&pizza - Bradlee

My new favorite location. Pizza was incredible and tasted so fresh. Great vibe to this location and the interior looks great!!! The girl assisting me was very nice and polite. Keep up the great work!

Pizza is good and the staff is nice, but orders take forever, orders get lost. I order in person and it takes 40+ min to get my pizza, and it isn't right the first time. I order online and 30+ min after my scheduled time I'm still waiting. Honestly going to stop coming to this one, the aggravation isn't worth it anymore.

The pizza here is delicious. My favorite is the American honey, which is a pepperoni pizza that has a little kick of spice to it. I've only had my order burnt once, but I ordered from this place at least 20 times. Highly recommend giving them a try.

&pizza is great! But this location needs a bit of help, or maybe it was having its worst day when I was there. The food was fine, but the toast card reader was broken, and there was a long line to check out, so by the time I paid, my pizza was getting cold. Also, the trash had not been emptied, so it was piling up.

Similar in concept to Cava or Chipotle, this is a fun take on build your own pizza. They use quality ingredients and have lots of good options, so it’s hard to go wrong regardless of which toppings you choose. Service was prompt and location wasn’t too busy.

I used to order every week- we will not anymore. The service is terrible. The last couple orders they forgot to put something on my pizza. I assumed it was a random slip up. After the third time (today), they put vegan cheese on the wrong pizza and mozerella cheese on mine. I'm allergic to dairy. Because this was delivered, we had to drive to the store and have them redo it. And even after they redid it, they forgot something else on my pizza. Do not come here. The service is awful and if they forget something (which seems inevitable now), there is no number to call to fix it. There is no customer service here. You will waste your money.

Junior was amazing and kind. I added a lot of items to my pizza and was talking very fast he was very patient as he completed my order correctly. My food was done with a smile. Go see junior for the night shift!!

My order was ready when I got there, the staff were friendly, and the order was accurate. Also, these were the best garlic knots I’ve ever had in my life from an &pizza! Yum!

Stopped here for lunch with my parents on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was exceptionally clean the staff was friendly. The pizza was delicious! We did one create your own and one Margherita pizza. It was nice to try a new place. I had heard of the chain but never got around to trying it. We will be back!

Pizza was great and arrived super fast. Would definitely order again in the future, some unique choices.

I know it's a chain now but this is by far my least favorite location. The music here is too loud and the staff just bang the metal chairs together to make it super uncomfortable to be here. The staff seem to be looking at the ingredient menu when they are making the pizza and the selections have been getting worse. I got the chicken parm and I was not impressed. I liked the decor but that was just about it.

Staff was nice. Steady stream of business. Ordering online is the reason we haven't ordered in over a year. Spent over 20 mins trying to put together an order where items would not appear. Menu items there gone in the next screen. So fktup....then there is no GD number to call and order old school. Pizza was ok as usual. Nothing real special. I would feel better if the staff hovering over my food would wear hair nets

This place was delicious! The restaurant is on the sidewalk side of the shopping center and parking is a bit hectic on that side, but there's a lot of businesses there so that's too be expected. You walk in and all of the different options are listed on the screen. There's just one size but it was more than enough for me. I ordered a white pie with chicken, then added goat cheese, arugula and pesto. The pizza cooked quickly, so it was the perfect quick lunch spot. They have both canned and fountain soda with a bunch of different flavors. I went with a group and everyone loved their pizza and drinks, not a single complaint.

I like that & pizza has a craft your own option. They have a bunch of different options for sauce, veggies, meats, drizzles, extras so you have an opportunity to create unique pizzas. I am lactose Intolerant so I love having the vegan cheese option and be able to top it with whatever. Some of my fave toppings are: hot honey, goat cheese, arugula, fig balsamic. If crafting your own is too adventurous, they have different combos on the menu and you can choose one. Their app is super easy to use. I ordered ahead and the pizza was ready at the pickup window in 10 minutes. They also have a rewards system and you can earn free pizza

I love &pizza, but this location absolutely sucks when it comes to mobile ordering. Every time I mobile order, it takes them 30+ minutes to finish it, and will always serve people in person before getting to the mobile orders. It's so insane and is absolutely not like this at other locations. You're better off ordering in person or going somewhere else.

New location and they did a grand opening special: free pizza and drink! We saw the line down the sidewalk when we pulled up but I'm glad that didn't discourage us. There was some social distancing and people were wearing their masks. They only allowed a certain number of people in at a time and an employee passed out menus and answered questions while we waited. Inside, more social distancing with a clearly labeled floor. I hope that stays even post- covid! Everything was nice and bright, music was playing and they had lots of employees working to get those orders out. I was a little concerned with the noise level that it would be difficult to be heard while ordering but they got everything right with minimal repetition needed. Considering the crowd size, the noise level and amount of orders, the staff kept their energy up and were attentive and friendly. The quality of the pizza did not suffer due to this promotion either. I think this place will make a nice addition to the Bradlee shopping center.

I've bought pizzas here for several years and received good pizzas and service. Tonight I bought delivered pizza, and the crusts are burnt and overcooked. I tried reaching them by phone and text and no response at all. I can no longer recommend it. Phone only says we'll send you a text which was never received extremely disappointed

Driving through Washington, D.C., we were very hungry. Upon searching for the closest pizza place to our location, we stopped here. The restaurant is very modern and clean! It was fun to design our own pizzas, especially since they offered vegetarian options! The pizzas were incredible! The sauce had the perfect amount of sweetness, and the crust was fluffy with a good texture. We will definitely be stopping again on our next trip through town.

I've tried giving this specific location two opportunities to prove itself. The first time I ordered in person. The staff was rude and the pizza took a long time to make. The second time I ordered online. Despite the webpage stating that my order could not be processed, I got messages from a weird number stating that my pizza was ready. I thought it was spam because there was no way &pizza could have MY order since it wasn't processed. A few days later, I noticed the charge on my credit card. My attempts to get my money back were ignored. I was also enrolled in the most off-putting politically charged email offers. I'll never order from here again.

Nice service fast making pizza. Would recommend! Great and fast service. I was in and out within minutes. Great food and fun spot. 10/10 recommend.

Great new location for this popular pizza chain! Enjoyed my trips here so far, and glad to have one so close to where I live now! Hope to return again soon.

I love my experience, the employees were very nice. The service was fast granted there wasn't a lot of people in line. The pizza was delicious I got a pineapple jack it was the perfect sweet and spicy. I also got the mozz knots which were fluffy and cheesy! Great food and experience!

I have been to several other &pizza locations. They always have super clean kitchen - to the point if I came too early (or late) that the kitchen has closed. This location was no exception - super clean! I have my go-to pizza -- American Honey. Always delicious! Today, I also had New G - basically a Margherita pizza - but the sauce has a bit different flavor. I loved it!!! Now I am ready to try other signature pizzas!

This location is largely inconsistent with regard to accuracy and timeliness. Rarely are orders ready on time as estimated. Moreover, they often do not have adequate warmer space for the volume of orders, thus several orders will sit out until pickup, meaning that they are cold or less than ideal upon receipt.

Everyone is super attentive and friendly. Not many places offer vegan options so LOVE It! Will continue to come back again!

POOR QUALITY CONTROL!!! I have ordered a few times but I this was the last time. Expensive piece of bread. My pizza that was supposed to have arugula and goat cheese was delivered with one leaf of arugula and almost NO goat cheese and I specified extra goat cheeses. I used rewards points toward the order and when I commented they defended the cost of the order but not the points 200 points that I used! (Nor the $5 value). Btw - most of the time they are pretty skimpy where more bare crust is shown than toppings but this was the last straw. Good concept -Poor execution especial

Best &pizza I have ever been! Only coming back here for my pizza orders. Great service, outstanding food, and clean environment. Can't ask for anything else from my local &pizza. Y'all rock!

This was my first order from $pizza, and I was very disappointed. I ordered a pizza with grilled onions, roasted peppers, mushrooms and a garlic drizzle. I got a pizza with pepperoni and a few small pieces of onion. Very little cheese and an uneven and tasteless crust. If the idea is to provide multiple toppings, if the onion on my pizza was any indication, there's too little of the topping to even count. And I would hope that someone working there would know the difference between pepper and pepperoni.

Very convenient, delicious pizza, happy staff! Come eat pizza here. You won't regret it! Oh, and it's a new location, so they have great deals!

Excellent service. Ordered pickup and despite the rush it was ready within 15 minutes. You must try their garlic knots and the CBR pizza - delicious!!

Worst &pizza pizza i have ever had. We have eaten at various &pizzas over several years and they have always been relatively generous with toppings. We ordered delivery--maybe they were extremely skimpy bc we were not there to observe them being made as we have in prior dinings with other branches of the restaurant. There was 2 in of crust untouched along the perimeter of the pizza (which is significant for a narrow pizza like they make) and only the very inner 3-4 in had scant toppings. Maybe just order if you can be there in person to be sure they don't really hold back on toppings.

Haven't tried the pizza yet, but the customer service is less than stellar. Placed an online order and showed up at the estimated time. Barely any customers in the place but stood there under the pick up sign for about 10 minutes with with the two workers glancing over at me but continuing to check their phone and ever so slowly prepping some dough. I finally approach them and ask about my order and they tell me it's not even started. Meanwhile, they seem to be putting through walk ins right away. They told me they are the only two working. So, I get it, they are understaffed as so many places are these days. No problem, but just let the customer know what's going on. Updating to say the pizza is actually pretty good. Tasty crust and the garlic knots were light and delicious (though some were burned). Toppings could be more generous.

I like &pizza in general, but after ordering from this location a few times, I've found every time that they skimp on the toppings compared to other locations, and don't spread the toppings close enough to the edge. This results in end pieces that are almost all crust, and middle pieces that aren't a lot better.

This place is very delicious . I recommend it! Tasteful and there is vegan options here as well. You can build your own pizza if you are vegetarian. Very tasteful and delicious.

This is less of a review of the pizza- since it's a chain and pretty reliable no matter which &pizza you get. This location though keeps their music so loud they can not hear people - annoying since you have to speak through the whole ordering process. Multiple trips here they have asked me to repeat and the customers around me; and we can't hear them. Also, online orders have been missing toppings. Note: not worth complaining/returning to fix.

Pizza is good. Never order ahead, it will never be ready on time. This is the second and last chance I've given them. Ordered online before 7pm for a pizza to be ready at 7:25 pm. Was not ready for 1/2 hour after that time. No one works specifically on the to go/order ahead orders, they just get to it after walk ins leave. There weren't even that many walk ins. It wasn't even busy. Customer service and time managements could really use improvement.

so YUMMY! The place was super efficient. We came in with a group of 15 and they helped us all without making us feel like a burden. definitely recommend, we would eat again

Love &Pizza. Was ecstatic when they opened the Bradlee location, which is near us. Same great pizza - but the Bradlee location is freezing cold every time we go there. Really cold. Like 58 degrees. They say it's to compensate for the hot pizza ovens. I've been to half a dozen other locations, and they are not this cold. We pick up and leave - too cold to stay and eat.

&Pizza is a quick "Cant miss" when you need something quick. The staff is great and the combination will work for any pizza craving you have.

I love to see the pizza come fresh out of the oven, and had been helped by some nice employee, patricia. She was the best!

I'm from Dc usually it take awhile to put in my my order and the pizza come out burnt and crust with bubbles lol but at this location everything was perfect pizza came out perfect in a timely fashion.!! I'll drive from dc to this location seriously.!!

We order pizzas from this location and the order was are wrong. The pizza was overcooked it was missing topping and the Finishes. The other pizza we order was undercooked and it was missing topping. The onion we not cooked all. Spend $$ on her and the pizza we trash. Will definitely not be back the location. I rather go the Kingstone location close to my job then this one

Quite possibly the most unappetizing pizza I've ever had. Pizza was cold upon delivery, had little to no sauce and the crust tasted like cardboard. Colossal waste of calories and $23.

I went to the &pizza at Bradlee when they first opened and the pizza was awesome. I was recommending it to my friends family and neighbors. Unfortunately when I went there again recently the pizza was mediocre at best ... flat and cold. So disappointed. Will not be going there anymore nor will I be recommending. I've learned that restaurants hire the best when they open a new restaurant and then those people move on. Well I'll be moving on ... probably back to the local Panera which has consistently good Margarita flatbread.

Perfectly spaced for the Covid times if dining indoors and pizza is always great and love that it's made fresh and to your liking!

Very good and inexpensive. Try their white pizza. Wish they would allow you to tip their employees though... we practically had to stuff a few bucks into their hands... what is that about?

A new location opened up, so I had to give it a try. The service was OK, but the space was perfect, and the pizza was great.

This is the best Ann pizza I have ever been to there quick when they make your food and great you with warm and open arms ready to serve you the &pizza on king street is definitely the best &pizza in all of Virginia

Ok so not the spot we would normally pick for pizza. We like hole in the wall places. But our son has dairy and egg allergies so we were hoping being in a larger location, we could find a place that would offer all of us an option to eat together. This place offered dairy free cheese and the dough was fine for our son with allergies. So many options for unique pizzas with added sauces like roasted garlic and spicy honey. We all enjoyed our pizza and there was none left. Best pizza I've had? No. But really good and a fun atmosphere! The staff was super friendly and so very cooperative! The manager was ready for questions and helped ease our minds! Bonus for it being a location we could all four eat at.
