Wow, they've really run this straight into the ground. It's not even a glimpse of what used to be. Not a single vegetable, pickle or any market stuff. Just cheap Chinese crap with two food vendors. Embarrassing.

We went on a Friday, it was still fun, but apparently there’s less than half the usual vendors. The pictures below show the huge empty area that is supposed to be full! We were disappointed at how few stalls there were. There were maybe 20 in all, and for a long while we were the only buyers, which might explain the lack of booths. It was mostly jewelry, with a smattering of antler art and t shirts and a few (overpriced) food vendors. They said Saturday is the best day, I’d definitely go then if you can!

It is always a treat to visit this rain or shine. So much to say but I'll sum it up with photos.

Readi g the details on the website I expected there to be more booths. I think perhaps because of the rain while we were there many vendors didn't show up. There are some local artists and makers, and some items that also seem mass produced.

Went on a Saturday, and it wasn't near as large as most of the descriptions made it appear. Quite a few craft vendors, with some being local and others selling mass-produced goods. It has a pretty good selection of food trucks and stands at pretty high prices. Not much in the way of produce or fresh goods, especially produce.

This market is huge which is nice but unfortunately there aren't many booths for local produce. There are many booths for things like crafts, jewelry, photography, knives etc, and lots of food vendors, but it's not much of a "farmer's market". Seems like it's more geared toward tourists looking for Alaskan souvenirs.

We had so much fun! Cotton candy, rides and unique Alaskan booths.

There were some pretty cool stalls with locally made goods that looked high quality and unique. There were some food trucks as well, with kind of high prices and no produce vendors at all. If you are looking for souvenirs, this is a good spot... Not sure about anything else, honestly.
