A solid spot to grab a bite while waiting for your XCal lane reservation. The self-serve kiosk makes ordering quick and simple, and the food comes out fast. There’s a decent amount of seating, and it’s comfortable enough to chill while you eat. I was skeptical about the Elote pizza at first, but it totally won me over — super creamy, flavorful, and honestly one of my favorite styles they offer now. Definitely worth trying. I’d come back without hesitation.

There is no way to contact the store directly. Their phone rings to an AI bot who cannot connect you with anyone live. It simply states you need to return to the store to resolve your issue. Poor customer service.

The pizza is always really tasty! However, if you order through Uber eats or any other app your order will be missing something. Every single time we have ordered from &Pizza our pizzas have been missing something we paid for and half the time a whole item is missing. Order at your own risk!

First time ordering from here. We ordered a cheese pizza and garlic knots: both delicious! We would order from here again.

Ordered a Lil Roni and a garlic knots for my wife for a treat after her chemo infusion at Inova hospital. Whoever made the pizza today should be ashamed. It was over half crust. They didn't sauce/ cheese/top it properly. We don't have $12 to waste on dry crust. This isn't a mistake it's pure laziness and trash work. Do better

This place was fantastic. The garlic knots were quite possibly the best I’ve had and they were cheap because of the daily special.

“While the food was good, the service was extremely unprofessional tonight. There were three staff members, all of whom seemed inexperienced and possibly trainees. The main issue was the lack of supervision, as there was no manager present. They seemed overwhelmed and they were not in a work mood. Even though no customer was there when we checked in, it took more than a grilled thick well done Fillet Mignon! Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was disappointing, and the condition of the restrooms was far from acceptable.”

My go to &pizza, service and location are great to either order ahead or pop in and place and order. Pizza made to order with great variety of options has stolen me from MOD for sure. The topping and sauces are always good never any issues! Can do menu or create your own, love to modify the menu as well swapping things. I do like to warn you, don't overload it, keep it under 4 toppings or it just falls apart! I've seen it too many times. Also always good music blasting from their radio!

Staying at local hotel and needed afternoon snack before our dinner reservation later that night Prompt and polite service. Added fresh mozzarella cheese and hot honey drizzle to Pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately no hot honey when I returned pizza to hotel room. One star off for missing an ingredient. Overall good size pizza for a two person snack

Another subpar experience at &pizza. Waited to order at the counter for 5 minutes only to be told to use the kiosk where I wasn't able to request any customizations like half pepperoni and less crust (more sauce). I had to catch the guy while he made the pizza so he would only put half pepperoni. I also asked him to put more meatball as he put so little meatball (with each piece being shredded into smaller pieces). Even with this request, one of the slices only had one part of a meatball. Almost every part of the experience has gone down hill. Mine as well order a pizza from a vending machine. Two thumbs down. Definitely not worth $13.99! I might have to start looking elsewhere for pizza.

First impressions are important. We wanted to try this new location. Walked up to the counter and waited for maybe 2 min and then the workers proceeded to tell us they had like 10 pizza orders online and they had to do those first. We waited a few more min but eventually left. Is it the policy to work on online orders before in-person orders? We were literally the only people in line and they had us standing there. I understand if they were behind but geez...can you squeeze in some in-person orders so to not have us waiting there.

Saw ‍ stewardesses ordering when we got off the plane. Found this one. Was very busy. Orders were messed up coming out, I ordered my husband first then my pizza. His came out, then the girl before me, then the online order, the girl before bread them at last my order. This was our first time trying the pizza it was good.

Stopped by the newly opened "&Pizza" in One Loudoun and picked up the Buffalo 66 (spicy pepperoni) and Dirty Bird (buffalo chicken) pizzas to try for lunch. Both we're very good - fresh ingredients combined with nice char on the crust is a winning combination for pizza. Manager Sean was very friendly and told me they make the dough in-house daily. My new go-to fast casual pizza joint and great additon to have in the area.

Great pizza change up. Well done with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. Definitely recommend checking it out by One Loudoun

For the price of a medium pizza at other chain places you get a personal pizza with very little toppings . Wasn't worth it in my eyes . I can see it for kids or a quick lunch but that's it.

Great pizza, fresh. Easy to order Not as many choices as Mod pizza but some good combos. The hot honey is good.

Max gave me a great service! the food looks so good and i can't wait to try it. The Area is very peaceful and a great environment.

The pizza here is really good. The service is great. Atmosphere is really good. Very clean professional. The only thing that sucks is the app and the ordering process. Otherwise this place is great.

Fantastic customer service and delicious food!! The store radiated an energy of good vibes and creativity. the staff lets you put whatever you want on a pizza to make a very unique pie!
