Very poor candidate experience with excessive touch points with multiple people before even first interview, inexperienced trainee recruiters involved who couldn't even convey basic information correctly, people at AMS forgetting send information (I had to go and chase them) with a final interviewer who clearly had very prejudiced ideas about who they should hire. If I was a company looking for a recruitment solution this would be the last company that I would want to engage with, or at the very least have frequent 'secret shopper' candidates in the process so that as a client you have an awareness of the flaws in service levels.

Avoid at all cost! I was contacted by Helen Bradley for an opportunity. Prior to my interview, she was contactable and enthusiastic. Post interview and almost 2 weeks down the line, I still have no update re. the outcome, and she refuses to answer any of my calls. She did however respond to my emails, but with no acknowledgement of the delay, and several failed assurances of chasing an update from the client. She has demonstrated no transparency, respect for my time and energy or human decency.

The worst company I have ever worked with. Their employee James Donovan is not only absolutely incompetent in recruitment, but also doesn't have any common sense. I never worked with someone so unprofessional to the extent of misreading his own colleagues emails, mixing up dates, not coming back with information when promised, etc. 1 star is too many stars.

Received a call from Blair G who is the recruiter for Nationwide early January all excited about my cv and how he needed so many folk to fill urgent contracts, glowing conversations later he disappeared for several days only to resurface to ignore me entirely, 15 phone calls and emails later still he does not have the common decency to say o sorry but you were unsuccessful or even return one call. I’m not the kind of person to take rudeness so I called the company direct often the main phone line goes unanswered or you get voice mail, I have spoken to his colleagues who said he would call me but nothing. Ok it costs nothing to send an email and at least try to retain some good will, I have hundreds of contacts in this business and may know others looking for roles that this company might need to fill but trust me I am so disgusted with them I would not recommend anyone to them. I shall also be writing to Nationwide directly to make them aware of this agencies shoddy treatment

Awful company!! They are horrendous with their contractors! Making them sign for contracts after manipulated the payment terms to suit themselves. For example signing for a 30 day payment system but tricking the contractor into only getting paid 7 days wage after doing 5 weeks! Not a 30 day payment but only paying after 30 days of work.... When you question this after taking on the employment they laugh and joke saying this is how it's done for all there contractors. It appears there interest is merely to gain the interest from the cash paid to them by the client in the bank for 30 days, before letting the contractor have it. Shocking company scamming all contractors! Makes Rolls-Royce whom outsource contractors via Alexander Mann look very bad and unprofessional. Embarrassing for Rolls-Royce and any other client using them.

I wish, I could give 0 or minus. Extremely unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. Their one agent approached me a contract @ Rolls Royce and they got right to represent me for that role. Once I provided that, they never answered my email and call. I am getting contacted by other agencies but because Alexander Mann has already submitted my profile, they can can't proceed. Just because someone is unprofessional, I lost an opportunity which was perfect match for my skills.

One of the worst agencies I have ever worked for as a temp. Contacted them before my contract ended with the hope of getting another contract ... Well that was a date of time and energy. My recruitment advisor didn't even try and get me another contract or a temp role. The lack of communication is atrocious and it never recommend them.
