Before COVID-19, I ate out often. I pretty much never did take out, and during the pandemic I've really learned that a lot of my enjoyment of food comes from its presentation. Amore is one of the few places I have found who has retained that experiential part of dining in with their take out. The food remains delicious, and the presentation -- while not the same as dining in -- is a step above normal takeout. It's not just did crammed into the smallest box possible.
When it's a little warmer, I look forward to being back on the rooftop patio. In the meantime, takeout was fast and worth it. I'm currently avoiding eating inside anywhere, but they are open with reservations for indoor dining if you're doing that. Before all this they had a great brunch, and I look forward to experiencing that again!
(Note: the beet salad pictured is actually partially eaten. It's a good portion size.)
