“While the food was good, the service was extremely unprofessional tonight. There were three staff members, all of whom seemed inexperienced and possibly trainees. The main issue was the lack of supervision, as there was no manager present. They seemed overwhelmed and they were not in a work mood. Even though no customer was there when we checked in, it took more than a grilled thick well done Fillet Mignon! Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was disappointing, and the condition of the restrooms was far from acceptable.”
