"If you live in the Melrose/Fairfax area, Anarkali has probably been your go-to Indian spot for a while. If you don’t live around there, it’s time to make it your go-to spot, because the food is that good. The matar paneer is one of our favorite paneers in LA, second only to their paneer coconut curry. What we’re trying to say is order all the paneer. Takeout and delivery available through their website. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Amazing place with great service. I visited here with my local LA friend and had a truly awesome experience. The server was very friendly and attentive. Garlic naan was the heaven, lamb curry was perfectly spicy and flavorful, and chicken tandoori was SO soft and yummy. The cinnamon dessert the server offered to us had a really strong flavor but still so good. Inside of the restaurant is spacious and it has a great atmosphere. So affordable as well. Thank you for your good food and service! We’d love to visit again.

This unique and wonderful place has been open for 48 years and, god willing, will be open for another 50. The beautiful building captivated our attention and we decided to have dinner here — a wonderful choice! We ordered the lentil soup to start and the four people dinner, all were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is fantastic as it really gives you that homemade cooking. We all walked away very well fed. Thank you Mohammed for taking such excellent care of our party. PS: The pickles are quite honestly perfection!!

Located in the middle of Beverly Hills and Hollywood, this is an absolute gem! We went at the last minute and the staff didn't hesitate to get us situated in no time without any trouble. Food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was excellent. If you are in the area, this is a must try.

Had the mussels +++the chicken jalfrezi +++lamb pasanda ++vegetable biryani. Mussels were very good, jalfrezi was good, the other dishes were okay. The red dipping dance was tasty. The place wasn't that busy but we did wait and wait -- took nearly a half an hour to get water and only after we asked for it twice. So service was pretty distracted. It's a beautiful place inside

This West Hollywood gem is a must for Indian food lovers! The service was outstanding—they even treated us to complimentary soup as an appetizer, which was a delightful start. The tikka masala was perfectly spiced and rich, while the chicken vindaloo brought just the right amount of heat. Paired with warm garlic naan, every bite was delicious. Cozy ambiance and top-notch service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We went in looking at the great reviews but it was a huge disappointment. We ordered a chicken tikka along with a veg curry and chicken curry. The tikka was undercooked and the curries were below average. The interior of the restaurant was dimly lit and felt like a bit unhygienic.

Literally my favorite place. The food is incredible. The service is great, and the people so wonderful and thoughtful. I can’t get enough of this place. I take people all the time, and my wife and I come back here whenever we can. Can’t recommend enough. I’d share photos, but we ate all of it too quickly to do so. We always order a ton too. If you like Indian food, or even if you normally don’t, give it a try. There’s a reason online always calls this out as the best spot in LA for Indian

Well we ordered chicken korma, matar paneer and malai kofta . Check the Pic I have attached here, so it was the same gravy and they just put chicken kofta n matar paneer while serving. Biryani is matar pulao with chicken pieces Highly disappointed for the price we paid for this 150$+.
