Amy’s Drive Thru

I stopped in at Amy's Drive Thru last night. I was visiting Marin County from San Jose and wanted to get something healthy and inexpensive to eat, after my event. I scouted out Amy's online a week or two before the event and discovered that I could get something healthy and tasty there without spending too much money. After my event, I headed over to the restaurant and was not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I especially enjoyed the non-dairy shake, as I can't have a lot of milk. Thank you so much for a quality dining experience.

The vegan and vegetarian community of Marin really does not like this place. Really low quality and unimpressive vegan and vegetarian food. They constantly forget items and forks, leading to headaches and waste of time. overpriced, always asking for tips for drive-through orders, and workers with attitudes. Amy’s is leading the way in the decay of the food and service industry.

I visited Amy’s for the first time on my commute after work, hoping to find a healthy, quick meal. I asked for the Super salad in the regular size and was told they were out. I then asked for a different salad in the regular size and I was told they were out of the regular size containers. The person then asked if I wanted to order 2 small size salads….the small cost about $9 and the regular cost $13🤔 I responded no and then asked how big the small is compared to a regular. I was told the small is half the size of the regular🤨 I politely declined spending $18 for what I would’ve gotten for $13 if they had the container in stock. I then ordered the chick’n tender box for $13. The person taking my order told me the box did not come with fries so I ordered a side of fries for $5. After waiting in line for about 15m with only 2 cars ahead of me, I finally got the meal. Come to find out the box did in fact come with fries🙄 so I wasted $5. The box also came with coleslaw that I couldn’t eat because I was not given a utensil or napkins. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Amy’s. The food was mediocre, the service was slow, and money/time was wasted.

By far the best drive through I’ve been to, the gluten free chicken sandwich was 🔥 it was hot and fresh super yummy, not boring at all!

I ordered kombucha around 12 noonish where it was available ( and I know they'll run out of it soon). 2 hours later on pick- up, I realized they haven't started packing the order, plus they ran out of kombucha! The Amy fries are warm but the fries were remarkably dense, and flavourful. It tastes good with the new chicken crispy sauce Pizza was actually good though 👍 The best part is: The dough Is garlic bread-y (My favorite) Chocolate shake is good but `Vanilla Shake` is to die for The healthiest was the lentil bowl Like the Indian lentils but with our any spices, which suites most people, it's homey, I loved it! Over all: so-so Order healthy food and keep a shake as your sidekick!

Such yummy food ,just hit up the drive through and we ordered 6 items ,including fries and a salad ,but we didn't get any ketchup or cutlery or napkins . Big boof ,now we are back at our hotel amd it's too much trouble to find our way back. Very disapoin5ed. We did notice the staff was super carefull and attentive to creating our order amd making sure everything goes in. Maybe you have to request napkins sauce and cutlery ?? Oops 🙄

I have been having serious issues with finding food I can eat but amys has been one of the only brands I can tolerate from the grocery store. Was on vacation and saw a sign for an AMYS DRIVE THRU 😭 omg the food was absolutely delicious I’d come here regularly if it was in SF🫶🏼

I had heard good things about this veggie/vegan drive-thru which is a concept I had never seen before coming from Texas. I am a fan of Amy’s products in grocery stores, so was excited to try. We got two veggie burgers, cheese fries, regular fries, and a non-dairy chocolate shake. The food ended up being disappointing. The patties just fell apart and didn’t taste all that great. It looked more like a thick spread than an actual patty. The fries tasted more like oil than anything else, so didn’t finish them. The only thing I’d come back for would be the shake which was delicious.

Love this place.. From the free EV Chargers to the living roof, this place makes you feel good before you walk insid. Some of my favorites are the nitro cold brew milkshake the crispy chicken, sack, chicken salad sandwich. The sweet potato fries are really good salad chili and more. Most can be ordered #gluten-free they put like real issue on gluten-free very focused.

I'm not a vegetarian but I do vegetarian fasts from time to time and whenever I do, Amy's is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I plan to eventually try the whole menu but so far my faves are the Crispy Chik'n with the spicy secret sauce and the margherita pizza, with a side of sweet potato fries. I love that their beverage options include kombucha too! The drive thru is super quick with little to no wait at all. The inside is chill and the service is great. I'm happy to see that they have a few different locations around the bay! We need more healthy fast food options like Amy's.

I stumbled upon Amy's Drive Thru by accident while looking for a quick bite to eat. I didn't realize it was a plant-based drive-thru at first, and I was a bit skeptical about the food. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The fries were seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. The chik-in sandwich, while decent, could use a bit more flavor and seasoning as it came across as a bit bland. The atmosphere is simple and modern, just what you'd expect from a drive-thru, but what really stood out were the employees. I was greeted by two amazing workers who seemed genuinely happy to be there. They made sure I had everything I needed, which made the experience even better. Would I recommend this place? If you're open to trying something new or are a fan of plant-based food, absolutely! It's worth a visit.

Amy's is the first vegan fast food restaurant in the country and it's awesome we get 3 locations right here in the Bay Area! This Corte Madera is the closest one to SF without needing to book a flight (since one is located in Terminal 1 of SFO). This location is spacious, open, airy, and clean. Plenty of searing indoor & outdoors. Lots of parking spaces and drive-through seems to go quickly. My current favorite item on the menu is the Fried Chicken Sandwich! It's already vegan, no need to substitute anything, and you can choose the regular or chipotle sauce. Of course, no Amy's visit is complete without their creamy vegan mac & Cheese. My favorite is the broccoli mac. Sign up for their rewards and you can earn free food & discounts!

I recently went out with my girlfriends on a shopping spree and after we finished we all wanted somewhere nice and healthy to go. My bestie recommended we try Amy's and I was very excited to try it since I've never been. The first good thing I have to say is the look of the restaurant is fabulous !! I ordered a Classic Burrito and a lemonade and WOW. This has got to be one of my new favorite places. The fact that the meat is all vegetarian amazes me. And as for the service, this young kind man was very knowledgeable and understanding with me. His name was Andy and I told him I was very sorry that I am taking so long to decide what to order because it is my first time here and he was so kind and such a peach! He recommended to me some amazing items and he is who led me to ordering this delicious meal I got. WOW. He knew everything on the menu by heart and he made the experience even better. Everyone looked very hard working and I felt very at peace eating there. I totally recommend this for anyone who's looking for healthy delicious food

I love Amy's, such an awesome team delivering top notch customer service, and delicious food! Today- on Tuesday, January 21st, I ordered a kids meal, a cheeseburger and a cookies & crème oat milk milkshake. The cheeseburger was delicious, no complaints there. The unfortunate part came to the milkshake, it was very melted and tasted like metal- yes METAL!! I am very disappointed, never have I experienced something like this at Amy's. I wish I would've tried it at the drive through window, but I'm very aware of the time limit and did not wish to hold them back. I'm sure it was not intentional, however I'd wish Amy's was a little more thorough and careful when making their menu items, especially kiddos meals!! The gentleman at the drive through was very friendly. I will be going back, but this time maybe a different shake. :(

My bf and I stopped here after a trail run nearby. We were hungry and ready to eat! We ordered everything with the vegan option: The Amy Burger Crispy Chik'n Sandwich Chili Mac n Cheese Amy's Fries Sweet Potato Fries Chocolate Shake Strawberry Shake Everything was well-made, neatly assembled, and hit the spot. We had nothing leftover! *Minus one star for charging an extra $1 for the non-dairy milk shake. This is a nearly vegan restaurant. How are they going to be charging that stupid vegan adder for their shakes when they already serve mostly non-dairy here?? I get it if it's a restaurant that just added non-dairy options to their menu but Amy's is already vegetarian.. sheesh! I hope they remove it someday (soon)!

I've heard mixed reviews about Amy's and after trying it for myself, I actually like it!! Summary: Food: 7-8/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: Can't evaluate as we did Drive-thru Parking: 10/10 What we ordered: Amy Burger: 8/10 Single Burger: 8/10 Fries: 9/10 Chili Fries: 9/10 Plain Mac n Cheese: 7/10 Coffee Shake: 8/10 FOOD: 7-8/10 The food was actually so fresh and better than the expectations I had. The Amy and Single burger had veggie patties and honestly, it tasted so yummy. The veggie patty was moist and not dry. I appreciate that the burger was not smothered in sauce and was not oily. The burger had a perfect ration of sauce and veggies. The veggies were so fresh and crispy. The fries were perfectly fried with a nice crunch on the outside and fluffy texture on the inside. It was not overly salty or oily. THE COFFEE SHAKE WAS GOOD. It is not hecka thick to where you're struggling to drink out of the straw but it is also a little bit runny than how I prefer my shake to be. But we were not mad at it! It was perfectly sweet and I really tasted the coffee. SERVICE: 10/10 Considering we did drive-thru, both staff at register and taking your order on the intercom were so nice. Intercom staff was very kind and also patient when we were indecisive of what we wanted. The staff at the register was very nice and also held conversation. He gave us hecka condiments. PARKING: 10/10 Amy's has their own parking lot with plenty of spaces to park.

Never disappoints. The food is amazing and always tasty. I love their fries and the salt. I'm assuming it's the Celtic sea salt that makes them so good but they are crispy and not greasy. I love the sauce on the burger too. The service is fast and friendly. I was greeted after a long day at work with a smile and my delicious food. Thank you. The restaurant is not only clean and nicely decorated but the landscaping outside is beautiful with plants I'm always admiring to add to my garden.

I want to love Amy's, but the food has been consistently terrible. Aside from that, the service is fast, the staff is amazing, and the outdoor seating is always so nice and convenient. Has the food always been this bad, and I just did not notice because I live close by and wanted it to be good for the convenience?

This is one of my family's favorite restaurants! They have indoor and outdoor seating, coloring activities for the kids, and a colorful ambience. Their vegan crispy chick'n sandwich is absolutely incredible, as are their vegan chili cheese fries! My 2 year old happily demolishes an entire chili cheese fries on his own. This is the only restaurant he sits still at!

-Amy's drive-thru, you guessed it right, the vegan /vegetarian iconic frozen food company has only one drive-through location in the Bay Area and that's in Corte Madera. Get some food and go to Stinson beach or a date to Mt. Tam! My Fav: Chili fries and a coffee shake!

Amy's Restaurant is an absolute gem, but the true stars of the show are Ruvan and Dev. Dining here is not just a meal, it's an experience, thanks to these two phenomenal individuals. Ruvan's service is impeccable. From the moment we were seated, he made sure every detail was perfect. His knowledge of the menu is unparalleled, and his recommendations were spot-on. It's clear he takes great pride in his work, and his warm, welcoming demeanor made us feel like honored guests. Then there's Dev, the culinary wizard behind the scenes. Each dish that came out of the kitchen was a masterpiece. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was nothing short of art. Used to work here and now I go here sometimes. So cool that I can get vegan fast food in Marin! The line always moves fast and the workers are friendly. This building is very nice to look at as well.

So we've been here twice now and loved it. The first time we were with the kids and they loved their pizza and fries. We made sure to stop here when we went to bodega bay again and we got their burritos/burrito bowl and chili cheese fries. So delicious, I don't know how they do it. We also got their kombucha both times and it never disappointed. I just wish they had more locations in the Bay Area at least or in the Central Valley!

Stopped in yesterday with my gf as we wanted a milk shake and fries. It was good but we felt a bit pricey - $13 for a strawberry shake and an order of fries. On my receipt I noticed a "In-House Taxable" charge which I've never seen. I asked the cashier what that was and he didn't know. He asked and nobody could clearly explain what that was. Looks like it's the state breaking down/apart the state tax. Bottom line, for what they charge there are many other yummier options.

Very disappointed in the service at Amy's today. We drove thru and sat at the microphone for 15 minutes saying Hello!? With zero response. Eventually pulled up to the window and got no apology for the wait or lack of response. Just, what do you want? Very rude.

What a fun concept! We only tried the vegan milkshake but WOW it was good. I literally was slurping every last drop I could. It is very expensive but the ingredients are solid and it is soooo delicious! Better than some normal milkshakes I've had. The staff was really really nice and the restaurant itself was super clean. I'd 100000% go back! I hope they open up more locations!

It's a fast food place. The ingredients seem good and they're prob made to order, explaining the longer amount of time spent on line in the drive-thru. The Mac and cheese was pretty good, burgers, burrito and salad were good too. The living roof and the car with plants living in it were both nice attractions for my toddler.

My visit to Amy's Kitchen in Corte Madera was a delightful experience. I ordered the single veggie patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, pickle, Fred Sr secret sauce and on a gluten-free bun, along with a side of Amy's fries. The freshness and taste of the food were exceptional, making it a fantastic choice for healthy fast food. The pricing for a single burger, fries, and a drink was reasonable. The friendly staff and clean restaurant, including the restrooms, added to the positive experience. Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, Amy's Kitchen is my top choice.

Stopped by on the way to San Rafael the past weekend. We ordered the broccoli Mac and cheese, chili, margarita pizza and French fries. The service was great and staff was friendly and joyful. The food was fast food quality, but not bad. It lacked a bit of flavor/seasoning. The fries were really good, came out fresh, crispy and had great flavor. It tasted like good healthy fries and wasn't too oily. We would definitely be back for the fries and possibly try other items on the menu.

The sweet potato fries are the bomb! I also love the coffee/ chocolate vegan shake mixed. I can't get a vegan shake many places. Thank you Amy's for indulging my guilty pleasure!

Amy's Drive Thru says it runs on love, and that may be true. Amy's Drive Thru claims to be the first 100 percent vegetarian fast food restaurant. Their food is organic, non-GMO, and they try to utilize local producers. They have many fast food favorites, with vegan and gluten-free options available for almost all items on their menu. We appreciate their ethos. Their dining room is clean and nicer than your average cafe or fast food joint. The food is a-okay, and even better if your consider they are putting out ethical fast food. We don't eat a ton of fast food, but I love a drive through particularly on a rainy winter day, and their smaller version of cinnamon roll hits the spot on a chilly, wet afternoon. We also like their sweet potato fries, fries, soups, the Rachel salad with tofu, peanuts and sesame seeds & the grilled cheese. This also may be the only spot you'll find drive-thru mac and cheese.

I ordered tortilla soup here that was just all broth. If you're gonna be vegetarian, at least give me some vegetables.

Stopped at the drive thru while on the road. Super good vibe! Best "fast food" I've ever had! Tasted so fresh! Incredibly pleasant employees! My classic burrito with mild salsa was delicious. My toddler loved the kids meal with Mac n Cheese and fries as side - and you know how picky toddlers can be! Husband's Swiss and Mushroom burger was delicious. The ginger-mint lemonade was refreshing and fun! I probably wouldn't bother with the regular lemonade again, it was both too tangy and too sweet for my taste, but maybe adding water would make it perfect. No ketchup for fries or utensil for Mac n Cheese were provided, but luckily toddler doesn't mind mommy fingers as fork and doesn't like ketchup! We plan to stop at Amy's whenever we are in the vicinity!

We can never go wrong on going to Amy's Drive Thru! The food is always delicious and consistently prepared to perfection. I like the Amy as it features a double patty and I prefer a slice of raw onion. My wife always gets the single patty with spicy sauce. We both agree on getting the fries. In my humble opinion, Amy's makes the best fries. They are always hot and seasoned just right. Also , ask for the ketchup which is house made. The service is spot on! From time to time, the employee would see we have our dog with us and offer a complementary doggy treat for our fur baby. We will definitely be back:)

SERVICE - located just off of the 101 in Corte Madera, about 10 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge - order at drive through speaker near menu and then pick up at one of two windows - very quick service - good for casual or on the go meal MENU - vegetarian fast food - mostly everything has a vegan and/or gluten free option - well priced ($7 per item) FOOD - single burger (7/10): single veggie patty with lettuce, grilled onion, tomato, pickle, sauce, and a slice of cheese between two fluffy buns. The burger is quite small on its own so I would order something else on the side. I liked how the patty had texture and what appeared to be black beans. It did not have the artificial taste that many vegan burgers do. The toppings were quite representative of a typical burger. - broccoli Mac and cheese with chili (2/10); macaroni pasta with broccoli topped with breadcrumbs and an added scoop of chili. I had high hopes for this since I remember the frozen Amy's pasta dishes tasting really good. Unfortunately, this turned out to be my least favorite of the things we ordered. The pasta got clumpy soon after we got it. The cheese sauce had an odd aftertaste that was not reminiscent of cheese. On its own, the chili was tasty and I would not mind getting a bowl of just that. - grilled cheese (6/10): buttery bread filled with a melty slice of cheese. It is quite difficult to go wrong here. This tasted like the grilled cheeses I ate as a child. - lentil vegetable soup (9/10): chunky soup with whole brown lentils. We originally ordered tomato soup as a side for the grilled cheese but the servers said that it was not vegan and recommended this instead. I really enjoyed this soup. It tasted like minestrone yet was not overly salty. The lentils and vegetables were cooked such that they were soft but not mushy. - chocolate shake (8/10): creamy chocolate milkshake with a slight malty flavor. This tasted like milk chocolate and had a very smooth consistency. I would recommend sharing with someone as the sweetness could get overwhelming after a bit. WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! It was super convenient and quick and the food tasted relatively good for fast food.

Cinnamon bun and chocolate milkshake Is what we had. I literally wanted to grab small desert to go but hubby and I decided to eat in quickly . I buy quite a few amy goods at the grocery store and my favorite is the bean and cheese enchiladas. This place is cute and service is quick. Place is clean with a touch of hippy accent decor . We'll come back next time to try the burgers

So worth the drive to Amy's drive thru. I got to try the Chicken sandwich with chipotle ranch which was so delicious and crispy also had the Taco salad so good. Service was friendly and fast. Radhika is amazing as always!

Didn't realize amy's is the same as the brand you can find in the grocery store frozen sections! I fell in love with this place so fast since they have gluten free and vegan options!! I love their vegan mac n cheese and the non dairy milk shakes! I recommend the mac n cheese with the chili scoop added! The staff are all so so nice and Doug made my day today when I got my order! It's also super easy to order online on their website and make sure to sign up for their rewards! I literally call it the glorified in n out lol

Service was good, menu options were alright, just being a vegetarian fast food joint caught us off guard. We went in with no prior research, which I will admit is our fault but it definitely did dampen our experience, the food served its purpose and no longer made us hungry, the food overall was mediocre and a little sad. The burrito was the best thing we ordered because it tasted like it was a much more expensive Taco Bell without any meat. If you're not vegetarian, save your money and go somewhere else.

Fresh, tasty vegetarian and vegan fast food, fun packaging, nice decor, super clean, friendly and efficient service, plenty of parking. We've always liked everything we had: burgers, fries, salads, pizzas, broccoli mac, grilled cheese, tomato bisque, and shakes. The outdoor dining area is lovely and spacious.

Amy's always comes through!!! With the best Vegan eats!!! Super clean and bright colored vibes. My family and I are here now loving our food!! The chili cheese fries are soo good we had to order a second!! And the staff is soo friendly!! The manager Hannah is outstanding!! So Kind and professional!! Very helpful!! I literally just asked for her name so I can write this review. I have worked in the industry my whole life. And she seems to really have it all going on!! Thank you for your kindness Hannah!! There is definitely a learning opportunity that requires discussion with cashier Gianna. It's likely a better fit for her to perform a non-people facing role. No receipt, trouble counting, issues with order entry, had challenges with computer, etc.

Hit the spot after an exhausting hike on Mt Tam!! The 100% vegetarian menu was everything we needed and more. However, if I weren't soooo hungry I think it would've been an okay on taste. And unfortunately they were not serving a lot of the exciting menu items (including the sweet potato fries, the protein powder in the smoothies, or the enchiladas).

Best place for a celiac kid! While there are many gluten free options in the bay area they tend to cater to health conscious adults and aren't great for kids. I am grateful for this spot where my kid can safely have fries and a milkshake.

There frozen food is sooo much better.... I tried their chili fries which were soggy and lacked seasoning and flavor. It was a dolup of bland chili ontop of limp fries... The burrito was also bland. I was craving fresh salsa and sourcream and flavor! But instead this was the bland burrito version of the fries. Super disappointed.... I will stick to their frozen offerings.

Honestly, not bad. Came here after a hike in Muir Woods. I was super stoked that almost everything is organic. Pretty simple menu; I think the best thing you can get is the Amy's burger. The chili cheese fries are very soupy, so if that's not your jam just stick with the regular fries. The margherita pizza was yummy and very tiny. Basic, but hit the spot. The salads seem like a star in that place. Very fresh and very diverse in ingredienrs for such a simple restaurant. I'd stop by again. the prices were super reasonable and the strawberry milkshake had real strawberries so it was FANTASTIC!

The pace of the drive thru is like molasses in January. They should call it crawl thru. Annoyingly slow.

Yummy food - especially the fries and shakes! The salads, chili, soup, and burgers all served fresh and tasty. I do miss the burrito bowls though, wish they could bring them back! The Amy's App is really easy to use! The Corte Madera location has a great "living roof" of plants and I enjoy the outdoor seating. Check it out!

the portions could be bigger... dairy free shakes are really yummy a little pricy. burrito bowl is my go to. salsas are all good :) good fries & chili chz fries. went through the drive thru with a friend. they ordered a chicken sando with fries (no allergy) and i ordered a burrito bowl with fries (gluten allergy specified). the sandwich was served in an open pouch, fries are also open, and touching. while I didn't feel like anything touched in the bag, the transport of it all freaked me out a bit with the chicken sando having real bread. i'm celiac. it's been a few days and i don't think i was glutened but separate bagging of allergy items could make this place all the better :)

Amy's is a vegan fast food joint, a kind of restaurant I don't typically frequent, but one that that pleasantly surprised me! The ambiance of Amy's felt a bit more upscale than your typical fast food diner. The interior was modern, clean, and open, and there were a variety of unique sodas and on-brand condiments to complement your order like organic dijon mustard and agave syrup. The food took a little longer than expected to prepare, but was great across the board. The double hamburger reminded me of In-N-Out (in a good way), and I didn't have any problems with the vegan patty. The sweet potato fries were incredible as well, but the portion was a bit small. We also ordered three shakes, which all impressed for different reasons. The strawberry shake incorporated actual pieces of fruit, the vanilla shake had a refreshing coconut milk aftertaste, and the chocolate shake tasted deep and robust. While I can't promise I'll be back here, as vegan + American fast food is not my cuisine of choice, all my friends nonetheless agreed we had a great experience here!

Amy's veggie burger ("The Amy") is probably the best burger I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The savory patty, the crunchy iceberg lettuce, the flavorful sauce, the... salty... pickles, the melty cheese are all excellent in isolation and form a perfect burger together. We routinely drive 1.5 hours *each way* to visit this location just to enjoy this meal (please open a San Jose location). Additionally, the fries are also *excellent*. They're the McDonald's style fries in the most positive sense: long, square cross section, crispy on the outside soft on the inside. The salt amount is a bit variable, but within the acceptable range. The best burger and fries for a vegetarian hands down. There are a few more burger varieties, which are decent as well. I didn't try any other options, why bother? The burger is where its at. The soda machine has some weird, real-sugar off-brand sodas. They're good. The food is served at a reasonable speed. Sometimes it gets busy. The only demerit about this location is that they seem to be incapable of keeping their seating area clean. Pretty much every visit the tables are dirty, the floors are dirty, the seats are dirty. There is outside seating which is marginally better, but it's clear they're skimping on the upkeep. Its worth it for the burger in my opinion. Nice roof.

Solid food. Overpriced but not bad. The vanilla milkshake was quite good. Fast service, got my pizza, fries, and shake in probably under 10 minutes. Building is nice.

your food is very good, and the service is decent. I will just say that I will not use the drive-through again. It just takes too long. I would imagine because it is very difficult to get employees in the mid to Southern Marin area. Other than that everything about the store is very nice.

Its probably a good thing we don't have this place in SD. Burger was prepared perfectly. Salad was better than 9/10 salads at a sit-down restaurant. Big too! We had the miso dressing, really nice. Surprisingly no line mid-day on a Saturday. Really enjoyed this place and the price felt super reasonable.
