Amsterdam City Center Apartments Hotel

We were a group of 5 (1 couple and 3 singles) and found the apartment suited us well in that it was massively sized with multiple stories, a rooftop balcony, and it had a kitchenette including an oven and dishwasher. When you exit the building you step into the heart of Amsterdam with attractions, food/drink and shops all within walking distance. There is also a laundry mat across the road which was fantastic (they will wash/fold for you and pickup within a few hours). The train station is also a short walk away. The reception is always staffed and the gentleman there was well attentive and ensured he was available to take our bags up and down the stairs (even when we had an early train and needed to check out at 6am).

Perfect place to stay! Owner Mario is truly a super host, friendly and so helpful, he is a gem and will make your stay enjoyable. The location is top notch and the apartments are kept in great condition. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The lounge was fun as well. Highly recommend it for your stay in Amsterdam.

I had an apartment booked for here for nearly a year for 10th-14th May 2025, then 10 days before I was due to go, they cancelled saying they're having a refurb, however I suspect they sold it for more to someone else or it was just incompetence. They thought 10 days was enough time for me to find alternative accommodation at the same price. Booking.con who we went through, said they'd pay the difference, but now they're saying they won't. So won't be booking with either again.

Amazing location right at the red lights district. Stayed here in May 2023. We booked the penthouse apartment which was perfect for us, and had a rooftop balcony. That apartment required climbing quite a lot of stairs, as you'd expect in Amsterdam. The WiFi was not great.

Visited last week with my husband. The apartments are in a great location, close to everything, they are also gorgeous, and comfortable, with everything you need. The hosts were wonderful as well. We will return!!

Super friendly service, great for groups we had the 3 bedroom for 5 people. Very clean, all facilities worked well, lots of towels. There is one bathroom with two shower stalls and one bathroom with the WC. The lounge is a great idea by the Apartments as well. Overall amazing experience

Lovely apartment but there is no view :)

Rooms are large and spacious, very clean. the location is crazy. and most importantly there is Mario to help you whatever you need, amazing man. We were seven friends and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. Recommend the place!
