Really nice convention center! It has multiple floors with huge rooms for big events and plenty of smaller spaces for meetings and casual hangouts. The location’s a bit hectic since it’s right next to Disney — lots of traffic and crowds. I guess it’s great if you’re planning to hit the parks too, but it definitely makes things a little more chaotic. On the plus side, there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, and hotels super close by. Everything’s pretty walkable, which makes getting around way easier.

Google
Stayed at the Hilton that's part of the Convention Center, and it's perfect. Organized, friendly staff both at hotel and Center itself. Beautiful grounds, almost park-like. Probably could use a little more parking, but otherwise a great experience. We were exhibitors at a convention and it was very easy to setup. And it's sooo close to Disney Land.

Google
Plenty of parking @ $25/ day. Much better than going to downtown LA convention center!! 😊

The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) is one of the largest and most well-known convention centers in the U.S., located in Anaheim, California, near Disneyland. Here’s a detailed review: Pros: 1. Size & Capacity: Over 1.8 million square feet of event space, making it ideal for large conventions, expos, and trade shows. Multiple exhibit halls, ballrooms, and meeting rooms. 2. Location & Accessibility: Walking distance from Disneyland, hotels, and restaurants. Easily accessible via major freeways (I-5) and close to John Wayne Airport (SNA). Public transport options like ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) are available. 3. Facilities & Amenities: Modern design with spacious, well-lit interiors. Plenty of seating areas and lounges for networking. High-tech features: Digital signage, strong Wi-Fi, and AV capabilities. 4. Food & Dining: Multiple on-site food options, including food courts and Starbucks. Plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. 5. Event-Friendly & Well-Managed: Professional and helpful staff for large-scale event coordination. Easy exhibitor load-in/load-out process. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Cons: 1. Parking Challenges: Limited parking availability, especially during large events. Parking can be expensive (~$20-$25 per vehicle). May need to park in overflow lots and walk a bit. 2. Crowds & Traffic: Gets very crowded during major conventions (e.g., WonderCon, NAMM, VidCon). Nearby roads can be congested, especially during peak hours. 3. Expensive Food & Services: On-site food and beverages are overpriced. Vendors inside the center charge premium prices. 4. Wi-Fi Quality: Free Wi-Fi can be slow during busy events. Paid options are available, but they can be costly. Final Verdict: 4.5/5 ⭐ – The Anaheim Convention Center is a top-tier venue for conventions, expos, and trade shows. While parking and food prices are drawbacks, its location, facilities, and event management make it a premier choice for both attendees and exhibitors. If you’re visiting, plan ahead for parking and consider dining outside the venue for better options.

Google
Documenting the business conference here was seamless. The venue's beautiful architecture, ample parking, and great event spaces made for fantastic photographs.

Google
Went here for a car show. Really nice place. Plenty of parking.

Google
Bathrooms are always clean! The space is large, but FREEZING! Bring a coat and your wallet if you are parking at the venue.

Google
Place is over rated over priced lots of people , it’s the yearly dental convention!! And it’s a zoo ! Charging $25 for parking!!! Drinks are 19.00 for a margarita at the Hilton next door , food is costly inside convention !! It is once a year !! Ima glad it’s almost over !

Yelp
Huge convention center and I like the outdoor label ABCD exhibit halls. This makes it easy to navigate and find your booth or find a vendor. Staff here were excellent. Super helpful. They're also located across the street from the Marriott and few blocks from The Westin Hotel where we were for reception the night before. Cheers!

Yelp
Huge center, one main buildings plus a smaller one and arena. Bring an extra layer for air conditioned meeting rooms. Chairs were comfortable. While bathrooms were clean, there should have been more. I suggest CLEAR signs for Parking Structure 1 and for the conference rooms on the second floor of the smaller building. Another complaint is the terrible selection at the so-called Food Court in the main exhibition hall. Two registers open for long slow-moving lines, and for what, pretzels, fries and hot dogs? Very disappointing when you don't have a lot of time for lunch. Wish the $25 daily parking had in and out privileges so I could buy a decent meal nearby. I settled for sandwiches from a 7-11 a few blocks away. There are enough benches on the center ground to eat. The service from the convention employees ranged from average to very good.
google avatar

Kathy M.

Yelp
I am not sure if they read their reviews, but they need to add more tables inside the area for people to eat. During conventions, the tables by the indoor food court are full. Its hard to find a place to sit and eat. Which results to sitting on the floor by a wall somewhere. To some people it's okay, but I just wanted to express it for those who can't sit on the floor. I think there needs to be more than 5 tables or 20 seats.

Yelp
Good sized convention center with several buildings and an underground parking garage. It does cost to park, but you can usually find free street parking a block or so away and walk. There are also lots of hotels all around if you're visiting from out of town.

Yelp
So I've been to Anaheim convention center for many events, and this past Saturday, I went to sneakercon and had an amazing time. Furthermore , I do like how this convention center is modern and have really good decent size for the exhibits. it was actually larger than I thought it would be with many vendors. I do recommend here if you want to come to event that is that are held here because it's not too congested in the parking is not a hassle at all. $25 per parking but hey that's everywhere now all the prices are hiking up literally everywhere. However, the parking can be confusing. If you are not paying attention, you may go to another parking area that's designated for the convention center but you actually have to go through the parking lots entrance that's located on Katella. Also, they should have more signs of where you actually enter for General admission , because sometimes it's hard to find where you actually enter or what door you have to go through. Overall, but I do come here. I do have a great time and it's never long lines and you can purchase tickets most of the time through Eventbrite! Sidenote: it's located right next to Disneyland can't miss it ! -Marshay D.

Yelp
I came here with a couple of friends to see their reptile show. The venue was large, spacious and pretty comfortable. Parking was not very fun, but we didn't expect much better from this part of the Los Angeles area. Good venue for the show and the bathrooms we used were clean and pretty easy to find. I wouldn't mind going to another event here, assuming I have the energy to battle LA traffic and the money to park in the main lot etc.

Yelp
Been here many times especially for WonderCon Yes I'm a geek Yes I'm a nerd Yes I'm awesome Convention center is located literally next to Disneyland So yeah it can get intense and am become a hot mess when big events happen here especially during holiday weekends or what not which means parking can get pretty crazy and the waits to get into one is insane but I guess that's not entirely their fault but still I wish they had more dedicated spots for the convention center and make it easier for pedestrians to get by without having the lights last forever or be short short at times it would help congestion. It definitely needs to be updated but it's not as old feeling as LAs convention center for sure Staff that works here always seems in good moods so that's nice to see

Yelp
We came here for a gymnastics meet and it was a good experience. It was hard to find the parking garage and to know which side of the building to enter on from the street, but once you are on the ground, the labeling of the halls was clear. Our event was in Hall A, which was on the east side of the property and near the parking garages. The main concourse area felt nice, but nothing special. There were bathrooms and drinking fountains in this part, but also after the paid area in the exhibit halls themselves. There are some outlets along some of the columns, but otherwise, this place is just like most other convention centers, just a large space that can be transformed into whatever is needed. The lighting was a bit dull, but we still had a good time at the meet.

Yelp
I attended the D23 Expo conference and was impressed by how large the venue is, yet still easy to navigate. Despite its size, it's smaller than the San Diego Convention Center, but there are plenty of restrooms, escalators, and elevators to accommodate even a large conference. The room temperatures were surprisingly comfortable, though I recommend bringing a light sweater for some of the panel rooms. Overall, it was a fantastic conference, and I'm likely to return in the future. Disney, as always, adds a touch of magic to the decor, panels, and exhibit booths

Yelp
8/6/23 Hubby dropped me off & that was easy as pie--versus parking. Unfortunately, it was 45 minutes until closing so I had to hurry up & try everything I could. Met my brother & sister in law there & we walked around to see what is being offered. Many vendors were featured to show their wares, from containers (to go), milk/dairy, cookware, shoes (Skechers for work), alternative sweeteners, and I saw Happy Feet-bought 2 pairs! It wasn't as crowded as I had expected but perhaps it's because it's near closing time. Traffic wasn't as bad either considered it's around Disneyland. I really liked this venue. Glad I was able to visit today for the Coffee Expo coz I wouldn't have made it tomorrow. Traffic from LA to Anaheim is murder (LOL)

Yelp
I attended the RE+ conference recently at the Anaheim Convention Center, which is spectacularly big with its six exhibition halls and arena. To say this place is spacious is an understatement; it can hold 40,000 people easily, and you can still make your way around without feeling you are being swallowed up by the sea of crowds. Just make sure you have your walking shoes as you can do a lot of trekking across multiple exhibition halls. You will do a lot of walking, and there are no large group carts that can bring those who may be physically challenged around. They do have individual electric carts if you can reserve one ahead of the conference. Additionally, there are escalators in the middle and both ends of the main exhibition hall, as well as elevators. And there are plenty of snack and concession stands inside and outside the main exhibition hall if you need coffee or something to nosh.

Yelp
Amazing convention center! Ample parking, and hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Ample space indoors for multiple events.

Yelp
The Anaheim Convention Center is a hot spot in the ed world. A great middle ground for much of California and the allures of Disneyland nearby are even more enticing for conferencer-goers. What I appreciate? Hotels in the area are close by, relatively affordable and convenient. There are a lot of options which support multiple price points and they are all within walking distance. Additionally, there's a lot of nearby restaurants and eateries making post conference happy hours a well supported thing as well! For the convention center itself, the facilities are fairly well maintained. There are a variety of spaces and it is comfortable and accommodating for patrons. I have also always found the staff to be very friendly! Whether they are called on to maintain space, provide food service or guide towards a direction, they are always so friendly and nice! What could be improved? The food is lackluster, but I can't say that I've ever gone to a conference with great food being my top hope and dream. Every time I've gone, one or more of the escalators are broken creating a big pile up on the functional escalators.

Yelp
* WONDERCON * (: This was my first time at the Anaheim Convention Center. My boyfriend and I went to Wondercon. It was a lot of fun. The convention center is pretty big. It was larger than I had thought to be honest. We pre-ordered our badges so we could skip the line at badge pickup. There were so many vendors at this event! Lots of Cosplayers and what surprised me the most was the food options. The food trucks were lined up out front of the Convention Center entrance. I liked that they had all the food and beverages outside in that area. That way it was easy to find. Many of the trucks have vegan and vegetarian options. Score!!! It seems conventions (in my experience) don't have any options for people with special dietary needs. So, I really appreciate that this was not a problem at this event. It appeared very organized and clean inside. The setup was great. Parking was not too far away. I would attend another event at this convention center.

Yelp
Came to he car show, nice selection. We really enjoyed it. I got to really see and feel more in detail the cars I am interested in. With no one breathing down your neck lol.

Yelp
The convention layout for VidCon was perfect! Everything was close together and big enough to not feel any claustrophobic.

Yelp
The Anaheim Convention Center is literally across the street from Disneyland! It's the perfect place for an event like WonderCon 2023. Once you park and start walking, one can easily navigate your way to and throughout convention center. There's a nice fountain in courtyard. Huge palm trees line the main walk way with plenty of outside sitting areas. Plenty of clean restrooms inside the convention center, a few outside close to entrance as well. Wish I had taken more pics, this building is really nice. Ample parking. $20 ( WonderCon event ) Elevators/ Escalators / stairs Clean restrooms inside / outside Decent sized food court inside ( WonderCon event) Everything Comic book related sold, seen, dressed... great time!!

Yelp
Came here today for the fit expo. It was fun, lots of booths. Parking was easy to find since they had digital signs on the streets and they also had people directing you closer to the convention center. Just remember where you park or take a pic of your floor. Staff was nice!

Yelp
1st time being here for a SCVA tournament. Not impressed, I will probably try to avoid coming here again in the future lol. Parking was chaotic as anyone can expect, and it does not help that this Convention center is so close to Disney and a whole bunch of Hotels. They also decided to closed 2 of their parking structures. So trying to find any parking outside was almost impossible. We parked at a Target located on Harbor Blvd and Chapman Ave. 25 minute walk. After trying to find parking for 1 hour and a half, a 25 minute walk seemed not too bad lol. They sell food inside, pricey, but it is food.

Yelp
The area is really nice, it isn't in a bad area. I am not to sure about the parking I walked from a hotel. The security was not so secure, if I wanted to I could get back in the side through the side doors, no security was there in the beginning. Then they barely even checked the back pack I had. I mean a shooter could of came in there was a few cops. Someone else brought dogs in to sell wheb you were suppose to bring dogs , they said they were therapy dogs which was obviously a lie. The bathrooms where clean though and it was big and nice. Just security reasons scared me

Yelp
Though showing it's age in certain exhibition halls, it is still a well maintained conversation center. Surrounded by rows of palm trees and hotels, it's a beautiful place to visit. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy to get in and out of. It's safe. Perfect size compared to Vegas or even San Diego. You wont feel like you need a vacation after visiting here like you would in larger conventions. I'll be back for sure for other events.

Yelp
Check the expiration dates on the Anaheim Fresh food. I was browsing the overnight oats on 7/28 and they all say sell by 7/24. You guys are going to make some one sick. I let a cashier know, hopefully they pull them.

Arthur O.

Yelp
I attended the Anaheim Convention Center for a Sneakercon and it was overrated. $35.00 admission fee per adult and $35.00 to park. And to top that off, you have panhandlers begging for money at the entrance. Where are the security personnel? To make matters worse, they are no signs posted where to park at the complex! This is the last time I will ever waste my hard earned money to attend this venue.
google avatar

Kathy Z.

Yelp
This convention center is quite large and spacious, though the actual interior areas are a bit worn out and lackluster. Located just across from Disneyland, expect this to be a busy part of town. There's always multiple events happening, too. There's a separate entrance for staff and another for general visitors. If you're just here as an attendee, enter through Katella. Parking is $20 in their structure, or else you can take your chances on the streets in the nearby neighborhoods. I opt to park on-site.

Yelp
Oh the memories here. So many cons, so many cosplays! I was SOOOO excited to be back and got to attend my favorite con of all time- Star Wars Celebration! What a weekend!! Helloooooo Hayden and Ewan!!! But....... At this most recent convention, the staff surprised me. The crew outside were so friendly and kind, but some of the staff in the panels- oooo no. I witnessed first hand them being incredibly aggressive and rude to multiple guests. I actually couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. I hope that there will be better training in the future on how to relay messages respectfully bc wow.

Yelp
Hello there!! SITREP With the palpable anticipation of the new "OBI-WAN KENOBI" show getting ready to drop on Disney +, me and 50,000 of my closest friends descended on the Anaheim Convention Center to celebrate "STAR WARS CELEBRATION (SWC) 2022"! This was a FOUR (4)-Day event that brought together from across the world the most hardcore Star Wars fans - both old and young - both original & prequels & sequels - and we were ready to party in the Cantina! Besides a ginormous auditorium for the freakin amazing programs there was also a humongous warehouse space to see all the mind-boggling exhibits featuring artists, writers, and toys! THE SETUP Flashy light displays, murderous droids, fantastic cosplayers, and sexy ladies from a galaxy far far away were all on hand to celebrate the energy that IS the Star Wars Universe! This was the FIRST SWC since 2019 since 2020 and 2021 were sonically torpeodoed by the Covid-19 pandemic. But with full medical protocols in place - including a separate medical check-in hosted by the Marriott Hotel - we were able to get screened and set to play with all of our crazy fan friends! THE LOWDOWN There was sooooo much going on from exhibits, shows and special screenings of movies that a great time was had by all!
google avatar

Jerry H.

Yelp
The Anaheim convention center is a large multipurpose exhibition space. It has three main floors with a connecting bridge that leads you to a secondary building for more exhibits. There is ample space for major conventions like D23 and the Star Wars celebration. Some restrooms are dated and small on the main floor. This leads to long lines at some restrooms. The security screening process into the Star Wars celebration and other major conventions is very efficient and fast. The building has very close proximity to two major hotel resorts which are the Anaheim Hilton and Anaheim Marriott. Both hotels are a short 3 minute walk away. The convention center has Anaheim fresh cafe in the main exhibition hall which serves cafeteria style food. There are also various food trucks parked in the promenade outside in front. Overall, it's a clean convention center with many amenities like charging stations, couches and glass walls.

Yelp
Easy in and out parking, as long as you know what hall you are in. Just remember NO IN and OUT PARKING. If you leave you have to pay again to get back in!!! Parking has been $20 for the cheer events I've been too, I am not sure if the price goes up for other events. There is a drop off/pick up location thats also used for Uber/Lyft over off of West St. (where the signal light is, sorry I can't remember the little street name) There is also a drop off/pick up location on Katella if you're just dropping off anyone. Food wise there are Food trucks with ridiculous prices!!! Chicken tenders for $36 or fries for $24!! Nope (not for me!) Bring a sandwich, water and snacks or another idea would be Ubereats...There are also restaurants within walking distance. Restroom are clean but stiiinky and humid! You can find them anywhere in the halls or convention rooms! Thank you for reading!! ヾ()ノ"

Yelp
clean and well-organized place that offers a pleasant experience. The premises are maintained impeccably, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is helpful, and the layout is easy to navigate. However, the parking area is located quite far from the establishment, which can be inconvenient for visitors, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Despite this drawback, I would still recommend [Location/Establishment] for its cleanliness and organization. Addressing the parking situation would significantly improve the overall experience.

Yelp
I've been here a few times for various conventions, events and most recently, for the 2022 IBJJF Jiu Jitsu NoGi WORLDS - held in the Arena. The building itself is nicely designed (on the exterior) but inside it's pretty run down. Although parking is plentiful, it's confusing because there are so many different garage entrances - so make sure you know where your event is being held. The Convention Center is massive. At the time of writing this review, parking is $20 per vehicle. According to Wikipedia, the Anaheim Convention Center is "the largest exhibition facility on the West Coast of the United States." It's located just across the street from the Disneyland Resort. I placed SILVER in my first IBJJF NoGi Worlds. I'll be back next year to capture GOLD ;)

Dan T.

Yelp
Poorly run and managed from the parking attendants (rude) to the staff stationed throughout the event, they didn't know where the certain events were held? You would think they would have a list of the events in which room and floor but they didn't have any idea! Plus they are very rude! Hope I don't have to attend another dance competition there!

Yelp
I was here for a volleyball tournament this weekend. Attempting to get into the parking structure takes patience and meditation......seriously, it's quite a nightmare. We arrived on time for warms up but couldn't get into the parking lot. I ended up having my daughter get out of the car and walk to the entrance. It took a total of 45 mins to get in. Family arrived around game time and it took them over an hour and then the parking closed because it was full. They definitely need to figure this out. I heard there is streets parking but I'm sure you'll need to read the signs. I did like the layout of the courts. Plenty of room to walk around and they provided plenty of seats for all the spectators. They do have concessions but it's cafeteria food ‍. There are also food trucks outside between the hotels that might have a better more delicious selection of food. Bathrooms were being constantly cleaned, which I appreciated with such a large group.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this space during a conference I presented at this past month. The outdoor spaces are super green and the rooms are cozy and clean. It was pretty easy to navigate and quite vast. Had a good time eating outside. It's a really sweet welcome for those out of town we'd as well. Decent coffee.
google avatar

Yelp
First time at this venue, seems very organized, structurally smaller than San Diego Convention Center, not too hard to get here although you have to pass thru Disneyland traffic, they have enough parking space to accommodate everyone. I am surprised.

Yelp
I recently went to Anaheim convention center today at D23 expo and my family and I enjoyed visiting the first time ever. Also, I finally got a chance to meet Daniel Logan who is going boba fett from attack of the clones and the clone wars until he recently did both versions of boba fett from lego Star Wars the Skywalker saga video game. I love taking pictures with other cosplayers for free. I especially got the autograph from Dan povenmire's new series hamster and gretel on Disney channel and Disney +. Hopefully, I'll visit the exhibit center again.

Yelp
This place is huge!! There is like 100 floors! Ok maybe not that many floors. I thibkn3 floors but they are huge floors! When I attended a conference they had maybe half of the convention center and honestly got tired. The main floor is like walking around at Disney. It's that big. I have been to the auto show and they have a ton of attractions. They even have a jeep display where they climb these mountains. They have minimum food places unless it's catered by the exhibition.
google avatar

Tracey F.

Yelp
Another nicer convention center. The neighborhood around the convention center felt safer and had more to do than others I have been to and the exhibit all was HUGE and well padded for a day on your feet. Only drawback was the food lines were not well marked. If I ever have to come back to a conference here, I would definitely recommend.

Yelp
What a mess. Parking is ridiculous. We were sent all over with terrible signage. Finally when we get to the "correct" parking lot, it says staff parking? There was no signage indicating we were at the right spot, so we took a guess. When we do park, there's no signage of where to go or employees around, so everyone in the lot is walking around aimlessly. Eventually we found where we were supposed to be, thankfully we were there an hour early. Do better Anaheim Convention Center.

Yelp
We have had no problems in the past attending events at the Anaheim Convention Center. As seniors, We would attend events that most benefit or match our interest. This is true every year with the Home Show that was held over this weekend. In past years, we were able to park in parking structure P4, which allowed easy handicap parking and an easy way to walk to the hall. It was a great disappointment to learn on our drive to the Anaheim Convention Center that for the Home Show event, you must enter at the Katella front entrance, pay the appropriate fee on a Credit Card (no cash) and be directed into a separate handicap dedicated ground level parking spaces inside parking structure P1. We were, of course, elated to be close to the Home Show hall. Finding the way out of the P1 parking area, we now find that the usual Home Show hall is on the far side of Anaheim Convention Center where the P4 parking would have been much closer, especially for seniors and physically challenged. It is a long, long walk, and especially when we have a push type wheelchair. We are finally at the entrance to the Home Show. It is a Sunday, and we find some of the vendors were very good-natured and friendly, but we also came across some that had probably already been tired of answering questions. The Home Show seemed smaller than years past. We did find the vendors we wanted to reach and got the recommendations we sought. Now, it is time to take that long walk back to P1. We hope organizers at either the Home Show event or the Anaheim Convention Center will seriously reconsider the close placement of auto parking.

Yelp
I've come here a few times for work conventions, but I was last here for the Star Wars Celebration back in late May. The layout for this venue has always been easy to figure out. I never had any trouble navigating to wherever I to needed to go. There were plenty of restrooms all throughout the convention center. I found them always kept clean, with soap and paper towels. They have plenty of parking spread across several parking structures.

Yelp
Nice place and plenty of parking Always organize and clean and close to where I live

Yelp
A Magical Experience at the Anaheim Convention Center! Hey there, fellow adventurers! Today, I'm here to share my incredible experience at the Anaheim Convention Center. Trust me when I say this place is an absolute gem, just like the entire vibrant city of Anaheim itself! As I stepped foot into the convention center, I was awestruck by its sheer size, resembling a marvelous labyrinth waiting to be explored. But fear not, my friends, for finding your way around is a breeze! The signage is clear and the security personnel are readily available, making navigation a breeze and ensuring a stress-free visit. Now, let's talk about the majestic fountain that stole my heart. Witnessing the powerful jets of water dance and sway was nothing short of breathtaking. It's as if time stood still, and for a moment, I was completely mesmerized by the beauty of it all. And let's not forget the perfectly manicured palm trees that adorned the surroundings, looking like they were straight out of a whimsical cartoon. The attention to detail is simply remarkable! But here's a little secret for you - the real magic happens when you stroll the grounds of the Anaheim Convention Center after the crowds have gone home and it's just you and the fireworks from Disney. There's an enchanting aura that envelops the place, making you feel like the protagonist of your own extraordinary story. It's an experience that ignites your imagination and leaves you with unforgettable memories. Pro tip: Don't forget to bring along a positive attitude and a trusty water bottle. With so much to see and do, staying hydrated and keeping a sunny disposition will ensure you make the most out of your visit. In conclusion, dear readers, the Anaheim Convention Center is an absolute must-visit attraction in the beautiful state of California. Its grandeur, warmth, and inviting atmosphere make it an extraordinary place to explore and indulge in the magic of Anaheim. So, pack your bags, embark on an adventure, and let the Anaheim Convention Center transport you to a world of wonder and excitement! Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) Remember, darlings, the world is waiting to be discovered. Enjoy your visit to the Anaheim Convention Center, and let the magic unfold!

Came to get my Covid shot: it was very organized and fast. After you register on line, they provide instructions feo you when you get there. Additionally, there are plenty of signs and people indicating where you should park, and where to go. Once inside the vaccination building, you have more guides that will help you get to your location (depends on which vaccine you have selected). There is a doctor that goes over all the details with you, then you get to the station, get vaccinated and then go to the waiting area for 15 minutes. Finally getting out of there is just as easy as getting there: guides, signs, clear instructions. I recommend this location!

Yelp
Really disappointed at the lack of organization at the convention center. We went there for my niece's USA cheer nationals event a couple days ago. From the parking to the employees, I found great opportunity for improvement. Parking: only 1 sign and it states, "staff parking"; meanwhile, other entrances lead to dead ends. We asked a policeman, who lead us back to the "staff parking" entrance. Who would have thought that was the right place?! When I pointed out about the sign, the parking attendant said, "it doesn't matter". She gave us no directions on where to park or where the event entrance was. Parking was on the back side of the building; signage was minimal. Eventually, we figured out we needed to take an elevator down to another level and walk through a random door and through a long hallway to get to the event. Thankfully we arrived extra early in anticipation. Hope they get more organized!

Yelp
This review is specific for the Arena and Parking Structure A. This arena has definitely seems its days and needs to be redone, upgraded, replaced, and updated YESTERDAY! The entire time I was in the arena, I was waiting for the original ceiling tiles to fall and hit innocent people below them. The seating above the main floor is uncomfortable and there's no walkways between the seats (besides sections). So, if you new to walk across a section, you have 2 options. 1) walk back to the closest exit, walk down and across to the other section you want to get to (this option is the longest and least taken option cuz people and stupid and lazy). And 2) walk across the sections and if there's a full row a people, those people need to adjust or stand up (this options causes frustration for everyone and blocks people views too). You can see the age in the building and the floor plan. It doesn't take sense. And the signs in the arena is horrible! They only say where the restrooms are and seating. Nothing about exits, food, or any other amenity within the arena. Another thing, there's no central scoreboard that hangs in the center of the arena. The lights are blocking the only flimsy. So, if there were to be a call to the audience to look up at the center screen, all the majority of the audience sees are the lights and it's structure. They only see half of the board! Now, let me move onto the parking structure. I know there was an expansion which is good and creates a lot more parking spaces, but the access points for the attendees is horrendous. Only 2 areas of elevators and 1 staircase. Now, imagine 5,500 people leaving the arena at the same time at the end of a game. With only 1 staircase and 2 elevators to service 5,500 people?! Can you say Worse Case Scenario with me! Thank god there wasn't an emergency at the end of the game I went to last week! I could only imagine the confusion, rushing, and panic! This place needs help! Corporate seriously needs to get involved and create some solutions.

Yelp
The OC Auto show this year was a total joke... $15.00 plus $20.00 for parking was such a waste. So free manufacturers missing, no luxury marques, no eye candy what a waste never again, I'll wait for the LA Auto show..
