The food was delicious! That was my first time having fried macaroni and I was truly impressed! Everything was really tasty. The ambiance was great and the owner Rick is AWESOME! Looking forward to trying the calamari when I return because it is so popular they were out and EVERYTHING is made fresh!! Great experience!

My wife, daughter and I dined in on Sunday, April 30, 2025 to celebrate our daughter's birthday. My take on this establishment: 1. Restaurant and tables clean. 2. Bathrooms clean and quite nice. 3. Service was very good. Waiter was dressed nicely and very polite. 4. Nice dishes and silverware, and cloth napkins! 5. Food was great! I complain 9 out of 10 times and am always comparing to my favorite restaurant in my hometown, comparing quality and price. Well, this is 1 out of 10 times I did not feel bad about the bill and completely enjoyed my meal. I was also talking to my wife and compared to Olive Garden (or Cheesecake Factory for that matter) that is not so great and full of screaming children jumping up and down on the chairs and waiters that come around whenever they get the urge and basically forget you. 5. If I am this part of Arlington again I would return.

Had my wedding reception dinner at Amore Mio Trattoria, and it was absolutely perfect. We reserved the entire upstairs deck for our family, and having the whole space to ourselves made it feel so special and intimate. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. They even allowed my sister to come in early and decorate the tables to surprise me which meant so much! The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the team there was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout the evening. Everything felt personal and genuine.

Tom is an outstanding waiter who adds a special touch to your dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. The Caesar salad was incredible, and both our dishes—the Pesto Alfredo Fettuccine and Bolognese—were absolutely delicious. We were lucky to stop by and try the lunch special, and I’m so glad we did. The restaurant itself is also beautifully designed.

Google
Stellar first-time experience dining at Amore Mio thanks to Israel and Rick. We started with the fritto misto and burrata salad (both delicious and beautifully presented) before moving on to mains of Arrabbiata with Shrimp (star of the evening) and Eggplant Parmesan then finishing with Tiramisu (another signature dish). The wine list was very limited and our first choice wasn't available. Service exceeded expectations for a price point above the actual price point. We will be back. Bonus: free parking garage located a block away.

**Restaurant Review: Amore Mio Trattoria** I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday on November 26, 2024, than Amore Mio Trattoria! From the initial reservation process to the incredible service during the event, Ricky, the manager, along with Thomas and Yakov, made sure everything was seamless and enjoyable. I made a reservation for about 20 people from 6 to 8 PM. Ricky was upfront and professional, letting me know about their policies regarding a small fee for bringing our own wine and outside cake or in case of significant no-shows. I appreciated the transparency and fairness of the rules. On the day of the event, he personally called to let me know that our table was ready and ensured everything was set for our arrival. As soon as we arrived, the team welcomed us warmly, offering bread and drinks while we settled in. Throughout the evening, they consistently checked on us—whether it was topping off drinks, offering cheese for our pasta, or just making sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us the space and time to take photos and enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. The food was exceptional! My personal favorite was the salmon pasta, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A friend surprised me with a tiramisu cake from the restaurant, and it was divine—a sweet end to a wonderful celebration. The check arrived and the gratuity wasnt even included for 20+ people on this event which I’m surprised for having a big group, so we left them cash tip instead. It all worked out. Thanks for your service and accommodation! Even though our reservation was until 8 PM, we ended up staying until the restaurant closed at 9 PM. Despite the late hour, Ricky and his team remained accommodating, friendly, and attentive, always serving us with smiles on their faces. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, with plenty of Instagrammable spots to capture memories. Overall, it was a memorable birthday celebration, and I highly recommend Amore Mio Trattoria for any event, lunch, or dinner date. Their incredible service, delicious food, and warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot for any occasion. Huge thanks to Ricky, Thomas, and Yakov for making my day so special!

Enjoyed my meal here. The ambiance is great, service was kind, and if I had made it to their happy hour it would’ve been even better. Will be coming back!

I had an exceptional dining experience thanks to my waiter, Musk! Her service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, ensuring every need was met with a genuine smile. Musk was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive; she offered thoughtful recommendations, explained dishes with enthusiasm, and even paired my choices with perfect wine suggestions. It’s clear she take pride in her work, and her professionalism elevated the entire evening. I’d highly recommend dining with Musk as your server—you’re in for a treat!

Yelp
This restaurant handled our 8pm reservation for 15 people quite well. It was particularly impressive to see them stay afloat since another large group had arrived a little while before us. Service started off slow with 10-15 minutes passing before taking our orders, but they started handing out sides and appetizers 15 minutes later. Another 25 minutes passed before our main entrees rolled in one after the other. I opted for the chicken artichoke ($24). The portions sizes were adequate. Toppings (artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes) get my thumbs up. Improvements: I wouldn't have minded more garlic sauce to make the dish creamier, but the overall consistency felt fine. Also, the chicken's texture felt a little mushy for my liking (Italians, please don't come for me if this is the way that authentic artichoke is supposed to be made). All in all a decent experience. I wouldn't call this a quaint place it doesn't have a lot of the old-fashioned elements you'd find in a trattoria. "Upscale" fits better with the modernized interior and higher menu prices.

Yelp
I wish I could give Amore Mio Trattoria a better review, but I can't and be honest in my review. I really thought about the 2-stars, but that's all the visit warrants and that is pushing it. But I'll settle on 2 stars. This review is for a visit that was made the middle of November 2024. A group of "foodie friends" decided to meet up at Amore Mio Trattoria since none of us had ever dined at the restaurant. It was a Friday evening, and our party was one of the only diners in the restaurant. We'd all heard such wonderful things about the restaurant. Our group was excited to be get together there. The food was good, but the service was terrible. As slow as the restaurant was on a Friday evening, we all expected better service. Entrees were coming out really slow and one member of our party waiting over 30 minutes for their dinner while all of us already had ours. Our entrees were good, but in our opinion, WAY overpriced. 20% gratuity was tacked on to our ticket, totally understandable with our party, but the service we received didn't even warrant 10%. We even had to get up to fill our own water. There was a conformation with the staff telling us to leave, never come back and go to another restaurant. Sad, our group was expecting so much more, but it was just a bad experience all the way around especially for a $151 bill for two with a bottle of wine.

Yelp
Service needs improving because I felt like we had to do everything ourselves. Even though they had almost nobody else in the restaurant. The server did not speak, did not offer drinks or refills. The server did not talk about the menu or what if there were any specials. No one asked how the food was after it came out. We had an issue with the service and the servers did not seem to care. No manager came out to see what the issue was. They had a 20 percent tip added onto the bill for so-called service since we had eight people. Our bill was 74.00 for two people, that was just one caesar salad and two pastas meals, no drinks no desserts since no one offered any. If you are going to add a 20 percent tip automatically you must have great service if you want people to come back. My meal, the pasta with mushroom and chicken, was okay. I like pasta, mushrooms and sauce. The chicken was a little tuff and chewy. The caesar salad was good the bread and oil were also good.

Yelp
We arrived as a group on Friday at 7 PM to an almost empty restaurant. One of the meals came 30 minutes after the others, and my order was incorrect but still arrived before my friend's, which seemed forgotten. This created tension with the staff, which escalated when, after paying a check with a 20% automatic gratuity, the server's response was yelling for us to "Leave and go to Olive Garden!" We won't be back. The food was decent but overpriced at $30 a plate, with small meat portions and lots of leftover pasta, especially with the chicken Parmesan.

Yelp
I enjoyed my dinner at Amore Mio. You can substitute any pasta dish with zucchini noodles if needed, like me, for an extra $4. The extra charge is pretty steep, but hey, at least there's an option if you're avoiding gluten. And my zucchini noodles were the perfect texture. I had the pesto "fettuccine" served with a housemade pesto cream sauce, which was reeeeally delicious. I'm a big pesto fan and this passed the test. Amore Mio is quite a pretty restaurant with super high ceilings, stark white walls, and floor to ceiling glass windows letting in plenty of natural light. It's very minimalist. I think I was only disappointed in the wine list, really. Our Simi cabernet was good, but this is the most upscale, romantic dining spot on Abram Street... we deserve to have more options and better options!

Yelp
Dang, I really hate writing bad reviews but this place is BLINKING AWFUL. Let me start with the food is good, way over priced but good, it's the service that was what ruined this place for me and the rest of my party. On 10/25/2024 we decided to give this place a try with 7 friends. We arrived about 7:00 and were the only table in the house (BTW, this was a Friday evening so sad) a little later 2 couples came is so it's not like the place was packed. After a little time chatting we ordered our meals and all was going pretty well. When they brought out the meals they brought out 7 but there were 8 in our party. We assumed the last meal would be out in a few minutes but, as time clicked by, still nothing and not a word from the server. Everyone on our end of the table had not started eating our meals because it's rude to start eating before everyone is served. After about 10 minutes the guy what was not served asked the server, who finally came back around, she just said it was coming then walked away. At about the 20 minute mark, when she came back around, the guy just told the server to box up his order and bring the check. This just seemed to piss her off. At this time, we finally started eating our meals, which were pretty much cold by now, and the clock was still ticking on his meal. Although I didn't know the guy, we had met a couple of times, I was getting madder and madder at the server on his behalf and my meal was not only cold but completely ruined from my anger. About the 30 minute mark they finally brought out his meal. No apology no anything just a box in a plastic bag. By this time they had sent out a surly young man and I asked what are they going to do to help make this right. The look in his face was a pissy HOW DARE YOU (thought he might clutch his pearls). Finally he said they would give a discount which I said 100% correct? (He was not amused) I think in finally wound up being 50%. Finally we eat our meal, which was ok even cold. While eating, not once did a server come to our end of the table to check on us or offer water refills. So we were having to ration our water with the very rich meal. Then the checks came out and this is when the FUN really started. My husband had paid the bill without me seeing it. When it came back out I took a look and saw the mandatory 20% gratuity. I was commenting that it was ridiculous that we should be charged a tip when the service completely sucked. I guess the surly guy from earlier was standing behind me and he started yelling that if I didn't pay he would call the police (the bill was already paid). Now this really really pissed me off. Now it's time for me to clutch my pearls. He started yelling, I started yelling and to tell the truth this was not a pretty scene and the people at our table were not comfortable at all. I have never been yelled at by a server and the more he yelled the madder I got and the more I yelled. Not my finest hour but I'm not ashamed at all although I do apologize to my friends. We were the only ones in the place by this time. I realize that they have a mandatory gratuity with larger parties but I'm still pissed that we can get absolutely no service and still have to pay for the privilege of having a crappy evening. Apparently as we were leaving the waiter yelled "next time go to Olive Garden". I'm sure Olive Garden would have been a MUCH better choice so we might just do that. Needless to say, we will not be back. Plus having a total of 12 people of a Friday night, I doubt they will be around much longer.

Yelp
First of all it was our first time that we entered into this establishment, our server was angel and he greeted us very kindly and explain things that were on the menu that we were not aware of. His suggestions were very well thought of after finding out what we liked and didn't like. The food was very very good the service was excellent and we couldn't have had a better server than Angel taking care of us. The only problem I had was that there was no lasagna on the menu but that was not the server's fault, all in all I would give at the highest rating I could, thank you very much we will tell our friends about it

Yelp
Went to Amore Mio on a weekday evening with the family. Menu is limited but it allows them to focus on the dishes which we were all pleasantly surprised with. Everything tasted good but prices are a bit higher than most other Italian mom-and-pop restaurants in the area. The inside was designed nicely and it did pick up later in the evening but I don't believe they were staffed well since we only saw one waiter. He did a great job managing the driver service alone. You can park on the street or in the garage attached to the building!

Yelp
A quiet and delightful restaurant Unlike other reviews we had excellent service, food was delightful with pasta al dente!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went back in March and will be back! Everything was amazing. The service was fantastic the chicken pesto pasta has been on my mind since and because Valentine's had just passed the server offered us a complementary glass of champagne to go along with our dinner. Such a wonderful spot for date night!

Yelp
The restaurant is so pretty and classy, the service was wonderful and the waitress was sooo professional and friendly. And the food was amazing. So fresh and delicious. We will definately come back

Yelp
I highly recommend their Fettuccine Florencia I called in the order to go. The gal was very helpful and boxed it up exactly how I requested. Sausage, Chicken, Sausage and Veggies separately from the Fettuccine Alfredo. My husband loves the Alfredo and I love the toppings. Very tasty. Looking forward to dining

Yelp
The owner is very nice! The food is great and you should take advantage of the lunch special because it is a very good price for the amount of food you get! Very cute inside, great for a date night or nicer dinner.

Yelp
The fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken parmigiana were good. The portions are big enough to share.

Yelp
The tiramisu is beautiful and excellent. It isn't overly sweet. I would order from them again.

Yelp
Had a mother daughter lunch date here and it was an overall amazing experience. From the food to the service to the ambiance. We got the pepperoni pizza and the primavera pasta. Everything was delicious and flavorful. We love how the pizza crust wasn't over cooked since pizza opens tend to do that. Our server was very engaging and kind. Will def be back!

Yelp
Took my parents here twice for lunch and the food is great! Restaurant could use more staffing but doesn't deter from the experience. Food: Portions are very filling. Flavor is great. Dishes with sauces aren't too heavy. Pizza (prosciutto) is pretty good as well. No complaints here! Service: The restaurant is new and staff is low during lunch. However, waitresses were attentive and food didn't take long to come out. I will give them a pass on this because while staff is low, they do try. Location: The restaurants location is fantastic and very atmospheric. The big windows and the restaurant being at the corner of Abrams create a very open and pleasant experience. Overall: Nice to have a little Italian restaurant here in Arlington. Check it out!

Yelp
Let me just say, service was great. I was treated like royalty, which was unexpected - really all he did was pull my chair back but still, that's like high class stuff right there. Caesar salad starter was great. I would come back here for the Caesar salad no doubt. I ate that up for real. But their main dishes? Awful. If this is what "real" Italian food tastes like, I don't want to go to Italy sorry. The pasta and presentation was seeping with oil, and all I could taste was vodka. Their vegetarian pizza was too dry and flavorless. Dominos and Pizza Hut make better pizza than this! I'm disappointed :(
google avatar

Bethany T.

Yelp
My husband and I came for lunch and the food was really good. We left the restaurant full and satisfied. Service from Thomas was exceptional. The best service we ever had. The Ambiance was perfect. Price was fair. We will come again.

Yelp
Downtown Arlington needs new restaurants so I'm glad this place opened. The dining room is spacious with lots of natural light, and there are many seats at the bar. They also have a beautiful staircase and upstairs seating. Service was great but the food wasn't very good. The chicken parm was covered in mushrooms, peppers and onions. I prefer a rich marinara sauce. The pizza was good but salty. The Cesar salad was very good. I think they're going for a fine dining experience but there are no menus, just QR codes. The check is digital and the owner/manager didn't come out of the kitchen. For two people, including a bottle of wine, our total bill was $144 including tip. They only offer two beers - Stella & Peroni $6.50. Amore Mio Trattoria would be a great restaurant for a rehearsal dinner, graduation dinner or birthday party. There are lots of Italian restaurants in the area that are less expensive and have better food. I don't expect to go back but try it if your in town.

Yelp
Amazing food & amazing service !! highly rec the mushroom alfredo pasta. so yummy and flavourful!

Yelp
This place was so cute and cozy for valentines dinner! The pasta was delicious and our waiter gave us the best recommendations all night! Will definitely be back

Yelp
Okay ... we went to Amore Mio on 2/14 - was not a good experience. It's a cute place! Cute and sterile - seriously spotless which is fabulous but with that being said - not very inviting. Wish they would maybe add some tablecloths, tapestry, just something to make it a bit more cozy but ... at least it was clean!! We started with an appetizer, side salad, and a bottle of wine. All were great ... and then it went downhill. Not sure if it was the server or kitchen problems. Now, I know it was Valentines but when we arrived there were only about 6 more people. We asked our server for bread 3 times and he kept saying they were running low and working on it (everyone else was getting bread). We ordered dinner (still not crowed at all but starting to fill some seats). We waiting 45 minutes after ordering and still no dinner (3 other tables than came in about the time we ordered got their food - one even ate, paid, and left) stillllll waiting (BTW-our server never came back to our table). We talked to who appeared to be a manager - ended up leaving with no dinner. The man pretty much begged us to come back and try it again sometime ... I mean he could have at least offered to cover our little appetizer just to be nice but nope - nothing! We won't be back ... it's not at all about the money - but at least make an effort if you want to attempt to retain customers.

Yelp
The manager and wait staff were excellent! Food was delicious and the ambiance was soothing. We will definitely be back and will pass the word around how wonderful it really was!

Yelp
This place is AWESOME! Juan, Israel, and Ricky were such a blessing to us! As soon as we walked in they were very hospitable and nice to us.

Debbie A.

Yelp
First rate service and food! Our family came in midafternoon for a late lunch while traveling and were treated like VIPs. Caesar salads for excellent with authentic dressing and homemade croutons. The pasta is to die for - esp the bolognese. Lastly desserts are is over the top! We tried both the lava cake and tiramisu - which is homemade by the way! If you have a chance to come here for a meal, don't miss it!

Lisa B.

Yelp
We had a reservation here for my daughter's graduation celebration. We called after graduation ended and asked if our reservation could be bumped up by 2.5 hours. They were happy to accommodate. We ordered our food and maybe 7 glasses of moscato between my daughter and I. The Moscato was suggested by the manager. Excellent choice. The food was amazing. We had the creamiest Fettuccine Alfredo, and the most amazing Cesar salad. For dessert, pana cotta for me and a lava cake with luscious vanilla ice cream for the guest of honor. The staff are so friendly, accommodating, helpful and timely delivering food. The restaurant is modern and clean. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked. We'll be back.

Tony C.

Yelp
we went there early on and found it the worst Italian we had tried. What they had was mediocre, and when one of us asked for ravioli, the server suggested calzone as "being almost the same'

Joselyn J.

Yelp
I have been to this restaurant at least three times now and every time I'm amazed my their service, food quality, and overall experience. The server is one of the sweetest people I have met and is always attentive and accommodating. The cooks are talented like no other and no matter what you get you won't be disappointed. The lunch prices are also extremely affordable and a great place for any occasion!!!

Yelp
If you're looking for the best pasta in Arlington, look no further. The Ciopinno is my absolute favorite, and it has officially ruined seafood pasta from anywhere else! All sauces and pasta are made in-house, and I'm always so happy when they bring out the extra garlic bread with olive oil and vinegar. My boyfriend's dad (shout out Daniel!) introduced us to this place. Though the decor is a bit hollow, they do have live music on some weekend nights and the owners are truly passionate about their food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, including their pizzas (which are also made in-house with pizza ovens)! Definitely give this place a try. The prices are steep, but the portion sizes are large. If you're an Italian food fan, this is a must try in Arlington!

Emmes Q.

Yelp
The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and business casual. We ordered the primavera and pepperoni pizza and it was cooked perfectly and came out fast and hot! College students also get 15% off so it's the perfect meal. Amazing Italian choice in Arlington!

Claudia V.

Yelp
We were done with dinner and enjoying a nice glass of wine when Thomas came around pretending to be nice, asking us if we needed a bag for our left overs. We said yes. Mind you, we had already paid and left tip for our waiter, who WAS NOT Tomas, and who was a great server. Tomas then comes back and straight out tells us that he doesn't mean to push us out but the waiter can't leave unless we leave. Mind you, there were only 3 full tables at the time with no one waiting to be seated. We straight up ask him how that was an issue if the restaurant wasn't full. He states that he would have to transfer the table over to himself. So we tell him that's fine we will not need him to serve us anything else. We're just trying to finish our wine. This was quite unexpected, disrespectful and rude. In reviewing a Yelp review from 1 month ago mentioning his name and alluding that he's racist, possibly homophobic etc, it all makes sense. We're both Hispanic and proud members of the LGBTQIA community, this confirms the negative sentiment. .

Celeste C.

Yelp
My friend and I went here Saturday night. Katlyn, our server, was attentive and went above and beyond. The food and atmosphere was great. We definitely will be back!

Debra K.

Yelp
what a fantastic place to enjoy a meal! The food is luscious. The staff is so gracious and accommodating. The ambience is perfect for a date night with a little Prosecco and a lot of romance. Warm cozy, friendly. I think it's my new Italian favorite.

Yelp
Came here for my friend's birthday. Our server Katlyn was very kind and attentive; she did a great job serving us. Food was great, better with red pepper flakes. Servings were big and to-go boxes were available. Atmosphere was nice and amiable, I felt very comfortable. Would come again!

Yelp
I've been craving Cioppino for awhile and have finally found a place that satisfied my cravings! Nice semi classy but quaint place in the heart of downtown Arlington. Will be coming back for sure with the wife and kids. The wife loves Italian cuisine and she'll definitely like this one. Me and a few of the buddies came for dinner after work and everyone approved! Dishes had very tasty creamy sauces and we had to ask for extra bread! Our server was a sweetheart and attentive and accommodating even though she's had a very long day. She was exhausted but still chatted and joked around with us. A must try if haven't!!!

Yelp
Weird vibes from this place. We were greeted at 8pm on a Saturday night by a host/waiter having to open the locked door for us, and proceeded to give us a weird speech about having/making a reservation, but then allowed us be seated anyway without one. We were sat next to the door and overheard that he gave this same "Oh! No reservation?" Speech to the other 3 parties that came in after us (who probably also didnt have a reservation). The waiter said he would bring bread after he filled our waters and forgot to bring our table bread :-( there were also no appetizers on the menu. Both the pasta dishes that we chose were both 2/5 stars. Eggplant parmigiana and pesto fettuccine were both pretty bland, lacked salt, and flavor for $18 each. Sauce on the eggplant dish was pretty watery and the vegetables were undercooked and lacked seasoning. There was also no salt or pepper on the table to add. Pesto was overly creamy, seemed like it was missing something because it was so bland. They also only offered spaghetti, fettuccine, and linguine pasta dishes which seemed limited for an Italian place. The front door doesnt close all the way and every time someone came in/left (every 5-10 minutes) it would stay cracked open, letting the wind/cold in, until we either got up to close it or asked the waiter to. I was confused as to why they didnt have a sign on the door asking people to make sure it was shut, because they seemed to know this was an issue? Service was just okay. But expected more from a fancy Italian restaurant.

Yelp
I never leave reviews but this is the absolute WORST dining experience I have ever had. I booked a reservation for Valentine's Day on January 17th and upon arrival to my reservation they said "someone's still eating at the table you are supposed to be sat at sorry" along with 5 other couples being told the same thing the line was out the door of reservations. I understand it's Valentine's Day but to expect people to have a time limit on dining when you don't state that with booking is not something that should be assumed. When we went to order at 7:50 we got a bottle of wine and when it hit 8:50 and nobody else in the restaurant had food us included we decided to close our tab and leave. The only good thing about this place was the waitress we had and the free bread, overall we left the restaurant with a $60 bottle of wine and no dinner. If it were not for it being Valentine's Day a day restaurants should plan for I wouldn't be leaving a review but leaving with no dinner is absolutely horrible. Bad management, nice staff.

Yelp
Great food but they never answer the phone for to go orders when that's what I need on my lunch break for work. Very frustrating

We went here tonight for my cousin's graduation. Terrible customer service. I spoke to the manager/owner, Pedro, not really customer friendly. 6:00pm reservation for a party of 26. Only water the first half hour (half of our table didn't even get water until we flagged someone down), bread at one end of the table & bread at the other end... nothing for the guests in between, orders didn't get taken until at least 45 minutes. Food came slowly... I understand, 26 orders is alot. At least five orders were missing & the staff didn't notice it. No one came to our table so our party waited & their food was getting cold until our waitress came back up & we let her know. It had become beyond frustrating at this point & I went down to talk to the manager. I talked to him to the side of the bar because like I told him, I get it. I wasn't there to cause a scene or yell. We've all done customer service, this was poor & not only disappointing but my cousin felt bad because of the experience we were having & this should've been her day. Pedro, kept interrupting me... explained they were short staffed, told me that upstairs where we reserved to sit only really accommodated 18 not 26. That explains the small wooden table pushed against the dining tables. That's on him, if the private space wasn't adequate it should've been explained, don't commit to something you can't do. Then he told me they almost didn't open today... excuse after excuse. I said I've been a supervisor/manager for 20 years & this is poor customer service. Had he supported his staff or communicated to us we would've understood. Even earlier, we told the waiter who helped the waitress with water, we don't mind if you just bring us pitchers so we can help ourselves & help them. I told him his staff was great & working hard, but it's staffing your business, training, & communication. Again, excuse after excuse. When the last plates were getting served my other cousin went to talk to him... since this is the first time Pedro actually helped & brought some plates up himself. I asked them to talk away from the table & we went to the corner. My cousin continued to explain his concerns & again excuses, I reiterated that we would have been understanding because we've all been there. Pedro then asked if I thought I could do a better job. Absolutely Pedro! We made sure the tip went to the appropriate staff members. Thanks to our main waitress & the other girl and guy who helped. I never once heard Pedro say he was sorry or take responsibility for anything, that's not how your run a business. And staff, if he doesn't support you (we also hope he didn't blame you all)... find a place that will. The food was good, the place is nice looking, but you can find other places that have this & good customer service for an overall great experience.

Yelp
The food was great, about 25 to $33 per plate and big enough portions for 2. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and my boyfriend got the garlic shrimp. Perfect amount of garlic to keep the vamps away! When reheating the fettuccine, there was a large pool of oil but we ain't in it for the salad lol. They do have their limited menu still and they have liminated wine selection, I didn't see any wine that sparked my interest. This restaurant definitely seems to be going for a fine dining , without any of the fine dining aspects , there were 2 servers and bartender and 4 total tables in the restaurant , the entire staff seem to be somber or just bored. It just feels like the atmosphere and the staff were really lacking in personality. I've read a lot of other reviews that highlighted how great the staff was so hopefully it was just an off day, just disappointing to see none of the staff members show their personality. If I'm going to a casual fine dining or a fine dining establishment part of the lure is the excellent service and that was lacking at this establishment. I may order take out but I don't think I will visit amore again.

Yelp
Charleston is the best! Amazing service and great attitude. I am in Aruba every month, and this is always on my list for lunch and breakfast. Highly recommend the vodka sauce, and ask for Charleston to be your waiter.

Yelp
We did not know what or where we were going for dinner tonight. My wife made wonderful suggestion to eat at Amore Mio Trattoria restaurant. The food is outstanding. There newest server Yakov, did a wonder job of thanking care of us. Amore is hidden gem in Arlington, TX. If you have not gone there yet. You need to make a plan to go there. Ashley is another person who is a wonderfully delightful individual..She wants to make your dining experience a great one so you will come back and tell others about the resturant.

Yelp
Was going for four stars but so close to five I thought why not. Food was great. Large portion. Could probably share. No sides except bread. Salad is extra. Did not have salad. Two of us ate for around 75 tip and all but we drank water. Beautiful inside and background music is romantic. Perfect date night place. Wait staff was nice. The bread literally might be the best I've ever had. I could see this being a rehearsal dinner place. Love the windows. Very clean. Quiet. Not a place where a loud party is probably fitting in.

Yelp
A friend recommended this place and we ventured out on a Saturday night. We arrived around 8 pm to beautiful but empty restaurant. I don't understand why it's not busier. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was also great!
