Andara Resort & Villas

Our stay at Andara Resort & Villas was truly exceptional. We stayed in one of the villas as a group of eight, which was perfect for our needs. While the resort itself is overall quite peaceful and quiet, it’s still very well-suited for groups, families, or couples looking for a luxurious escape.The resort is absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained. Every space felt serene and luxurious, from the villas to the common areas, with breathtaking views throughout the property. The service was excellent, and they responded very quickly to our needs. We would typically wake up early to use the gym, which they opened one hour earlier than usual just to accommodate us. The spa experience was phenomenal. The massage I received was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The food was outstanding, and breakfast was a major highlight. Breakfast was included for us and offered both an extensive buffet as well as a made-to-order à la carte menu, with high-quality ingredients and excellent variety. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again one day.

Excellent service - front desk and all the other staff. Special thanks to Keen, Lin, Bella and Film at front desk and all the buggy drivers and house keeping staff. We had a 3 bedroom suite - very comfortable living and dining room and balcony and lovely master room with 2 other rooms which were very comfortable. Food from silk was delicious. Our friends were at Andara villa next door and access from hotel to villa was very convenient

We had an incredible 5-night stay at Andara Villa and Resort in their 3-bedroom pool villa. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The private pool was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing — a great way to start the day! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations, from the villa itself to the serene surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Andara Villa and Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Unfortunately this hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment. The rooms are very nice, spacious, modern, etc but that is pretty much all it is going for it. The food in general is subpar, the breakfast pretty average and hardly a luxurious spread compared to most other breakfasts in good resorts. The location average and quite far from everything. But the worst was the service. Some examples - on the first day we ordered a crab curry, they sent us a vegetarian curry. The next day again they messed up the food order. The room service dishes would not be cleared despite multiple reminders. On afternoon the blinds were broken in our room, we told them at 2 p.m. to fix it. When he returned at 8 p.m. it was still not fixed. When you travel with family and young children these small inconveniences all add up and become pretty terrible. ||It took me complaining to the GM for them to improve their service. They did try to make it up to us, but none the less, the vacation was ruined.

The food and beverage offerings were excellent, with high-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation, enjoyed even more against such a stunning backdrop. If you’re looking for refined luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in Phuket, Andara is a standout choice. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We stayed for 3 nights in the Three-Bedroom Pool Suite, and from the moment we checked in, the experience was wonderful. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful — I can’t mention just one name because every single person we met was genuinely kind and professional. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for 2 more nights! The location is very convenient — 7-Eleven is only a 3-minute walk, the beach is about 5 minutes away, and the view from the suite is absolutely beautiful. The gym is well-equipped, and honestly, nothing is missing in this hotel. It truly deserves every good word. Even on our last day, when we had an early flight and couldn’t have breakfast, the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the way to airport.

Great property with generous rooms and amazing pool area. The staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodative of all our needs. We booked a yacht through the concierge and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family - definitely recommend. SILK Thai food is some of the best we’ve had.

Amazing experience! I can't express how friendly the staff is they helped with everything we needed.
