Stayed at Andaz Hotel Seoul and I really enjoy it. The design is very stylish and modern, but also has Korean touch which makes it unique. The lobby feels like art space, and the whole hotel vibe is cool and calm. My room was super clean and comfortable. The bed is amazing, and the bathroom is very nice too. Location is also great, easy to go shopping and explore Seoul. The staff was polite and helpful, and they always greet you with smile. I also like the little details in the room, it feels luxury but not too heavy. Breakfast was good with many choices, and the overall experience was very smooth. If you want a high-end stay in Seoul, Andaz Hotel Seoul is a strong recommend. また泊まりたいホテルです。

Checked out 1/26. Abo and his manager were amazing! service was warm, clear, and genuinely kind. Made me feel really welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you both. I really appreciate it. Huge breakfast spread, super fresh fruit, and the bed was so comfy it actually boosted my Oura sleep score. As a matter of fact I’m booking Andaz again for March. Thank you for making my stay simply lovely.

Perfect Stay! I loved my time at this hotel. I spent 14 nights here and the staff were so welcoming, everyone from the cleaning staff to the doormen. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view (King Bed room). The bed was super comfortable, the free snacks and drinks were replenished daily, soundproof room, excellent shower and a quality iron in the room. I appreciated the privacy and make up your room button next to the lighting. Sophia was able to help me with my many requests! Thank you Peter Lee, Sophia, Abo, Davi, Juni and Claire for making my stay great.

We’ve truly loved our stay here. The hotel’s location—right above the metro line—couldn’t be more convenient, and there are plenty of great restaurants within a short walk. The service has been outstanding; everyone we’ve encountered has been warm, helpful, and always smiling. The concierge even assisted us with securing a hair salon appointment. As Globalists who travel often, we can confidently say the service and food here are exceptional. The bed is incredibly comfortable as well. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Service was excellent. Experienced staff going beyond expectations. Highly recommend. The suite was beautiful and the extra rollaway bed was of very decent quality. Staff treated me and my sister with genuine care and warmth and made very lasting impressions. We will stay again

The Andaz Seoul Gangnam is so conveniently located by the subway station, shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and tasteful and the staff from check-in to housekeeping are friendly and attentive. The bathroom in the room was amazing - if I could remodel my own bathroom, I would want one like that! The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with delicious local options and Western options. Dining at the hotel for dinner was also delightful. I would love to stay here again!

This Andaz was a perfect location during our stay in Seoul. Everything is very accessible with the railway right below this hotel, making it easy to move around the city. Lots of food & places to visit nearby in Gangnam as well. Overall had an amazing stay, the staff was very kind & helpful from check in to check out. A big thank you to Andrew, for making sure everything was ready before our stay. Will be re-visiting for future stays in Seoul. Also very nicely decorated for the holidays!

Andaz Seoul Gangnam is perfectly situated in the center of Gangnam. The breakfast is truly excellent, and the services provided by the staff are top-notch. It is worth noting that the hotel is on a very busy street, so the surrounding bustle is constant, but the convenience and luxury make it a standout choice for the area.
