"At &pizza (pronounced 'and pizza'), the focus is on oblong, personal-sized pizzas with a thin crust. Lastoria is especially proud of the company's 'incredibly responsible and thoughtful' supply chain and the fact that the menu readily caters to diners looking for gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan pizzas. About 60% of customers opt for the 'craft your own' customizable pizza, says Lastoria; diners choose dough, sauce, cheese, toppings, and finishes. ..." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

&pizza shares the space with Milk Bar, and both are a great addition to the food options in Harvard Square if you're looking for something that hits the spot but won't damage your wallet. We got the Maverick pizza for meat lovers, and it was a great meal for two people. The crust was crunchy thin, and they weren't stingy with the toppings. We topped it off with the Cereal Milk sundae from Milk Bar for dessert. It's a great modern take on an American dinner experience - the space is a little hipsterized for sure, but I'll be back to try the rest of the pizza selection.

I really wanted to like it, but I didn’t. This is a make-your-own instant pizza type of place. Good concept but just okay execution. (Although the employees were super friendly) Not enough toppings or sauce on the pizza (I had to ask for more) so most slices are a lot of bread. I got the vegan sausage - it was ok, strange consistency, some pieces were hard some were chewy. Just overall didn’t love it. For the price of a mediocre personal pizza you could get an actual proper pizza at your local pizza place.

The pizza here is pretty good and they have a great ordering system with their app. There are a lot of toppings to choose from with no additional charge so you can get whatever you want. My one complaint is that the portion sizes are way too small for the money you pay

Love this place! Awesome concept with fresh ingredients & a cool space. Used to get this pizza every time I was in DC so I was pumped to find out they were opening in Boston. I love being able to customize my pizza & put whatever I want on it. It’s a thin, flatbread like pizza but a good size! And it’s ready quick right in front of you.

I really enjoyed trying this place for the first time. My order was made online and picked up ontime promptly. Sadly though as good as the pizza tasted and how great the service was, I got sick later that night. Unfortunately I feel like some of the topping used is processed. I would feel more comfortable paying more and getting better quality food. I do understand that they are trying to keep costs down and accommodate students but even students like to eat healthier these days. Overall not a bad place but I wish I hadn’t gotten sick after eating here.

As much as I like their pizza, I just had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas, but when they were delivered, 2 of the pizzas had regular crust. When I informed them, they first pushed back and said all the crusts I received were gluten-free, when they clearly were not. This cavalier reply was upsetting, particularly because eating this crust would have put the health of my celiac family at risk. Then I asked if they could send out 2 replacement pizzas. I was told they could only offer me a refund for the wrong items and I'd have to place a new order. It was frustrating because I had already waited 20 minutes to get this far with customer service, and now I was placing a new order that was going to take another 40 minutes to get delivered. Not ideal when you have hungry kids you're trying to feed. Anyway, while I waited for the new order to arrive, I received a text showing the amount of the refund was only for one pizza. When I followed up, they kept insisting that I only received one problem pizza, when it was clearly two. And they wouldn't refund me for the second set of service fees, delivery fees, tip and taxes I was incurring to ship out two replacement pizzas. This was so frustrating and totally unacceptable, but I was getting nowhere with customer service despite many texts back and forth. It's crazy that you can't just have a conversation and have to do everything via text. I kept my hungry kids up later than usual waiting for the second order to arrive, just to find that they delivered another gluten pizza and cheesy knots (bread rolls), rather than the two gluten-free pizzas we were waiting on. The ineptitude was unbelievable. I'm still out almost $30 for the second pizza and related fees, didn't get my kids fed, and wasted so much time dealing with incompetent customer service. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences ever. Let's hope your order doesn't get messed up like mine!

Loved it! They make small Pizzas there (about 4 x 10) and will out whatever you like on them! They have a table similar to Subway with fresh cheeses, meats, & veggies. I have not been able to eat pizza out for the longest time, but hear I can request no cheese and enjoy. Very nice atmosphere.
