Heaven. If you are a chef or a home cook, you'll love the massive selection of imported and locally-sourced items in this store. I just bought the most luxurious snacks like tinned mussels, smoked salmon, and artichoke dip. Don't forget to check out the sale section in the back. I found some great items like $1 Thai coconut milk.

This is the kind of place you used to have to go to Napa/Berkeley/San Francisco to find. Gourmet gone local. The selection is wide for a place like this. My most frequent buys are the fresh bread they get delivered, and toppings that might go on top of them, from fancy cheeses, jams, hazelnut spreads, cold cuts, you know the basics! Get there early to get the best choice on breads. They also have plenty of drinks, teas, coffees, snacks, candies, herbs, spices, sauces, and oils to choose from. I can't list everything but there's even more, you could say anything you might need in your pantry!

This is an absolute gem in downtown Vallejo! I look forward to coming here a couple times a month to pick up my local breads, seasonal goodies, imported Italian, sodas, & everything in between! They have a fun pick and mix set up for loose candies. I love doing my own sampler and pin pointing my new favorite sweets. The owner, Jessica is an absolute delight and wealth of knowledge with tons of recommendations! The seasonal window display is always eye catching and they usually stay open late on special event nights such as art walk!!

Great selection of quality goods. Daily deliveries of fresh breads (love the Challah). It's almost a full-fledged grocery store, with scooped gelato coming in August '25. Go there hungry at your own risk.

I didn't go in recently but I'm glad that the community of Vallejo California came together to rebuild this company from the ground up after it was almost lost to the fire altogether. I'm glad that I was inspired to write a poem and give it to the owner; to remind her how Vallejo loves her.

I can't say enough for this store! If you haven't been, GO! Everything inside has been hand chosen for their customers based on their clean ingredients, ethical production and robust flavors! The owner is super nice and knowledgeable! Today we grabbed some Acme bread, salami, cheeses, spread and some gifts for my loved ones. I wish I had words for the incredible quality of the food we cane home with today! To my Family and Friends: Please always shop for me here!

I can find so many unique items at Anchor Pantry; exotic spices, oils, condiments. And even groceries on my weekly shopping list, like cheeses, deli meats, fresh Acme bread, and great icecream, among so many other things! I'm so happy they're in Vallejo's downtown.

Great littlte store downtown to fill in your specialities needs. This mom and pop shop has just the right mix to of goods to tide you over between those Trader joes or Whole food runs. I stumbled across Anchor Pantry a few years ago when locals were posting about this new gourmet good store in Vallejo on nextdoor.com. Back then, it was a small, cute store on Marin St . with lots of offerings to choose from. I also met the owner Jessica, who was very passionate of her business and I was so happy she chose to open shop in my neighborhood. I purchased a few items and was planning to coming back to check more items out. It didn't happen right away as tragedy struck; her store was damaged by arson... Despite this setback, I was so proud our community coming together, exceeding the gofundme goal to help the owners get the Anchor Pantry back up and running. That was 2 years ago... I was recently looking for the "viral" Dubai Chocolate bar and found out that Anchor Pantry carried it in their store. I was shocked to see how Anchor Pantry has grown, with a bigger store and so many selections! I found several pistachio items to satisfy my cravings and for great gift items. Also found my favorite truffle potato chips and Rustic Bakery shortbread. If ever in Vallejo, support local and come visit Anchor Pantry! It's such a great gourmet store that you definitely will enjoy finding something here!

Anchor Pantry is a lovely, local specialty foods store offering a wide range of unique items! We were pleasantly surprised to find cheeses, delicious BBQ sauce, jams, and some drink bitters for gifts. If you are looking for items you can find at the grocery store and you want to support a wonderful local business, stop in!

Definitely a hidden gem Downtown Vallejo i can shop for hrs in this beautiful little shop and the owner Jessica is amazing.

Amazing selection of top notch groceries including imported pasta, tinned fish, jams, charcuterie, low country grits snd rice. The selection is really well curated. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

A lively, joyful grocery store with a delightful proprietor, Jessica, and her super helpful staff, offering most everything I could imagine wanting (and then some!). They don't carry produce, but that's available right outside at the farmers market; and while they don't have a fresh meat-and-seafood counter, their collection of packaged meats is terrific -- they even carry Toulouse sausage, which I almost never see, even at my old haunt, Berkeley Bowl. Prices are no more than the Bowl, if even that; and they carry a knockout selection of jams, mustards, and...well, pretty much anything edible that comes wrapped, jarred, tinned, or any other kind of container. Tip: Make sure to introduce yourself to BJ. He's absolutely wonderful to chat with, and highly knowledgable. I asked BJ for ideas for a fruit tart or other quick dessert to bake -- he gave me yummy suggestions and guided me to a jar of blackberry-Earl Grey tea jam, which I brought home and spread onto the tart over a layer of mascarpone (which I also got from Anchor Pantry -- the *real* kind, with no added gums or thickeners), then laid onto that a lovely pattern of different colored plums...it was the "WOW" of the party! I wish I had made two; I also wish I had thought to take a photo -- guess I'll just have to bake some more! I'm glad I took BJ's advice!

An absolutely delightful place to buy all the foods you can't find anywhere else. The owner, Jessica, is the sweetest person alive. She's the owner.

Great store lots of specialty spices and items here. I could spend hours in this place there is so much to see. The gal behind the counter was really nice too. She gave us some good recommendations on some spices we were looking for our ribs we planned to smoke. Everything was laid out and easy to read and touch. So glad we have a place like this so close to where I live.

What started as a tragedy when her first store was destroyed by a fire has morphed into a great success story. Imported & domestic gourmet groceries, spices, jams & jellies, candy, cookies, crackers, canned meats & fish, beverages. If they don't have it, you don't need it. Love this shop! The staff is super friendly and they have the absolute best snacks! They have a variety of snacks, oils, jelly, vegan, etc. that you really can't find anywhere else! Vallejo is lucky to have this shop!

I can't believe this exists in Vallejo! Seems like a place you'd have to drive to Napa or Walnut Creek to find. The store has awesome finds as well as a really nice and welcoming owner. I told her about a certain type of mozzarella I was looking for, and she took my number and told me she would call me when she got some! If you are ever looking for a special spice, meat, cheese, etc, make sure you stop in here!

A very overdue review. Anchor Pantry is definitely a gem! If you're looking for speciality items to elevate your charcuterie board without traveling to Napa/Sonoma or over the bridge, come here. Want freshly baked bread? Anchor Pantry has fresh baked ACME bread - so dangerously good! Crusty and beautifully colored exterior with a soft and chewy inside - perfect for all the amazing cured meats/tinned fish, cheeses, pickles and olives, and jams, especially the hot pepper bacon jam. If you're more into crackers, there's a wide variety to try. Looking for something sweet, Anchor Pantry has a nice selection of specialty sweets. Jessica is a delightful owner that loves to engage in conversation with her patrons. A warm welcome from the big corporate shops.

Absolutely love this place. Can't say enough good things about it. I've come here a few times for fun spice or sauce additions. Love all the small batch varieties. Love how everything is organized. You can find something for every dietary restriction. She has dairy free, gluten free, sugar free. Fresh foods too with a great freezer selection. I also love chatting with the owner about her recommendations. I like that she tries everything she buys for the store. If you like to cook or you're in need of a cute gift, come here!

Anchor Pantry is one of my favorite spots in downtown Vallejo! Whether you're looking for a small treat for yourself or putting together a gift, Anchor Pantry is your stop! They have a refrigerated section with vegan and real cheeses and meats as well as a freezer section with ice cream and other specialty items. My favorite part? A lot of stuff is from local makers! Pro tip: stop by for fresh bread from Acme, grab the Boichik cream cheese and some balsamic. The combination is so delicious!

Jessica is a doll and are so sweet to my pup when we visit. Doing my best to visit this lovely store more often. So happy to see places like this here. Her goods are the best and I love how there's fresh bread every morning from acme bread. A must visit when in town!

This is a great little market in downtown Vallejo. Very nice selection of specialty foods, treats and spices. Always find something new to try. The owners are friendly. They have a spot by the entrance for flyers, and let me leave some for an upcoming event I was helping promote. Check this place out!

This place is thee mecca for all the foodies! Anchor Pantry has such a wide selection of great spices, jams, sauces, crackers, and even frozen bagels! I love the new location because it's large and can display all the amazing items that they have to offer. I visited last Saturday and picked up so many items, I really had to hold myself back from buying too much! Fresh Acme bread, frozen (Boichik pumpernickel) Bagels, and clotted cream. Everything here is amazing!

Good quality store for all your foodie mercantile needs. The store carries anything from coffee, hot sauces, jams, alcohol concoction ingredients (But does not sell alcohol), quality cheeses and many other items... For such a small store I found it a little overwhelming in a certain way because there is much to look at, but don't worry, the owner is very helpful and helping you decide what you should purchase if you have questions. If I lived in the area I would be coming here very frequently. But when we pass through, we'll give it a stop. Downtown Vallejo is pretty darn cool. There's a bookstore across the street, Alibi Books, Mare Island Brewery is just a stone's throw away. So definitely if you're in the area or you need a destination in the afternoon be sure to come to the shop!

SUCH a great BIG store in downtown Vallejo!!! The selection can be a little overwhelming, so make sure you budget at least 15 minutes. I love it for finding great little gifts for friends, for the broad herbal selection, and their coffee and chocolates. But, every time I'm in there, I see something new to love.

If you're looking for unique food that you most likely won't find in your typical grocery store, then this is your place! I loved the vibes coming inside and there's just so much to check out. This place is also great to find a gift for someone who is a foody and likes to try different things.

This store is the cutest! This is an absolute dream for the foodie that loves specialty items. One side is filled with savory items: marinated veggies, sauces, tapenade, and more. The other side is the oh, so sweet: cocktail mixers & bitters, jams & jellies, chocolates and more. Annnnnnnnd to spread your savory tapenade on or slather your lemon curd, they have fresh Acme bread daily. The owner Is friendly, welcoming, and available to answer any questions. This is a great place to pick up a gift or two for the gourmand in your life, or pick up some items for an impressive picnic.

The caliber of this store and the items sold in it rival and even surpass shops found in places like Sonoma and Napa. Staff and employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Found treats for my mom and one of my sisters (chocolates and gelato) and found some super cute bird notebooks for my youngest sister. Definitely worth of a trip to Downtown Vallejo and perhaps enjoy a meal at nearby Provisions afterwards.

This place rocks! The owner Jessica has created a unique shopping experience for gourmands right in downtown Vallejo. This is my go to for making an amazing Italian dinner (fresh Acme sourdough bread, imported bucatini, canned Italian San Marzano tomatoes, guanciale (sp?), etc. huge selection of fresh and frozen meats, cheeses, snacks, etc. you just gotta heck it out, and then you'll be hooked.

I love Anchor Pantry. Jessica is very knowledgeable about her products. There's a wide selection of specialty food items to try or put together as gifts (ie. gift bags or baskets). We should all continue to support store. Wonderful it's here in Vallejo.

Stopped by today for the 1st time, since they moved to the new location across the street, following the fire last year. The new location is amazing. The spacious shop is 3 to 4 times larger than the original and wow what a selection. Artisanal foods, spices, jams, jelly's, candies, meats, cheeses and sauces. Unique foods and spices from all around the world. All your charcuterie needs as well as teas, coffee's, mocktail drinks, cocktail mixers and lots of fun gift giving goodies. Honestly, there's so much more than I could possibly describe here. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of their products. They can make wonderful recommendations and answer any questions you have. I will be back soon. You should go see for yourself!

Omg I absolutely love this store! It's the cutest pantry/charcuterie spot in Vallejo! The staff knows so much about their products I could literally talk about this place for hours. Everything is organized, clean and well kept. The variety they have is amazing! I came here twice in one week it was so much to explore - if I could buy it all I would !

Nice place to have in downtown Vallejo! 1st time visiting as they had the Hot garlic oil by mama teavs that was recommended. So I picked it up and saved me some time not waiting for it to be delivered. They have many other sauces, oils and spices too. This hot garlic is pretty good.

Wow!!! I am so glad to have found this store with a wide variety of jams, jellies, oils, vinegars, cheese,chocolate, syrups, mixtures and even gelato! On top of that they have fresh ACME bread delivered daily! Owner is super sweet and helpful. Her business fliers also include a seasonal recipe which I thought was super clever. Thank you Anchor Pantry for offering such a variety for us Vallejoans to appreciate and try! I will be back soon!

I stopped byThe Pantry knowing I wanted some Acme bread. What I found is a paradise for foodie's that like to create using excellent products. Among nearly everything I saw, there is a nice collection of good cheeses as well. I'll be back when I have more time.

What a delightful surprise! I was looking for groceries while in town on sabbatical. I always like to treat myself to local and specialty items when I'm in a new area. After finding Anchor Pantry on Yelp, I drove over and was greeted warmly by Jessica, the proprietress, lovely vintage R&B music on the "hifi" and a bounty of beautiful spices, sauces, sweet and savory treats, fresh bread... paradise! You can tell from her selection that Jessica has a culinary background and eye for quality. She helped me pick out a combo of imported and local goodness (Pesto for dinner, Gelato for dessert !) and gave me suggestions for other local must sees. Can't wait to come back.

Been watching the Instagram since Jessica opened the doors. Finally had a chance to go in & check it out. WOW!! Well stocked & has beautiful dark wood built in shelves. The selection is really great. Lots of specialty spice blends, jarred sauces, condiments, pickled veg, olives, I mean the list goes on. Wonderful fresh bread and I loved literally everything I bought. Please find the time to stop in and support. I no longer need to track to Napa to find those specialty items. Can't wait for cheese and more charcuterie options to come.

This is a great store for hard to find items. Their new location is bigger than than the old one, but still has that mom and pop store feel. Jessica is friendly and helpful. It is one of the few places where I can find my favorite sourdough bagettes. She can find items if she does not stock them. This is a good alternative to amazon, especially if you like to shop locally. Incidentally, check out Alibi Bookshop next door...another cool mom/pop store. I never would have imagined such places in vallejo

Tis the season to shop Anchor Pantry for gifts. Lots of lovely preserves, candies, spices, and other gourmet items for your family and friends enjoyment. Easy to spend a hundred or more, but keeping your purchases local builds the community and that's important for Vallejo. Jessica, the shop owner, is a wonderful person too.

I love love love Anchor Pantry! You can find the most interesting things you won't see anywhere else. I particularly love the small batch miso and the small batch soy sauce. The coconut almond ice cream is to die for. The Acme bread is fresh and wonderful. She has burrata cheese and interesting salamis to go with that bread. And Jessica is one of the nicest people you are ever going to meet! I'm going to be doing all of my Christmas shopping here and I can't wait~

A true gem of a business! We're so fortunate to have Anchor Pantry in lower Solano County! Fortunately it's only a ten minute drive from my house, but I would easily drive an hour to get the wide array of food, beverages, goodies they stock and offer. Also, the owner is a lovely person!

This has become my latest local favorite browsing place! Lots of interesting new spices to peruse. I appreciate how Jessica has the store laid out. The wood shelving and displays are unusual these days. The Acme bread is outstandingly fresh! More than the wood, Jessica brings good old-fashioned customer care/service. Hurray for this new place in downtown Vallejo!

My favorite place in town! Jessica the owner is amazing and always so helpful. My fiancé and I go weekly to get a treat for dinner, or grab a loaf of bread. Truly a great place for Vallejo and the community! I love supporting this business.

LOVE! First, the vintage vibe. I'm a sucker for that look. Secondly, amazing merchandise selection. Thirdly, the owner Jessica. Amazing customer service. The shop is super quaint. I tried to take as much photos but there was a good flow of traffic inside. She guided me to the merchandise I was interested and I love the personal touch. I even supported her business buy buying her logo print poster. It's as cute as her business card (see photo). My neighbor told me about this place and now I'll be a regular indeed. If you're local resident and want to get purchase holiday gifts create a basket or stocking stuffers, this is the place. Amazing selection of jams/spreads, virgin olive oils, vinegar, coffee, chocolates, fresh Acme bread, cookies and many more. She even has cold drinks and ice cream in stock. I love how she has local products featured so that's a plus for me. And I even like the fact that she doesn't do paper receipt. Support your local business!

An absolute gem. I am moving to Vallejo soon and am so happy I get to visit this store on a more regular basis soon. Everything here is beyond delicious, from the olive oils to the seasonings to the cheese to the honey, I can guarantee you will find a new something you will never want to live without again! This place is awesome! You could lose track of time checking out all the unique foods and merchandise here. I wanted to buy everything. Im sorry about whoever that Mary ***** is leaving that 1 star review as your 1st reviewer. If she didnt like it in there all she had to do was leave. As we all know now the plandemic was a sham and a lie to get us all vaccinated with experimental gene therapy.

Finally! A local store where I can find unique spices, quality drink mixers, artisan chocolates, cheese, Acme bread (say what?!), and so much more! This little gourmet pantry is a home chef's dream, or for those who looking to put a new flair into a favorite dish. This is also where I'll come when I need to make a special gift basket or find a unique hostess gift. I'm really impressed by all the items stocked by Anchor Pantry, and I will be back again and again to try them all!

A very cute shop that sells a variety of different gourmet goods. They have a variety of jams, honey, chocolate, coffee and much more goodies. They also have a variety of different bread from Acme which is a plus. Love their selection and assortment of items. I can't wait to come back!
