Amós, located in the elegant Rosewood Villa Magna, offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience where every dish is beautifully presented and thoughtfully crafted. We enjoyed the menú del día, which was both affordable and exceptional. The restaurant is named in honor of the chef’s grandfather, a tribute that reflects the heartfelt inspiration behind Jesús Sánchez’s cuisine—deeply rooted in tradition and elevated with creativity.

Great experience. As soon as you order they bring you fresh bread with homemade butter, salmorejo and mouse that was yummy. Every plate we ordered was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Service was excelente. I fully recommended having the almond cake for desert.

My family and I love Amos Restaurant. The chef is from Cantabria, and the selection of ingredients is outstanding we really enjoy the Spanish fusion cuisine. It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Madrid, and the added bonus is that it’s pet-friendly, so we can bring our little dog with us.

Simply wonderful. Great service staff including sommelier. We went for ala carte menu and shared the anchovies, fried squid, tomato salad, lobster ravioli and roasted pigeon. Yummy. Go for the tasting menu if you are hungry.

The food is fabulous. Inspired on traditional cantabrian cuisine, the dishes are never extravagant but always creative and delicious. The mussel paté and the hake on green chlorophyle sauce are worth mentioning. Service is efficient and friendly. The price is reasonable for an experience this satisfying. Planning to visit the mothership place, el Cenador de Amos in Cantabria. The salon, inside a luxury hotel of a multinational chain, is opulent but soulless. This is the only objection about an otherwise impeccable lunch.

During our recent romantic dinner at Amós in Madrid, we were thoroughly impressed. The manager was exceptionally attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The waiters provided outstanding service, making us feel truly special. As French guests, the sommelier's wine recommendations matched our preferences perfectly. The cuisine was exquisite and innovative, with the hake in seaweed sauce and the lobster ravioli standing out as exceptional dishes. We highly recommend Amós for an unforgettable evening and we will come back !
