Actually offensive prices for shoebox sized apartments and your neighbors being a Motel 6 on one side and a homeless encampment on the other. Not exaggerating. Not to mention not being guaranteed on site parking, and if you are lucky enough it’ll be $300 a month. If not lucky, just hope and pray your car doesn’t get broken into on the street by one of the neighbors. Had a HORRIBLE experience with Greystar in the past - went to look at this place just to realize it’s Greystar as well. Avoid at all costs.
