Love this small-town feel of the store that can provide you with all your hardware and project needs. The staff are great they help with all your questions. The guys are always cheerful and pleasant. I love going in knowing that I'll be satisfied with my purchase.

I visited this hardware store to get some help with a bathtub faucet and they really knew what I needed and how to make me feel like a real customer. I wish the big stores had this type of customer service. Please continue help and treat your customers as well as I was, THANKS

I live nearby in Springfield. Old Time Hardward is so convenient to run up and get something for my old house. The people there are super helpful and knowledgeable about what’s in the store. The other day I needed a set screw for a crystal doorknob. Not only did Josh know the exact part by size. He helped me retap the only handle so the screw fit properly. I love this place. You will too

Love this place. Every time I come in I'm greeted and assisted (cause half of the time I come needing help).The staff over the years has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I'd have a problem and they'd have great knowledge to be able to assist me with my home improvement projects and issues. I'm thankful for this place. Would definitely highly recommend 👍🏾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really nice helpful people, before you go to the big name stores that view you as a unit try stopping by this family owned business first. Prices surprisingly where a lot lower then lowes or Home Depot and felt a lot better giving these guys my money then some billion dollar corporation. They got a new customer 👍🏾

Added to Google Maps since they weren't on here in spite of having been open for decades. This is a classic American family-owned hardware store. Helpful and conveniently located. They have paint, door and window hardware, plumbing and tiling supplies, more nuts and bolts than you can shake a wrench at, historic home specific products, (and much more) and additionally have a small engine repairperson on staff. I've also heard they'll be reopening their plant nursery soon! Instead of shopping the big box stores, consider paying these folks (your neighbors!) a visit for your next home improvement project.
