Came here on my birthday a few days ago for the first time. If you like the pizza and wings you see in the pictures you’ll be glad to know that’s exactly what I saw once our order arrived. Best pizza and wings I’ve ever had in my life. The taste of the food, friendly staff, neat and clean environment made for a very memorable birthday experience overall Big thank you to the owner who is super friendly, genuinely and the staff as well. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Very cool hangout for great food, drinks and fun. I will definitely be back soon.

Google
Delicious, Fast and friendly.... the Anchor Bar is the spot for good sit down and or you can call in for a To Go order. Bring a few people so you all can order different things, we also had the kids Mac & cheese and chicken strips also great. There's no pic because the kids attacked the food lol

Google
Let’s start with the good part: the Wings were very good. Anchor dip was just ok, it supposedly had chicken in it, but mine only had a couple of small pieces and one was burnt. The on tap beer was flat. As for the service, the wait staff was friendly, but they were understaffed. Only had two servers. They were not busy when we sat at our table, our order was taken quickly, so we didn’t understand why we had to wait a long while for our food. They got a few more tables after we ordered so after we got our food we had to wait a while for extra dressing and drink refills. We let the server know that the beer was flat and she said she would let the bartender know.

I placed an order online. It prompted me my order would take 50 Mintues for a pick up. It was a salad wings and a burger. When arrived 45 minutes later. We were told it would be another 20 minutes approximately. So we waited over an hr for three items one being a salad with some goat cheese and fruit. After waiting to have someone take care of us as well as our food we get home to find out the order was not correct. The salad had about three slices not three sliced strawberries. The wings were ordered as lemon peeper. They came plain. I got a burger with no tomato which they gave me extra. Ordered no lettuce which they gave me wilted lettuce. I ordered bacon on top and paid extra however did not receive bacon. I ordered Mac and cheese as a side and got plain angel hair noodles. I then tried to call three times to speak with a manager and was unsuccessful. This place is in a state of disarray. Photo is butter all over our containers.

Google
Gaaaaahhh. We are from Buffalo, New York so great Wings are a must!! To have a home town restaurant here in So Cal that knows how to cook them...... They are deep fried, very crispy, NO OTHER WAY or it's a different dish!!! Also, they aren't *buffalo wings*, it's just wings people. And please don't ask boneless or traditional. Just stop. Wings have bones! It's just wings. Otherwise it's a nugget or chicken tender. Definitely go!

Brady Miles

Google
I'm from Buffalo NY so we know wings and I like supporting the restaurant but the wings were not good. Asked for extra extra crispy as all good wings should be and they were anything but. Couldn't even eat 10. So disappointed. If your a wing place and you can't make them to order it's a big problem. Hoping it was a new cook or something. Other than that great location and the pizza was very good.

Google
OKAY! My husband and I went here for a spontaneous date night and had THE BEST TIME!! Staff was extremely friendly and tended to our needs quickly. The Buffalo wings are an absolute MUST!! Our server also offered us dessert and had us at FRIED CHEESECAKE!!! It's called a zengo and it is SO delicious. We have now made eating / ordering takeout here a must every week. Love it!!!

Yelp
This is the perfect date night restaurant! The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious and the service was outstanding! This is definitely a new go to spot for us!

Yelp
Delicious! First time trying this restaurant and will be returning for dine-in. I had an order to go with several items while visiting the area. The wait was about 15min which wasn't bad for how busy the restaurant was and what we ordered. Service was welcoming and offered to help with suggestions. The fried rice with seafood is a must, and so are the garlic noodles! However, the lomo saltado was the star of the show! Perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of potatoes and onions, a nice portion of white rice and the sauce on the side was a nice compliment to the meat. Mind you this was to go! I can't only imagine it if you're dining in. Looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
Been here a few times now and I really wanted to like the place, but every time the food has just been very mid. It's also a bit pricey for the quality of food. With all that being said we definitely will not be going back. On our last visit my wife ordered a salad with dressing on the side as a starter, when it came out the salad was already dressed. When we asked about that, the server responded to us nervously and went back to the kitchen. They came back out, looking a bit nervous and told us the chef does not allow any substitutes...it's a salad...all we wanted was dressing in the side. To add insult he sends out a side of arugula. What a clown of a chef. Maybe instead of taking a stand on a basic af salad, the chef should focus on actually making good food. On top of that, we felt really bad for the front staff because we could tell he was being an a-hole to them as well. We didn't make too big of an issue and finished our meal. The front staff removed the salad from the bill which we appreciated. The chef is lucky he has a food front of house to mask the very mediocre food.

Yelp
Love this spot! We always sit at the bar--it's first come first serve and usually no wait time. We also love the bartenders Alex, Carter, & Derek! They always take care of us beyond our expectations every time we visit! You can always trust them to make you amazing drinks. They can whip up whatever you want, even if it's not on the menu. We are never disappointed!! The food is also amazing! We always find ourselves ordering the pork belly risotto. It's probably our favorite thing on the menu. Unfortunately there's no picture of it attached on this review. I never get a chance to take a picture of it because we get too excited and eat it too fast lol

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere and the service. The bartenders were very helpful with drink and food options. The atmosphere is really nice. The music is not loud at all making conversation easy. Great beer and whiskey selection. The visual aesthetics were nice. The bar stools are comfortable. A nice plate for date night. We really enjoyed, the herb chicken and the chocolate dessert.c

Yelp
Good food and drinks. Good for groups or date night or just hanging out at the bar. They seem to have events going on regularly.

Yelp
Our group of 18 went on a non-Ducks game night and had a portion of the restaurant to ourselves on a limited menu offering of 3 choices for ease of pay and kitchen prep... well, that did not stop them from 0 for 3 on our side of the table with flavorless burger that looked more like a meatball. My table mate had to return hers because it was raw on the inside. The accompanying steak fries, however, was doused jn salt. so we tried to spread them over the top or stuff under the top bun. The crispy duck wings were too sweet and covered in sauce. The chopped salad was too dressed and soggy midway through the meal. Not conducive for social conversations. We were practically the only group in the restaurant and definitely the largest party, but the two servers needed to be reminded about prior requests for ice, whose tab was covering some drinks, etc. it has nice ambiance and maybe the slow night just threw the kitchen off. The coordinator said Andrew was great with our group's accommodations so that was a plus.

Yelp
As I type this, I am daydreaming about the Tomato Addiction starter and the Legacy Fries with Steakhouse seasoning. Both of those starters are fantastic and so unique. The Tomato Addiction is the perfect blend of flavors, and it's a plentiful dish to share. The fries are uniquely cut, and the Steakhouse seasoning really sends them to the next level. My husband and I also tried the peppered new york steak. It was good, but we were not wow'd. Next time, we will try the smash burger instead. The crafted cocktails were also amazing. My favorite was the Emerald Garden. My husband and I really enjoyed the starters, and we can't wait to go back and enjoy them again with the crafted cocktails. We dined outside because the restaurant was very hot inside. I think maybe the AC wasn't on. That's OK, as it was a nice spring day. I am taking off a star for the service. The service was extremely slow, for the restaurant not being too busy around 4 pm. We asked for water refills twice but never got them. Hopefully, next time, we will sit at the bar top and have impeccable service.

Yelp
They took our large group and did a great job. Food and service were excellent! Beautiful restaurant. Nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

Nina N.

Yelp
First time visiting this place. There are a lot of parkings. I love the decors atmosphere and environment here. The service was great....love it when the staff gave me a heads up on things not work or ran out before started to order. All the food my friends and I ordered from the menu were good and satisfied. Especially the Tomato Addiction $15.00 Herb-seasoned tomato, crushed garlic cloves, balsamic reduction, cambozola cheese, toasted house sourdough. I highly recommended! It looks simple , but it was so addicting and so good! I also love the Seafood Pasta $32.00 Mixed Seafood over Angel Hair Pasta with a White Wine Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce.

Yelp
We were warned by others about this restaurant how it was overly priced for what it was. We still decided to give it a try. The fiance ordered the manchego burger, and asked for it to be cut in half. The server said they couldn't due to presentation. Unsure what that meant considering it just looked like an open face burger. I ordered a smash burger, asked to add a tomato slice. The server looked confused and I said it was fine if he couldn't and he was like no he can and left. Told us nothing else. Burgers came out and at least they were good. Then our bill came and saw a $4 charge for tomato! The server did not mention any upcharge! And if there was, $4 for a slice of tomato?! When we asked the server about it he said "oh did I not tell you?" And then proceeded to say "oh they're organic tomatoes" as if that was justification enough for a $4 slice of tomato! I can get 2 entire whole organic tomatoes for $4! The server was unapologetic, and took no accountability for not letting us know and defended the price. I'm sorry but increasing a burger by 25% for a slice of tomato is absolutely ridiculous. Surprised they didn't charge for ketchup. Will definitely NOT be returning or recommending.

Michael O.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday at lunch to catch with some friends. Totally empty to our benefit. The wait staff was amazingly nice. I had the Manchengo burger. I was a bit nervous that the portion would be small but it was huge! Cocktails were really great. I apologies as I forgot which was which, but I had one with matcha and gin - bomb. I would highlely recommend for a nicer dinner with friends or a date, this is a really random great place!

Fumie W.

Yelp
their happy hour menu is pretty good. i didn't know what drink to order because i like my drinks on the fruity side but our amazing waiter got me cucumber mojito and it was so good! the interior is cute trendy as well.

Mallory W.

Yelp
The food at PUBlic was delicious and the cocktails were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the fact that it's never too packed, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend this spot for brunch or lunch. It's a great choice for a casual yet delicious meal in a comfortable setting. Can't wait to go back!

Theresa Huong D.

Yelp
Quite impressed by the service, vintage ambiance and all the food/drink. We came for my husband's birthday just yesterday and had a great experience. It's the perfect place to host a dinner party or just a casual hangout. We saw some folks rent out a part of the restaurant for a themed event (flapper and dapper looking peeps, which was very creative). Food wise, we got the Mac n cheese -super good! Also their fries are $7 but comes in a huge bowl (enough to share tbh). For entree we got the big boi steak...wow the meat was so tender and even the veggies were well cooked. My son surprisingly ate lots of green beans and asked for more. They have a huge selection of whiskey which is my husband's thing. I ordered the ube drink (not on the menu but they can still make it). Next time I'd ask for it to be a little stronger and less ice. The ube taste actually came through and I totally wanted another one! The waitress was really great with our table and was very attentive. They let us bring a cake in and usually there is a $20 storage/cutting fee but we ended up cutting our own cake so....we did not have to pay it. Thankfully. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Veronica H.

Yelp
If we're ever in the area we'll try and stop by! The burger, old fashioned and desserts are always good.

Steve S.

Yelp
Hmmmm sadly disappointing. The lamb pasta was sadly flavorless dry and overly salty. The tomato appetizer was nothing special but on a good note the smash burger was a home run. Rebecca was also a star. Her exceptional service made up for the disappointing $70 meal.

Yelp
I met a couple of my girlfriends here for dinner on a Thursday evening around 6pm. I had only looked at the menu prior to going, and that's why I chose it. Upon arrival I was taken aback by the design and vibe in the restaurant. It felt up scale, yet accessible to anyone. The server not only gave us her food recommendations, but also her drink recommendations. It was a nice touch. We got grilled artichoke to share. I had the orange is the new black chicken. It was delicious. I wish there had been a little more sauce though. One friend got the pink pepper pork chop and it was huge! She said it was really good. She took half home for leftovers. My other friend got the fish special, which was salmon. She literally ate every bite off her plate. Needless to say it was good as well. I'd definitely go bank and try other foods and cocktails. Great location too. Not far from Angel Stadium, The Honda Center or Disneyland. It's also in the same center as a large movie theater. I think we got lucky with it not being packed.

Todd B.

Yelp
Food: 4* Service: 5* Ambience: 4* Stopped for an early dinner to celebrate a birthday with friends. We brought our own wine but they had a wine special for $20 for their featured wine. We tried it, it was ok, but for $20 it was a good deal. We had the charcuterie platter, which was huge and delicious! Several types of meat, a few cheeses, and figs, honey and some hard round breadsticks like things. A couple of us had the salmon (2*, under seasoned and bland) and the Big boi steak (5*, juicy, flavorful and delicious). The Au gratin potatoes were bland with no flavor and almost uncooked. The salt and pepper fries were great, hot, big, and a large portion. All in all I would return, but not have the salmon.

Stefanie W.

Yelp
Food and service always great. Food is so fresh every time and delicious. The sourdough bread is made in-house I believe and is amazing.

Nicole E.

Yelp
Not sure what happened to this place as when I came a couple months ago it was five star. I wanted to return as I remembered they had daily specials and happy hour. I kid you not I enter at 4:30pm on a Tuesday 12/26 and I ask the server do you guys have happy hour? He says, "yes only at the bar."Which is totally fine but I was literally the only person in the restaurant and I had a handful of presents because three of my girlfriends were meeting up. So I placed the presents on the table and sat at the bar which was kind of silly to not serve me at a table as I was the only person in the restaurant but I digress. I asked for the happy hour menu which is pretty limited and not even happy hour pricing if you ask me. House wine is $13 on happy hour, go to chilis next door and get $5 glasses of wine on happy hour! But what was really the deciding factor is I asked about the taco Tuesday specials as they have menu specials on the ACTUAL menu and on the website which is updated and the bartender said, "oh we don't honor any of those or have wine bottle specials." My thought of course is remove it from your website and your current menus that you are handing out to patrons to because you are luring patrons on false pretenses! The icing on the cake is the two bartenders sitting at the back just chatting and drinking beer. I had to ask for the tab from the busser. I actually never not tip but this was a first as service was horrendous and the false advertising of promotions is a big NO for me. I felt bad I had my three girlfriends meet me there so I closed out my glass of wine and went to chilis instead where happy hour is until 6pm anyways!

Spencer W.

Yelp
Classy old school place. Pleasurable service and booth seating. We had 3 appetizers to share and they were all great but the best would be the poke. Not pictures is the tomato sourdough cheese one. Great find in this plaza for a group. Great food and place to talk.

Elaine N.

Yelp
When we first stepped in, we both fell in love with the ambiance at Public Legacy -- it is chic and modern, offering an inviting atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. Because we have a dinner to go to after our visit here, we only had appetizers and drinks. The Fig and Blue Salad had combining the sweetness of figs with the tanginess of blue cheese, balanced with crisp greens. Might have been overdone with the dressing, but flavor is on point. The Pork Belly Risotto was a rich and comforting dish, with tender pork belly complementing the creamy risotto flawlessly. The comfort taste is that of hoison sauce, which we would have never imagined to be paired so well with the pork belly and risotto. This was probably our favorite dish. And the Tomato Addiction with Brie and Arugula was a revelation, the sweetness of tomatoes harmonizing with the creaminess of brie and the peppery kick of arugula--an absolute treat for the palate. Cocktails were decent but lacked the strength/spirit-forwardness we prefer. However, our server and bartender granted our request of using their innovative smoking to our whisky over ice stood out. This unique presentation added an enticing dimension to the drink, enhancing the whisky's aroma and creating an immersive experience that added flair to the evening. Our waiter Stefen was attentive and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant dining environment. We would love to come back to try the other happy hour options and other daily specials (aka Tequila And Taco Tuesday!)

Grace N.

Yelp
I just recently just came here for brunch on Sunday with friends and we really loved this place! Years ago it was an Irish Pub and now with PUBlic Legacy, it has transformed into a beautiful, elegant, classy modern dining with a fancy bar! I love everything about the vibe here and their style is beautiful and chic! Our server was excellent and the food was phenomenal! This is the place where you need lots of allies to come with you so you can order a whole bunch of dishes to share! We got the daily pastry with latte, Bloody Mary and tomato addition as starters. Wow, their daily pastry, which was a lavender scone with boysenberry drizzled with lemon glaze was so good and fluffy that I thought for a sec I was dining at a cafe/bakery! Their latte was also so good! No sour aftertaste of the coffee. Their tomato addiction, wow! such a simple dish made to mouth watering sensation! It came with arugula so the perfect piece of bread, drizzled (or soaked) with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, top with brie and grilled tomato, OMG! Perfection! We got Maple pork, spicy chicken sandwich, and frittata, everything was sooooo good!!!! I wish I had more room to try their desserts but we were so full! I would definitely come back again and again!!! Highly recommend!

Jan M.

Yelp
I would return to this place. Good food, good service, and nice location to The Honda Center.

Sharon R.

Yelp
Steak was delicious, very well priced too. Service was excellent, Derek was amazing at making cocktails so colorful and tasty. Great place for a relaxing dinner with conversation. Thank you Alex, Carter, Spencer (chef) and Derek for a memorable night.

Jacqueline D.

Yelp
I came with a large party of around 16 for a birthday! We came around 8pm and there were only a couple of tables seated. I thought our server was helpful with recommendations and did his best in accomodating us! In the beginning, I felt everything was running smoothly. The drinks were tasty (I ordered the old fashioned and highly recommend it) and server came by often to check on us. Towards the end, I felt like everything slowed down, and we couldn't find him for the longest time but understand they were closing. There was a huge discrepancy with our check, which one couple ended up paying more money for something they did not order. We split our bill in multiple ways, so I could understand how it would be confusing, however, I felt that simply verifying who ordered what could've easily solved the issue. In terms of food, I really liked the mac & cheese! Simple yet tasty. It was crunchy from the bread crumbs and flavorful. I also ordered the pork chop, which was hugeeee! I didn't like this as much, but it was tender.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Food drinks and ambience is amazing! Definitely worth the visit and a perfect date night spot

Lily A.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting this restaurant and overall, it was great. Our visit was on a Saturday afternoon and we were promptly seated with no reservation. The ambiance was perfect. I took my child and didn't see a kids' menu, but the host mentioned they served kids' plates with portions that were perfect for my toddler. The food and drinks were delicious. Food portions are large and ideal with the price range. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. Although we didn't order cocktails, we sat across from the bar and noticed the bartenders making impressive drinks; they seem like skilled mixologists

Yvone M.

Yelp
Came here for dinner before heading over to Honda Center for a concert. They take reservations. The ambiance is very nice. The bartender makes a good martini, and they have a pretty wide selection of cocktails. The service was really good and the food was pretty good too. We ordered the Pablo Knows Cesar and the Big Boi to share (I was a little disappointed that 1/4 of it was all fat). Aside from that, I enjoyed my visit here. Thank you.

Kevin B.

Yelp
I love the Legacy Smash Burger here. We stopped here and I ordered the Smash Burger plate with fries, and it was delicious. Nice staff and crew here. I had eaten here a few times. Nice spot here not far from Disneyland. Nice lady took our orders and checked up on us. Place is not too pricey. Id love to come back.

Benedict A.

Yelp
We were close by in the city of Orange and wanted to burn some time before going back to Rancho since there's just so much traffic. At 5pm on a Friday night there was no wait which is fantastic. They have a large middle bar area highlighting all of their liquors they have. Booth area was somewhat comfy. Just hard to get in and out. Service is quick. Our waitress checked on us frequently. Gave recommendations and was knowledgeable about the drinks and food they have here. Their menu is somewhat limited. Especially since it was after brunch. There were only 11 entrees, 3 salads and 8 starters to choose from. They have way more drinks to choose from, which is nice, but I was driving, so none for me :( The 2 of us just ordered 3 different starters and a drink. Food and drink came out quickly. 1. Play on poke- this is a non-fish poke. Thus the name of the dish. It's a tomato based "poke" which our waitress made sure we were aware of. But the texture and how it looked, you couldn't really tell that it wasn't fish based. The flavors were really good. The thin crisps that you use to scoop up the "poke" were thin and delicate but had a good amount of spices on it. Overall, the dish was the best of the 3 starters we got. 2. Fries with blue cheese- this was ok. The crumbles of blue cheese were more like huge nuggets of blue cheese. Which if you like blue cheese, then it's for you. But if not, it's very overwhelming. Fries were cooked well. 3. Brussel sprouts- cooked well. I liked that they added large chunks of bacon. The char was good on the brussel sprouts. The glaze was also pretty good. They had some large spice things at the bottom of the plate, though, which was obviously there to impart flavor but not meant to be eaten. Would've been nice if those pieces were removed. 4. Violet hour- this was the drink that was recommended. Visually, it was stunning. Deep purple and just the different colorful components. Drink itself was good. Sweet, but not overly sweet. Great flavors. Great customer service. Really good drinks. Food was ok. Limited menu. Great atmosphere. Tv for your sports need but also dark and elagant on the inside.

Sandy C.

Yelp
My new favorite restaurant. This was my second time here. Food is amazing, and the service is exceptional. I had the duck tostadas and hummus both times. Today, I got the charcuterie board. Will definitely go back as soon as I can. Love the way the restaurant is decorated. Very classy.

Alexandra D.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and eat here!!!! Ordered the tomato addiction = YUM The salmon = YUM x 1000 The smash burger = YUMMMMMMM Wine = YUMMMMM Our server Rebecca = YU- MAZING 10/10 would recommend Ps forgot to take photos of everything else but overall YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMNMMAZINGGGGGGY

Jennifer A.

Yelp
I love the vibes for this place! The bar is massive and perfect if you wanna grab a small bite and drinks. Service was great. The cocktails were balanced well and presentation was great. We ended up getting 2 of the desserts (cobbler and the other one) it had a banana and peanut butter. Both were perfect compliments to our drinks. Would be back here if I'm in the area!

Timothy D.

Yelp
Red Alert! This is the best kept secret in Orange; trust me! They have some amazing-different-options on their menu. Pork Belly or a bed of spicy risotto; are you kidding me! We had the tomato and Brie cheese toast which was insane. We had the prime rib and ribeye; they were cooked perfectly and huge. Alex was the perfect waiter. He made the best recommendations because everything we ate was fire. Oh yeah, we crushed the crème brûlée. Great music. This was the experience I was looking for but didn't expect. Thank you chef, management, and Alex.

Greg V.

Yelp
Tried Public Legacy for the first time tonight. Was a pretty chill night since it is Tuesday, but had a fantastic experience thanks to our bartender Cam. Drinks were creative & tasty, food was fantastic, & for you bourbon lovers, they have a large collection including allocated bottles at great prices for 2oz pours. Also got to meet the GM, Andrew, and discuss the environment they try to create for their guests. And it seems like just about everything is made in-house. From their own limoncello, earl grey infused gin, ube syrups, and on and on and on. These guys run a fantastic bar & do it right. We will definitely be back!

Lucy O.

Yelp
I definitely recommend this place! I was impressed with the food, decor, and service. We ordered the salmon plate and the legacy smash burger. Everything was delicious but my favorite were the fries paired with ranch. The ranch they brought us was super unique and very tasty. For drinks we tried the day singer, hibiscus beer, and the backyard boogie. They were refreshing and unique as well. The decor here is very chic yet cozy. Our server explained the items well and gave some great recommendations.

Nicole C.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been surprised by a restaurant, especially in the OC. For reference, my last big surprise was probably going to Hanuman in Costa Mesa, and that was early 2020 when they first opened. So you can probably tell I will have praise for this establishment in my review, and I 100% recommend checking this place out. To start, the name PUBlic Legacy is deceiving. With an emphasis on the pub portion you're immediately lead to imagery of a typical pub with a focus on beer, bar foods, casual atmosphere, etc. That is the exact opposite of what this place is. Honestly, and I don't think I've ever had this vibe from an OC restaurant, this place feels like it's straight from a major city like LA, Chicago, or NYC. I was beyond surprised, and I'm ecstatic that something of that caliber would be added to the OC as I feel the OC lacks good bars. The atmosphere is modern, space feels larger than it probably is, and the asthetics are beautifully designed. For food, there wasn't a single miss for our groups orders. The menu is reasonably priced and the portions are huge. Appetizers are the size of entrees for an individual person, so keep that in mind when ordering. From the appetizers we ordered the muscles, tomato addiction, and play on poke. Our favorite was the tomato addiction. I love tomatos and the way its prepared with the melted Brie and sourdough bread are perfection. The play on poke is also amazing. There is no tuna and it's all fermented tomato with poke sauce, and it's crazy how close the flavor is to actual poke. For entrees they were all delicious, but I was blown away by the pork chop I ordered. I normally don't order pork chop because let's be real - restaurants mess it up all the time by over cooking it and making it drier than the Saharah desert. Though I've eaten alot around the world and it's not the best I've had worldwide, this is easily one of the best pork chops I've had in the SoCal area. Don't skip it and actually try it out. I only ordered it because I was so impressed by the appetizers, so if it's not even on your items of consideration, do yourself a favor and take the leap. Drinks here are solid, and this is probably where the improvements can be made. They have a great local craft beer selection, but the focus imo is on cocktails and spirits. All cocktails are wonderful and definitely way above average, but if you're really into cocktails like I am where you travel the world for bars and restaurants you know when a place is good good, and this place can improve on their cocktails. I always judge a place by a negroni and I would give it a 7/10 here for reference if anyone reading does the same. The penicillin I ordered was great but immediately I knew it didn't have an Islay float so I had to send it back to be redone, but once fixed it was wonderful. Just know you're in for a good time with the cocktails, and as the bartenders serve more and become more experienced I'm sure it will improve. Now to the spirits. If you're not into spirits skip this paragraph, but if you do lemme tell you.. this place has a surprisingly expansive library at hand. The scotch portion is lacking but I was beyond impressed with their bourbon selection. There are some stuff on here that is a STEAL with how hard it is to find a bottle. I'm not going to point out any, if you know you know, but do ask for and look at their spirits menu because lemme tell you, I was impressed. This place easily has one of the most impressive bourbon libraries in all of the OC, and you can take it from someone who always looks. If you're not ordering a dram or two of bourbon here you are sorely missing out. I spoke with our server and he mentioned the owner has some bottles from his private collection available, and I will say based off his selection I 100% believe he does. Service was impeccable. Our server was Jonathan and for the local OC scene I will dare say he was one of the best single servers I've had the pleasure of meeting in the area. I've dined at alot of high end restaurants around the world, and I was truly impressed with the level of attention and knowledge Jonathan provided, as well as his extensive detail on his recommendations. I think my praise is getting a bit long winded, but it's been a while since I've been this impressed by a new restaurant. If you can't tell, you 100% need to go this place whether if it's on your maybe list or if you've never even heard of it. Written by someone who was skeptical of going, put this place on the very top of your must try list.

Yelp
What a wonderful restaurant ! Found them on Yelp...definitely adding to the raves that others have given them. Food was so wonderful! Ordered: sesame broccoli, which tasted fresh and included the most to die for little serving of a sesame honey comb crisp. The Legacy smash burger, which was juicy and full of flavor. And finally, mac n cheese which was rich and decadent. A very satisfying meal. What completed the experience was good service; felt taken care of the second I walk in...since I was eating alone the host helped me find a good table and my server checked in and refilled my water cup often. A very wonderful experience overall...I'll look forward to coming back!

Yelp
Not busy for a Saturday evening. Seated right away for a party of 10. Drinks were right on point. Heavy hands just the way I like it. The rib eye steak is a must!!!

Yelp
Ambiance was great, decor was fresh, and the steak I ordered was perfectly cooked with tons of flavor! We were seated quickly and the service was on point. This is a solid restaurant in Anaheim!

Yelp
I'm not going to go to deep, because there is to much to say so I'm going to keep it short and sweet Service: our server was Hannah and she was Amazing! Very sweet, great timing and very knowledgeable! She was amazing!:) Food: look at my pictures... get that and don't think twice. Everything we had was so good, we can't wait to go back. We haven't been to a place that made us happy like this, in a long time! Drinks: top notch fire drinks! Ambiance: this place is the type of place that could become the Friday, unwind relax vibe. Very cute date night if you want to take her to a cute spot that feels very personal. This place is awesome. My only negative, is the Burger was very very salty. It takes a lot for me to say that, as I can normally tolerate 9/10 things, this was just a slight bit much. Overall :9.5 out of 10 one of the best spots we've been to in a very long time.

Yelp
Ended up here once we realized JT Schmidt's was not open. Traveled a bit further to try PUBlic House- which has been a number of other stores before it is what it is now. Great spot to watch NFL championship football. Not too many people and they play music versus getting obnoxious game commentary. Great interior design and the restrooms were clean and well appointed. Our server Diamond, strolled us around the offerings. And between the three of us were tried a number of options. Service was fine- pretty laissez faire. Started with the mushroom and hummus. Meh. No taste and grainy. The sourdough, served on the side, was ok but overall- I wouldn't order this again. Altho it's one of the most popular starters (1 star) Cauliflower starter was also ok- not quite roasted enough to be soft. The sauce was not necessary but ok. (3 stars) Bloody Mary was nothing special. It comes with a stick of beef jerky and not bacon. Kinda weird. Diamond offered beer samples to the hubs who couldn't decide on what to drink. This is a plus! Nice spirit selection, too. (4 stars) Goat cheese toast was really good! Same sourdough as the hummus. Altho it wasn't toasted, so it was soft. Flavorful cheese and the drunken cranberries were a sweet bonus. Comes with a side arugula salad but the dressing had no taste. (4.5 stars) Smash burger was super tasty and cooked just right - a little pink inside. Clearly the chef uses very fresh food including the fontina cheese, well seasoned fries, and arugula side salad. Def would order this again. (5 stars) The brioche French toast sweet was by far one of the stand out dishes! (Together w/the smash burger) holy cow it was yummy. Sweet and filling. Enough the two. (5 stars) It was a nice change of pace from an ordinary pub. Plenty of variety across a goodie menu. Everything was well prepared and served hot. Overall a good experience that was fairly priced. Will I go back? Prob yes.

Yelp
The best old fashions.. HANDS DOWN! 2 different kinds- one smoked and one not. The smoked one was out of this world. Decent food but the drinks are where it's at.

Yelp
This spot is our most fav in OC that checks all the boxes. Delicious eats with new menus every few weeks, the best (best!) service, perfect ambiance and just the right mix of energy (not too loud but not dull). Tonight me and my hubby enjoyed the lamb pasta and an old fav, the tomato addiction. What really tops the cake here though honestly is the team. Alex,Dereck, Stefán, Jordan, Ethan, Kevin (they are that good that we know them and they know us) always make it feel like "Cheers" with the big man Andrew checking in to make sure everything is excellent. This place is all the things you want in an upscale but relaxed local getaway

Yelp
The inside was trendy and very nicely crazy. However the menu/ food was not great. My husband ordered the salmon which was good but the overall portion was small. I ordered the butternut skillet and it was disgusting. I couldn't even fathom the smell when it came to the table. I was expecting big chunks of beautiful squash drizzled with honey and goat cheese but instead it was filled with grease and the toast was soaked in what I think was butter. Anyhow I had them take it away. Also, no Jameson or ginger ale so no drink for me. It was a double strike out for me so I won't be returning. The server Jordan was great! She was friendly and sweet

Yelp
Our whole table was happy with their orders, the food was amazing and the service was great, highly recommend the Tomato Addiction, the Crimson Halo was the highlight for me and probably one of the best cocktails I've ever had. The Manchego burger was also a 10/10, I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Wifey & I came here for lunch and to our surprise it wasn't busy at all. We were greeted/seated by the GM, Andrew and our waitress was Amanda. She was super sweet and an amazing waitress. My wife thought her name was Samantha at first and she kindly corrected her. We got a good laugh out of that. Overall the service was an A+ and food was really delicious. I'd highly recommend the "Tomato Addiction". The name speaks for itself
