I was excited to check out Amor Cafe & Pastry, nestled in the Sully Station Shopping Center.
They offer various Korean pastries, a breakfast/lunch menu, and a beverage list. We came here early morning, and we ordered a few pastries from their bakery case, a Morning Sandwich (a croissant with ham, American cheese, scrambled eggs, milk mustard mayo, and sweet chili mayo), a Tiramisu Latte, and a Chai Latte with oat milk.
Unfortunately, the food and the drinks were inedible. The Morning Sandwich was poorly made, as it just contained a slice of cheap deli ham and was not even warmed or made fresh - you could tell that it was just haphazardly put together. The pastries themselves were not fresh, and they tasted stale, dry, and a few days old.
The drinks were not even hot, as I had made our request clear to have the beverages extra hot - both drinks were super watered down and really didn't taste like anything; no one could have distinguished between the two.
Service was friendly, but it's clear that the baristas and the kitchen staff know how to make drinks and assemble sandwiches.
The cafe itself is clean and bright, and there are a handful of seatings.
I'm glad I was able to check this place out, but would not return.
Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot.
