I wanted to reward my workers and my assistant suggested me AMY'S COOKIES! It has been one of the best thing I did in this incredible 2020! I sent treats to all the people that supported my firm during these uncertain times and EVERYONE LOVED THE COOKIES!!! I sincerely recommend AMY'S Cookies. And I will order from them again. BTW great presentation!

Absolute perfection. We live in completely unpredictable times and when you drop considerable funds on an order of gourmet goods, and brag about how good they're going to be, because you order from there 10 years ago, you start to sweat when you realize just how unpredictable things have become. Are places even open? How long are wait times now? They only have a few reviews, but they're all amazing reviews, what gives? I'll just say: It is criminal how few reviews there are on this iteration of Amy's Cookies. Criminal. I bought my first gift batch for my girlfriend and her family, but the second one will be for work, and I will tell anyone who comes within arm's reach of these cookies, brownies, etc., where they're from. The cookies LOOK professionally made--they look like something out of a showcase. Let alone tasting amazing, too! Utter perfection.

Amazing cookies and so many to choose from. From the classic chocolate chip, to apricot or raspberry preserve filled cookies they have everything. Then there are the artwork cookies, delicious sugar cookies of any shape and design, expertly decorated by hand for any holiday or event. Simply the best I’ve seen and tasted !!

OMIGAWD... These are THE BEST COOKIES. Imagine your grandmother or mother making you fresh cookies whenever you wanted, whether you were good or bad. Well these are them. The White choco & Macadamia, The Oatmeal choco chip cookies and PB Cookies are NOT to be played with. They're Fabulous. I can't pick enough adjectives to describe them all, but trust me. They are Amazing.

My cookies just arrived in the mail today and I was happy that they finally arrived. I must say these cookies are so delicious and yummy I definitely will be making a reorder. I bought the window cookies after a friend of mine made me taste them. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! These cookies are something else! YOU MUST TASTE THEM! The bakery has a small store front that is amazing. You can walk there and get any cookies you want !!! Highly recommended!

I ordered a too good to go from here and was super excited! The shop is a small, cute and pink. It looked like a shop that wasn't open for business and was only doing pick up and deliveries. I walked in asking for help, but I was told I was suppose to press the bell. Hmmm...who would of known? Didn't see any immediate signage for it. But okay, I apologized and proceed to wait to get my order. I was handed two packs of decorated sugar cookies that were lifelessly sitting in a basket by the door. I immediately told her I had two orders and she confirmed that was all I'm getting. That's fine, I guess that's their order for too good to go. As I leave, I ask for a change of design for the "bunny". She handed me a pack of bunny cookies and we waved our goodbyes. Right when I got into the car, I was excited to try these cookies. Took one bite out of it and it was dry, hard, too sweet and just not tasty. The designs were cute but I realized the bunny one had a green Christmas sweater on! So are these cookies from Christmas?! I didn't even touch those. This review is solely on these sugar cookies and the way I felt like I was not wanted in the store. I felt like customer service was not there and that is not the way to do business even if I ordered from a discounted app. Will not visit again.

I sent my family a box of cookies for Easter and I have to tell you that they all called me to tell me that they ordered more just today! Decorated cookies are pretty amazing. Boxes are beautiful and the packaging is really incredible. It's clear they take pride of what they do, and they do it great. I will buy again!

First of all, these are the most adorable cookies I've ever seen in my LIFE. Second of all, they're delicious and perfectly packaged and they deliver quickly and efficiently! Such a gem of a place -- Glad to have on my radar for future parties, and I would definitely consider taking advantage of their offers for custom cookies. Highly recommend.

I was looking for 'back to school' theme cookies. They didnt have any back to school cookies on their website so I called and asked. She said yes we make those. She said you can order it on the website or by email. I said ok Great I will place the order. I tried to find the back to school cookies on the website but couldnt find it so I found a picture on google and placed the order via email. I call back the following day to confirm that my order will be ready for pickup and she said " o I didnt get the order" I told her that I ordered via email like she told me. She said dont worry I will deliver it to you tomorrow. The cookies wont dry fast enough if you pick them up today." I said Ok. She told me to text her the delivery address and the time which was 8am. The next day, she text me at 8:15am that she made it to the delivery place. I specifically told her 8AM because it was my daughters first day of school, too many things are going on. My daughter is crying and I have to sign her in, meet the teachers. I didn't have time to be looking at my phone, paying for cookies or anything else. at 8:17 she says she has to go deliver other cookies. I text back that I'm here. and I never heard from her again. I texted her again that i intend on paying for the cookies and picking them up but she never responded. Bad way to do business. All of this could have been avoided if they did my order in time and I would have picked it up the day before just as I requested. Im never ordering from them again. I was trying to support my local community but this is bad service.

I love love loveeee her cookies they are the best I used to buy them for years in Dean & Deluca and was so sad to see they are going out of business but now I can buy my favorite cookies there I can't wait to stop by.

I ordered from Amy's Cookies for an "under the sea" party for my daughter. First off, they were gorgeous, beautifully decorated sea creatures which fit perfectly with my theme. Secondly, they were gone fast!! I'm lucky I had a chance to taste one. Got tons of compliments on them! Perfect for kids and adults.
