Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel

We have had an amazing stay here, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Matthew at breakfast. The room and bed were very comfortable and we're regularly cleaned (sometimes twice a day). The New York Cafe next door is absolutely gorgeous with incredible architecture and live orchestral music seemingly all day. The only thing that has let it down is that the room was very hot and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning to lower the temperature. The hotel lent us a fan but it would have been good to have access to air conditioning as well as heating.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service, all staff were very attentive and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and a perfect nights sleep. The best part was a massage I had at the spa by Ilona. I have massages often at many different locations throughout the world on every holiday. This was by far the best massage I have ever had in my life!!! Total relaxation I honestly can’t express how good she is and I really hope this gets passed onto her . 10/10 amazing.

This was an amazing experience. We had Dinner in the white Salon at 8.pm .|Special shout out and to our waiter Domokos! He made that evening to something really special . I had many fine dining experiences in my life but such a perfect Service is rare around the globe . Friendly , helpful and caring! Great job from this young man . |The atmosphere was quiet and private . The food outstanding and the price reasonable.|We come back 4 sure .

We were guests in August and the experience was amazing from start to finish. We received a welcome drink and the personnel was always friendly and helpful even though it was busy at times. The junior suite was incredible and the hotel was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The architecture is simply incredible and every detail even the escalator is incredible. The Spa was also great and very relaxing. Our breakfast was also incredible especially because of the amazing personnel. We enjoyed every second of our stay and we will surely come again for a visit in Budapest. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so great!

I recently stayed at Anantara Budapest, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel special. The reception team was warm and efficient, the concierge was helpful. The breakfast was served inside the most beautiful cafe in the world, and was simply amazing—delicious, varied, and fresh. We looked forward to it every morning. Room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The thoughtful touch of cakes and champagne waiting for us was such a delightful surprise. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We’ll definitely be back.

I must say that this restaurant or café is very unique; however, you may need to wait outside for almost two hours or more to get inside. The prices are high, but the food is delicious and definitely worth it. The waitresses are very nice and helpful when it comes to picking food. There are also musicians playing, and they might come to you and ask what type of music or song you would like them to play, which is a nice touch. I love the architecture and the lighting inside; it makes the wait in the cold outside worthwhile. I wouldn’t recommend going too often, though, since it can be pricey. I tried one of the best espressos I've ever had there. I went with two friends, and the waitresses asked if we wanted to split the bill or pay individually. I suggest going for individual payments to avoid confusion. If your budget allows, this place is definitely a must-visit at least once if you go to Budapest.

Excellent hotel. Dinner at the White Swan was amazing. Our server, Teodora, was very charming and attentive. She made the experience even better. The hotel staff and concierge, Aron, were helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Anantara for 3 nights and our stay was amazing, the staff were fabulous from check in, to housekeeping, to the breakfast waiters (in particular Matthew who served us on two mornings was very attentive and a polite young man, a credit to your hotel). The food at breakfast was delicious and there is plenty of choice and the atmosphere is perfect. We used the spa facilities and found these all to be well appointed and clean, the fact there is a separate spa lift is fabulous. The room was extremely comfortable and again well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
