This place having 4 stars is a HUGE mystery to me. This pizza was AWFUL tasting. Taste was yuck, crust was partially burnt. As my photos show I tried to pick over it so I didn't feel like I wasted my money but my money was wasted. I don't drink or eat mango anything so I received a drink I didn't order. I ordered the Ginger Berry Lemonade. It was delivered by Ubers Eats so I couldn't rate the service really or atmosphere.

All they do it talk … they prolong the time for your good because they too busy chatting, I could have done online order but times I’ve done online they don’t read the directions before a test I had to take i decided to come in person and get my food but of course im waiting 10 min just for her to put the sauce on my pizza why u may ask ? Because she talking too much then just to finish off my topping took them another 10-15 min to finish that because they are laughing and giggling … this happened around 9:00pm on December 2nd there was no line no nothing taller African American lady and two Hispanic ladies … they then left the the back with cava bags , and left our pizza… something needs to be done

The guy at the register is what truly makes this store’s customer service amazing. He was kind, had a great attitude, and even held my order while I stepped into another store. He made sure everything was correct and checked in to see if I needed anything else before I left. Huge thank you to him!

We were in the area for the weekend due to an event and found this place on Google. Though...ehh let give it a try.... SSSSSOOOOO glad we did! We ordered pizza, wings, and cheeses stick and all 4 adults were extremely happy with all the food. The wings were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The pizza, a pan crust was superb! And the cheese stick were delicious! We will definitely be ordering from Jets in the future!

Very good pizza with plenty of vegan options to enjoy. The fountain drinks are good as well. The garlic butter just so happens to be dairy free which is nice. I had it drizzeled on after my pizza cooked. They also offer a gluten free crust as well. They will clean the surface when you request gluten free crust. They have many options to finish your pizza with such as hot honey, arugula, Parmesean, red pepper flakes etc. I love the vegan knots they have.

I ordered vegan knots without onion. Not only did they manage to add the biggest onion they could in some of them. But most are just empty. I thought it was a joke, and these are supposed to have vegan sausage. If you run out of ingredients better cancel the order than send me this. A waste of time and money.

Don’t usually post negative, I love &Pizza and workers are very kind, but at this location I have ordered three times online and each order has been wrong each time. Lack of or extra ingredients, no drizzle asked for each time, and the last time my pizza was cut so one long side was a sliver and the other side was huge. Attention to detail would be appreciated at next visit to obtain the correct pizza ordered.

They changed since I visited last. The dough is pre-made and changes the taste doesn't taste fresh anymore. The young lady slim spanish employee was rude and appeared like I was interrupting her day. The young man however was very nice and pleasant. So unfortunately it's a no for me will not be returning.

Lousy experience. Now you have to order with a screen and you cannot get the pizza to your specifications and they try to charge you extra for everything. I am done with &Pizza

This location has such personable staff! Popped in to order a quick dinner. American Honey is my go to. So yummy.

The food was AMAZING. Quick service and the employee was very sweet. The lighting was very bright and felt very homey in my opinion. Nathaniel and I really enjoyed our experience and would love to come again!

I love &pizza and this location is great. Staff is amazing and friendly and if there's a line, it moves quickly. There's also plenty of parking. Unlike the location closest to my house, they don't skimp on the toppings and I've never received a sloppy looking pizza and I appreciate that. The pineapple jack'd is my absolute favorite and it doesn't hurt that is one of their lower calorie pies. It's the perfect combo of sweet/salty and spicy.

Good pizza. Not over the top good, but better than most. If you like crispy crust this is the place to try. Very good thin crust. The lunch special is a good deal for 7$. Half a pizza and a drink. This place is worth a visit.

Absolutely love that they have gluten free options that are actually good! Staff is so accommodating about it. Their portions are awesome and I love how fast it takes to walk out the door with your pizza.

Aside from the price, which isn't out of line for most every place ($15 plus tax and tip (optional)) the food is freshly prepared as you order it. Served hot. Ample seating for lunch crowd. Tastes very good, I must say. Zero hesitation on going there again. Set up for app ordering and rewards. The only thing that was a drawback, is that the signage on the building does not catch your eye. That may not be their fault, though. A lot of building owners constrain their renters from "decorating " the outside of their place the way they would want. I do not know if this is the case here or not.

It was SO good. Definitely lived up to the "five star review". Service was amazing, the music was nice and lightened up the mood, and the food was delicious. Good for anyone, even gluten free! Recommend the Cinna-Knots and the Lil Roni. American honey was great too.

Out-of-towner here. Fast, friendly service and the best garlic knots I've ever had in my life. The dough is so soft but not spongey and the outside is just the right amount of crispy. Definitely coming here again before my trip is up

As with mostly every single &Pizza I've visited, the pizza at this location was delicious! Right over the bridge for easy access, this location is perfect for a quick trip if you're in the office or if you want a quick dinner and just want a little road trip. You can customize your pizza or choose one from the selections on the menu. You can't go wrong with toppings like chicken, shrimp, meatballs, spinach, broccoli, etc. Each pizza is personal size and placed in a quick bake oven for fast baking. Don't forget to add your dressings/oils at the end. One of my new favorite oils to add at the end is the hot honey. It's sweet and has a kick to it. Specialty sodas are offered as well. You literally can't go wrong at &Pizza. Delicious and crispy pizza, done your way!

This place is always busy, located next to the five guys in a busy shopping center. Wasnt interested to try this pizza chain until the social media ads finally got to me for a $5 pizza coupon. As a natural deal hunter, had to give it a try. So made my order online for carry out. You can skip the line and go to the front for pickups. It was ready on time when I got there. Onto the food - I never knew arugula on pizza could be so good! The pizza was delicious. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The crust had a light crisp and chewiness. The only thing they forgot was the drizzle on top. Wish they would add more broccoli, the portion honestly looked like one small piece of broccoli chopped up into itty bitty pieces. Other than that, this was a delicious pizza.

Service is hit or miss, depending on who is in that day, but the pizza is consistent and fresh. Tip: order in the store to guarantee your order is correct and fresh. Garlic knots are great also. I am simple and get the Lil' Roni with extra cheese, game changer! Good loyalty program.

You really can't go wrong with any &pizza location. Cheerful staff, quick service, clean stores, ample seating (this location offers outdoor seating) and fair pricing. Plenty of crusts, toppings, sauces and toppings to choose from. Can't decide? Go for one (or more) of their specialty (pre-selected options) or seasonal pizzas. Thirsty, they have a really good craft bottled and fountain drink selection. Check it out. You can't go wrong.

I took advantage of &pizza's buy one, get one free deal and I've had four total up to this point. The pizza ingredients are fresh and the dough has a nice crunch to it. I wish the slices were a bit thicker because other thin pizzas I've had weren't like this, making the size a bit deceptive in terms of how filling the meal is. Also, they charge $0.75 for ranch and still only filled the small cup half-way, which wasn't enough to finish the pizza. That's a big deal for me, so I had to take a star for that. I mainly took advantage of the promotion they're having, but I might revisit this place every once in a while in the future, but next time with full ranch.

Stopped here for lunch with the kids after some shopping at Potomac Yard. Social distancing squares are used when waiting in line. This is a BYO pizza bar so the toppings are endless. I am a white pizza person so I go for the Parmesan sauce, pepperoni, sausage, and salami. I get shredded mozz and fresh mozz on my pizza as the more cheese, the better. It is then sent into the oven for baking and the baking time is STAT! Once done in the oven, you can finish your pizza off with fresh toppings and drizzles. I go for the garlic drizzle and truffle ranch drizzle. Overall, an amazing pizza, the crust is always soft and fluffy. However, I was disappointed that egg was no longer a topping choice. This is one of the staples on my pizza and why I like &pizza, so complete and utter disappointment. But not a dealbreaker!! Lastly, the drink. &pizza has some unique drinks. You can get them canned or out the fountain. The drink I go for is the mango passion fruit soda. The flavors are great and it has just enough bubbles. However, today changed the drink game. I tasted the very ginger lemonade for the first time and it was delightful. This will be a new item on my list of faves .

There's a number of reasons I like &pizza as opposed to the other quick service pizza spots Namely: Size, flavor, freshness of toppings, and price point. And when you're in a rush, maybe per chance... headed to a movie at the Regal cinemas right behind Potomac Yard Shopping Center... this might be the perfect place to stop. You can literally have a pizza made within a couple of minutes. And trust me, it will not take too long to eat either. Not because it's small no, because it's D-lish. Everytime I'm in &pizza I fight with myself about what toppings I should put on. It's like a salad bar. Sometimes you go ham on a salad bar and you come out with this salad looking like it has no place in a bowl. A salad that is the oddest combination of ingredients known to man A salad that looks like you described the word "salad" to an alien lifeform, and the alien used your verbal instruction to try and recreate a salad from a bunch of ingredients put out in front of it. That's easy to do with pizza here. You just keep adding on toppings until you can't pick up a piece of the pizza. You just keep adding toppings till the top of the pizza is 3 times as thick as the crust and cheese. It's a dangerous game. All in all the Italians had it right, and still have it right. Pizza should be fairly simple. You never see an Italian pizza with 100 toppings, and that's because they're not making a bruschetta; they're making a pizza. And pizza's should be simple. You should be highlighting the sauce, the cheese, and the crust. Toppings should accentuate those things, but not overtake. Yes... I am speaking really passionately about pizzas. It's like Bacon. Bacon is beautiful on it's own. It doesn't need 100 different fineries to be good. The most beautiful thing in the world is just a piece of fried thick cut bacon. "What will we find when we strip away your finery" You shouldn't have to. Anyways... so I messed up. I got too many toppings hahahhaa. Moral of the story, they have great menu suggestions. I was actually trying to recreate their old school Gnarlic Pizza. That was always my favorite. But I couldn't remember if I was making it right and then I panicked and added cherry tomatoes and vegan sausage. I will say, this &pizza got a real high rating from me because I asked the worker at the end to put A LOT of fresh basil on the pizza for me, and she listened with a real sharp ear to that A LOT. She heard me well!

Worst location ever i visited there and was left waiting while they processed 8 online orders,there was no acknowledgment ,no m'am i will be right with you and when i asked for the store manager i think his name was Kevin he was very dismissive and could care less about how I was treated. the young lady at the cash register was rude and rolled her eyes and you could tell they did not enjoy working for the company everyone seemed so peeved and upset and irritated to assist clients. when I asked her for the manager and to spell his name she never asked why but it was clear that she had an attitude. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and there was no line only one other person waiting ahead of me. do not go here!!

I'm a huge fan &pizza; I have no complaints at all. The ordering process is straight forward and it's a nice size product you get at the end. I always love my food! Their sausage is bomb! My experience at this location was interesting--I was behind a woman who was irate about the amount of cheese on her pizza. She had an absolutely horrible attitude! Like horrendous. The three staff members appeared to handle it as best they could. She demanded to see a manager and the manager handled the customer complaint well--courteously and professionally. It's must be hard to deal with people who are attitudinal about mozzarella. I could tell the staff were getting a little overwhelmed with the crazy cheese lady... maybe a stuff training wouldn't hurt for how to handle these types of situations!

Came in an hour before closing, super busy and had a bit of a wait, but Enrique really took initiative in the situation. Super positive and helpful to the rest of the staff, very engaged with the customers. Might be my new favorite location now .

&pizza is super solid and this location has its good days but when they are off they are OFFFFF. Good Days - Toppings placed with care and not to much spillage Bad Days - Toppings are missing and the pizza may be sloppily out together

First come, first serve!!!! I say that because we walked in a tad bit after they opened and ironically there was no line. Totally opposite of what I expected because typically whenever you visit an &pizza there is some kinda line. Unless you order ahead of course. There is that moment of timelessness when you can take as much time as you need to pick your toppings. No side eyes from those in front and behind you when you ask for more of this or that. While they do not have as many toppings as some other establishments, they are not stingy at all with what they do have. So can I get a little more onions please? Put some more pineapples on there too!! Maybe it's just me, but the pizza at this location seems to be extra crusty as in more crust on the pizza although I think it's just the placement of the toppings when it was made. Cooked to perfection it was extra tasty and billowing with steam from the hotness!!! Definitely had to get that balsamic fig sauce on the side so I could dip to my hearts delight. As if I didn't already love their creative drinks, the jarred tea was whispering to me but I went with old faithful and got the root beer. Staff was mad cool and the location was super clean!! They also have along high top table running down the middle of the restaurant for you to dine it at. Huge plus for those of us that are vertically challenged! There's plenty of parking and unless you've been here before they are sandwiched in between Cava and Five Guys like a game of restaurant hide and seek. & just Iike that, I'll be back!!!!

I'm only give a 4 star because the pizza I got wasn't my forte. I thought I'd try a new (vegan) pizza they had -- Hot In Here -- but unfortunately I didn't like the flavor combo. It wasn't spicy enough for me so I added some of their Buffalo sauce but I think I made it worse. Lol. I still ate it though because its pizza. Let me note, it's my personal taste that is doing the reviewing here. It had nothing to do with how they made the pizza. With that being said It might be someone else's forte. Just not mine. & However, the presentation was A1. And the pizza was still hot when I picked it up -- I showed up 10 minutes after I got the text that my order was ready. I did see that they had it in what looked like a fridge but to keep hot foods hot. So that's pretty cool.

I actually order from the mobile location at the Tanger Outlets, National Harbor. This was THE best pizza ever made there. I don't know who's working in that mobile bus/truck today.... But THANK YOU for making my Saturday so much better! @&pizza #NationalHarbor #SooooGood

Came for the soft opening of this new &pizza location in Alexandria, VA. The staff were so friendly and were providing tasty samples of their dessert pizza. It is also easily accessible off the Four-Mile bike trail. I made my own pie and it came out perfect! Even though the line was a little crazy, the staff provided individual attention and did a fantastic job of keeping track of everything. If it was an audition, they killed it! I love &pizza because they pile on the topping and keep it at a fixed price. They even let you do half and half for the indecisive friends. You can be however creative or basic you want. If you are indecisive, they have an easy selection of signature pizzas to choose from as well. &pizza is a classic treasure and every location has its own vibe. This one seemed more casual, one that you can stop by and pick up in a rush. Their sodas are quite interesting. A little too sweet for me, but the flavors are fun to try. The especially interesting one was the Cereal Milk Cream soda. I was lucky enough to try their Raspberry Strudel dessert pizza and absolutely loved it. The pizza wasn't too thick with sugar, and felt like added a slight mix of savory to a dessert and the tartness of the raspberries make it so you don't feel overwhelmed with sweetness. I may or may not have eaten the whole dessert pizza by myself. ;) I had an awesome experience and highly suggest people to stop by if they are in the area. It's a nice quick stop if you want fast and good food.

This &pizza got in early on an area where there is supposed to be a new Metro stop coming someday and a lot of development. It's a good-sized facility, with black and white furniture coordinated with the paint so you're either surrounded by one color or the other. The standard they've established is intact, with a customized flatbread pizza rolling off the oven in minutes. Menu options change periodically (I'm a little peeved they seem to have lost the ancient grains crust as I always ordered that), but overall, you'll still be able to get a pizza to fit almost any diet, and customize it for one price. Don't sleep on the sodas either. This location is notable for having a lot of staff and-it appeared-two ovens so online ordered could be prepared separately. If this is the new standard, maybe they'll be better with balancing the online demand with the in-person customer (which occasionally has been an issue at other locations). In any case, it's still a quality pizza.

Another good location for &Pizza. We were in the area and wanted to pickup some pizza for takeout. This location has adapted well to the social distancing in these times of #CoronaVirus - clearly marked distance markers, contactless payment options, mask enforcement policy, and employees wearing gloves! Along with all of that, the pizzas are still top notch and service is good. Our pizzas were well made and toppings were good and fresh! &pizza continues to be our go to place for pizza and they have kept up the good standards at all their locations :)

Nice new &pizza Dude who's responsible for saucing the dough is way slow They need more people on the line and an extra person who only takes payments I had to ask the guy to change his gloves after he rang up a person - took her card, gave her a receipt and sliced her pizza ALL WITH THE GLOVES on. She was the 2nd person he did that with. He gladly changed his gloves but with a bit of an attitude Pizza was was good Better than the location that I go to in town NW DC I'll be back.

The Buffalo pizza and the garlic knots were both amazing! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will be back.

I love &pizza and always welcome a new one when it opens in the neighborhood! I came here for the soft opening, and loved everything I ate! Every pizza is as good as you want to make it. I recommend giving a dessert pizza a shot if you haven't! The staff is super friendly too!

This is the first &Pizza I have visited in the DC area where I can actually hear the workers behind the counter. For whatever reason many others have the music so loud and the lights down low like a club. Pizza was nicely made, not burnt and workers were polite.

Bottom line up front: Fast pizza that's a fast favorite. Been going to &Pizza for years, and "The Yard", #27 is made from the same opportunity that Fast Food can be good food. Time from order to eating is under five minutes, and the crust is fresh, thin and hot. Try the ancient grains version for extra crunch. Staff are friendly and the sodas, while not cheap, are bottomless. Online ordering is a snap with the app. Best part for me, vegan cheese and vegan Italian sage based crumbled sausage. Definitely worth it. Garlic oil is a favorite topping for me!!!

After a year ago when I ate here, I'm still trying to figure out why my pizza tasted off. The pepperoni? The sauce? I didn't order anything weird, just a typical American style, and yet somehow it either tasted like a different meat was used--I'm highly sensitive to goat, lamb, sheep, and anything gamey--yet i kept looking back at the menu and there should've been nothing wrong with it. My family enjoyed theirs. But I couldn't and I guess that's on me. I can't eat here even though I know everyone loves it and it really is fun, easy, and charming food. I love their soda fountain. I don't drink a lot of soda so I was choosy. Their place is clean and people are nice. It's where hipsters go but also people who want a big meal fast. What was I tasting in my pizza? I wanna come back, guys. But it didn't taste like typical pizza. Something off that made my warning flare shoot off. Did you sneak in a liver blend? Did you use lamb pepperoni? What is in the sauce? Help me out.

The staff in here are ridiculously lax! I walked in with my wife (both of us with the required masks on) only to be told that they wouldn't take any orders in person and we would need to download the app and place the order online. I started to download the app and place the order and was then told I would need to go outside to do so because they didn't want to have too many people inside the restaurant, my wife and I were the only people there! The staff is only interested in baking a pizza and tossing it to you, don't expect anything close to decent customer service! Businesses (restaurants in particular) will need to adapt SIGNIFICANTLY faster than this and offer increased customer services in order to survive in the current economic environment! Service like this spells impending doom that no amount of crying over COVID-19 is going to solve!

We came for the soft opening and really enjoyed ourselves. Even though there was quite the crowd they were efficient at getting everyone moved through. Staff were friendly and eager to get you exactly what you wanted. I love having a spot like this in the area! The pizzas came out fast! All ingredients are very fresh which cannot be said for other unnamed similar establishments... I loved all of the options that were available and that you could customize everything (without worrying about guac being extra). Excited to have this new option so close, we can't wait to go back!

When this pizza is hot and fresh it's amazing, when you order for delivery....not so much. Also, WHERE IS THE DOUBLE PEPPERONI??

I rate it a one star because this one employee named Enrique that was there was asking so many questions about my personal life which I didn't want to say and he wouldn't take the hint that I didn't want to speak to him anymore I started to feel uncomfortable,I was just trying to pay for my pizza but he kept talking to me which I gave him multiple hints that I didn't want to speak to him cause he kept flirting with me while my boyfriend was waiting on the pizzas to come out besides this the other employees were great very friendly!!

Great place to grab a quick personal pizza. They have tons of topping options so you can't get bored of their food. Staff is friendly. Clean restaurant. I'm glad this place is close by!

I LOVE &Pizza! My family introduced this chain to me and I was a bit nervous because they said they offered vegan options. EVERY time I go to this location I always get treated with the utmost respect and care. They offer to clean off the surfaces, change gloves, etc with no ask from me. They have a separate cutting knife and they say "vegan pizza" when placing the pizza through the moving oven. The taste is so yummy and I don't feel like I am eating a greasy pizza. I actually feel great having this pizza. My hubby gets crazy with his and puts shrimp and chicken on his pizza. He has fallen in love with this chain and always wants to go here after a weekend great gym session. On top of this chain treating veggies (vegans) with due respect and love, they offered free pizza to hospital workers, gave pay raises, and expanded sick leave for their workers. I am now a lifelong customer and marketing tool for &pizza! This is how you do good business!!! Can't wait to order some pizza soon!!!

I must say, customer service is definitely not a strong suit at this location. I walked in close to 8:00pm on 10/20/21, it far from busy. There may have been all of 3 customers that were finishing up with their orders and paying when I walked in. There was a woman standing at the station who was completely oblivious to me standing there, a woman behind her who was tossing dough and I know that she saw me and a gentleman cleaning a machine. Oh, there was a guy that popped out twice for the storage room and we even made eye contact. Maybe after 5 minutes, the gentleman cleaning the machine asked if I need to be help; I told him that I was standing there for my own health and he smirked. The smirk alone set me off, I told him to forget making my order and walked out of the store. Because of this experience, I know that I will not support a business such as &pizza.

I am actually upset at the level of care my pizza order was taken. I have been here to this location once before and I had great service. This recent order at around 1:00 was upsetting. I did a create your own and my pizza looked atrocious. I am surprised because I usually enjoy my pizzas I have and this isn't satisfactory. I hope you will take this into consideration.

Ordered &pizza through doordash yesterday and I dunno wtf to say.... Two pizzas were ordered, one gluten-free, 1 tradition. The gluten- free was a vegan pizza which I requested vegan cheese... the pizza had no cheese and the dough was pita chip hard...there is no way that dough was fresh and before u say its because it was gluten-free, there was a traditional pizza ordered and the dough to that pizza was hard as well... I mean both dough was cement hard. We ended up throwing both pizzas away because they were not edible.... $30 (doordash prices) down the drain.

Please come to Osborne Shopoing Center in MD. This pizza is the healthy version but still flavorful.

&pizza is the best fast food pizza place, by far! The crust is slightly crispy, the toppings are fresh, and I like that they offer the seasonings at the end (big fan of the garlic EVOO). This location was the same level of friendly, fast, and quality service that I've received at others.
