Awesome chicken Caesar with an asain twist. New favorite spot by union square!

Food is great. On my visit I got the CAPONATA TURKEY MELT, SAMBAL POTATO SALAD and ORGANIC PEACH BLACK TEA by Harney & Sons. The sandwich-while small in size was jammed packed with meat and flavor. The potato salad was spicy in a delicious fashion and the drink complemented it all well enough. Total cost was just just shy of $15.00. Staff was great and conversational. I wish I remembered her name. She had short black hair. Very friendly. My hang up is that they do not accept cash. Reminds me of sweetgreen that way. Its kind of annoying. Its just another way to divide people in my view. Either way it was great end to a shopping trip in Union Square.

While the meatball sandwich was well seasoned and tasty, the thick hero type tough bread holding the meatballs caused the sandwich to fail. I would have still given it 3 stars though had it not been for the arrogant and rude kitchen worker being so pretentious and self-righteous when he assumed he had some authority to come outside (just before I made it into the establishment) to tell me to put my cigarette out. I was in the process of putting it out as I approached the door reading the menu from outside. It was definitely an awkward, negative, and unnecessary approach. Hopefully he's not forcing the homeless out of their slumber on the nearby streets in his spare time. Quite annoying and could definitely use some approach training in public interactions. I won't be returning.

Extremely friendly service, delicious rice bowl special and nice variety of sandwiches and salads. Go from 8-9pm where they spin good tunes too.

Cheap, fast, and good enough (not great though). Beats pret or any of those other weird giant “lunch” places for a quick breakfast or lunch.

David Chang is brilliant. Loved the cheesesteak here!
