The staff at The Anantara Koh Samui Lawana were incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our villa was stunning. It had this beautiful balance of traditional Thai design and modern comfort. We had a private pool surrounded by green trees. Every detail in the villa felt thoughtful—fresh flowers, a super comfy bed, and little touches like a personalized bed time note from the staff made us feel so special.|The food at the resort deserves its own spotlight. The Thai dishes were so flavorful and authentic, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. If you’re looking for a getaway that’s both relaxing and unforgettable, I can’t recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! The service, food, and our room were each impeccable. They made us feel special all along the way. The location is very good (close enough to Chaweng beach nightlife without being too close to the commotion). The entire resort is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Fabulous holiday. Big shout out to Khai, Oh Ho and Pop for being the most beautiful souls who made our holiday exceptional. Couldn't fault our stay, pricey but that is to be expected, location great, far enough away from the town but easy access with taxis and tuktuks. The biggest, most comfortable hotel bed we have ever stayed in with a choice of pillows. We loved our stay.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but booked the lunch buffet on Christmas day at Ocean Kiss restaurant, which was excellent! Absolutely delicious food, great wine & such helpful staff. Father Christmas & his helpers made an appearance & gave each child a small gift, which was lovely. We couldn't fault a thing!

We stayed in the hotel for 1 week. They were very nice on the first day and then they weren't anymore. The service was very bad for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very disorganized. We had to wait hours for our laundry and the food was served to us without salt and pepper. The best comes at the end, when they were supposed to pick up our luggage and bring it to our car, they simply left our luggage in the lobby and forgot to bring it to us. They didn't forget that we still had an outstanding bill for some drinks and ran after us to the car. But they simply forgot our luggage, which is worth several thousand euros, in the lobby and they didn't even call us to let us know after we left!! That's a cheeky thing. I will never go to this hotel again!!!

We had the most incredible honeymoon at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort and can’t wait to return—hopefully for the Christmas holidays! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. The breakfast selection each morning was truly a highlight, offering an impressive variety of options that kept things exciting day after day. The unique bathroom designs added a special touch to the stay, making even the small details feel luxurious. One of our favorite experiences was dining at the treetop restaurant—an absolute gem with breathtaking views and an unforgettable atmosphere. The beach bar happy hour was another standout, offering the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the sunset. Our room was both comfortable and charming, and we highly recommend booking one with a private pool for an extra level of relaxation. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully designed, making it a truly special place to celebrate. Anantara Lawana exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is just 5-min from airport and 15-min walk to Chewang beach. Very convenient location. We stayed in pool access villa which is superb. The villa is very spacious and well renovated. The pool is larger than expected. It’s shared by 7 villa. It’s particularly good for family with kids. The spa was awesome. Very professional and warm services. Will definitely go again!

Hotel staff in the desk didn’t help with anything every time they were just trying to take more money and roll there eyes at you. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all my boyfriend had his 30 birthday and they didn’t think to do anything. when I stayed at less expansive hotels they where much more welcoming The only nice people there where the staff that took us in the buggy Even the breakfast wasn’t as good as I hoped so
