By and large, we had a good time at this place. Read on for specifics.
I brought a group of 20 to this place; we worked with a Ms. Rodriguez to make our reservations, and she was fantastic. She answered questions promptly, handled waivers, and just did a great job explaining things to us. Kudos.
Now to the best part of our whole experience: Jacques and KJ, who were our hosts. They were courteous, communicative, and fun; they went the extra mile for our group, chatting with us and our kids (teenagers), explaining the games, smiling the whole time. I can't speak highly enough of them.
The facility itself was pretty cool. It was definitely clean, and sanitizing stations were everywhere. The go-karts were okay (not fantastic, but not bad), and same goes for laser tag, ropes course, all that. The laser tag course was fun, but nothing top-of-the-world.
The people actually working the floor (manning the games, running the go-karts and laser tag, for example) were so-so. Some of them were borderline rude; many of them seemed ready to clock out and had a sore attitude. That was a real downer. However, others of them, especially the cleaning crew, were kind and fantastic.
Read your paperwork carefully if you choose a package; we thought we had an hour of arcade play, and we did, but the games are tiered; we had access to the "blue" and "yellow" games, but not the "red" and "purple" games, which apparently were a higher tier that needed paid for or required independent pay.
All in all, it's a good place. Not a great place, but I'd recommend them. Don't expect the best you've every experienced, but it's worthwhile. Ask for KJ and Jacques if you can. By the way, the food was pretty tasty. Like the games, not the absolute best you'll ever have, but good stuff.
All in all, the facilities are good.
