The food and service were absolutely spot on! And we were very pleased with the fair prices, definitely would recommend. *If you like spicy food ask for extra hot, they deliver.

Excellent food, quality, and service. Good hearted workers who accept feedback on food and improve immediately. Ambience was wonderful and the restaurant felt classy. Although, I wish they played indian music instead of jazzy elevator music but thats a personal opinion

Sean provided excellent service and has a great demeanor. All staff were nice and attentive! Not to mention that the food was so tasty. 10/10

Amazing curry!! The chicken coconut curry was amazing and so was the coconut shrimp curry. We got mild on the heat for the chicken which did not disappoint. The shrimp we got medium heat which was spicy but boy oh boy did it have great flavor! Highly recommend getting the garlic naan as well!

Google
We ordered paneer tikka curry, which not being in the menu card we ordered it verbally, while in the bill they charged us 25$ each, they should have mention that the price is different. Even after adding tax and graduity they asked for tip. All in all I would give 4 star for Dal but it was a bad experience at the end. Felt cheated

Yelp
Food (5/5): Y U M! It's so difficult to get authentic ethnic food in Beverly Hills because it caters to you know who..., but Anarbagh stays true to its roots. I've had the chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, garlic & cheese naan, sang paneer, vegetable biryani, and mango lassi! The chicken tikka masala is so creamy and packed with a noticeable heat if you order medium. The mango lassi will be the smoothest mango smoothie you've ever tasted. The vegetable biryani helped me get my vitamin K in, and the sang paneer was a great cooling agent from the spices of the chicken tikka masala. The garlic cheese naan is to die for! The ooey gooey cheese pull is a great indicator of its freshness and made-to-order. Service (5/5): The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful! They treat every guest like they're the only ones in the room and they have great conversations. Ambiance (5/5): great for a casual lunch but at night, great for date night, family, and celebrations. Price (5/5): Slightly more expensive than what you would expect to pay for Indian food, but still one of the more wallet friendly places on the same street.

Yelp
My family has a lot of dietary restrictions but Indian food always meets our demands so we came here after my sister's graduation from UCLA. We had made a reservation for later in the evening but were able to come sooner which didn't end up being an issue as we were still seated immediately. My staff was very nice and upon noticing my sister's graduation sash, they immediately congratulated the family and set us up with some free samosa. After devouring that, we ended up getting a few dishes such a dhal, kharahi paneer, naan (of course), and another item that currently slips my mind. We were so happy with everything we had and could not complain. The price was also reasonable as we left fairly full and spent a total of $60 for four people!

Yelp
got takeout from here and it was mixed. its definitely pricier than other indian restaurants in the area but has a great rep, so we decided to try it out. the lamb korma and chicken tikka were amazing - super flavorful and not too creamy/bland. there was a good amount of meat in both, and the portions were big. the only problem i had was with the naan! we got the garlic basil naan and it was so disappointing. it was very hard and not flavorful at all, almost like it was stale or old. the garlic on it was almost burnt, and there wasn't much butter. i feel like naan is a staple takeout dish, and its shocking to me this place's was so horrible.

Yelp
The BEST Indian food in all of Beverly Hills! The servers always make us feel so welcome and the food is some of the best I've ever had. We love coming to Anarbagh and always leave so happy. The malai kofta has me in a chokehold, and I recommend the saag paneer, the chicken tikka masala and the shrimp coconut curry. 10/10 would recommend!

Yelp
Food: 0/10 I genuinely don't know who's cooking at this restaurant, but whoever it is should reconsider their approach. I cannot understand how a professional chef could serve food that tastes this unpleasant. I took a few bites and immediately felt unwell -- my stomach hurts. I would never order from here again, and I wouldn't put this food in my body. It's disappointing to spend my hard-earned money on something inedible. Truly a regrettable experience.

Yelp
First, you will need to find a metered street parking. The restaurant has a very modern decor. The interior was clean. And medium dimmed lighting. That won't distract you nor hard to see your food. The waiter was very friendly. He took the order and the dish were served within timely manner. We had tandoori chicken. Which it was a entire thigh and leg. The meat was on the dry side. We also ordered the garlic nann. The nann was not greased up in butter but i prefer it this way. The butter chicken was very tasty. And served with chicken breast strips. The chicken breast strips were also a bit dry. The service was good overall. It was a pleasurable dinning experience. The portions was plenty for me and my friend. Overall, it gets a 4.5 out of 5. A little room for improvement on the meat.

Yelp
Eaten on 7/30/24 at 7:34 PM: Anarbagh seems to be a popular recommendation when I ask people for good Indian recs in LA. Didn't live up to the hype for me, we ordered the palak paneer and the butter chicken. Highly recommend asking for medium spice as mild wasn't very flavorful or spicy. They recommended bringing over some hot sauce when we mentioned it was lacking heat, and a few drops of the hot sauce + leftover papadam dipping sauces definitely helped to boost the flavor. If anyone has Indian food recs that are as good as San Jose Indian restaurants, please let me know! Service was great - water was constantly refilled, complimentary papadam before your entrees come, restaurant is very clean and sleek looking on the inside. Bathroom was clean. Parking is metered and street, free after 9 PM.

Yelp
Pretty good. A bit overpriced for what you receive but food was good. I think if you're looking for bigger portions for a good price maybe look elsewhere. This place felt a bit upscale. Friendly and attentive staff!

Yelp
Anarbagh was a perfect place to find after checking into our hotel on a November Monday night. The reviews were positive, weed been wanting Indian food recently, it was walking distance from our hotel and best of all, they were open until 10, when most of the other more affordable BH restaurants were already closed! The dining room was open and well designed, and there were three other tables with customers dining. Soft instrumental music played to create an ambience but still be able to carry on an intimate conversation. The service was attentive and friendly, and once we ordered our food, it came out quickly. We watched several food delivery drivers come in to pick up orders while we were there too, so I'm guessing the speedy service is a big plus if you're ordering take away. We ordered the chicken korma and the coconut curry chicken with basmati rice and the aloo naan. They brought us enough food for four people, or in our case, enough to take home leftovers! We were so full, but it was sooooo tasty and satisfying that we wanted to keep eating and had to reprimand ourselves to keep from over stuffing ourselves! We are so happy to have found this gem and will likely be returning when we're overnighting in the area. If you're nearby or in the mood for ordering takeout, definitely check it out!

Yelp
We've been here and gotten take out multiple times over the last five years. The ambience, food, and service have always been good. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You would expect a spot in Beverly Hills to maybe expect a bit more upscale dress, but like most places nowadays you can go in here with shorts, sneakers, baseball caps, whatever, I have seen it all. Yesterday we had bhagan bharta, spinach paneer, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, basmati rice, and a lamb curry. They don't always ask, and we forgot to yesterday, but you can tell them the spice level you want, basically from 1-5, with five being only for the most heat tolerant. On one occasion, we did ask for very hot, and some of us could eat more than others. It was all delicious, but a bit too hot for my taste. Last night, we forgot to mention it at all-I would have liked a 1-2 level spice, that would have kicked everything up a bit, but it was still good nonetheless. Prices here are super reasonable, with dishes usually around $15-25. Meal for four of us was about $145 with tip included, and several non-alcoholic beverages. This is a go-to for me for Indian in LA. Always spot on.

Yelp
Have posted so many reviews for this place now - so just sharing some recent pictures because I've been countless times in the last few weeks. It seriously never fails to hit the spot. I get the same coconut curry and rice every time but it's just so warm, comforting, and delicious :)

Yelp
I've never had Indian food that lacked spices but this was pretty bland. It wasn't bad, just light on flavor. Good service.

Yelp
Anarbagh in Beverly Hills is hands down one of my favorite Indian spots in Los Angeles--it consistently delivers rich, flavorful dishes that never disappoint. My go-to order includes the vegetable samosas, lamb korma, and butter chicken, which are all incredibly satisfying and full of authentic spice and depth. It's my guilty pleasure and a weekly staple whenever I can swing it. The food is always delicious, and the to-go packaging is thoughtful and sturdy, which I really appreciate. So glad to have such high-quality Indian food available on the West Side!

Franco S.

Yelp
The place was amazing and the food was incredible, also the staff was the friendliest and had the best costumer service I have ever received. The food was just perfection in every bite, fresh and honestly the best Indian restaurant I've tried in California. It's my second night in a row coming back to taste the food and say hi to the friendly staff.

May F.

Yelp
Best Indian food in Los Angeles! Great service and sometimes you have to wait because they are busy. We typically have this once a week I crave it when we don't. We order butter chicken, chicken 64, samosas and garlic naan and cheese naan.

James C.

Yelp
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The service is absolutely amazing, nice and quiet environment, and the food is actually unbelievably good. Prices are so good for what you get aswell. Very good portion sizes and all the food was so amazing especially the garlic cheese naan and the chicken tikka masala. Will definitely be coming back here and don't know why I haven't tried anarbagh earlier!
google avatar

Miranda R.

Yelp
Anarbagh never ceases to amaze me! Their cuisine is so AMAZEEEEE! Every time I order take out at any of their locations I am so happy I did. It is so authentic, I would never stray from eating here. The ambience in the restaurant is very laid back and all the employees are so friendly. No one makes a better tikka masala than Anarbagh!!!!
google avatar

Jim B.

Yelp
I'm bumping them down a couple stars after my second visit due to a couple inexcusable errors: I ordered naan that never came, and my water didn't come until a couple minutes after my second request when I was well into eating. The saag paneer was quite dry compared to others I've had. They weren't busy, with only three tables occupied, and had two waiters. Prices remain very reasonable, and my food came quickly. The table was nicely set.
google avatar

Marina M.

Yelp
The service here was so nice!! They were so sweet to us and even gave us a dish to try on them. It was a nice restaurant, it wasn't too packed, I think most people order take out. The decor is minimal but nice. The food was really delicious I loved the butter chicken, the naan, and the mango lassi. I would come back for those!
google avatar

Ryan N.

Yelp
Try it now, thank me later. Highly recommend the butter chicken and cheese naan! Service top notch as always. Been dining here for over 5 years now!
google avatar

Sudipto G.

Yelp
Please don't order or plan to eat Indian food at this place. It's not worth to be called an indian restaurant as the food is tasteless and should be avoided at all cost !
google avatar

Sofia P.

Yelp
This is my go to for postmate order! I always get the tikka masala and naan. One of my favorite tikka masala in LA
google avatar

Kalissa L.

Yelp
Cheese naan was burnt and barely had any cheese, a bit disappointed. Like literally maybe two tablespoons of cheese inside. For $7, not worth it. Maybe consider getting the regular naan instead. Better bang for your buck. The tikka masala pretty good tho. I enjoyed it. Mild not spicy at all, which I appreciated

Yelp
I've heard a lot of great things about Anarbagh, had to try when we saw one of their locations was within walking distance from our hotel. No wait on a weekday evening~ The decor is a mix of classic cultural pieces with modern elements. Our servers were extremely attentive and courteous throughout our time there. Dishes are preceded by complementary papadam and dips (yum). GARLIC BASIL NAAN: LOL this is on the more burnt/crispy end. Still tasted fresh, but some of the garlic savor is overpowered by the bitter smoke ._. SHRIMP KORMA: Rice is ordered separately. The korma is amazing~! So rich and complexly flavorful. I really loved the warm sweetness of it, feels like you're eating a hug ;u; I've been seeing rave reviews about their other curries and hope to get a chance to try more once I'm back in LA.

Yelp
I had the absolute pleasure of recently discovering Anarbagh. Working nearby, I am always on the hunt for delicious lunch spots. I Doordashed the chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, and garlic basil naan. It came fresh, hot, and delicious! I don't know what they put in that chicken tikka masala sauce but it was so rich and flavorful I could've drank bottles of it. (Side note I ordered the dish with medium spice and it was plenty spicy! Just perfect.) Sadly, I left my lunch leftovers in the fridge and a coworker accidentally ate it (long story but it really was an accident ). My boss decided to order Anarbagh for our whole team to make up for my accidentally eaten leftovers. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, vegetable coconut curry, garlic basil naan, and basmati rice. Anarbagh was kind enough to add complimentary vegetable samosas which were so yummy! The group loved the food (and many of my coworkers had never tried Indian food before). Thank you Anarbagh for the outstanding food and service.

Yelp
Needed a nice Indian meal in transit from Hollywood to Venice beach with my daughter and happened upon this place. WOW. Very glad to discover Anarbagh. We seek out the best possible Indian (and Thai) in all the cities we visit (including recently Ziaka of Kensington and Chutney Mary (st James court) in June. I found the dishes at Anarbogh to be equally satisfying and perfectly flavorful. Did the "standards" (butter chicken, stir fry curry chicken, aloo gobi, naan, etc ... which are safe benchmark dishes, but amazingly delicious. Service was very well intended and gracious and atmosphere was very pleasant ... not so "BH". We like heat and did "medium" as recommended... which was perfect for us. It's a definite new "go to" in LA/BH. Bravo
google avatar

Amanda Z.

Yelp
Great food and big portion. The two of us got two entrees and one appetizer. We took half of the food home. Chicken tikka masala was super creamy. Lamb karahi was flavorful. The waiter said it can be made spicy if you want. I'd come back
google avatar

Maddy P.

Yelp
The best Indian food!!! I order this place at least once a week. It's so good! I get the butter chicken, Simosas, & cheese naan. Haven't tried an Indian place i like better.
google avatar

Harish K.

Yelp
We wanted to have spicy food after all Italian food. We ordered biryani. It doesn't come with Raita. Also it isn't any close to biryani but more of pulav with lots of chilli powder. Authentic biryani is prepared very differently with white rice visible and great spices.
google avatar

Rose D.

Yelp
I called on the phone to order one basmati rice. A very basic order while I was on my lunch break. The manager who answered the phone was arrogant and said, "that's fine you can just get that when you get here." But the point of me calling ahead of time was to just be able to pick it up and take off. When I get there, they tell me that their rice is actually NOT good and it will take 15-20 mins! I barely had 10 minutes to get there, I don't understand why they didn't just check when I called which was the point!! They made me wait another 5 minutes for brown rice and I was late returning to the hospital for my lunch break. Horrible service and I'm not surprised by the arrogance in Beverly Hills. There are much better places but unfortunately this was the closest Indian restaurant. The worst part was that there wasn't anyone even in there!! Why they couldn't just prep my order ahead of time is beside me.

Ryan G.

Yelp
My boyfriend has been trying to get me to eat here for several months. I'd never had Indian food before so I was hesitant, but this place was SO GOOD. i'm converted and already looking forward to the next time we order.
google avatar

Eric R.

Yelp
Visiting this restaurant, was one of those. 'why didn't we know about this sooner' moments. Next to finding a quality old school red sauce Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, finding a quality Indian restaurant is right behind that challenge. We think our search is over. The place is terrific... The chicken is breast me, and the curry is fantastic. They also give you pampdams for free. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice, and they love their blue lighting... Since it was our first time they gave us comp appetizers and dessert... Very rare to get that treatment in Los Angeles. Service was outstanding, with a big shout out to are all stars Babor and Jakarria.
google avatar

Charlzetta W.

Yelp
Simply chic modern Indian restaurant atmosphere. I wanted to try this one after trying the Westlake location which was really good. This one was decent too. I tried the Chicken Vindaloo I ordered it medium spicy and it was very hot so if you're weak on spicy heat go with mild. I also had Chicken Korma for the first time it was cool. One of my favorite things was the Strawberry Lassi it was delicious! I only remember seeing mango lassi at other Indian restaurants. My other favorite thing about Anarbagh's is the pre meal thin crispy crackers served with diced carrots in chili oil, tamarind sauce, and mint condiment. I also love the appetizers samosa's and onion pakora and of course th Gulab Jamun.
google avatar

Amresh R.

Yelp
Great food ! Service ...please do fully read online orders as i requested utensils and plates and got none ...Food portion great ...taste amazing ...would have given 5 stars if not for missing utensils and plates.

Yelp
Anarbagh is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. I went with my family almost once a week to the location in Woodland Hills. Now that I am back on the west side, when I injured my back recently I had to get Doordash to deliver to me from this location. I ordered shrimp korma, butter chicken, papadums and a chai. I very promptly had my order delivered and it came piping hot to my home. Everything was delicious and more than ample for 2-3 meals. I forgot to order the mango chutney but even without the food was very tasty. Thank you Anarbagh.
google avatar

Alli S.

Yelp
Delicious food! Great chicken tikka masala, basmati rice and garlic basil naan. My favorite Indian food
google avatar

Mckinly W.

Yelp
Everything about this Anarbagh location is AMAZING. Definitely the best Indian in California... Bobor and Jack are the two best waiters making you feel like family every time you go in. The place is always so clean and the food is absolutely unmatched. We used to only DoorDash but after going in once a month ago we have gone back at least 2 times a week. I can't say enough positive things about this restaurant.
google avatar

Edward W.

Yelp
I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars!! Not only was the food FANTASTIC but their customer service is top notch!! I love it when a restaurant has great food and they actually care about their customers. We had a mess up with Postmates and Postmates refused to do anything about it and then Dello from the restaurant stepped in and made everything right for myself and my family. I can not thank them enough!!! I HIGHLY recommend Anarbagh in Beverly Hills!

Nicole N.

Yelp
Service was great, very friendly and helpful! It was our first time trying Indian food and it did not disappoint. Food was flavorful and great portions were given. It was very pretty inside as well. Will definitely come back to get this again!
google avatar

Sharon Y.

Yelp
We came here in person once many years ago and have ordered delivery from them several times since the pandemic. This is now one of our favorite Indian restaurants on the Westside. Would recommend everything we've tried. Strawberry lassi: Sweet, tangy, and refreshing. Much needed if you order the vindaloo spicy. Fish vindaloo: We ordered the second highest level of spicy and it was more than enough! Good flavor, not too painful, but definitely sinus clearing. Saag paneer: I feel like they are more generous with their paneer than many other restaurants. Creamy and delicious. Eggplant bharta: Bright but not too acidic, this is one of my favorite renditions of this dish. Garlic naan: I never get too excited about bread, but it's pretty good. With all of the above plus rice, we had a little bit of leftovers. Looking forward to the next time we order!
google avatar

Shelly S.

Yelp
Ordered the chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, samosas, and garlic naan for delivery on a chilly night and I was pleasantly surprised. This really hit the spot and will definitely be ordering from here again. I hope to try it in person, but overall I would recommend!

A M.

Yelp
Just picked up a large order for a friends birthday and the staff was beyond helpful -- helped me carry it to the car and were nothing but kind. Food obviously exceptional but the level of service puts this place over the top. 10/10 recommend.
google avatar

Niaz K.

Yelp
My roomie LOVES Anarbagh. We always order Anarbagh when we're craving Indian takeout. The portions are good and the food is always delicious. Our favorites are Saag Paneer, Vegetable Samosa, Chicken Tikka Masala, and the Shrimp Tikka Masala. We have never dined in but you can't go wrong with delivery and the comfort of your own home
google avatar

Shawn S.

Yelp
Walked by this place a million times and never thought anything of it. Let me say it's probably one of the best Indian food places I've ever had. Ordered the mala kofta, butter chicken and sag paneer. Also some basmati rice and garlic naan. The butter chicken, medium, was perfectly spicy with a rich bitter sauce. Mala kofta was smooth and hearty as well. Pick up was super easy and staff seemed pleasant. Looking forward to dining in next time and ordering more things on the menu.

Martin M.

Yelp
The food has lack of flavor, the quantity was good, but I prefer quality over quantity. I placed my order online, and the personnel were really nice at the moment I picked up my order. The location is nice.
google avatar

GR F.

Yelp
Although this place was walking distance to my house, I probably would be ok driving further for better food. It's not bad at all, but for the price, I was expecting much better. The service was not terrible but it was a bit rushed.
google avatar

howard b.

Yelp
We have dined at Anarbagh in Encino and love it. This is the first time to the BH restaurant and it was fantastic! We chose this spot as we met up with friends coming from the marina so it was an equal distance for the both of us. What a wonderful experience as the staff was so kind and obliging, when they found out we had been to the Encino spot at least once a week for the past 4 years they were very generous with us. Now we will ping pong between the two venues as they are both outstanding!! We highly recommend the BH and Encino locations. Best Indian food in LA! Thank again for a lovely evening!
google avatar

Evan G.

Yelp
I want to start out by saying I have never had Indian food before e My friend had been begging me to try chicken tikka masala and insisted I order it for dinner one night. I stumbled upon "Anarbagh" on postmates one night and figured I would give it a try. I ordered the chicken tikka masala with basmati rice & garlic naan. My expectations were high, and they were fulfilled! Every item I ordered was beyond delicious and I will be ordering from here again.

Judi F.

Yelp
This restaurant was lovely and gracious. We walked in without a reservation and they were so welcoming and accommodating. We had very good food and excellent service. We look forward to coming back.
