I have been bringing my son to Andover Leisure Centre many times before and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I spoke with a staff member named Phoebe who was extremely rude and spoke to me very loudly, which was completely unnecessary. I felt uncomfortable and had no choice but to ask for a manager to step in. I don’t know why the service was lacking this time, but I believe Phoebe would really benefit from customer service training. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this can be addressed so that future visits can be more positive.
To make things worse, they told me they would call me back to resolve my booking issue, but no one ever contacted me. I had to physically go there myself just to explain about a double booking, which day I wanted to attend, and which day I needed to cancel. I expected better communication and service from a place I’ve trusted for a long time.
