Ο Αμοργινός

Amorginos in Naxos serves delightful, authentic Greek cuisine that captivates the palate. Stopped in Apeiranthos for lunch as part of a full day bus tour, our choice to come in here, nice menu, great views and then discovered the tour guide also eats here. Enough said. We loved our generous versions of beautiful fresh greek salads, one featuring a local soft cheese, the other with capers and olives.

Excellent food, with a nice view! The best meat meal we had in Naxos, totally worth a visit! We tried "Monachos" and pork "tigania" both were very delicious! And we were pleasantly surprised with the prices as well!

Stopped by for lunch, gorgeous view along the terrace. Nice meal, and good options. Enjoyed the eggplant with baked cheese. The pork in white wine was a bit unexpected but it was also nice. Enjoyed their local wine (white wine). The staff knew minimal English and was not as hospitable.

My wife and I enjoyed the food! I had the Kalageros and she had the Penne pasta. The service was warm and friendly. It had a beautiful view of the landscape and mountains of Naxos.

Meat was very tender (we ordered different kinds from chicken, through pork, to lamb burgers). Delicious amorginos with juicy tomatoes and capers- made my evening. In comparison to other Greek taverns less choices for plant based eaters. Beautiful view from the terrace!

Stopped here for lunch during our bus tour of the island and was so lucky we did. The food was great, the views were incredible, and the staff was so lovely!
