The Smallest New Hotels in the MICHELIN Guide

"A glance at Andaru Niseko’s villas and it’s clear you’re in for something unusual. Architect Koichi Ishiguro was inspired by the traditional dwellings of the indigenous Ainu people, and if the end result has something in common with Alpine A-frames, it’s no accident — Niseko is a popular winter destination, and these two-story villas stand tall above even the deepest snowfall." - Mark Fedeli

Andaru Collection Niseko (Kutchancho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido Prefecture) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"A glance at the distinctive silhouettes of Andaru Niseko’s villas and it’s clear you’re in for something unusual here. Architect Koichi Ishiguro was inspired by the traditional dwellings of the indigenous Ainu people, and if the end result has something in common with Alpine A-frames, it’s no accident — Niseko, on the island of Hokkaido, is a popular winter destination, and these two-story villas stand tall above even the deepest snowfall. (Summertime adventures abound as well.) Beneath another peaked roof is the hotel’s restaurant, Ultimo, which serves an ever-changing menu of upscale and authentic Italian fare." - Tablet Hotels

We enjoyed our stay at Andaru Niseko Villas for 7 nights. The service is very nice and the villa is clean and beautiful. However, there are few things could be improved a little bit. First, even the breakfast is good, but lacks of variety. If you stay more than 3 nights, you might want more selections for the menu. Second, as for long stay guests, it could be more convenient to have the washing machine in the villa. Other than that, we like the isolated location nearby the Hirafu. It’s quite convenient to get to the Annipuri ski resort. You will feel relaxed staying in Andaru.

We spent a week at the Andaru collections niseko 3 weeks ago and it was simply amazing. The villa is incredible with luxury comfort, and the service is « relais & chateau » level. The team really cares for the guests and was very reactive to any of our wishes. The half board experience is not to be mentioned, absolutely stunning and fine dining at restaurant Ultimo, and i know what i am talking about as a french chef! Bravo to the Chef too! Really thank you to all the team for this unforgettable experience ! We will definitely come again !

I highly recommend Andaru Niseko Villas for any special occasion. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests make them stand out from the rest. I proposed engagement to my partner in the hotel and they surpassed all expectations, big shout out for the staff to arrange decorations, flowers, guitar for my surprise proposal. I will forever cherish the memories created here! The staff can be easily communicated with English with supreme welcoming and service.

Andaru Niseko is a collection of 6 boutique villas. The villas are built into the hill. You enter into the lounge and living room with a small kitchenette. The lounge and living areas are very spacious. The sleeping room is downstairs again very spacious. The hotel has a number of SUBs to pick up guests and shuttle them around town and to the slopes and back. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

After a difficult day, we arrived in Andaru. We had a happy day. The overwhelmingly beautiful architecture, good food, and staff service were all great. There was no hot spring bath, but the duplex room was very nice. In particular, thanks to the consideration of manager Mr. Hata******, I was able to use a taxi to go far away at a low fare. The other staff were also very friendly and tried to help. I had a touching day and I think it will be memorable.
