Amorino Gelato - Atlanta

Gelato was tasted so good. We can select 4 flavours for classic option. We got 3 because we think they are already good; mango, cherry, Tiramisu. They all were so delicious. They have bar area to sit on high chairs and some small tables to sit down. The shop is on the first floor in the middle of walk way, so thre were a lot of people walking passed by, but it was fine if you don't mind. They provide napkins but we did not see drinking water.

Unfortunately, our experience at Amorino was disappointing. When we ordered our ice cream in waffle cones, the staff initially served them without the usual paper wrapper around the cone, which is not very hygienic. When we asked for new ones with the wrapper, they replaced them but noticeably skimped on the ice cream layers for both mine and my husband’s cones. It felt rushed and careless. Not the quality or service we expected from Amorino.

I always come here and usually have an excellent experience. The ice cream is spectacular—delicious and beautifully presented. However, I was disappointed this time due to the poor service. It’s clear that some of the recently hired employees are not passionate about their work, which greatly affects the customer experience. One of the things that sets this place apart, besides its amazing flavors, is the unique way the ice cream is served—in the shape of a rose. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case with my order. I purchased four ice creams, and all were handed to my family with obvious reluctance. The cones were carelessly given to us, almost slipping from our hands, and one was handled so poorly that it fell apart the moment it was placed in my relative’s hand. I truly hope the service improves because, no matter how great the ice cream is, customer service is just as important.

The Gelato was just ok. She struggled to make ours it wasn't as aesthetically appealing as I'd hope. She was nice though and prices are reasonable.

The macaroons are some of the best i’ve had! very rich and tart for the fruit flavors and savory for the sweeter flavors. highly recommend!!!

I like the flavor and the ice cream rose, just a lot of people, and were just two people attending.. even with that they were gentle and friendly.

Now that was a great cone! I had never had gelato before, the consistency is very similar to sorbet but with the flavor of ice cream, pictured is strawberry, vanilla, and mint. This Amorino location is inside Lenox Mall, and is a kiosk in the center of the aisle. It's close to being centrally located and it's on the 1st floor. Orders are placed on a large touchscreen which I personally prefer, I can look at all the flavor options on the screen without being in others way. Employees were fast and friendly!

What a cute surprise in the middle of the mall!! Stopped by for a cup of coffee before an engagement and was not disappointed. If you appreciate a good latte without a sugar rush then this is a good option. I also tried a waffle as well and it balanced well with my latte with just the right amount of sweetness. It was also toasted so that was a lovely service. The self-service kiosk was easy to navigate and the attendant was pleasant. It was my first time there and I would have liked a little more direction or recommendations, but it was early so maybe the regulars tend to visit at that time. I definitely would come here during the week if it is as quiet and peaceful in the mornings as it was this day to remote work as the set up is well-suited for it. Overall, I enjoyed my caramel macchiato latte so I will have to come back and try the gelato when I'm in the area again.

I've tried Amorino before, but I did not realize that this location would be in a shopping mall when I bookmarked it, and the mall itself was notable for a bizarrely dystopian series of "weapon detectors" positioned around the escalators (which I avoided as they were only in some spots, which makes the whole thing even more absurd). The gelato shop is a freestanding stall surrounded by a few tables. The area was kind of messy; I don't know if that's on the mall or Amorino. The quality of gelato is high as one might expect. When I've previously eaten Amorino, I have been offered a gelato macaron as a topping and have always declined it, but this time I was hungry after a day of hiking and said yes, and it was amazing. I got a raspberry macaron, in addition to dulce de leche and hazelnut gelato and a chocolate orange sorbetto. The flavor of sorbet is quite strong and the texture somehow creamy as well, it is certainly a worthy dessert for people who don't do dairy. They have crepes and large cookies and some other options as well. It is certainly a quality treat for anyone who wants to indulge.

I needed a pick me up yesterday so i stopped by for an espresso. It's really good. Definitely gave me an extra boost of energy to power through my day. I got a single shot espresso machiato and i shall pop by and try their waffles today.

I stopped by because I was craving something sweet while at Lenox and I'm glad I did! The line was quite long, so I had to wait quite a bit but the servers were really efficient, patient, and helpful! I didn't end up sampling anything even though most of the people around me did. My gelato was delicious, a great texture, good flavor, and not overly sweet! The macaron was my favorite part though, and was on the sweeter side. There were plenty of seats around when I was there on a Saturday afternoon, so a really pleasant experience and place to grab a quick snack!

I went there with my child and found it very convenient to order directly from the screen. The children's gelato allows you to choose up to four different flavors. both the kids and adults absolutely loved. Although it's not cheap, it's definitely worth the price.

The classic gelato was great, the staff were very friendly and environment was welcoming and nice. i would recommend this place if you're looking for good quality gelato, pricing is fair for the quality.

So the first time we ever tried this place was in downtown Raleigh, NC. It was great and my daughters loved it. They take your gelato and make a rose out of it. Very cute. It was a hit my daughters and their soccer buddies. The gelato is very silky and creamy, absolutely delicious. If you opt for a macaron on top you are in for a treat. This place is very good and definitely would recommend. It is on the pricey side however

Amorino Gelato, located in Lenox Mall, midway through the mall upon entering. They have the best Gelato, most flavors & Coffee Latte Macchiato. I grab a fresh cup of their Coffee Latte Macchiato, flavored to perfection. I sat down in their Cafe, for a short while enjoying my Latte. Amorino, cashier gave excellent customer service with fabulous ambiance, upscale, clean, with several comfortable tables & chairs. Napkins, Sweeteners, Stirs, were on display for customer usage. Wi-Fi supplied by Simon Mall & free parking. It's a great way to start your day. Go check them Amorino Gelato.

I love gelato but this place does not live up to the hype. The presentation is so cute and the shop is located in the middle of Lenox so it is a great place to stop by if you want a cute photo for instagram. However the gelato was very dense and not smooth/fluffy like other places I've been. The cone tasted very bland and plasticky like the cheap ones you buy from the store. Also another note is the lines can get very long! They have a beautiful presentation but it does take time to create. I was lucky enough to come when there wasn't a line but I can imagine what it would have been like on a weekend.

This unassuming kiosk in Lenox Square Mall is home to some of the best gelato and sorbet. Many of the flavors are dairy/gluten free too. I also really enjoyed the uniqueness of some of the flavor combinations - citrus and verdant, for instance. My favorite was the mango. It's a little pricey. But, this is inside a high-end mall. They acted like they didn't understand the Yelp coupon too. But, ultimately accepted it. Overall: Highly recommended. Very good ice cream.

Knowing about the crime in the area, we would risk our lives again for this Italian gelato. It's located in a kiosk in the mall. God speed.

While inside of Lenox mall, my son wanted ice cream. We stopped by and the gentleman working was very nice while he waited on us to decide. He asked us if we had tried macaroons before? (No). Gave us some details while showing a few. I ended up buying a few of them and OMG they were good! My son loved them. The ice cream was definitely on point!!! Never tried them before and I must say, I'll be back for sure lol. Thank you to the guy who made my ice cream sooooo cute and for making my first experience memorable. (Mother's Day ice cream rose) I selected two flavors. Caramel and dulce de leche I believe .

We're from NJ and traveled over 10 hours! This place was over an hour from where we were staying and we made the hike all the way just for this place. They close at 7 and at 6:16 they turned us down! There were tears involved, and even the people directly in front of us got served. This was so heartbreaking and makes Atlanta leave a horrible taste in our mouthes. I have personally been to several Amorino locations in Florence, Rome and Sorrento, and real Italians would never be so blatantly rude.

Ordered on UberEats to satisfy my sugar craving. Although the gelato was good, the macaroons just fell apart when I tried to pick them out of the box. Flavors of the macaroons are just okay; the only one I liked was the coffee flavored macaron. Delivery was about an hour. I'm happy that the ice cream didn't melt due to the packaging.

Great spot to visit when in the city. Lines go fast and they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Keep in mind that it is a small space with limited seating.

Amorino Gelato has been in my sights for some time now. Every time I walk around Lenox Mall, it's there...tempting me. When I finally decided to go for it, the experience was meh. You order by the size (S/M/L) and type (cup vs. cone) you want. Then you proceed to the left and pick your flavors. Dark Chocolate: Very rich and heavy. I was really glad I got the kids size cup cause the regular small would've been way too much. Service: Meh. The service is sub-par. The lady scooping the ice cream got my order wrong. I was with another person and she mixed up our orders. It was a hot mess -.- Overall, it's pricey for the quality (and service). Go to Queen of Cream upstairs!

Oooooh...I'm in Love! I stopped into this super-cute eatery today around noon while at The Shops at Buckhead (also LOVE!) to try their Rose-shaped Gelato Cone. I chose 3 flavors of Gelato (Pistachio, Strawberry and Vanilla), and it made one Beautiful Cone!! So much so, the cashier even took a pic of me holding it before I left. I didn't get her name, but she was super sweet and helpful...so whoever you are, Thank You! BTW, the Gelato Cone tasted as great as it looked too. "Ti Amo, Amorino Gelato!" Possibly the best Gelato I've had...ever?!? They also have amazing Macarons...and I tried 2 of their flavors, in Blueberry Cheesecake and Vanilla. Again, amazing!! The place itself is equally lovely. I could have stayed there for hours, if I wasn't in a rush for time. SO IN LOVE with this little place!!

This is inside Lenox mall. A perfect little treat while shopping. The chocolate tasted very rich and heavy. The mango was fruity and more light. The hazelnut tasted hazelnut-y...so overall all the gelato flavors were on point. The macaron has a slight crunch and not too sweet tasting. Since I don't eat a lot of ice cream, this is a perfect dessert to share. You don't have to get it in a flower shape and it will be a bit cheaper. But it was my first time trying so thought I would splurge :)

Every time I come to Lenox and do some retail therapy I always end up coming here before I leave. This little Gelato stand has my 100 % trust. Usually I'm such a picky girl when it comes to flavors. But honestly, this gelato is so fresh, creamy, and delicious that I literally don't have a favorite flavor. What's so great about their gelato is that you don't get that "heavy" and "sugary" feel you may sometimes get when eating commercial ice cream. This ice cream has a delicate balance between their flavors. I recommend 10/10 (:

Amorino at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a great place to go for all things delicious and quality desserts and drink. I really like the location and everything that they offer here. Well worth a visit for a cool treat while you are shopping. Great experience every time here.

I been going this place for years and I realize I never give them a review. Just busy enjoying my gelato or MY Favorite AFFOGATO AL CAFFE!!!! Delicious gelato. You don't really have to know the difference between ice cream and gelato, but once you taste the gelato here, you will be enlightened. And everything else will be a disappointment. All flavors you could imagine . The flavour of the fruits is so delicious. It makes want to taste them all. Natural flavors macaroons are light and perfect, you get to pick one for a topping. Perfect combination. Go, sample, let them help you...and enjoy! Just accept that you will be returning and returning. By the way they have great staff. I found this picture from February 2020.

Creamy delicious dessert that will fix any sweet tooth! Great for "mall ice cream" but also great for any sweet cravings. Gelato is rich & soft and the crepe was nice and lightly sweet

I've never been here but decided to give this gelato store a try. This is the best gelato I've ever tasted, closest to the ones from Italy. The owner, Sean, was so nice and made this wonderful flower for me! He is a gem, super sweet and nice! My gelato flavors were mango (which is pretty popular), lime and basil and passion fruit!! Each flavor really holds true to that of an actual fruit! Thank you so much Sam!!

Even though Amorino Gelato is known for their...well Gelato, I've never actually tried it. I'm lactose and to be honest I've never been a big gelato person but the couple of times I've been here is for their delicious espresso. I remember a couple of years ago coming here around Christmas time when Starbucks was packed with people...can't remember what I ordered but it must of been pretty good because here I am...back again! The company itself has locations all over the world such as Dubai, Barcelona, Paris and Luxembourg. (I only know of this place from watching The West Wing) In the US it only has locations in 12 cities with 2 in Atlanta (the other location is at The Shoppes of Buckhead-the Rodeo Drive of Atlanta https://www.theshopsbuckheadatlanta.com/) Interestingly it also has a shop in Kalamazoo, KS (remember the Glenn Miller song?) As far as hot drinks they also offer Affogato Al Cafe, latte macchiato, espresso ristretto and other drinks that I probably will misspell if I list them any further. I highly recommend this place. It's pricey but you get your money's worth. Their gelato is so high quality and so perfect for any occasion.

What a great surprise in the shops in Buckhead. My dulce duleche was Expertly shaped into a beautiful flower cone Smooth and creamy decadence for 5 bucks A wonderful way to cap off an evening.

Ever since my trip to Italy a couple of years ago, gelato has been my dessert of choice when looking for a sweet treat. I miss the days of walking outside and finding a small (or large chain) shop serving delicious gelato for a fraction of the cost you would find in the US. This mall kiosk at Lenox Mall seems a bit out of place. In the loud white noise of Lenox Plaza, you find what could be an Italian coffee shop scene from a movie, with a small seating area that ALMOST makes you believe you could be relaxing in a tiny cafe. My mom also cannot resist sweets, like me, so encouraged the indulgence. The service was not super friendly. Slightly more patient than what I have encountered in Florence, but not by much. We ended up choosing two flavors that were very similar in color, so the tiny gelato rose she made was not very impressive. I wish she had commented on that instead of just recommending 2-3 flavors maximum on the small gelato cone. The gelato was standard - nothing I hadn't had before, at a premium price for what skimpy amount of gelato we were served. Overall, I wasn't very impressed by service, price or the gelato. But this is America, so what more should I be expecting, right?

I will be completely honest. My expectations were very low as I approached this gelato place in the middle of Lenox Mall. However, I am impressed by the service and quality of the gelato! The people working here were so incredibly nice and encouraged all of us to try as many samples as possible. I loved that they had the display separated by regular gelato and dairy-free gelato for those with dietary restrictions. They had a variety of flavors such as cookies and cream, mango, tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, and dulce de leche. I loved how you were able to get up to three flavors in basically any cup of gelato. I personally only got the dulce de leche, but I will definitely be making a stop here the next time I am at Lenox Mall. They also make and sell macarons so I will be looking forward to that as well!

Decided to come here after dinner to get some dessert! I've seen pictures on Instagram on a bunch of food blogs and needed to check it out for myself. I looked through the options and there was a bunch! I was really excited. We ordered 2 ice creams with macaroons on top. We paid and then.... she walked away to talk to her friends. We were just waiting to get the ice cream we paid for! Still waiting... and yet she's talking to her friends. I don't get it? Just give me my ice cream (tops 3 minutes) and you can keep talking to them. I'd definitely give it a one star if the gelato itself wasn't great tasting! Probably won't be back to this kiosk tho...

Why 5 stars? Because an Amorino has yet to let me down. --- --- --- My wife and I went to an Amorino in Paris, assuming it was a mom-n-pop ice cream shop. Not only was it a chain, but a chain with locations in America! Since our original Amorino experience in May 2017, I've now been to locations in LA, Houston and now Atlanta. I'm a bit of a junkie, I guess. But this is some seriously awesome ice cream, with even better presentation. I mean... they make the ice cream cone look like a giant flower - how could it get any better? This location is a kiosk inside of a super nice mall. I didn't realize that when I was looking it up - all I knew is that it was walking distance from my hotel in Buckhead and that's all the information I needed. As usual, the ice cream was perfect. And the presentation was IG worthy... but I only have 11 photos on Instagram and didn't want two of them to be of Amorino (Houston already made the cut.) But you know what? Why be embarrassed? This ice cream is absolutely worth 1/6th of your Instagram content.

I love their gelato! I've literally been here 3 times within the last two weeks. I'm not sure why I never noticed this place before even though I've shopped at Lenox numerous times already. I usually get the Medium cone ($6.95?) or Large cone ($7.95?) and share with a friend. You can get unlimited flavors but they usually recommend ~4 otherwise you only get a little bit of each flavor. The best part is that they make it into a flower! That always gets me haha! Gotta have the nice instagram photos, lol. My go to flavors are: *Pistachio *Non fat yogurt *Tiramisu *Coconut *Mango I think pistachio and coconut are my favorites! The staff here is always very friendly and patient, especially when I'm indecisive. And I can be pretty indecisive at times. They also allow you to try out any of the flavors you want so you know what you're getting which is nice. So far I've enjoyed coming here every time I have stopped by. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good gelato place!

Even though this is just a kiosk in Lenox Square, there are numerous options of gelato, sorbet and macarons to place atop your cone. My daughter opted for a flower gelato cone. She chose vanilla, chocolate, stracciatella (which had chocolate chunks) in the cream. You have the option of choosing more flavors to make the gelato petals, but the lady told us too many flavors become indiscernible as the gelato melts together. If you are a picture taker like myself, get your snaps quickly, because the softness of the gelato means it will melt very quickly. Personally, my heart lies with soft serve and custard. My daughter said this was the best gelato she's had yet.

Great service and friendly staff. Nice hightop bar and eating area in the center of Lenox Mall. The flavors pop especially when adding the gelato filled macaroon. Too many flavors to try but I plan to

4.5 stars for Amorino. I absolutely love Amorino! I have been there 3 times and I am sure it would be more if I have not been trying to stay away from the mall during this crazy holiday season. So far I have tried the amarena (my #1 favorite), stracciatella, mango, Sicilian citrus, tiramisu, chocolate hazelnut and strawberry. I wish the mango will be sweeter since I am crazy about mangoes. Of the above flavors, my favorites (meaning I will order again and again) will be: #1 Amarena (of course! so far every gelato I ordered includes amarena) #2 Stracciatella #3 Tiramisu #4 Chocolate Hazelnut Pricing is affordable. I believe it is close to Paolo's which used to be my only to go place for gelato. Staffs here were always nice. I always ordered the cone since the gelato rose looks so pretty! Though I took away half a star for this review since not all the staffs could create the gelato rose perfectly. I wish there is consistency in that area. So far I have not seen the banana flavor, I will definitely love to try that flavor! :) Now one can even order Amorino through UberEats!!

Since I can't respond to your response I'll leave an additional review regarding your response. Either way it's a shame how you treated when I kept saying the same flavor 3x ( Blackberry &Lemon) I did not change my order you simply wasn't understanding me and was getting frustrated on me correcting you because you weren't pay attention to me the customer as stated in my review I ask for 2 flavors the same two flavors which you kept giving me other wise and that's not my fault you have terrible customer service Mohammed and I won't be coming back nor recommending this location as a place to go for a delightful snack and that's a shame because you do have great products.

These classic rose shaped cones with macarons are lovely. Yes they are a bit pricey (close to $10 a cone with the macaron) but if you like gelato, it's worth a try. You can pick as many flavors as you want. I recommend sticking to all fruit or all creamy textures so it's not oddly mixed. The macarons were delicious as well. I tried the lime and basil, passionfruit, and mango with a mango gelato macaron. The only thing is that I think the fruit gelato tastes funny on a cone. If you're getting a creamy gelato, the cone will taste good but for ther fruit ones, I'd go with a cup next time. Service was so friendly and patient.

Best Gelato in town! The price is reasonable, the right amount of portions too. I got the Strawberries, Blueberry cheesecake. While my gf got the raspberry with chocolate. The waffle was good as well.

It's taken me nearly a year to try Amorino after having this place bookmarked since it opened. I was fascinated by their flower cone and finally tried it last month during Atlanta Magazine's Burger Battle at Lenox. The flower cone is pretty much a novelty. It's definitely pretty and they allow you to choose as many as flavors as you would like. I went with chocolate, pistachio, almond and even nutella. I wanted coconut which seemed to be empty. Anyway, it's not exactly easy to eat because you're in a rush to eat it before it melts. Additionally, the inside of the cone was fairly empty and not fully packed like I thought it would be. I enjoyed the gelato, particularly the chocolate because it's not too sweet, and have really been wanting to go back. If I did, I'd probably do just a cup or a regular scoop in a cone so I can take my time to enjoy it.

Definitely a fan, but they need an actual store store y'all! It's too good to just be one of those in the middle "cart" like set ups. Ice cream has come a long way. We now have nitro dazzle, rolled, and ....... flower shaped! Gelato is so delicious, and if you're going to serve it to me as a flower, well swooned I am! The manager, which was a blonde lady, was my first impression of Amorino, and she was NOT pleasant. She did one of those, "Yelp didn't tell meeeee about any check in offer." I was like (in my mind) -- Oh Mah Gawd shuuuuuut Up! Anyhow, once I got past her its now your turn to choose AS MANY FLAVORS AS YOU WANT! whaaaaaaaaaaaat? Yes!!!! Choose as many flavors as you like and the ice cream attendant will serve it to you. Fantastic flavors, yummy gelato, and nice presentation. They're very busy, so if you can deal with ppl in front of you and behind you as you try and take in all the flavors, go for it! There are table and chairs available as well as a high-top bar. I do look forward to having Amorino again.

I absolutely love ice cream in any way, shape, or form so I was excited to hear this gelato was served in the form of a flower. However upon eating this treat, that was the only thing I remained excited about. This gelato is pretty expensive for what you get. Yes, it's pretty but you have to get a cone to get the flower. It still isn't a huge portion of gelato either. I was also disappointed by the flavor of the gelato. I got tiramisu and pistachio gelato. The pistachio gelato had a good flavor, not the best pistachio ice cream I've had but the tiramisu didn't have much flavor at all. I was thankful for the yelp check in deal so the gelato was a little cheaper so don't forget to check in folks!

Fuming! Went with my kids for ice cream today, and two out of three workers weren't wearing MASKS correctly! I asked them to correctly put their masks on and then give my children ice cream, and they refused, alleged I was too close to the counter, gave a refund for one ice cream and would not re-serve my child the ice cream that they tried to give me without using a mask! Horrible and unsafe! Have called and left a message for the manager and haven't gotten a response! Will not ever return and would not recommend to others as well during the pandemic!

The servers were very friendly and the lady behind the counter offered me lots of samples! I went with a medium cup of the blueberry cheesecake and it was SO RICH!!! It was amazing so I ate it all, but consider getting a small, the gelato here is very rich and very filling! I wish I could only take off a half star because the service was great, caught my attention as I was walking by and explained everything as well as giving samples. The gelato was creamy and tasted just like blueberry cheesecake, I really want to go back and have more.... But the price is a real hurt on this place even with 10% off. I felt like I could go to a different gelato place and get the same amount in a similar flavor for less money. If you don't mind $6 for a cup that sits in the palm of your hand, but an excellent gelato experience, stop here! This quality can't be guaranteed elsewhere.
