I wasn’t impressed at all with the wings. The mango habanero were sweet to me with no heat. Then the wings 2 up that were suppose to be hotter weren’t hot at all. They had a strong vinegar taste to them and that’s it. The ranch and blue cheese was good though. Our service sucked. They weren’t even really busy at all but the service was terrible. Took forever for everything. Wasn’t happy about that but we were tired from bein on the road all day. Anyway kids pizza was terrible, the kids pizza roll things were pretty good though I tried a bite. The burger tasted pretty good too the person said. Honestly I’d go somewhere else next time..

As another location of the original where Buffalo wings were invented, I was very excited to give them a try since I don't see myself making my way up to Buffalo, NY anytime soon. We picked a table outside and while it was facing a road there was a pleasant breeze and shaded. The road noise didn't interfere with our dining experience at all. We're the wings the best wings I've ever had? No but they were cooked perfectly and the sauce was what I expected. The onion rings appeared to have a beer batter and the sauce that came with them was delicious. The real star of the visit was the chicken tenders. We got them lemon pepper flavor and it was the perfect amount of seasoning for the huge tenders. The tenders themselves were so juicy and crispy that I would 10/10 get them again. The sweet potato fries that we subbed were alright, a bit too mushy on the inside despite the slight crisp on the outside. Service was great. Our server came to check on us several times during our visit despite us being outside and potentially easily forgotten. Come here to try the original Buffalo wings but definitely get the chicken tenders and the onion rings.

Google
Anchor Bar absolutely lives up to the hype. The wings are nothing short of outstanding. Perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and tossed in sauces that hit the spot every time. Whether you’re a classic Buffalo fan or like to mix it up, they nail it across the board. The service is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place that gets it right every time. Highly recommend if you’re craving top-tier wings and great service to match.

Google
Anchor Bar never fails my expectations. Coming here is always a delight and the food here is delicious! I will always be a fan of their wings and the service here is wonderful. Casey is a great server and listened and was very detailed in his service. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who’s in the area! Will be coming back here again for sure!

Google
Our first time visiting this place was today. We enjoyed it. Our bartender was Chris. He was great!! Food and drinks were good. We will be back. **Update** We've been back several times and this place is still a hit. Wish they give more than 3 pieces of broccoli as a side though, for $4.99 I expect more. We enjoy this place. Love the cauliflower bites! Tried the hurricane and it was good!

Arrived there last night 7/3 at about 940pm. Very nice man seated us. He even suggested what wing sauce to get. About 5 minutes after he left a young lady came up and said our kitchen close in 15 minutes. She didn't say hello or anything. I said your website said y'all close at 11 pm on Thursday. She said sorry. So we left. Y'all need to put your correct hours on your website. We wasted our time coming there. FYI this was our first time there. I only gave you a 3 because the young man was nice. The young lady don't need to work with the public, she has no manners.

Google
I had my achor bar experience at the original restaurant in Buffalo, NY. It was great at that time and still great now in Kennesaw, GA. Honestly, the wing sauces aren't as good as other wing places like Taco Mac, WNB, and Wing Stop, but this restaurant has the original wing place vibe. I think that's good enough to visit this place. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

Google
I am a born and raised Buffalo native that now lives in Florida so it’s nice to find a piece of home while traveling. I travel to Atlanta quite often and when I get the chance I come up to Anchor Bar to get a taste of Buffalo. Wings are huge and great sauce, as expected. Pizza is good, enjoyed the sauce and cup-n-char pepperoni is a must but the crust can use a little more body and cooking. Still good though. Always nice to see Labatt Blue available as well! Highly recommend! Go Bills!

Yelp
Delicious wings and very kid friendly as well! Live music was a great addition as well.

Yelp
Good experience all around! We stumbled upon this place after searching on Yelp. Great atmosphere and everyone that worked there was polite and spoke to us. Server was great. Great presentation of food. Looked great and tasted good. My husband said the wings were the best he's had. They had a lot of meat on them. He also had a Cobb salad which was huge. My wrap could've had more meat, but it was tasty. Sweet potato fries were a surprise-had cinnamon sugar on them. Cooked perfectly and were amazing! If we'd been in town longer, we would've gone back. Other the prices being a little high, it's definitely a place to revisit next time we're in the area.

Yelp
This is hands down my new favorite place, and if you are gluten-free...get in the car now. In addition to a dedicated fryer, the gluten free bun is not only available for $1, it is hands down the best GF bun I have ever had. It's a super soft, which is unlike the norm, and passed the test of my leftovers being eaten by my friend who didn't even notice the bun was anything but normal. The wings are crispy and flavorful, and all sauces are gluten free. Pick a philly or chicken cheesesteak, any burger, or my fave the buffalo chicken sandwich with bleu cheese. The only not amazing is the fries as they are bland and boring...HOWEVER, the tater tots are perfection and the sweet potato fries are solid. Applebee's is across the street, more expensive and nowhere near as good. Somehow this place is never packed and should be!

Yelp
I've eaten here la few different through out the years. I used to order a lot of door dash from here until I finally went in person. The first two visits were great and I told everyone about how good their wings were but it seems they're going down . The drinks at least the last time I went weren't good, I went mine back , the other two in my party just chugged theirs. The wings still decent but not as good as they once were. The servers are always great though, great customer service. This is a pub style monster booth restaurant with bar seating and I'm pretty sure pool tables. A lot of TVs for sports viewing as well.

Yelp
Had a great visit to the Anchor Bar this weekend for a Buffalo Bills game. I found out from friends that Anchor is "the" place for Bills fans to gather to watch the games. I've never been a huge NFL fan, but I had an amazing time! We arrived early & commenced with beer and appetizers. We had the pizza logs, Anchor bar dip, and mozzarella sticks, along with Buffalo- brewed Labatt beer. I especially loved the pizza logs. Shortly before game time, we ordered our entrees. Two of us had the avocado burger, one had chicken tenders, and another had the wings. Everything was excellent! Service was exceptional. The place was packed and crazy once the game started, but our server was on top of everything we needed. I can't wait to come again for the next Bills game! My friends did a great job indoctrinating me to Bills fandom!

Yelp
Very large restaurant. Great service. The buffalo shrimp were huge. Our only complaint was the burger was over cooked (asked med and came out well).
google avatar

Ivana S.

Yelp
This place feels like home! Being from rochester ny and eating pizza logs all the time. This place has better ones than I've ever eaten. Seeing the bills stuff everywhere is great and they have Labatt blue on tap. Service was great and the menu was everything I'd want to see! My husband got the chicken fingers and ate every thing on his plate. The sauces are great. Get the blue cheese! It's unlike any blue cheese you'll ever try.
google avatar

Yelp
I was watching a show on tv that chronicled the "invention" of the Buffalo Wing. Surprise surprise when I looked at the website and realized that there is an Anchor Bar in Kennesaw. The menu detailed several preparations of chicken- boneless, strips, traditional, vegetarian, etc. the chicken along with some burgers and pizza choice as well. I am a traditionalist- 10 all flat, medium with a side of blue cheese. Fantastic! I must return!

Yelp
Stopped in for some wings and a Beef on Weck. Buffalo native and always looking for great Buffalo food in the South. Jennifer (waitress) and Hillary (MGR) were very kind and took the time to talk about the franchise and humor my Buffalo roots. Stop in and have some wings. They were great!!
google avatar

Yelp
Decent food -- terrible service. Not a manager in sight... It's a shame because the place has potential, but the dirty tables, stacks of dirty dishes, and lack of staff ruined it.

Yelp
1st time. Not too crowded at 6pm on a Friday. Friday evening they have poker & either live music or a magician (that's odd but fun). The service was swift & friendly. Soda was EXCELLENT! Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad $13.99. It was a spring mix lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, croutons (they forgot to add them), Bleu cheese crumbles, and med Buffalo boneless wing nuggets. The chicken was perfectly spiced & very tender. I wish they had chosen a sturdier lettuce like Romane because the lightly tossed spring mix wilts down when you put dressing on it. This causes all the toppings to fall to the bottom & the ratio of lettuce to toppings is off. Otherwise it was a pretty good salad. Due to the lettuce wilting up under the ranch, I would say $9.99 would be a more accurate price, or just used more lettuce to beef up this dinner Salad.

Yelp
Being a Buffalo native and frequenter of the original Anchor Bar, we had high hopes for this one. Atmosphere was a fun and very comfortable environment. We even enjoyed Trivia Night. Unfortunately, the wings were tough and dry. The roll on the Beef and Weck sandwich was far from the Kimmelweck rolls served in Buffalo restaurants. Atmosphere is a 10, service 8, and food 5. If we go again we would order something different.

Yelp
This is easily one of our favorite sports bars in the area! The inside is very wooded, cozy, fun decor, inviting, open, not cramped. We've never had an issue with service, and they are very kid friendly and accommodating. We've been going since our kids were 3 and 1. The beer selection is great, our go to is their draft Labatt. All of the food is great, the kids split an appetizer of the pizza logs and side salad for dinner. We love their wings, and best part is if you can't decide on wings or burgers, there is a burger topped with a Buffalo chicken wing! The burger was great, juicy, toppings were fresh, and cooked to order. I would recommend to anyone!

Jeff C.

Yelp
Overall poor experience. First beer ordered was out of stock (no big deal), so I ordered a substitute. After 45 minutes, I gave up and went to the bar. Onion rings delivered cold. Wrong wings delivered. On the plus side, replacement wings were hot. Ranch dressing spilled across three seats from whomever was bussing the table. Trivia was an hour late because they didn't have an extension cord. I grabbed one out of my car. Went out to get a second one and they finally found the one that was connected to the leaf blower under the front bench. TLDR food mid; service awful.

Yelp
Just like Back Home!! Pizza Logs, Wings!! TVs everywhere - really nice local bar feel. Like to head to Anchor Bar anytime we are north of ATL. Go Sabres!
google avatar

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Everything was awful- I had water dripping on my head from what I assume was the AC. The servers and management stayed in an area sitting, standing, together the whole time we were there. The food was mediocre at best.
google avatar

Meka M.

Yelp
Atmosphere is bar vibes. Restaurant is spacious. The Wings were the best part! I had free dry rub ranch and the hottest sauce mix. It was suggested by the waiter and he was right!

Yelp
It's a shame this had become one of my wife's and my favorite restaurants/bars. Great Food, service to match, and the bar was 2nd to none. Now you can barely get seated in a timely manner, the bar is a joke (Spiced Rum in my Long Island), the last 3-time the bar either didn't have what we wanted or for some reason they could not make it. I'm assuming the young man who is the Manager (4/25/24 Thursday evening) is a joke. Walked past us three times while waiting to be seating, never helped with any of the customers or tablets, one waitress was running around taking to take care ever tablet and seat everyone. The young redhead waiter got pissed when they sat someone in his area, but he promptly ran them off after making them wait forever and then not having what they wanted at the bar. He just wants to mess with the music in the restaurant on his phone. Another waitress just followed the manager around like a lost puppy while just two waitresses were trying to do everything. The food is still good but very slow to come out.

Yelp
Since journeying to Buffalo, NY and eating at the original Anchor Bar (they invented buffalo wings in 1964 in case you didn't know) doesn't seem very likely anytime soon, visiting their location in Kennesaw sounded like a pretty close substitute. I had no idea there was even an Anchor Bar in Georgia, thanks Google Maps! I split a single (10 pieces, $12.99) between mild and lemon pepper. There were close to 20 flavor options! We asked for extra crispy. My wings were on the smaller size, had cooled down, and were somewhat dried inside. I guess extra crispy is not the way to go. But the mild and lemon pepper flavors were good. Looking at the website recently, it appears the single has gone up to $13.99 which seems kind of pricey. Oddly enough, Anchor Bar told us they had run out of carrots which was mind-boggling, considering they're a wings establishment. At least there was celery and to be fair, the menu only mentions serving wings with celery. Since sides have to be purchased separately, I ordered some mac and cheese ($3.99), and it was delicious, a thick white cheese sauce with some garlic notes mixed with rotini. There's a patio which was a nice option during these uncertain times. Because there was no TV, cars zipping by served as the background music. It was pretty mellow outside since most customers wanted to be in the AC, I'm sure. Our server was Eddie, and he was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, attentive, gave solid recommendations. Give that young man a raise!

Yelp
Home of the original buffalo wings!! This place is worth a visit. Has a great history. You can order your fav flavored buffalo wings. You must give it a try!

Yelp
The bbq wings here are amazingly delicious . The sauce takes you away. Servers are knowledgeable and helpful. It's a Sport bar atmosphere With all the tvs on the wall and the large bar area. Some nights they play live music.

Anna-Maria D.

Yelp
Non-existent service, cold food, rude manage, and incredibly watered-down drinks. RUN!
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Good service, good food! Attentive server and the manager even spoke to us several times plus assisted the server. I have been to this restaurant several times and would recommend. Plenty of tv's for sports viewing pleasure. Tty it. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
When my parents came to visit, I knew I wanted to try out Anchor Bar because my dad is a big wings guy. But he surprisingly has a small appetite and usually doesn't finish his meals. He had no problem finishing his order of 10 wings, and neither did any of us. And that's not because they're small. They're a good size, had great flavor, and just the right amount of crispiness that you just can't replicate at home... even with an air fryer. We tried the medium sauce and the mango habanero, and while both were good (and perfect for people who want just a bit of spice), the medium was my favorite. Our waiter asked us if we preferred drums or flats, which I thought was nice, and we all opted for a mix. My mom got a buffalo chicken salad, and it was a very nice sized portion, and she enjoyed it. The outdoor patio is pretty nice. Definitely standard bar fare - the tables have seen better days, and it's super casual. So definitely a good place to go after hiking Kennesaw Mountain like we did. They also have cornhole set up outside the patio in the grass, so we ended up playing while waiting for our food. There weren't many people there when we went on a Saturday afternoon, which surprised us. We'd definitely go back if in the area!

Yelp
Best wings! Food is always hot, prepared well, not greasy. Tater tots are amazing and finishing it off with funnel cake fries is the way to go.

Kim S.

Yelp
I am a chicken wing lover but also very picky. I was so impressed with the quality of the chicken her at Anchor as well as the way they were cooked to protection. I prefer mine, extra crispy and my bestie do not. They wings were perfect for both of us. We didn't take pictures, but next time, I'll grab a few. Now, if they can work on the drinks......

Marsha L.

Yelp
First time here, and we are so impressed. The wings are incredible, seriously the best. We sat at the bar, the bartender, Katie was very friendly and efficient. Plenty of TVs, nice ambience with good lighting and good music. Very clean. I highly recommend this nice little find
google avatar

Steve P.

Yelp
I just ordered the full meat pizza. There's a two word description for their pizza. White bread. Nothing special nothing stands out it's just as plain as plain can be. I have learned my lesson.

Yelp
I'd seen this place in an article or two for having really good wings ... So of course we tried some wings. They were good, but kinda smaller than I expected being over $1/each. We got extreme heat and spicy garlic. The flavor was good, sweet/savory mix but not that hot. I'd say around the habanero at the wing cafe in Marietta. Our normal spot is clays sports cafe in sandy springs or the wing... So hard not to compare to those places. Service was fine when we went. Not too crowded. Late lunch hour. My mom ordered the wedge salad with salmon and the wedge was a normal size lettuce head but the salmon looked pretty small beside it. I'd say maybe ~5oz of salmon? The fries were awesome. $4 enough to share between 2 people and they were seasoned with some kind of house blend, maybe a cajun blend but we loved them. PS: the draft menu was kinda sticky so not sure how often it's wiped down. Overall, glad we tried this place but probably won't replace our current wing spots. Plenty of parking in their lot and easy to get to.

Ron G.

Yelp
I ordered a plate of 20 wings and was shocked on the jumbo size they served. they were massive and much larger than 95% of all other restaurants we've ordered chicken wings when brought to the manager attention, he agreed that they were definitely oversized, but then did not offer any follow up solution or comments. Will not come here again.
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
They have good wings (giant drummy's) and the staff is friendly. We always come here and it's always quiet, not sure why because the wings are decent. I do like the quietness if you are scared about Covid protocols and people being on top of you which is not the case. Come on in and give this place a try!
google avatar

Monica N.

Yelp
I was a little nervous when I pulled in and the parking lot was full. Luckily, I was able to grab a spot at the bar with a friendly bartender making delicious drinks. Had the wings and beef on weck. Wings could have been better, especially given they are the "home of the Buffalo wing". The beef sandwich was delicious. It came with a side of jus and horseradish.
google avatar

Yelp
Thanks to Yelpers for recommending Anchor Bar! What a delicious meal! I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but alas, that's not an option. I was impressed with the COVID precautions by the staff and felt comfortable eating indoors. We were seated quickly and the service was excellent. We tried the pizza logs as an appetizer- wow! My husband got the 10 piece wings with the traditional buffalo sauce. Let's just say there was nothing left on those bones! He said they ranked as some of the best wings he's ever had. I had the roast beef sandwich (I got a plain bun) and it was some of the tastiest roast beef I've had in a long time. The only ding were the sweet potato fries which were lukewarm when they arrived at the table and tasted not as fresh as I would have liked. But they still had a good flavor. I think we have found a new go to place for dinner. I recommend giving it a try.

Yelp
Dinner Wednesday 3/1. We arrived at about 6:30pm and were promptly seated. There are a lot of TVs and you can see many screens from almost any table. By 7pm, it was packed. There were many larger groups that required the staff to pull tables together. My husband had a chicken Caesar wrap with fries. He enjoyed the wrap. He received a generous portion of fries. Note they are seasoned so you may or may not like them. There are other options like tots. The waitress didn't mention that the fries were seasoned. We also ordered the queso with chips. The queso is mildly spicy and we enjoyed it. I also ordered just a Ceasar side salad. I wishing would have asked for the dressing in the side as it was overdressed for my taste but I ate it.

Yelp
This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star it is getting. Went there today (Tuesday at 12;20 pm).. not busy at all. Matter of fact I couldn't figure out why a party of 3 who was in front of us-were waiting for the hostess to seat them when there were probably like 12 customers in the whole establishment... That should of been flag number 1 -- *Sat down to order wings cause hey, I'm at the Anchor Bar, I'm from that area in NY and wanted some wings. The waitress said they didn't have any. I thought we were being punked.... So I said, " seriously, you don't have any wings?" She said, no they had a huge weekend (Bills game with Miami) and were sold out. Honestly, I was ready to go, but decided to order something else..-- Flag 2... *We ordered Beef-on- Weck sandwiches - if you ever go to Buffalo, NY you MUST have one bc it is delicious!! Prior to that order hubby asked for what beer was on tap....waitress didn't know.... Said manager was printing list and she will come back and tell us. She never came back with list or to tell us and we waiting for like 15 minutes-- A guy came to drop off food at another table and he randomly ask if we were having Beef on Weck sandwiches only to tell us they didn't have the bun it should be on if they are duplicating how it is in NY-- Flag 3 & 4 Needless to say, we left and won't EVER be back. If you don't mind poor and slow service and a variety of substitutions, this is the place for you. You'd be better off going to Wings and Burger Haven!

Keren P.

Yelp
Buffalo Wild Wings wanna be. Food was ok but not worth price. Better options in the same range. Also the tvs were all poorly calibrated and very blue

Yelp
Now this place is so underrated it's crazy. I stumbled upon this jewel after being extremely disappointed At Provinos across the street. The staff was welcoming and prompt. The drinks are well poured and the bartender Dominique is great. The biggest secret there is the grilled lemon pepper chicken tenders! Oh my!!! I am a person who despises white chicken (I often find it dry) however this is a game changer. I live in Fairburn and go once a week to canton to pick up my check and stop on my way home! It's often empty when I go so it's quiet and cool. I'll be back on Tuesday to enjoy a peaceful delicious meal. Thanks for reading!

Yelp
Yummy! Definitely go here! The wedge salad was phenomenal. Cauliflower bites were delicious!

Yelp
The wife and I chose Anchor Bar today because we knew they had good food, great wings, and could probably catch some of the Masters third round. The service was great. Our server Jordan did his job well. The wings were as expected and the beer was cold. No problem, right ? Well, one of the employees decided to turn a TV on over our head with the volume up too loud. She had interacted with a couple of customers around the bar area asking them about what was on the TV's but never said anything to us. We got Jordan if he would turn the volume down. She had the controls on her phone so Jordan asked her. When she came to the table, we asked her to turn the TV down. She responded abruptly and with that "tone" that "she is not a mind reader and if we needed it turned down, we should have asked". She said "she does not have time to ask everyone". We asked to speak to the manager and it turned out, she was the manager. I get it may be a generation thing, but that reply was not what we think is appropriate for customer interaction. Society applauds good service as if it is something special and shrug off poor service or those with attitudes as "it is what it is". I feel if we r spending our $'s (we are also typically good tippers) the normal should be a decent level of service and a favorable employee/customer interaction. Maybe this seems frivolous to some but for our expectations, a yes sir or yes mam would have been appropriate. Not sarcasm. There are numerous places to get wings in the area, so I don't know if we will be going back to Anchor.

Tiffany N.

Yelp
Second time here at the Kennesaw location. I'm from Buffalo. That is not a beef on weck. It's a SLIDER hamburger bun with salt and caraway seeds. Disappointing. There's clearly a difference between a slider bun and a beef on weck bun. The anchor bar should know this. Server tried to charge us for marinara sauce with the pizza logs. She said it didn't come with them. She opened up the menu, looked at it and said "yeah, that doesn't come with them". I took the menu, looked at it, and it clearly states comes with marinara sauce.

Jodie S.

Yelp
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our large group. Karaoke was very entertaining!

Isaac B.

Yelp
I am a long time customer for this location. I always had a great experience. So when I heard there was new management I was curious how this would go. I brought my family in and it was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Our waiter only came to our table twice . The new GM Hilary brought our food to the table. What was odd is she was just vaping outside in front of the restaurant when we came in. When she brought our food, she was carring her purse. The food was ice cold. We asked for ketchup and she never brought it and we never got refills for our drinks. When our waiter came back, we asked for a to go box because we were not happy. I was one of the people who filled out the survey and I praised the old management. As someone who has owned businesses and run restaurants, this place is now a disgrace. Hilary has no experience and it shows. Reading the other reviews proves I'm not alone in this experience. This location has taken 1000 steps backwards. Unfortunately, you have now lost a longtime customer. I can see why old employees have all quit. Waste of time and money. Bring back Danny, he knew what he was doing. Not Hilary!

Frank J.

Yelp
Amazing service, Kati did a great job ensuring we had a great experience and was on top of everything we needed. The food was really good, I haven't had wings this good in a very long time. The only issue I had was the TV's above the bar are a little warn out and very blue, was a bit distracting but bearable.

Yelp
Wings are amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. Half price appetizer after 8pm. Pizza egg rolls were great. Restaurant could have been cooler temperature wise but overall enjoyable

Jenny A.

Yelp
We brought a large group in, and the staff was very accommodating and patient with us. karaoke was a big hit too!

Yelp
We had not been to the Anchor for a while due to bad service on previous visits. I convinced my wife to give them another shot. Last night our server, Mia, was phenomenal, but the food was a total failure. I ordered spicy garlic parmesan wings and my wife hot and we both asked for them to be crispy. My first wing was decent, but far from crispy the skin was slimy. My second wing was not completely cooked as the meat was rubbery. I tried a third wing and it was the same as the second, at that time I was done with the wings. My wife's wings were the same, but she stopped at two. Mia saw we had pushed our plates away and asked if we needed a to go box. We got the boxes to bring the wings home to finish cooking in our air fryer. We explained to her and she brought over the manager. We were not looking for a discount on the ticket, just to let them know the cook needed to be a little more diligent when cooking the wings. Niles just looked at us and the response from him was, "I'm sorry to hear that". Not, I will discuss with the staff and thank you for the heads up. We paid our full tab and tipped over 20% to Mia. We will be going to Three Dollar for wings, you should too

Yelp
As former Buffalonians, we were anxious to try this Buffalo favorite. We were sorely disappointed. First and foremost, send someone to Buffalo so that you can see what a beef on weck is supposed to be. Hint: it's not salt and caraway seeds on a hamburger bun. Secondly, when you eat Buffalo wings, your hands should be all messy from the sauce . It should not drip off the wings in a puddle on the plate. Thirdly, customer service is everything. We were a party of nine, so I get it, that's a lot of people. Our server was very nice, polite, seemed a bit overwhelmed. Let me add , we were the only group there. A few people at the bar but that's about all. When our food finally came out, it came in drips and draws. I would have started eating my salad but I had no silverware. My son in law got up and retrieved some for me, not sure our server noticed as she had promised to get some. Likewise for my granddaughters who were waiting for their dips and condiments. In her defense, she seemed to be alone and was not assisted by the lady who I presume was the manager. We also ordered a pizza which we all agreed was topped with spaghetti sauce. As I said before, we were a large group with several different entrees ,pizza and wing selections spread out over a large table , delivered at different times. When we ordered the wings, we specified 40 wings all medium. Before the server left, we asked her if she could make 10 of those wings barbecue. She said, sure. As we were packing up our leftovers, again my son in law retrieved the boxes, we thought we had an awful lot of wings left. When the bill came, we saw that the server ordered an extra 10 barbecue wings, not taking 10 out of the 40 we ordered to barbecue. We brought this to the server's attention and she brought the manager over. We explained the situation to her and she said because we did not bring it to the server's immediate attention, there was nothing she could do. Now, bad on us, if we had any intention on coming back( we don't), we'll make sure and count the wings as they come out. She did end up taking 5.00 off the bill. So as I said in my opening, overall very disappointed in the food, service and customer service. Let me add, we drove over 40 miles to celebrate Easter with a taste of our home town. Been there , done that, not going back. I see from other reviews, we're not alone. If you need lessons on how to make a weck roll, stop by. I'll be happy to show you. ..

Yelp
I have given this restaurant numerous chances, but I'm afraid this will definitely be the last time...again, VERY slow service...also, my server told me they were out of one of the ingredients in my order TWENTY minutes after we actually ordered, so they hadn't even started to make our food...this is not the first time, or even second, third, etc., that they have been out of something that I ordered there as well...it took almost 45 minutes to get our food and there were only 2 other tables with customers at the time...we always try to go when they open hoping things will go better, but they rarely do...I just can't justify going back after I have given them chance after chance, after chance, after chance...I noticed there have been a lot of great reviews, but unfortunately for me, I have almost always had some kind of problem...slow service, menu items not available, etc...

Yelp
Food was for the most part great. Buffalo shrimp, wings, tenders and boneless were great recommend going one level up on heat. I went Extreme Heat on everything. Bleu cheese dressing was on point. Fried pickle spears were salty, like your old maid neighbor when she hears your Harley. Rings and fries were delicious. Ambiance was as expected and service was very good. I accidentally flipped a shrimp tail at our waiter and he didn't bat an eyelash. Only downside was the pizza. It actually tasted better reheated the next day. Will not order that again.
