charging me the wrong rent for numerous months through my account portal - which was always paid on-time and in full. They realized their mistake after I submitted my move-out notice, to which they tried to say I owed them one lump sum payment. The apartment building and parking garage always smelled, were filled with trash and even had blood stains and drippings. I used to see cleaning crews at least every couple of days when I moved in, but after the first month, they appeared to cut their budget with them and I rarely saw cleaning crews (or any clean apartment amenities). The residents are extremely inconsiderate and would drive crazy through the parking garage, scream in their apartments, have fights in the hallways and play loud music through all hours of the night (including weeknights). This is very inconvenient for people who have jobs and need to sleep and/or get work done. Complaining to the office never resulted in any positive change, even when they were in violation of their lease. We would receive notices on our door to report any neighbors smoking weed, meanwhile, they didn't care to do anything about the murder, shootings or blood on the floor and walls of common areas. Weed was the least of anyone's worries in this apartment complex. The parking garage gates were always broken, so say goodbye to any safe place to park your car. There were numerous drug deals (and I'm sure other crimes) in and around the apartment area. Don't be fooled by the flashy apartment interior and nice views, this apartment is not worth your safety and peace of mind. If you are a current resident, or an unlucky new resident, pay close attention to your rent payments every month and keep a close eye on the return of your security deposit. They will send your refund check to the address that you just moved out of - even though you updated your bank account information to receive it electronically. How stupid is that?

Yelp
I applied to this apartment on behalf of a client. I was hesitant to apply because of the reviews that mentioned their seemingly arbitrary income verification process. Nonetheless, because the client liked the unit, I submitted the application along with the client's most recent check stubs, in accordance with Amli's policy. That was on a Friday evening. On Saturday, the client received a denial e-mail citing Amil's inability to verify the client's income. I know for certain they did not contact my client's employer to verify employment and income because the employer is closed on the weekends and does not use an automated employment verification service. Other reviewers intimated that Amli may be utilizing discriminatory practices in their approval process. I am not certain of this, but it may warrant further review by the appropriate officials. There are far too many high-rises in Atlanta that are comparable to or exceed Amli in pricing and amenities to waste time or application fees on a seemingly arbitrary (at best) and lacking approval process.

Yelp
Beautifully located in the heart of Buckhead. Perfectly tucked away from the busy road but close enough to walk to Lenox and Phipps mall. Wonderful building with great office and maintenance staff. Hands down my favorite place I've lived this far! Also- they have food trucks almost every day!

Yelp
I have been here for a month and when I tell you the whole experience from the first tour with Jordyn to the leasing experience with Andrew has been like a breath of fresh air. Greg, Thomas, Kaitlyn are all amazing!!!!The building is clean and secure. We are only going to be here until we find our townhouse but this was definitely the best decision we made coming to live at the Amli Lenox. Please don't entertain the negative reviews. This is where you want to be, not to mention the location is excellent! You can walk to so many establishments. Right across the street from Lenox....I wish I could purchase a unit here that's how much we love it. 5 stars!!!!

Yelp
ELEVATORS ARE ALWAYS BROKE ! DO NOT MOVE HERE I'm so sick of having to walk up 10 flights of stairs because there's only one elevator working . I understand that things happen and machines break down but the elevators have been broken for a whole year now . There hasn't been a single month that the elevators haven't been broke . It's ridiculous . They always claim that it's fixed but a couple days later the elevator is back out of service . They will only have one elevator working and it's 21 floors in here . The elevator will literally stop on every floor and gets so packed that we're crammed like sardines. Once the elevator gets too heavy from over capacity it goes out of service and everyone has to get off and re renter their floor . Just for it to get over Capacity again and it will go out of service . I never make it to my floor and always end up having to take the stairs

Makayla G.

Yelp
I know the pictures/amenities make this an enticing place to live but DO NOT. The leasing office/management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They do not care whatsoever about your well being or helping you in any form. I've lived here for 3 months and am counting the days until my 12month lease is over. There's been 2 UNIT break ins (when everything is supposed to be secured via the key fob system). I can't even count the amount of car break ins, despite having "24/7" security on duty. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Yelp
Hey. I get it. We all have bad ones. But when you're working, and you're the face of the company, you have to figure out a way to push past your troubles, or possibly look into taking the day off. The young woman (African American, small frame, short in height, with glasses) was NOT pleasant or inviting. Given the area, I'm certain the ticket to reside in this community is pretty big, so at the very least, any patrons should be greeted with courtesy and respect. If I were in the market to lease a unit - AMLI Lenox would NOT be the place. But, I do hope her day gets better!

Sara H.

Yelp
Thought I'd write a review because these other reviews are really a poor reflection of how great the complex actually is. I really love the concierge Adrienne and Meesa. They are always so helpful and sweet. My agent was DJ, she's the really tall pretty lady. She was very cool to work with and funny. Definitely recommend working with her if you decide to visit. But I also listed my pros and cons since living here: Pros: 24/7 concierge nice office staff beautiful apt for value parking is FREE!!!( CANT STRESS HOW MUCH I APPRECAITE THIS SINCE MOVING FROM NY) amazing views cool amenities convenient to shopping and restaurants and train Cons any apartment on lower floors face parking garage construction next door elevator wait time guest parking can get a little full

Yelp
I had a complete nightmare of an experience with Andrew. Before I went out of the country for a month, I signed a lease here. I was supposed to move in when I got back. When I arrived to move in, the unit had not been flipped properly. Apparently, the residents that lived in the unit before me were facing an eviction and had not vacated the unit until 3 days prior to my arrival. I gave them another day to fix the issues. When I returned the next day, it looked as if nothing had been touched. Andrews demeanour was very nasty and rigid. Mind you all of my stuff is in a storage unit and I don't have an address. At that point, Andrew, the assistant manager told me to move in as is or find somewhere else to live. Imagine that! Just traveled apx 9 hours from a different country expecting to move into your new apartment, then being told "take it below standard or leave it" Literally caused a full blown anxiety attack. I was in complete distress for a good 3-5 hours. I didn't deserve this experience. I did everything that I was supposed to do. I will be escalating this incident.

DeMarcus P.

Yelp
Everyone is so nice & attentive. I really like my building but the only thing I hate is some of the residents smoke and it makes the hallways smell (It's not the offices fault) they have sent out emails about a none smoking environment and they have patrol going through the halls, but it's a great property.

Yelp
They perpetuate discriminatory practices. A rep, Jordan, told a client of mine that she would have to provide tax transcripts or a CPA letter to prove her income. My client provided AUTHENTIC IRS tax documents, at which time, she was told were fraudulent. She called asking if I could provide her with a letter of representation for her financials. She placed me on a call with him. At which time, he interrogated me regarding my CPA license. I explained to him, that I had provided these types of letters in the past and that he only needed the firm name (NAVOYA FINANCIAL LLC) & EIN. That was unacceptable to him. My client is a young African American business woman. She was attempting to secure housing for her and her children in Atlanta, in an effort to expand her brand. But these are the companies practices which allow them to make up the rules as they go along; depending upon...SKIN COLOR.

Yelp
I rarely leave reviews but I want y'all to know I been looking for a new home for months and been to all the high rises in buckhead. None have come close to Amli Lenox and one of the major reason is Thomas in the leasing office. He was very knowledgeable and help me with every step of the way into move in my new beautiful home.

T A.

Yelp
It is such an embarrassment to live in this building. As luck would have it every time I have visitors the elevators don't work or the hallways smell like trash. This isn't all the time but enough to be extremely annoying. I'm giving a three star because inside the apartments are beautiful. If I didn't have to leave my apartment and walk around the property I would give five stars.

Yelp
This location is so unprofessional it is ridiculous. First off, I had a 4 pm appointment and I had got there a few minutes early because I figured paperwork and regular apartment run downs before the tour would take place . When we walked in the concierge Elijah took our ids and said that the leasing agent Thomas would be with us shortly. After growing impatient and 35 minutes into waiting for Thomas although we had a booked in person tour , we then asked Elijah to see if another leasing agent could help us because he was at his desk doing absolutely nothing. When Elijah asked him he said that he was waiting on people to come back from a self guided tour. So I ask "the concierge" is it possible to ask our original leasing agent Thomas to come and atleast speak to us because we had another apartment tour at 5, Elijah informed us that Thomas said he was unable to help us at the moment because he was filing evictions. That was one of the most unprofessional things I've heard from a leasing agent. So then still using Elijah the concierge as a our beacon of communication I asked him to asked Thomas Johnson if we too could do a guided tour because we were running behind. Thomas wrote random units down on a piece of paper and gave them to Elijah to give to us. Once again he still did not come and acknowledge us or even ask what our preference in apartments were. While we were headed to our guided tour a resident was asking for someone in the office because he was complaining about the smell of fish and fumes in the air for the past two days. Our first apartment we went to look at was on the 10th floor, upon getting off of the elevator the entire hallway smelled like marijuana . We went to the unit and it didn't even look like it should have been shown, it looked like an apartment that was just moved out of. After seeing that one apartment and so much going on in the complex within itself we didn't even finish our tour. When we went back downstairs we asked the concierge could he get us the two gentleman's business cards and Jordan and Thomas both seemed hesitant because I'm sure they knew we would have been writing a review. Let me tell you something, DO NOT MOVE HERE. So unprofessional and if they treat you like that before signing a lease, imagine how they treat you once you sign your lease. I'm embarrassed for this company having employers like that. It makes the entire company as a whole look horrible.

Terry M.

Yelp
Moved into AMLI Lenox Feb2021. While the building itself & the surrounding Buckhead area is very nice, the service from leasing and maintenance staff is horrible. It's quite shocking considering the rent for these units. Building staff is unresponsive and do not follow-up with maintenance requests. And, the trash chutes are constantly jammed. As a result, the hallways & common areas often smell of trash & rotten food. It's very embarassing & unpleasant when hosting guests.

Lexi N.

Yelp
I'm a current resident with some disabilities and was having trouble with the computer system and paying rent. After months of going back and forth with the office I emailed corporate the full breakdown. Greg the community manger had me come in and broke everything down to my mother and I. He made it so simple and did not treat me any differently. To a person who always get treated differently once people know, this was greatly appreciated. He was just himself and spoke and treated me like any other person. He is so nice and you can tell he's very genuine. It makes me more comfortable knowing he is running the office downstairs. I also want to mention that the leasing agent Jordan is the nicest person ever. I feel so bad he got dragged into the drama he didn't deserve it. Jordan has the most positive attitude and is always happy and more than willing to help. He's a great leasing agent. He also leased me my apartment. Jordan and Greg deserve 5/5 stars for just being great employees and great people. I 100% recommended if you come to lease here ask for Jordan. Thanks to Jordan and Greg for being the best!
