We tried the breakfast here on both a weekday and a weekend morning, and the experiences were quite different. On the weekend, the restaurant was very busy with a 30-minute wait that required signing up via Yelp. In contrast, there was no wait during the week. The staff was clearly hustling but did their best to manage the rush. The food itself was adequate, but the menu felt limited. The buffet option was particularly basic, with a quality and selection on par with a mid-range hotel chain. For a better experience, we recommend ordering a specific dish from the à la carte menu instead of opting for the buffet.

Google
Great experience here with a toddler. The staff were incredibly friendly and doted on little Miss the whole dinner. Portions are very generous. Our toddler got a children's pizza... Spoiler: it's a whole normal sized pizza with cheese baked to crispy deliciousness. Wine wasn't pretentiously selected but paired great. I had the spaghetti with clams and really enjoyed it. We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel restaurant!

Haonan C.

Google
Can’t imagine how such a terrible restaurant can collaborate with Hyatt. The spaghetti tasted like rubber. NO FLAVOR at all. So do the salmon. Wonder how they can get so unfresh seafood in Seattle. And 18% compulsory tip. For the rudest waiter I have ever seen. Incredible disappointed experience.

Google
Italian restaurant located inside Hyatt Regency Seattle on the first floor just as you enter the building. The food was good, better than expected, especially if you like italian cuisine. Their garlic focaccia bread was delicious. The staff was not very attentive, which was not surprising given the location. The price is also on the higher end, slightly more than you would expect. Overall good experience but nothing memorable to bring you back.

Google
Nice restaurant, accommodating service, and tasty food, at a reasonable price! The managers Loren, Maddie, and Mark and Chef Katy accommodated gluten free, dairy free, poultry free, and hot/cooked food without salt, within my budget ($18 for lunch and dinner respectively and $12 for breakfast). They even arranged to bring ingredients to make the dishes they do not serve, to help me survive and function during a conference. Chef Katy's clams and rice tasted wonderful. I had the clam dish every day. Their pizza looked so good, so I tried even though that was not the arranged plan. The best gluten free and dairy free pizza I've ever had. They also brought the pizza on a metal plate with 2 layers to help the water from the hot pizza not make the pizza soggy. The same price for gluten free and dairy free pizza as the regular pizza ($21) is a big plus as well. The couches were comfortable, and being able to see people making doughs was fun as well. I hope they will continue to serve gluten free and dairy free pizzas.

Google
Sooo good!! We are visiting for PAX and stopped by for lunch. Our server, Alexander went above and beyond! I ordered tomato soup and garlic bread, my boyfriend got spaghetti and meatballs. We also ordered the PAX special drinks. They were out of the redbull I wanted, and Alexander went and found one for me and asked if I still wanted my drink! Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere. Will likely stop in for dinner as well!

Cheryl T.

Google
Although I wasn’t staying at this hotel for my conference, I decided to try their restaurant and had the carne pizza. It was great. I agree with past reviewers it was salty, but that’s the process of having processed meat on a pizza. The flavour was good. March Madness on a Saturday night meant it was a busy spot, but the service was great, and the people added to the fun atmosphere.

Gregory J.

Google
We went to see a show at the Paramount and hit this place up before for dinner and was blown away at how wonderful it was! The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the service was incredible and friendly! We loved it and just booked another dinner reservation for our next show! Definitely check this place out, you'll love it!!

Yelp
Had a lovely Italian dinner at Andare. We enjoyed a pizza Margharetta, a salad with salmon and the Gnocchi appetizer. Everything was delicious. Our server was Pauline. She was warm, personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Pauline double checked our dietary restrictions and made sure everything came out perfect. Pauline made our dinner special. Andare is located in the Hyatt Regency. It is open at 6:30 for breakfast buffet and throughout the day to Dinner service. They have an interesting menu and are well worth a try. Highly recommend.

Yelp
We stayed three nights at the Seattle Hyatt Regency last month and had breakfast at Andare included, thanks to my mother, the Hyatt Globalist. Every morning, we joined the Yelp waiting list from our room then took the elevator down when our table was ready. This helped us avoid the massive pile-up at the host stand. I'm guessing Andare mostly serves hotel guests, but the Regency must be big enough that the restaurant fills up during peak breakfast hours. There was always a line of people waiting just to put their names down for a table. The dining room was nice, attractive and spacious, with a buffet set-up as well as full table service. The staff was polite enough, if not exceedingly attentive. We got what we needed every morning, including kid's menus and crayons for our two little boys. The food was okay. The best thing I had was the PNW omelet, which was small but nice, made with smoked salmon, Boursin cheese, and chives, and served with toast and roasted potatoes. The buttermilk biscuits and country gravy were on the bland side, though I liked the texture of the biscuits. The Italian sausage gravy was kind of insubstantial--plenty of calories, I'm sure, but I wanted more meat. The biscuits also came topped with poached eggs and smoked paprika, and I made liberal use of the jalapeño and habanero hot sauce bottles on the table. The worst thing I ordered was the seasonal fruit plate, which came with citrus, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and house granola. There was some genuinely terrible fruit on that plate. Our boys did great, though, with the half waffles from the kid's menu. (Surprisingly, they were not into the Nutella crepes.) Andare may not be the best restaurant in Seattle, but it's a convenient place to fuel up if you're staying at the Hyatt Regency.

Yelp
While the food was reasonably priced... it wasn't exactly very good. At least not all of it. The calamari, burrata, and focaccia appetizers were quite delightful. I got the steak and the jammy egg yolks were to die for and the crispy onions were delicious. The steak itself... awful. Couldn't even chew it it was so tough and I ordered it medium. My coworker got the salmon and ended up getting some kind of food poisoning from it.... I'm sure that part was just a coincidence but really put the icing on the cake. Our water pitchers were never refilled leaving me thirsty all night. The waiter was nice to us though and interested why we were there; but not super attentive after that.

Yelp
Staying at the Hyatt Regency so I came here for breakfast. Had the buffet the first morning ($29) and that was a mistake. The food was meh, kinda what you would find at a Hyatt Place. Not worth it at all. Ordered off the menu the second morning and that was A LOT better. The Biscuit and Gravy was very flavorful. The Avocado Toast was good as well. It was also cheaper than the Buffet. So avoid the Buffet and order off the menu!

Yelp
Excellent fop shelf restaurant. The food was outstanding with the mixed drinks and wine with top shelf. Ambience is smart, modern and trendy . While it's part of the hotel Hyatt Regency, it has the vibe of a standalone restaurant. Service was wonderful - highly recommend on every level!

Yelp
Solid bar and restaurant for a hotel. Open late and it fills up--we had trouble getting a seat after 10pm! Good late night bites if we're talking the meatballs. Under no circumstances should you get the pizza rolls though--learn from our mistakes! They weren't cheesy and had no meat--call them carb rolls, not pizza rolls! Service was fine. Lights were dim and lots of TVs by the bar. Lights look cool.

Yelp
When I'm staying at a hotel, the restaurants on site are generally the last place I would go. After a busy day walking around the city (and a cruise to get some sleep for), I decided to keep it simple and head to the bar area for a quick drink and bite before calling it a night. (Perhaps a decision worth trying more often!) I grabbed a seat at the bar and the first thing I did was order a Sandia Loca. I'm a big spicy margarita fan so both the tequila and tapatio caught my attention. I requested that it be made with mezcal instead. *insert chef's (bartender) kiss here* This will definitely be my drink of choice any time I'm back out that way. I then ordered the Andare Bruschetta and Cheesy Polenta from the Starters. The bruschetta was the perfect bite of char, light sweetness and the mellowed zip of a chive. The polenta however... That left me wishing it came as a main dish! It was my favorite thing I'd eaten all day. The sausage brought a perfect level of heat and the seasoning was delicious. I expected the eggplant to not work... There's a reason I'm not the chef. I would 10 out of 10 recommend grabbing a bite of this dish as an explosion of flavor on the palate. Andare has potentially changed my mind about hotel restaurants/bars.

Yelp
Located on Floor 1 of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, this is usually our go to when finding a place to grab a drink. There is a bar in the front as as you walk past the bar opens up to a large dining area. Low light ambiance, calm, more upscale feel with an Italian themed menu. I tried a mocktail that was similar to their Dragonfruit Martini and it was delicious; not too sweet with the fruit puree sitting at bottom gradient up to the clear beverage a top.

Yelp
Not sure why this restaurant only has 3.5 stars. We dined here as part of our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff is so kind and attentive. We were checked on often and our drinks were refilled timely. The food is very reasonably priced for a hotel eatery. Lots of variety for breakfast choices. Food was cooked and delivered timely. The waffles are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Nice buttermilk vanilla flavor. My made to order omelet was served piping hot with generous amount of mushroom, cheddar cheese, and tomato. The avocado toast was underwhelming but healthy :) my oatmilk latte wasn't neat but tasted great :) The seating is comfortable and quiet enough to be able to have a nice conversation even with guests seated at neighboring tables and an open kitchen. We were always seated quickly by the hosts and served with warm, hospitable smiles. We only dined here for breakfast so I'm not sure if the lunch and dinner foods are maybe the reason for the low stars?

Yelp
Our sustainability conference was here at the Hyatt so we were enjoying a drink at the bar here prior to leaving for our dinner at John Howie's steak house. Angelina was our bartender, super professional, friendly, and helpful once she found out where we planned on going to dinner. She had some suggestions that were for both food and wine pairings. Cannot go wrong when there's a person who knows what would be well received. Many thanks to Angelina for her service and suggestions! Support Angelina if you're near the Hyatt Regency downtown Seattle!

Yelp
An energetic bar inside the Hyatt Regency hotel. We enjoyed both of our drinks. Bartenders were friendly.

Yelp
Great food, nice atmosphere, and good service. Reasonable price. We had the breakfast buffet, also ordered off the menu. Buffet was good with crispy bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, and a special dish they vary each day.

Yelp
I did not care for this restaurant at all. My server seemed like they may have been having a bad day, but was not interested in taking my order or refilling drinks, etc. It was uncomfortable. I ordered the lemon pasta and it oddly tasted like fish. I couldn't finish it. I ate my salad and left the pasta. I would it return.

Yelp
Late posts from my trip to Seattle on December 12th where I stopped by on a cold mid afternoon for a glass of wine and an appie both of which hit the mark. The Pinot was recommended to me by the African American Bar Manager which he further described this local regional wine. Spicy meatballs in creamy polenta were a good choice as well since I wanted something to tide me over before hitting the Korean Gastropub for dinner later that day! Horseshoe Bar was fairly empty and it was the perfect environment I was looking for after a busy week.

Yelp
Looking for pizza for lunch well this place was the one. Excellent would cooked pie. Just fit the spot.

David Z.

Yelp
I was here during lunch and got the two for 23 deal. Wasnt interested in a breadt sandwhich so I got the sausage and kale soup and the ceasar salad with shrimp and parmesean crusted foccaia. The ceasar salad was one of the most disappointing ceasar I've had. Most of the time ceasar salads are a little over dressed for my taste but this one was just shone the bottle at most. On top of that the salad was missing the croutons and shaved parmesan. With such a disappointing salad the kale soup was such a nice contrast. Spicy, hearty and a nice pairing with the foccia its a suprise that these two dishes came out of the same kitchen. Pretty disappoint for hotel restuarant.

Yelp
I recently stayed at this hotel and ate here for breakfast twice and it was fine - got the job done. They have a continental buffet for $19, but for $10 more you can choose between some hot entrees (all you can eat). First, not all the hot entrees are actually offered anymore; I ordered the bruleed oatmeal, and was told to just get the oatmeal from the continental buffet. I also tried the eggs benedict; the eggs were slightly undercooked, as the whites were still a bit jelly-like. Additionally, service can be a bit slow - so I opted to grab breakfast at the hotel market during the workdays I needed to be somewhere early.

Yelp
Service: top notch. Perfectly aligned with what you would expect considering the hotel they are paired with. Location: top notch. Close to the convention center. Ambiance: lot of space ann with privacy in between tables. Great for business meetings! Food: a solid 3.5 stars. Nothing is worth going there on purpose. All dishes are good but lack personality, taste, and they are a bad interpretation of the Italian originals. Yet, overall the dining experience is great!

Yelp
This will be quick. It doesn't deserve much attention as this restaurant should be nothing more than a quick glance as one walks down the street and then moves along. It held promise based upon the menu but delivered deception and disappointment. I ordered a Coke and spaghetti and meatballs. What I got was a very expensive can of Coke and a paltry portion of spaghetti and one meatball. Generally, at least when communicating in English, when an "s" is included at the end of a noun, one can expect more than one of something. They could have included at least two meatballs so it wasn't a classic fib. And in case you wonder, "but how was the pasta?" Let me just say it was undercooked two (plural) levels below al dente. You would have thought that for the price they would have provided bread with the food. But no! I gave it one stars only because it is in a nice hotel. So stay at the hotel but order a pizza to be delivered.

Kyra S.

Yelp
I've never eaten such good food! My mom and I ordered Steak with crispy herb bread pudding, egg yolk jam, brown butter leek sauce, and charred cipolinnis, and strawberry lemonade. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The steaks were the perfect temperature. The strawberry lemon hit the perfect balance between sweet and tart. We were especially inpressed by the crispy, savory bread pudding. We basically licked our plates clean. The meals came out quickly, even with a packed restaurant. The waitress made sure our meals came out in time for us to make our show at the Paramount. This will be our new spot anytime we're in town. Thanks for an incredible experience! Would it be possible to get some recipes? We can't stop talking about this meal, and can't make the two hour drive to eat there as often as we would like.

Yelp
I gave it a 2 since the waitstaff was lovely. They took fresh clams and served them over pasta with zero idea how to make clam sauce. It had too much garlic, and the wine wasn't reduced which is why it was so awful. It tasted like Chardonnay and garlic. The clams were fresh, what a waste. My husband's spaghetti and meatballs were dry w no sauce with a bitter flavor. Go anywhere else. Shocked at Hyatt!

Leslie L.

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner at Andare Kitchen. The pizza was good and my husband loved the fettucine alfredo. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and everyone was very nice. I'd recommend this place.
google avatar

Shaguna W.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere at the bar. Definitely recommend the Foraged Mushroom Risotto. But portions are on the small side, especially for the price. Restaurant side. Bit dull and rushed. Pasta Carbonara was too lemony and not well seasoned. Not served very hot so went cold fast. Tuscan Bean Soup was very good Overall give 3-3.5 stars. Ok for a quick hotel lunch but would not go out of my way to visit.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
The 2 stars are specifically for the pizza. This was unfortunately the worst pizza I've had in Seattle. I had the Ortaggio and my partner had Pepperoni and the crust was super salty. The toppings on mine were also quite large slices and difficult to eat as a result. It kept falling off the pizza and it felt like I was just eating salty artichokes. My partner felt the same about his pepperoni pizza for the saltiness and general lack of flavor. The hard Italian soda was very tasty and interesting. The server was also excellent and we liked the ambiance. Really it's just the pizza we did not like. I can't really recommend the food but the drinks and service were good.

Gregg M.

Yelp
We had a nice dinner after the game and the service was amazing. We had pizza, steak, salad and the fried gnocchi and everything was delicious

Denver D.

Yelp
Two stars for great service and decent atmosphere. Wine list was so so but passable. The big surprise was the truly awful Caesar salads we all had. I mean DRY, flavorless, not a hint of any anchovies or any of the normal Caesar dressing flavors. No croutons, but after that was pointed out we were brought a couple of small dishes of bread crumbs, yes Breadcrumbs, to sprinkle on. The salad was so dry there was no dressing clinging to any of our salad plates. There was not a hint of any creaminess. It was like Kraft Parmesan sprinkled on moist lettuce. We advised them to remove the so-called Caesar salad from the menu as the three of us, all being seniors, know what a Caesar salad should be like, and this was no Caesar.

Heidi G.

Yelp
The food was amazing. We stuffed ourselves silly and when something went wrong, they made it right, right away. - without us asking. We'd come back again in a minute. We had: Appetizers: Bruschetta, cheesy polenta (a version of this should be a main dish), and calamari - all very good. Main dishes: Chop salad - delightful. Chicken Parmesan - best I've had in a long while. Spaghetti and meatballs - perfect spice to the meatballs. Pizza - rated 10/10 by our teenage pizza connoisseur. Dessert: Crème brûlée is to die for. Fruit on top was at its peak taste. Chocolate mascarpone amaretto cheesecake - subtle hints of amaretto and a sweet but not saccharine-like chocolate base. Delish. Tiramisu - beautiful presentation, wonderful taste. Huge slice. Thank you to the wonderful staff and talented cooks. You exceeded our expectations and gave us an unforgettable experience. I do regret one thing - not taking pictures of our food to share in this review. We were too busy enjoying it.
google avatar

Joelle P.

Yelp
I'm only posting this because I got so excited seeing other posts about the calamari that I had to go try it Wednesday. In previous photos it came with red sauce (which you would expect from an Italian restaurant) and sometimes also a white sauce (tartar)? Mine came with some kind of smoky (chipotle?) sauce. The steam from the calamari made the batter gooey or just plain fall off. And there were peppers or something also in the dish. After getting my hopes up, this made for a disappointing meal.

Yelp
First time , pleasant atmosphere . The staff was friendly and polite especially our waiter Abraham . Service was very good and the wine and pasta delicious. No issues or problems with our meal. Only problem I had was the added gratuity added to the bill especially when it was just 2 of us & not a large party when they do add this. Or else it would have gotten a 5 Star...

Selina G.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, service and the food was delicious. Mark the manager was very friendly.
google avatar

Madison M.

Yelp
The food was okay - the pizza left a lot to be desired. It felt a little under done and lacked flavor. I also got the tomato soup which was good but the cheese did not melt well in the soup. The foccacia was good! The vibe was pretty chill - it's a hotel restaurant so can be popping if there's a convention in town or it's a peak travel weekend. The service was great and speedy!

Yelp
Andrade is an Italian style restaurant that has a select menu of appetizers, pasta, pizza, salads, and entrees. While the menu isn't large, it does have a decent selection that could probably appease most customers. We selected the margarita pizza, tomato soup and tiramisu. We split it and it was enough for us to snack on between meals. The pizza had a nice flavor to it, but the dough was really thin so the toppings pretty much slid off and it got messy...as long as you're aware of that going into it, you can prepare yourself to eat more daintily or "appropriately." The soup, creamy with a nice tomato touch, tasted lovely, and the tiramisu, while on the rich end, left us fulfilled. I enjoyed this venue. They do have a bar that stays open till eleven or midnight but it's for 21 and over.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm visiting Seattle for a conference and this restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency. The bar was full of conference attendees but the restaurant was empty. (My appetite is on central time). I started with an Italian margarita. Great flavor and not too much alcohol. The tomato basil soup was next and it was amazing. Great flavor with visible herbs and a nice bit of grated cheese. The linguini entree was just the right temperature with loads of flavor. Chives, sun dried tomatoes and garlic with a creamy sauce. What a great meal! And I'm here 3 more days. I don't venture out much on solo business trips so I'll be in here again, even with the mandatory service charge.

Yelp
Came here with my parents for a holiday dinner, only get to see them a few times a year when they come to Seattle and we stopped by Andare for food and drinks and everything was superb, all the food was good and the drinks were excellent. Jordan's service was incredible, his attitude and personality was fun and he made the meal perfect. From adding fried chicken breast to pasta and the right portions for each, his knowledge of the menu made hard choices easy. So many good things were on the menu! His skills at bartending were entertaining as well. A wonderful experience and will make sure to come back for the next holiday to celebrate

Brian T.

Yelp
Dinner for two; ordered Chop Salad and asked for Gorgonzola on the side. Arrives with it mixed in and the server mumbles something about being an hourly worker when we asked about the mistake. Huh? Spaghetti Carbonara comes and it's impossible to find the pancetta because the dish is just a large blob of cheesy overcooked pasta (see image). 1-1/2 stars because the focaccia was good. Barely. I can't believe that's the highlight of a $160 meal for 2... Don't get me started on the mandatory 18% service charge. Barely rose to that level of service. Not a penny more. I'll go around the corner for noodles next time.

Yelp
Visiting for a conference and popped in Andare for breakfast. It is located in the Hyatt so I was a little skeptical but truly had a good experience. Very reasonable priced breakfast buffet that had all the staple but also we strong on fresh fruit and cut oatmeal. Also, you can order if the menu and everything is included in the buffet price. Nice surprise. Had The Seattle Omelet w/salmon. Surprisingly solid. $5 service added to tab. Not sure I feel about that. Overall good job.
google avatar

Brionna K.

Yelp
This restaurant was located in our hotel at the Hyatt regency! When we went it was not during a busy time, therefore the service was pretty fast. The food was okay nothing special although we did enjoy the steak entree. It was cooked perfectly. The strawberry limoncello martini was excellent.
google avatar

Yelp
Both drinks and dinner were below mediocre. For drinks, we ordered the Mule and the Witch's Wine. The Mule was awful... Primary taste was LIME. The Witch's Wine was an average drink. I admit that our server mentioned it was a "spirit forward" cocktail, we just think it would be all we tasted. For dinner, we ordered the Baked Ziti and the Gnocchi. The ziti was undercooked & chewy, with the bread crumbs adding an unpleasant texture that did not add to the flavor of the dish. The gnocchi was bland and the sauce was 'tangy tomato', something akin to a canned pasta flavor. With that said, we want to provide kudos to our server Abraham. He was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Although we can't/won't recommend this restaurant to anyone, if you decide to give this restaurant a try, we recommend you ask for Abraham.

Yelp
Pretty good restaurant within the Hyatt Regency hotel. I went with a group of 6 friends for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant got us a table very quickly despite not having a reservation! The rest of the wait times for food ordering and arrival were medium to long. Waiter was friendly and gave us good drink recommendations. Food was great, but seemed a little expensive for what it was, specifically for the pizza. The portion of pasta was pretty small too, though the pastas are pricer cheaper. Strawberry Limoncello Martini - Reeeaaaally good, can't go wrong with this one. I ended up ordering it twice! Margherita Pizza - Sauce was very good! Could have added some more mozzerella cheese, there wasn't a lot on there.

Yelp
Overpriced, too salty. Hair was found in my food. At least they gave me a new dinner.

Yelp
Heads up to anyone who cares: **CHECK YOUR BILLS!!!** You'll be paying an 18% service charge without even realizing it. The food? Meh, pretty forgettable. The pasta was alright, but the calamari? Skip it. The batter falls off, so half the time you're just eating fried batter with sauce. Service? Nothing special--they brought us a bottle of water and that was it. Despite plenty of open tables, they stuck us at a window bar for some reason, and the whole staff gave off major "we don't want to be here" vibes. Now, here's the sneaky part--they give you a bill with just the total, no breakdown of the charges. When we asked for an itemized bill, we noticed an 18% "service charge" tacked on *after* tax, which is basically a tip they didn't tell us about. We almost double-tipped! And for what? I'm pouring my own water! At this rate, I might as well serve myself from the kitchen. That whole bill situation left a worse taste in my mouth than the food. We always tip, but come on--what service were we even tipping for? Don't charge us without telling us! It feels like you're scamming every customer who walks in. Honestly, the service charge probably makes more than the food and drinks to keep this place afloat. Good luck if you decide to eat there.

Yelp
It's your standard run of the mill hotel restaurant. Had breakfast here every morning when I was staying at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle. Wouldn't pay out of pocket for it but since I am a Globalist, the breakfast was free. Wide range of options with continental and full breakfast. Food was okay. Ordered the made to order omelette and waffles. Not very tasty but what can I say, didn't have much expectation in the first place. The service was a bit spotty as well - had to keep flagging down the waiters to get our orders each day.

Yelp
God was Amazing!!! Service was Excellent!! We're here in Seattle celebrating our BDay(hubby and I share the same BDay on Feb 10). our waiter Abraham was courteous and friendly. The manager Mark came up and welcomed us and comped our drinks/dessert as our BDay gift!! Definitely will be back when we're in Seattle again!! Try the Mushroom Bruchetta, it is AMAZING!!!

Yelp
The food was delicious. The service was outstanding and the Ambiance was great too. We went there for dinner and breakfast but I thought the breakfast was a bit pricy but I would still go there again because even though it was prizy, I still think it was fabulous.

Yelp
Review for breakfast only. 4-stars as a freely accessible Hyatt Globalist perk, 2-stars if I had to pay for it directly. Pros: +decent yogurt/fruit/oatmeal bar +decent made-to-order custom omelet thing going on +decent made-to-order waffles +pastries decent as a later-snack in a pinch +minimum viable charcuterie +really good waitstaff service Cons: -surprisingly bad hot bar given its nice presentation. Potatoes bland, sausage lackluster, bacon inconsistent, and the eggs are in typical caked Hyatt form -flat breads taste ok for sitting around in the open -coffee brewed from the nether regions of whatever demons haunting this joint, it's so bad it takes the joy out of drinking coffee everywhere else in this fine city

Yelp
We were disappointed to say the least and should have taken other reviews more seriously. The entrees took forever. The chef doused everything in pepper. The cheese sauce in the kids meals and on the pizza was sour. Why put a blue-like cheese on kids meals? The one plus was good tomato soup but I can make that at home. There are much better options within a few blocks.

Yelp
This place looks lovely however the food was really bad. We ordered chicken and shrimp alfredo and could hardly eat any of it, the little my husband did eat ended up making him throw up that night. Do not recommend the garlic bread smelt horrible. The tomato soup however did taste very good. We did order all of this to-go so that may have scewed what the normal dining experience is like. Unfortunately will not be going back!
