The food was really good. It was pretty clean. We had the New G pizza which was super delicious. I recommend the sweet root beer, it’s pretty sweet but really good.

We’ve recently started going to &pizza, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. But what really sets this location apart is the people. Every single time we go, the staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and just genuinely cheerful. It makes such a difference to be greeted with that kind of positive energy.

Good portions for the value. Joining their rewards program gives pretty good discounts. The pizza was good and unique. The garlic knots stole the show though. Highly recommend.

I've ordered via third-party delivery apps and have always had a good experience at &pizza. If you want to indulge yourself, &pizza is a perfect place to do that. Their pizzas are creative, they have different types of soda and drinks, and their desserts are delicious and fun.

When I came to the counter the employee, behind the counter, didn't greet me, or even look up from the tomatoes he was working on. I told him I wanted to order and he glared at me. When he finally got done with the tomatoes, he took my order. I mentioned the incident to the manager on duty and she offered no apology, nor did she mention that she would talk with her rude assistant. Maybe the employees, at this location, should take a customer service class?

I ordered two identical pizzas online for pick up. Both orders were wrong. It had basil pesto sauce instead of the classic tomato I ordered. I don't know how you mix up the two unless maybe you're color-blind or you really just don't care. They were not busy at all either. When I tried to call to get a refund or an order redo, all I got was an automated message system that offered to send me a survey to fill out. Not helpful. If you order online, make sure you double check your order before leaving the store.

Over an hour half ago we were told we were 13th in line. Now they are like we think one of your pizzas are made… Seriously. They are refusing to do a refund because we ordered through the app. Not the only ones tonight that are in this position. We left with no food. They marked are order as completed so won’t make the other items even though they know we have been waiting. Completly disgusting. Kingstowne shame on you. Your food and money aren’t guaranteed here.

&pizza is the best "fast" pizza in the area. The pizza and toppings are high quality. I come to this locations at least once a month- Tony is always friendly and helpful. The pizzas at this location are just as good as the sit-down restaurant pizza places around town. The whole staff is wonderful, but I just wanted to single out Tony and let her know that my boyfriend and I appreciate her.

Pizza was the bomb! So delicious! I made my own pesto pizza and my husband tried the Elote pizza. It would've been perfect if it had been a little more crispy(will ask next time), but otherwise it was a great first experience! Would definitely come back.

The pizzas are good and the toppings have lots of flavor! Not worth the prices though, its hipster pizza IMO

So I'm a huge fan of the flavor and creativity offered by & pizza. It's always fresh ingredients and happy staff. My main concerns lie with delivery. It seems like every time I order delivery, something is missing or all the toppings slide off to one side. We order pizza often and would love to return.

Customer service was amazing. Went this past Sunday with the family and the ladies at the counter were super helpful in helping my daughter choose toppings for her pizza.. they have plenty of options so it can get a bit overwhelming for the little ones, but they were very patient. Will definitely be coming back for more pizza!!

The prebaked crust is gross. It's so crisp it's like a cracker. Horrible change. We used to get a couple of times a month and we are so disappointed. Why would they do that?!

This chain keeps growing in the dmv area. Falls a little short of the artisan style it's going for. You can great creative with the toppings. Little amount of cheese on it so you won't think your eating pizza

&pizza posted a one star review on their instagram the other day. Do they read all the reviews?? Well hi, I'm a fan. I'm inspired to write a review for this location. Kingstowne &pizza isn't even the closest location to my home. I do live closer to a different location. And they're fine. But the Kingstowne location is clutch. They always make the best pizzas. They put the sauce like all the way up to the edge so you don't get a pie full of crust (which soooometimes happens...) They are masters of the craft at this location and sometimes I consider driving the extra way to come to this one.

Needs better staff . Better management . My son built his own pizza and then i had told the man that was helping us to make some garlic knots also , . . I guess they forgot to make them ? Paid for the pizza and knots but had to wait 20 min for my knots cs i had to remind them that i ordered some . Please do better and hire welcoming people . The only good worker there is the female that was at register . She needs a raise for actually doing her job . (This happened two weeks ago) .

& pizza was recommended to me to check out and I am so glad that I did! The pizza was delicious and hot. I ordered a white pizza and added sausage and pepperoni. I finished my pizza with the garlic butter and mikes hot honey. The service was quick and I left a very satisfied first time customer.

Extremely disappointed after my recent visit. I stopped by at 9pm on a weeknight and it legit took almost 40 mins to get my pizza. Every single employee was working/moving extremely slow, not a single employee took initiative to help customers waiting or speed up the assembly line. Please hire a manager to overlook your evening team members as they have no sense of direction.

I love &pizza but this location has a lot of retraining to do. The pizza is always soggy so it falls apart in the middle. I haven't experienced that at any other location. When I said something about it once, I got a pretty indifferent response so I never brought it up again. It's hard to enjoy your pizza when all your toppings fall off as soon as you pick up a slice. I try not to frequent this location unless I'm in a pinch.

&Pizza is located in the Kingstowne Town Center, to the right of Home Goods. There are plenty of shared parking spaces in their parking lot, we had no trouble finding a spot. This location also has their own pick-up window, which is really convenient for those who ordered online. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and although there was a line forming to place orders, there were still many open and available seating areas in the restaurant. There are also 2 individual family restrooms, which are spacious and well kept. When it came time to place our order, I noticed their "White" option which consisted of: parm-romano sauce, fresh mozzarella, special T sauce, truffle ranch, and cracked black pepper. I decided to upgrade my order by adding chicken, bacon, grated parmesan, spinach, and topped off with the truffle ranch. The hubs customized his order so I cannot recall what was in it. Thankfully for drinks, they had sparkling water, but they also have an assortment of their special obscure flavored sodas. The hubs order the Sweet Root Beer, which was actually pretty good. It kinda tasted like there was maybe a hint of clover or anise? Idk, maybe I really can't identify specific flavors. All I know is that it was real good. I also really enjoyed my fancy upgraded white pizza. Crust was nice and crispy on the bottom and edges, then soft in the middle. I was surprised by how much I really liked it and I wanna say that the secret ingredient might have been the truffle ranch sauce. I loved it so much, I just wish my stomach would have more room to finish the whole thing but I could only finish about 3/4 of it before deciding to just bring home the leftovers. The pizzas are over $10, which is kind of a lot...but they make it to order, it's very customizable/individualized, and the ingredients are fresh. As my husband says, &Pizza is consistently good and delicious, no matter where you go. The place itself was pretty good. All the employees working were attentive, friendly, and considerate. I had not found the background music to be distracting or deafening, and the tables/chairs/restrooms were exceptionally clean. I will say though, that while we're arrived until we left, I haven't seen anyone regularly disinfect/clean the tables after a few customers have used the same area, but I guess the customers have been responsible cleaning up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend checking out &Pizza when you're in the area, especially when you cannot decide where or what to eat.

Not even kidding, this entire place needs to be shut down and all employees fired. Absolutely terrible service. They will literally see you and hide in the back so they don't serve you. Food is burnt, music blaring, and they literally refuse to put toppings on pizzas. Not sure how this place has beyond 2 stars. Maybe it's the night shift but there needs to be minimum a store wide retraining

Quick pit stop as I haven't been in months! Greeted when I walked in and they thankfully had patience as I literally stared at the menu for two minutes. Clean, quick, and efficient so for that, I give 5 stars. They made sure to double check what I had asked for on my pizza before putting on the toppings and if I was satisfied with what I meant by "extra cheese" before placing into the oven.

We have had &pizza before and it was greaT. I'm sure this location is good if you are eating in. However 100% avoid delivery. I ordered delivery starlight form the &pizza website, NOT grub hub or anything like that. 1) the pizza was totally cold! Wasn't kept warm at all 2). I DIDNOT pick contactless delivery, and they left a bag on the porch without even knocking or ringing. Didn't even get a notice on my cell when they dropped it.... Nada 3). There IS a hidden $5 delivery fee so keep that in mind. 4) wrong order, ordered Coke Zero and they brought regular coke. And the extra cheese I paid for was clearly not there.. In fact there were hardly any toppings at all.... Literally one pepperoni per piece is pizza.... More "un-cheesed" spaces than places with cheese.... And that's on both the mozzarella and shredded pizza we got. 5). Pizza was tipped over becaue when it was opened by us the pieces had been flipped and all the roping had fallen off.. 6) no way to contact. When I looked at my online order there was only a text option for help no phone to call no person to discuss my issues. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE.....

Wife was craving pizza, and she has been here before so she selected this spot for dinner. For me, this was my first time here! This is a pizza spot, where you select your toppings (like subway) We came here on 6 Aug, and I ordered the "White" pizza and added: Chicken Jalapeños For the drink: Mango Passion Fruit The pizza was good for the most part, but next time I will see if they can cook it a little longer. I noticed that some areas of the pizza you could tell was kind of "mushy/soft" towards the middle as some reviewers have mentioned The Mango Passion Fruit drink was good, with a slight hint of "bubbly" action I wish they had more sides to order vs knots... Like maybe wings or something. For the most part, the pizza was good... If I am back in the area, I would stop in, but wouldn't go out of my way.

The manager Mike and his front line staff were a delight they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of I definitely won't go to any other location except this one!!!!

The pizza here is pretty fast and tasty. I signed up for the offers by text and got BOGO so that was cool. When I'm the area and wanting pizza ill deff swing by. The employees at ene our table was a bit dirty but we are out box so that was fine.

Ordered a maverick pizza, underdone (still raw) crust on the bottom & watery pesto topping. Staff was friendly and fast, not enough to make up for the poor food quality. Ate inside because it wasn't busy, 2 table were used an not wiped after. Underwhelming.

Food and service was pretty good. Was in and out. Only slight complaint was the person at the end knocking off some of the toppings when he cut up the pizza. You know it's already a pain asking them for extra and he knocks some off. I know this is a decisive topic but mine was pineapple. I know that's a decisive topic but I wanted every bit of pineapple I asked for. Don't judge me!!! Lol. Other than that was pretty solid. Go check it out.

I recently discovered this new location by pure chance. I was actually in the shopping center and I noticed their little sign. I have been a fan of this pizza restaurant for some time now so I made it a point to come back today for lunch. I went fir the American Honey signature pizza, because I've had it for lunch more than a couple times. What makes it unique is the goat cheese and the spicey tomatoes that they add. When I came in, nearly every table was occupied with people already eating, but soon after I completed my order a place close to the front opened up. Now I'm just sitting here chilling and waiting for it to be prepared. I cant wait to satisfy my stomach with this pure deliciousness!

Food was ok but a bit pricey. I could get a whole pie at another small business about a mile away. The biggest problem was the ordering. The website was a nightmare to pay from. Once I did mange today place the order I arrived at my designated time. Not only was it not ready but I watched several customers come in after me, order and leave before they even made my food. What is the purpose of pre ordering then?!?!? The young lady behind the counter did offer me a drink and apologized but I am still confused why people that came in after me managed to get their food prepared and leave before I did. It was ready 15 min past the time that I was notified by text.

I love this location! I always order online, never had an issue with wrong orders or anything of that nature. Pizza hot and ready right when I get there. The crew atthis particular location always nice and attentive! I like this location better than the Springfield town center one.

I have been pretty impressed with my pizza every time I've gotten it here. The ingredients seem to be fresh and the pizza is cooked well. The service left something to be desired but it wasn't terrible and the food isn't too pricy, so I'll keep coming back.

Great service and cool location. I'm glad Kingstowne got their own &pizza to add to the mix of selection there. I tried the garlic knots here for the first time and subbed vegan cheese for the regular and cheesejus christ it was delicious. The dough was pillowy soft and bursting w garlic cheesiness...ugh...do KNOT pass on these!!

I placed a mobile order for 3 pies. My app said my order was ready. I arrived at 8:13 to find that 2 of my 3 pizza's were ready. It took over 10 minutes for my final pizza to be ready. No one seemed to care that my order was not complete. The store was not busy. The staff looked like they were playing around. When I returned home my pizza's were not even correct. Such a disappointment. $33 and I did not get what I ordered. We will not be coming back to This location.

Don't use their app to order online because, as another reviewer said, it's INACCURATE. We ordered the Pineapple Jack'd and added it to our bag as is. But the description on our order came up as no pineapple and no jalapeños. We ordered this particular pizza specifically for the pineapple and jalapeños! Server didn't believe me when I told him we didn't intentionally or accidentally omit these items. Extremely frustrating. I wasn't lying!!! Maybe there was a glitch with the app? Who knows, but I was NOT lying! With our American Honey pizza, the server admitted they got it wrong by adding the goat cheese we omitted on our order. There was a lot of it, and the cheese had melted on everything so we couldn't just pick it off. Instead of offering to remake the pizza, he said I needed to go to the back of the line and place a new order. It was a LONG line! Really?!!! The server also said they would keep the pizzas we didn't want if I went back in line to re-order...like he was doing me a favor. OMG. I understand the pineapple pizza was questionable from his end, but I didn't even get an apology for the pizza they clearly got wrong. And a place with decent customer service would have remade the pizza they admitted to making a mistake without me having to get in a long "walk-in" line and start over. (They also had online orders to make, and the "pick-up" line was outdoors). I wasn't willing to wait any longer than I already had, so I walked away with two pizzas we were very unhappy with. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. This was our first and last time ordering from &pizza, and I'm giving it a ZERO rating. (The one star was required to write this review.)

Be careful if you have food allergies. Tonight I witnessed multiple employees used gloved hands to reach into multiple food selections when topping pizza vs using the supplied scooper/tong for each item. This isn't the first time this has happened, another occasion I asked to them to change gloves after the previous customer and it was like I had made the most challenging request; received eye rolls and attitude. While I should have walked at the point, I couldn't as my family had pizzas already going through the oven. While I am not able to enjoy the food from here, my family is still able to partake. Just take extra caution if you, a friend or family member has a food allergy.

Terrible location of all the & pizza places I have ever seen...super slow and uncoordinated. Worst some of the stuff members are very rude and disrespectful. Especially if you're ordering for pick up and it's the night shift...gooood luck! Terrible

This was my favorite spot when it opened. Unfortunately, customer service has drastically declined. I just stood in there for a good 7-10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. If it was busy, I could understand. However, it is 2 pm on a rainy Tuesday and there were only two other customers in the place. Then I was handed several boxes with no bag in sight. Guess who had to juggle the boxes, run across the street in the rain, and hope not to drop them...yeah I'm the lucky winner.

Very helpful and suggested different toppings and drinks that complimented the order I made! Also very quick with the food and it came out great!! Love this location and the staff!

I am willing to accept some hiccups as this is a new location but this location is very below the usual standard of &pizza. - there are no menus posted or handed out so it's unclear what you can order -the music was so loud I had to shout so the staff could hear me. When I mentioned to the staff that I couldn't hear them because the music was too loud they just shrugged. This led to them putting the wrong topping on my spouse's pizza - the toppings were diced so small it was basically ground up - they put very few toppings on the pizzas compared to other locations -there aren't many signs so it's unclear how the flow of people should go + They have a separate window for take out

I'm not sure if I was just really hungry when I ordered this pizza because usually, i can only eat half at a time. I ate the whole dang thing while I was driving for work. Additionally, I only felt really full, right before I ate the last piece. What made me want to write this review though, was the friendliness of the person who gave me my piece of pizza. (I wish I had asked what her name was). Honestly, if it hadn't been for her and her attitude, I don't think that I would've remembered to write a review about this restaurant. It just goes to show that perception, enthusiasm, and being friendly to people really goes a long way. The one thing that I would've changed, is if they had drizzled the honey over the arugula on the pizza, so that the arugula actually stuck on.

I came to the Kingstowne location today and received amazing services from Julianna (cashier) and Maria (my pizza maker). I will definitely be back for another pie

Very clean restaurant, super friendly staff, and COVID safe. WiFi available if you need a place to work. Food was delicious! (The fan is loud but kind of soothing too.)

Awesome pizza spot if you love to load on the toppings! You can add whatever you want from their selection and the pizza is hot and ready within minutes. The staff is super friendly and my pizza was delicious! Will be back again!

Stopped by this morning a few minutes before this place was open ( I wasn't aware of that and was ready to apologize) and faced with the extreme rude guys at the entrance door. I definitely do not recommend the place where people do not care the basics of the custome service.

I think this location is newly opened. I love the whole white and purple scene, really brightens up the space. The employees were super friendly. I even got to sample a drink b/c I wasn't sure if I wanted the drink, very nice. The place was clean and had good music.
