ANA Bar and Eatery

Restaurant is a mix between self service and wait service. There is a small cafe at the entrance where you can purchase grab-n-go items like sandwiches, soup, desserts, and coffees. There is a self service cold/hot buffet where it is priced by the pound ($18.99). Behind that is a small pizza area and bar. Happy hour is weekdays after 4pm at the bar. It ranges from $5-8 for a beer and $8-10 for wine and cocktails. We ordered two coffees and eventually got drinks at the bar while the kids enjoyed a pizza. They devoured it, so that's a win. Pricing was on the moderate side.

Service We sat at the bar and the bartender was great at making sure we had everything we needed. It wasn't too busy so we had no issue getting our food and drinks in a timely manner. Overall, the service was very good. Food and drinks The food was fresh and great! We started with guacamole and chips which were light and tasty - I could've eaten them all day. I tried both a chicken and a shrimp taco and they were amazing. My drink was also very good and refreshing. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Overall My experience at ANA Bar was wonderful. The location is conveniently right off the subway and in a really nice area. They food and drinks were amazing and I will definitely be back.

Great place inside of Hudson yards! Love the amount of options available to dine-in as they have a buffet, pizzeria in the back, and a cafe inside. We really enjoyed the drinks and the live jazz music!

Just stopped in because I heard the music. That jazz was unbelievable. Dope experience, right inside the mall. A lot of shops and restaurants. Great addition to the city.

Amazing atmosphere. I can’t believe I’ve lived in NY for over 2 decades and this is my first time here. The atmosphere is electric. The food is amazing and the drinks are out of this world. Our server Pedro made sure all our needs and wants were taken care of. I came here for a client meeting after a conference and I’m so happy to have chosen this place. The cadence, the respect, the interaction are next level. You can communicate while vibing to music, and eat great food. Definitely recommend, and def will be back for a date. ASK FOR PEDRO

Lovely surroundings but............. overpriced. Got decaff cappuccino (not very warm) breakfast tea and latte with oat milk. As one of the party has allergies I had to check the drink to ensure it was made with oat milk. The batista seemed to get very mixed up when we asked for vegan muffins and we had to check a couple of times to ensure they were vegan not normal.

Only good thing about this place is the location. Staff only seem to appear while you’re checking out. Was told that condiments must be weighed with the box from the buffet. The vegetables at the buffet weren’t washed well, very gritty texture like you’re chewing sand. Every table was dirty and did not see any staff cleaning the tables during our 40 minutes there. Only redeeming quality is it’s fast. Maybe the counter service is better than the buffet. Since I can’t seem to reply to the owner, editing my post here to add context: * I didn’t get the salad. The vegetables that were gritty (not lettuces) were the broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts. * The condiment I was charged for was a maple syrup flavored high fructose corn syrup packet which came out to ~$2 based on weight (1.5oz). Brand name “House Recipe,” distributed by Sysco. * There are more condiments available than just salad dressing here. I understand charging for the salad dressing.

I found this to be a pretty convenient location for a quick lunch inside Hudson Yards. It sort of reminds me of Essen where there is a buffet but also individual counters for specific cuisines like pizza or tacos. You order and pay at the counter and get a buzzer and then wait. There is ample seating inside, wide open dining area with nice ambiance for chatting. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The prices are definitely on the higher end, but not terrible. I got a small 12 inch margherita pizza for $17 and it can be shared between two people (or one very hungry person). They do make the whole pies fresh, so it is not reheated. Overall it was a decent pie, not the best I've had but certainly passable. The crust was a bit thick, and I prefer the basil to be at least somewhat baked into the pie, but for mine it was sort of tossed on top as if it was a last minute afterthought. The drink prices gave me some sticker shock too! A carton of water and a can of diet coke each ran $4 each (yikes).

Good restaurant/bar in the Hudson Yards mall. This is my second time visiting. If you arrive before 2pm they have a buffet that you pay by the pound. After 2pm, you can order from the sandwich, pizza or taco counters. I had the rotisserie chicken sandwich, the first time it was great. There was nicely stacked sandwich of roasted chicken, tomatoes , red onions, arugula and I believe an aioli sauce. This time there was chicken and arugula and not much else. Hopefully they will work on consistency. I also tried the roasted turkey with cranberries. It was decent. And we tried the meatball sandwich and that was really good. They have some good beers. I had a good IPA. It can get busy at the bar, so the staff seems overwhelmed. You can also order from table using the QR code.

Came here for happy hour around 6:30pm and this place had some seats open at the bar after work. I would say that they are severely understaffed. It seemed like only 2 bartenders working that were taking orders of people at the bar AND people seated at the tables AAAAND they were also running food out to the tables as well. We were interested in ordering a second round of drinks but after 40 minutes of waiting, we gave up and left.

First and foremost, the employee named Billy was great but my god the food and baked goods were absolutely awful. Granted I did get a TGTG bag from here but that shouldn't mean that the quality of the food is subpar and quite frankly inedible. I honestly can't say anything was good and would avoid this place at all costs- there are much better places around/in Hudson Yards.

This place is super cute, great spot to eat and chat! I'd say the drinks are a bit overpriced (don't fill the glass halfway), but the food was good! Sandwich was hearty but didn't feel too heavy. You order through your phone and they bring the food to you which is nice!

Get the Hibiscus Marg!!! Especially if Say is available to make it! Amazing ambiance, service and drinks!

Shout out to the friendliest bartender, Grin! Stopped for a quick pre-dinner drink and made it to their Happy Hour. They have a great selection of craft cocktails which changes seasonally. I tried the Summer Spritz and my husband got the Green Apply Negroni. My spritz was light, citrusy and made me think of summer in Florence. I'm not a negroni fan, but the was pleasantly surprised at how good the green apple negroni was. It wasn't bitter at all and was so smooth. It was nice chatting with Grin and reminiscing about Italy. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area.

Picked a good week to be in the City as the Vessel had just reopened. Made our way to the Highline and Hudson Yards and of course arrived hungry. After a few loops around the Mall we found Ana Bar and Eatery. Nice salad/hot bar self serve arrangement and lots of seating. Plenty of vegan choices so that was good. It's fast casual and was just right for lunch. Better than OK but not "great", Ana has something for everyone.

Came upon this place while walking through the mall. They had a live jazz band which was a nice touch. The birria tacos were very good! We also had a pepperoni pizza and that was also good. The drinks were hood and the bartenders and staff were all great.

Really 3.5. Paloma was super weak (both of them,) but my spicy passionfruit marg hit the spot (i did order a double shot for it..) Partner didn't like his paloma or martini. Service started well but then we got ignored the rest of the time as a few groups started coming in, so we decided to grab food somewhere else. I do like the menu options which include a great selection of vegetarian items, the Happy Hour menu, and the atmosphere as a whole. Feels like an escape from the largely sterile, corporate vibe of the shops!

Excellent customer service at the bar! Staff was very friendly. Wonderful cocktails and food. I got the hibiscus margarita and it was deliciously made. For food, I tried the chicken quesadillas and we also got chips and guacamole as an appetizer. The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted delicious.

We were visiting the Shops at Hudson and wanted to grab a quick bite and drinks. The atmosphere is casual, the size is quite large considering it's in a mall. They offer A good variety of what I would consider lite bites. We had a few drinks and ordered a few quesadillas. The carnitas quesadilla is by far my favorite. The carnitas is well seasoned, tender and just delicious! I had the hibiscus margarita and just asked them to sweeten it a tad (I like sweet drinks). Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend you visit!

This is a popular lunch spot with an excellent hot buffet. I particularly like the soup bar they have added to the pastry counter. The cauliflower soup with coconut milk was very creamy and flavorful, yet savory. And they have an ample selection of sandwiches on French baguettes. The service is very quick and helpful. The prices are no more expensive than Pret or Chopped, and the quality of the food is better and fresher.

Don't come here! What? $20 for 2 lattes that are the size of an espresso and one almond croissant? That is just pure rip off! The coffee took forever to be made and was cold! The almond croissant stale, soggy, and tasted like benzaldehyde - no natural flavoring, just chemical tasting. No crunch, bland, but too sweet and extremely boring.

Large spot on the second floor of the mall with a variety of offerings depending on the hour. For example, there's a buffet, a cafe counter, and a bar. The event was in the back corner where they had a limited bar and hors deouvres brought around. My favorite was the mini tostadas, the mini quesadillas were very good and came in 2 varieties, and the crackers with guacamole hit the spot. Very nice for a mall considering it's a top tier mall, lots of space, and a unique style of food offerings

While I miss Citarella, the new buffet is fantastic!! Full of healthy items like dandelions, fennel, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp & good sauces to add on. The shrimp cooked in banana leaves were yummy. $16.99/ pound I had a light meal for $14 I'm a née fine and had a custard from Shake Shack for dessert- don't be biting!

Keepin it real out here in Hudson Yards The newest brand new neighborhood is one of my favorite route to take on my lunch walk. This spot is brand new as well, great design and pretty decent food, decent service as well, the price tho, that's another story. Coffee is pretty good as well since that's the only thing i can afford there most of the time.

I came here to Hudson Yards for the first time to check out the Chinese New Year performance. I also claimed the red envelope from the Hudson Yards app. I got a coupon for a free small coffee in the red envelope but saw on the store directory machine that Ana was closed. However, we roamed around the mall and found a second Ana. It was a 5 minute wait for latte with warmed oat milk, which normally costs $6.50. No latte art though...

Located inside the mall at Hudson Yards. Okay buffet food, but quite expensive at $19.99 per pound. I got a mix of vegan items including grilled tofu, rice, beans, veggies. Pretty expensive for all that. I'm addition to the buffet, they have quite the variety of things like pizza, tacos, and a coffee shop with pastries. Plenty of open seating too. It's a nice option for variety, but not for the price. I guess that's Hudson yards pricing?

On my first visit to Hudson Yards, I ate at another restaurant. I found Ana's to have a more calming environment. They had college football games on and a small band provided entertaining Christmas tunes. With a full bar and a coffee/tea bar, patrons were able to get what they wanted. I shared the Giant Pretzel with others at my table. It was definitely a Giant! The topping was a bit burnt and the taste flowed through but otherwise, it was a good pretzel to add something to your stomach for more NY walking.

I loved the location of ANA bar at Hudson yards. And the pizza I got was super tasty. But the reason I went there was for the March Madness deals they had. I went on a Saturday game night, but the restaurant closed at 8pm - before the game even ended!! The vibe of the restaurant was great and I'd go again, just not to watch a game!

Great place for happy hour. Had a seat at the bar when i arrived at 5:15pm onon a Thursday. There's a lot of seating there, I got the Negroni and the froze happy hour special which were both delicious. I also got the Carnitas and shrimp taco. I usually like seafood more but the Carnitas was really good, the service was great. The bartender behind the bar was super attentive. The food came out very quickly and the bartender was also very nice and got us drinks quickly and refilled our waters. we were able to sit there for three hours, and not feel rushed to leave. It's also right next to Bronx brewery and they also serve their beers at ANA.

Freshly made tacos at Hudson Yards. Staff was friendly and the taco was delicious. I just needed a little snack to tide me over before dinner, and I grabbed a seat with my friend by the windows offering great views. There was even a live band playing music on Saturday. It's a great stop if you're feeling a bit peckish and need a little shopping break.

Amazing service and drinks!!! The food is pretty good for the environment. Vic and Jay were an absolute delight! Will definitely be visiting in the future just to see them.

Disappointing. You don't order from a person it's all done by QR code with the tip paid in advance of food delivery and service. Which seems counterintuitive! Food served on disposable paper plates with trow away utensils. We had to ask for regular silverware to cute the food because it kept breaking. But, prices are high and no one comes over to check on you. Place was decorated cute.

Pizza was fresh and delicious. Seating area very cozy and warm. Really good fast casual options. The staff is AMAZING and so helpful. I left my purse there accidentally and they kept it and contacted me to get it. Forever grateful!

I order the quesadillas and they were terrible. The shell was doughy and there was hardly anything in it. They forgot our drink and the music was just too loud. You couldn't hear each other talk

Picked up lunch from Ana today and was overall really impressed.... Ambiance is great and there is lots of seating for large parties. Food is really delicious. I picked up some shrimp, a piece of salmon, the fennel with carrots, and some avocado cucumber salad. I recommend all of these. I'm only giving it 4 stars because their website claims the buffet is $16.99/lb but I paid $19.99/lb. so I'm not sure what happened there. My to-go lunch was $20 so be prepared. I'll definitely return if in the area and I feel like splurging a bit.

Good place for an office breakfasr or lunch break to go! Had tried so far the super yummy pain au chocolat ( it is really wonderful, maybe one of the best in ny!) and a latte that i did not like... Prices are high, but we are at HY, so...

Food is Great, except for the pizza. Pizza dough comes out undercooked at the bottom and burnt on top. they need to upgrade their ovens to gas.

Drinks were good and waitstaff were great. Food was okay. I ordered the cheese quesadilla and it was smaller than I expected. My companion had the chips, which were good and despite not being a blue cheese fan, the dip was delicious. I had a couple margaritas. They were a little sour for my taste, but still enjoyable.

Love the QR code ordering method. Excellent service. I also loved that you can order a half pizza, very convenient. The quesadillas were good and drinks strong. Would return for a quick bite.

Ana Bar and Eatery is not really that great anymore. The service is absolutely horrendous now. The employees work with no sense of urgency which makes the lines long as heck. It's worst than the DMV lines... imagine that! The food and drinks are SUPER EXPENSIVE (even with my mall discount since I work in the mall). The bar closes super early now - 8pm which is a drag. How can the bar be closed before stores in the mall? That's super insane. I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars because of the supervisor named Josh. He is the only person who is super friendly, energetic and efficient. I normally order the same drink - tropical tea. He is the only person who remembers and makes it correctly. If you go there, look for Josh! He's the greatest! I'm so disappointed to report this as the quality of this place has declined so quickly. Hopefully they get their act together!

We're visiting from Florida and this location is extremely underwhelming. The food was cold, way too expensive, and the food options didn't even match. Highly disappointed.

Food at taco and tequila was not good. Had the chicken quesadilla and it was not good. Spoke to the manager and he did not give me a refund.

What a cool new spot, Brandon is great ! I wanted a fun new cocktail (gluten free of course) , and he made one of the best drinks I've ever had. Enjoy the ambiance , the music , the drinks , the light snack menu. Very impressive. Can't wait to be back!

Pricing aside (HY is expensive. we know.) Ana Bar and Eatery is a good spot. They took over the space that used to be Citeralla. Ana's set up makes a lot more sense considering it's in a retail center in the middle of corporate offices. Came here with the team and we were pleased with the selection and options from salad bar, hot food bar, pizzeria, etc. They just opened recently and when you first go there, the team will give you directions and also help you with self check-out. The bar looks cool and I'll probably plan drinks there at some point!

Ash makes this place great. I often stop here after work for a glass of wine. While I am not social, Ash provides excellent customer service so much so that I am writing this review. I have never written a review for a bar tender. I am a fan of his recommendations. He also always provides me with a phone charger too which is key!

My first experience on a Thursday evening after work! Very nice atmosphere, was not busy at all during our time there. We ordered at the bar and sat at a nearby table, very friendly staff. It's on the pricier side (Hudson Yards is expensive), but the happy hour pricing makes it more reasonable for its location. They have some very unique cocktails-- my favorite was the Fist Full of Dollars, fruity and easy to drink. The pizza was fresh. Overall experience was great and would recommend! Can't wait to try their bakery selection earlier in the day and other items on the menu.

This is a really fun spot! I came with some friends for some post work drinks/quick dinner and it was perfect! Easy and convenient for working in Hudson yards, but didn't skimp on quality. The staff was also very kind and friendly

I made a basic build your own salad with 5 shrimp, cauliflower, tomatoes, and lettuce with a small iced coffee and somehow it came to $43.22. It wasn't great and I am absolutely flabbergasted by the fact that I could have gotten a steak and glass of wine anywhere in Hudson Yards for less money. Could not recommend this place less.

I love a good lox bagel but ANA's salmon croissant is even better: each bite is heavenly. The salmon is a generous serving, the croissant freshly baked, the dressing just the right amount of sweet and savory. The quiche and other croissants are all very good and washing them down with their signature coffees make everything perfect. Love love love!

The ambiance and the staff was absolutely friendly Eric and Dave absolutely killed it.

Best spicy salami (soppressata) pizza ever! And I've tried many all over Italy and around the world! Tim, the chef, is incredibly passionate about his work and you can certainly taste it. This is certainly a MUST TRY place! You won't regret it and will wish you had a bar like this in your neighborhood

Ash the bartender is amazing!!! Coolest bartender in NYC!! So chill and reminds me of bartenders back at home in New Orleans! Just an awesome human being! Best old fashioned in NYC!

The business was clean the music was good and the energy in the place just makes you feel good my drinks were so good and pretty lol my food was delicious I loved the salmon my hostess Jeremy who made my drinks was so funny and sweet I really had a good time !!!!! The manager Kevin was so professional and make sure I was okay five STARZ!!!! And I can't wait to return
