We just had a fantastic stay here. The staff were uniformly great, from the front desk, to the concierge team, to the breakfast servers. All friendly, welcoming and able to assist us with our needs. Hotel rooms were great and Globalist recognition was excellent. Location is right next to the metro stop and there are many local restaurants immediately around the restaurant and within a 15 minute walk.

Very professional and responsive staff!!! Recognized my World of Hyatt membership and offered free upgrade considering the number of my family before I asked and provided a rollaway bed, which shows they are proactive, helpful and kind towards guests. Impeccable room conditions. Smart location choice at the Apgugeong station exit 3. Everything was clean, modern and well-maintained. Exceeded my expectations.

Amazing stay at the Andaz, our highest recommendation. Super convenient to clinics, shopping and great food. Cute walking district just 10 min away. Rooms were spacious and the staff service was 11 out of 10.

We’ve been to many Hyatt hotels around the world/US, and this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The staff is hospitable and thoughtful, hotel is very clean, and it’s at a great location in Seoul. The pool and hot tubs is definitely worth checking out after a long day of sightseeing. Our toddler loved staying here and called it “home” at one point. Highly recommend this hotel to families!

Where do I even begin? From the moment I stepped in the hotel to the moment I left, I was treated like family. I experienced a medical incident on my first night (unrelated to the hotel) and the staff was ready to help in any way they could. From arranging transportation to translating to walking me to a pharmacy, they went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful. The in-room dining was delicious and well-priced. The hotel is located close to public transportation and lots of delicious restaurants. I can't wait to come back!

The location of this hotel is super convenient. The hotel is situated right on top of a metro station and you can get to many popular areas very easily. We stayed in this hotel for about a week and the cleaning lady that was in charge of our floor was so sweet. She greeted us everyday and asked if we needed anything before we left the room. The first floor staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I am very impressed by their concierge team. They helped me make several appointments ahead of time. At one point I couldn't locate one of my appointments. Fortunately it was not too far, but one of the team members ran to find me (9 min walk) and showed me where to go. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. Thank you so much for helping me and making my stay feel like home. The location and availability of food, shopping and resources was great. Would love to come back.

Great first impression - very clean and modern looking. Nice vibe. Room was very spacious and bright. Nice big bathroom with more than sufficient space for our own toileteries and cosmetics. Nice space near doorway for hanging coats and another in the bathroom for clothes. Breakfast was amazing! Location was central and right next to subway. I left my bag strap in the room on checkout and they kept it aside for me. Place to stay!
