Amore Gelato

Amore makes a decent gelato. I don’t feel like I’m in Rome when I’m eating it, but still good. They offer a pretty standard selection of flavors with a couple deviations into more creative fare. Portions are generous. It’s a pretty good option for something cool while walking the 16th Street Mall.

Amazing customer service from Shawn who helped us sample, pick delicious gelato and even brought by great chocolate gelato with toasted marshmallow topping for free! He made our morning amazing. We all had lemon sorbet and thought that was the best, all flavors delicious. Thank you so much!

Craving something very healthy, I decided on the Acai, and it was an excellent decision. I highly recommended it.

mediocre-to-bad gelato inside a dungeon with a bunch of other restaurants. Their bubble gum ice-cream tasted awful and their strawberry was gross. If you are stuck going here, go ahead and pick the birthday cake. It's the least bad. You really should just go to the yogurt place nearby.

We went for ice cream and one of the guys was sweeping the floors with gloves on. He then stopped sweeping, and with the same gloves came over to open the ice cream case and got a sample spoon out. We left and did not eat there. He was also setting up trays with the same gloves on from cleaning the floor.

I liked this place. The food is made fresh before your eyes (which can slow down service a bit, but that's fine). In addition, the food is pretty good. I ordered a crepe and coffee which, thanks to a special, came with some free gelato. The food was fresh and the prices were pretty decent. I found the server to be friendly and helpful with her suggestions. I would eat there again if I am ever back in the area.

Great gelato, crepes are amazing. Been here multiple times and will probably be going again. Lots of interesting flavors to choose from for gelato, lot more then you can get at the supermarket. Prices aren't bad and the staff are friendly.

Walked in at 816pm on a Friday evening and the attendant tells me the crepe station was closed. This same attendant was more interested in looking at some photos on a phone a male friend was showing her than actually walking me through whatever else was available. Too bad I couldn’t get a chance to taste and rate your food. Attitude and presentation plays a big part in customer service...and reviews.

Gelato, so creamy yummy and delicious! Crepes, filled with fresh fruits tasted as good as they looked!
