We’ve truly loved our stay here. The hotel’s location—right above the metro line—couldn’t be more convenient, and there are plenty of great restaurants within a short walk. The service has been outstanding; everyone we’ve encountered has been warm, helpful, and always smiling. The concierge even assisted us with securing a hair salon appointment. As Globalists who travel often, we can confidently say the service and food here are exceptional. The bed is incredibly comfortable as well. Overall, we’ve had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

My recent stay at Andaz once again reminded me why I love this brand!||The front desk team was young, energetic, and super friendly. They even went out of their way to arrange an early check-in for me, which I truly appreciated.||||The room was spacious and spotless, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The mini bar and snacks were complimentary, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. The hotel’s location is very convenient, surrounded by plenty of fine dining options.||||This was already my third stay at Andaz, and each time the experience just gets better. With their service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, Andaz has definitely earned a permanent spot on my “go-to hotels” list. Can’t wait to come back again! 💖

Decided to stay in Andaz for my first visit to Seoul and celebrating my girlfriends birthday. I communicated with Mr. Andrew Bae, he was very responsive and helped me setup a birthday treat for my girlfriend. Also applied the SUA for the room We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel as it was very beautiful and all the staff were amazing. I don't know if their hiring manager is just amazing or they only hire the right people, but they are doing it right! We were welcomed by Mr. Bae and we felt very special with the surprise birthday treat. Our suite was amazing, very spacious and I love the huge comfy bed. Mr. Bae made sure that even the porter greeted my girlfriend when delivering our luggage, she felt extra extra special! The hotel is 1-2 mins walk to the nearest train station, so convenient as well! Breakfast is delicious especially the daily bulgogi, homemade croissant, smoked salmon (probably the best one I've had) and also I don't like muffins usually but their muffins are extra moist and tasty! Aside from Mr. Bae, other people who were extra special (extra because all of the staff were already so nice) are: Se-Rim/Joelle - bartender at the 2nd floor, very friendly and we loved talking to her while enjoying delicious drinks. She even surprised my girlfriend with a birthday treat, so lovely! We go to the bar to talk to her almost every night Paul Park - breakfast server, very pleasant to talk to as well and made sure we had everything we needed Eunjin - housekeeping maid who made sure our room was not only clean, but very organized. We were extra messy this trip because we were always out and would come back and sleep around 1-3 am so did not have time to organize but she made extra sure everything was clean and very organized I don't know how this hotel has Park Hyatt level of service and I don't know if its the general manager who should be thanked, but we had an absolute amazing experience at this hotel and would love to come back!

The Andaz Seoul Gangnam is so conveniently located by the subway station, shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and tasteful and the staff from check-in to housekeeping are friendly and attentive. The bathroom in the room was amazing - if I could remodel my own bathroom, I would want one like that! The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with delicious local options and Western options. Dining at the hotel for dinner was also delightful. I would love to stay here again!

Hotel is conveniently located above metro and near several skin/beauty clinics. Taxis were convenient as there is a drive in area for dropoff and pickup. Staff are friendly and speak English and well. Room was spacious, bathrooms are modern, but small. The shower door doesn’t seal fully so water seeps out after each use. Ordered 2 drinks in lobby while waiting for check in. They are very overpriced and just average. Go to blue bottle next door instead. Overall, still an enjoyable stay.

This Andaz was a perfect location during our stay in Seoul. Everything is very accessible with the railway right below this hotel, making it easy to move around the city. Lots of food & places to visit nearby in Gangnam as well. Overall had an amazing stay, the staff was very kind & helpful from check in to check out. A big thank you to Andrew, for making sure everything was ready before our stay. Will be re-visiting for future stays in Seoul. Also very nicely decorated for the holidays!

The Andaz Seoul was a wonderful property and the service was excellent. We were upgraded to a suite as I am a Globalist and received multiple free drink coupons, snacks, water and free breakfast. We mainly ate at the hotel and the food was good. Breakfast in particular was outstanding. Both Western and Korean / Asian food was available. For dinner we had a variety of food on our 6 night stay and the bar area had sufficient choices on the menu for small plates and full dinners. The coffee shop had delicious cakes and gelato for dessert. Highly recommend this property. ||||Subway was in the basement of the hotel and we had no need to use taxis at all. The subway was very easy to use.

I stayed here with my sister in Oct for 10 nights. |It was a super comfortable stay: of note was the comfortable bed/bedding, designer room decor, room offerings, amenities, two bathrooms, super kind cleaning lady, lobby staff, attentiveness and the breakfast buffet. ||The location was perfect 10/10. Close to everything we needed to visit in Gangnam. The subway entrance is literally downstairs. Tons of coffee shops nearby. I would love to stay here again!
