A stunningly beautiful hotel with courteous and pleasant service. Super spacious rooms that are very well equipped. It’s impossible not to give five stars, because the hotel itself is a beautiful gem and the service is excellent. Suitable for those who don’t like the hustle and bustle and touristy feel of the city center. About a ten-minute drive from the busy tourist center (around four dollars by a local Uber). The breakfast, although served in a beautiful setting with good service, is not at a level that matches the standard of the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The welcome was very warm, and especially my room “Marguerite Duras" was excellent: large, new, very clean, sunny, quiet, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a dream. Breakfast was delicious and very well served. The setting is stunning, and everything is done with great attention to charm and detail. The bar area next to the second swimming pool is also beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and tasteful decoration. Congratulations to the whole team for their dedication and hard work.

Ancient Hue Garden Houses has an elegance and serenity to it that truly captures the history and culture of this beautiful city. The rooms were so gorgeous with a great ambiance that intersects between functionality and nature. The staff itself was top notch. Our every needs was taken care of. The staff was communicative and responded to all of my requests and inquiries via WhatsApp quickly. I was able to book spa appointments and laundry service without any issue or fuss. My spa treatment was amazing and honestly better than the ones I had in the states.

Excellent Stay with Attentive Service My recent stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is nice, with a lovely pool that was perfect for relaxing. The service was also excellent; all the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. I particularly appreciated that the staff went out of their way to assist me with some sightseeing information in Hue, which made exploring the city much easier. The on-site restaurant felt like a typical fine dining establishment with a good atmosphere. We booked for two nights and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free afternoon tea. Breakfast was excellent, as it's served à la carte with the ability to order unlimited items. A major plus for car owners is the availability of a parking slot right in front of the hotel. However, it's worth noting the hotel's location is on a small street. While there's technically enough room for two cars to pass, you do need to navigate carefully. Overall, the wonderful service and amenities made this a fantastic choice for my trip. I would recommend it!

What an attention! I got sick from earlier in my trip. Everytime they were asking about my conditions. I had to go buy some meds, they sent their staff to get them for me! During our lunches and dinner, we had a dedicated server, always next to our table for anything we needed. The facilities, oh my God, so pretty, well maintained, rhe value was exceptional for what you have onsite and the service. 3 restaurants onsite. Rooms are cleaned 2-3 times a day, they alway keeping you with still water. It is just 20 min walk to Hue Imperial Palace. They all went abobe and beyond in courtesy and attention. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful experience.

If I had to pick the single best hotel in Hue, Pilgrimage Heritage would be it. From the moment you step through the gates, the atmosphere hits you: complete tranquility. The hotel is built around a beautifully restored 200-year-old traditional wooden house, with lush gardens, koi ponds, and quiet courtyards everywhere you turn. At night it feels almost magical – the city noise disappears and you genuinely feel like you’re sleeping inside living history. Waking up to birdsong and the soft creak of century-old beams is something I’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very quiet and well presented hotel. We stayed in a French style villa and enjoyed the layout and finishes in the room. The overall environment of Hue Garden Houses is excellent and very calming. It is a bonus to have 2 restaurants from which to choose - the food is excellent.

I have been to this hotel for 2 times, and it was both worth it. I tried 2 class of rooms in the hotel, the traditional Hue house and the France Villa. Both are good in different ways. The thing i was impressed by is how detailed it is from the decoration to service. Such a great experience, i would definitely come back if possible
