Google
As a parent of a highly energetic child, I consistently seek entertainment venues that effectively channel their active energy. Andretti's perfectly fulfills this need. The establishment maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization, complemented by an attentive staff. The karting experience is both safe and enjoyable. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

My baby had an AMAZING 1st birthday here! The staff was so accommodating. The venue was great, and the food was good. Really cool place for parties, get togethers, or dates. Our hostess Coleen was so awesome. If I could have tipped her $1000 I would.

Google
Definitely a fun place for kids and adults that are young at heart. Tons of games.. video, interactive, VR. Bowling as well. There's a bar for the adults who need some relaxation from to thrall. The driving courses are separated by age, with three courses. One for adults and older teenagers, one for very young kids, and one for the inbetweeners. Other features include several gathering places for groups that you can reserve for special occasions or team outings. Andretti's has a lot to offer a wide variety of folks. That said, there is a bit of sensory overload... very loud and lots of flashing lights and displays. Keep that in mind before bringing kids that are sensitive to that.

Google
Rakiem and Yeri are the best people yall could come see. This staff and crew is phenomenal! Very welcoming and accommodating environment with an energy that matches it! The teams on lock and they won’t give you anything to complain about. Def not a 6-7!

Google
Had a work event last night and it was amazing, Reese literally held it down it was 25 of us and this man made sure him and his team was fast and professional at all times, very welcoming Reese went out and beyond on the customer service experience🤗🤗🤗🤗 Reese had us Eat on time , play our go kart games on time as well as 25 people ordering drinks Nay the bartender literally did her thing shout out to the young queen!! The fact half played the game and got drinks and other half switch and got to do the same no wait times at all amazing and then we were all able to hang together and vibe definitely a dope experience!!!!!! be back again 💯💯💯💯

🚫🚫🚫Do Not Go Here! 🚫🚫🚫 Went here for a birthday party. It seemed very unorganized. They kept running out of food and had to make more but knew we needed 3 pizzas 🍕 at the beginning. The waiter kept leaving. Served most of it our selfs. There was a lot of waiting before food, like 45 minutes. Then another 35 minutes to do the go karts. Seems like a whole bunch of waiting for nothing. Will not be going back. The yellow and red lights kept going off, so they didn’t even make around one full turn on the course without having to stop for minutes off their racing time! Two kids left crying from neck pain! They probably have wipe lash!!! Do not come here!

Came out for my son’s birthday. 🎉 It was our first time. Although we didn’t book a party there! My son still enjoyed himself! Most definitely will be back! All of the staff had great excellent customer service! From the time we checked in during our visit until we left! Great experience for all ages! I highly recommend!! 💜

Google
Great fun spot for dating or family. Bowling, virtual reality games, go karting . It has a little of everything. The food is basic but you're here for a great time not dining experience. Have fun settle in and have some more fun.

Yelp
So much fun playing laser tag! Go karting was great too but the impact of getting hit my one of those hurts and might leave a bruise or two. Definitely worth it though!

Yelp
This was a very disappointing experience. This location has degraded in a shocking way. We have attended many times in the last two years. However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. Given the high cost, I expect much better care, professionalism, and attention to children's safety and comfort. I would not recommend this venue for kids' parties.

Yelp
we held my son's 7th birthday here, and to say Andretti was "absolute mayhem" is an understatement. still, shoutout to Nick who was my point person and did an amazing job while being obviously in the weeds all night. dealing with 6 and 7 year olds requires lots of patience and they had that in spades. couple things on which to improve: bathrooms were a mess and need constant attention. someone dropped soiled underwear in the men's room stall and it stunk--I tried to flag someone down but couldn't find anyone. the bartenders (again, I know they were in the weeds) were not very nice/helpful and out of club soda. Jada and Alizon helped me put together a great experience! my suggestion (if they told me I missed it) is to let parents know there will be a photographer there who will try to sell prints. an expensive night but worth it to create lasting memories

Yelp
We went here because I had purchased 4 passes that included the laser tag, the 7 D experience, and $10 game cards. Two of the four laser tag guns the kids used did not work which was no fun. However the line was too long for the guy to offer to let them go again. They probably continued to give those broken guns to others too. The 7D experience was never loaded onto their cards and when I asked for help, I was directed from person to person. I finally went back in line, hoping to get the same person who helped me with a Manager, but the line was so deep, that we gave up. The games were fun, and the staff at the ticket counter were super kind. The staff should do a better job cleaning the bathrooms. However, what we saw was something that I would not go near. I did tell the staff that they needed to close the bathroom down for cleaning, but after not seeing anyone close it down after 10 minutes, I told the kids we had to leave and made sure they cleaned their hands really well multiple times. This place felt a bit rundown and just not really organized with enough staff.

Yelp
Family night was great! We played games, bowled and had a great evening. We love this place! The only downfall was a lot of the machines were down and the menu was limited so we went somewhere else to eat.

Yelp
Got the package where you are able to do racing, laser tag, games and VR. If I'm not mistaken it was around $40 in person. The karting was cool I just don't think you get enough time for just 1 race with the price. The VR was fun but we could only do 2 people at a time in our party instead of all 4 of us. Laser tag was awesome but I love laser tag . The food was actually pretty good, they have a large restaurant and it was better than the food at D&B. I enjoyed myself.

Yelp
I came here on a Friday for a family night out. My niece was on spring break and wanted to do something fun. We were greeted with friendly staff, everyone was super helpful. There were a lot of games and activities to choose from. My neice's favorite thing was of course the go karts. Follow me on IG @miss_mekad to see the video!

Yelp
Important Warning for Future Customers I visited Andretti Indoor Karting in Marietta recently with high hopes, never having ridden their go karts before. Unfortunately, my experience turned alarming--and physically painful. During my race, I was T-boned multiple times by overly aggressive drivers. I left with a bruised knee and headache and signs of a mild concussion. What made it worse was the on-track staff's indifference and rudeness. Instead of support or concern, the young and clearly inexperienced female track manager asked us to leave--without any real help or accountability. What customers must know: the waiver you sign is deeply one-sided. You're not just waiving risk--you're also agreeing not to sue for almost anything, even: * Negligent supervision * Negligent instruction or track design * Failure to warn * Poor maintenance In other words: if something goes seriously wrong due to their negligence, you're still stuck with the consequences. That's shocking and unacceptable. While I appreciate that upper management eventually stepped in and tried to make things right, the damage--physically and emotionally--was already done. It's no surprise to me that the Alpharetta location has closed. If this is how customers are treated, it raises serious questions about safety, values, and profit-before-people mentality. If you're considering going, I urge you to really read the waiver first--and ask yourself if you're comfortable with what you're signing away. I wish I had. Will NEVER be back , it's an absolute disaster.

Yelp
Terrible customer service at the Marietta locaction. It's almost as if they don't even bother. Bartender Tyleah was rude and the worst bartender we have ever experienced . We are industry people so know. Avoid this place like the plague as they think this will last forever. News flash it won't. Too many other things to do in the area than waste time being mistreated. Do better, lots better. We will absolutely not be back!

Lj W.

Yelp
My friends and I had a blast here! There was so much to do and the go karts here are awesom!!! Carmen who was our bartender was very kind to me and ny friends when we were bowling. She was very kind to even give us great advice on how to bowl and we really appreciated it. Thank you so much we will definitely coming back! :)

Yelp
I'll just get to the point here. It was a Monday night, not that busy cause it was a Monday. The food was okay, I found the DAT sauce for the wings really flavorful but for $14, the 7 piece should have been at least a 10 piece. My issue was with the service, because it was not that busy, service was really lacking. Once our food came we didn't see the waitress ever again. On top of that, there was trash on the floor at empty tables. Again, no one was there. Take the time to sweep the empty booths. Overall, great fun vibe for the whole family. Enjoy yourself.

Yelp
Date night speed edition or so we thought. Great atmosphere and a large space however we were disappointed with the game selection and the games they did have a lot of them did not work. We arrived at the racing track located in the back for our race and were escorted to the viewing room to watch the safety video. Once on the track our cars were consistently slowed down or stoped I understand it was for safety reason as the group we were with weren't the best drivers. We did not get the full experience and were highly disappointed.

Yelp
This is such a fun space to just have fun and let some Adrenalin run wild! I absolutely loved being here, and the racing is so fun! We were helped by the staff often as well. The drinks are also good and the food looks good!

Yelp
Let's start from the entrance; It's my FIRST time here and it's Saturday around 5pm. No one was at the door to greet us or provide any direction. It was a table with staff to greet people who purchased a party and couldn't tell us or guide us on where to go. Instead we got blank stares of, "why are you even here!?" I was able to find/flag down a staff to direct us to complete waivers and head to the purchase area. Purchase counter: NOTHING BUT CHAOS with the line and staff chit chatting.! No, "next in line" or "how can I help you". Instead we got, disengaged and unmotivated faces that look like they were ready to clock out. We walked over to, "KY" who had her face down in her phone texting and STILL DIDNT greet us or even smile. WE HAD TO SPEAK first!!! Like whaaaaat???!??!? Her attitude and energy was so disgusting that it turned me off and caused me to actually do a review. From the attitude, to not speaking up or really wanting to explain what was available to then telling another staff she was, "mad" at them was so annoying. Like, be mad that you're not even doing your job well and take a break to fix your attitude. We purchased a kart drive for 2 children (8 y/o), 2 adults and 2 $50 game cards ($214). Since children are unable to ride with adults and or adults with children (remember, nothing was explained). There should atleast be an adult in the waiting section with children as adults are riding. But I digress because review is turning into a novel! There were 4 broken games on the floor and a particular game package was not available because one of the games were down. Karting: Chaos but it was fun and ALL the staff back there was FRIENDLY, INVITING and welcoming. The young lady at the desk and the guys putting on helmets! GREAT ENERGY. Keep up the good work. WHAT SAVED THE NIGHT: Restaurant had our food wrong but fixed it right away and our server was very pleasant with chill vibes. The manager also checked in right away to ask what happened (I was surprised because it wasn't a big mistake, just forgot all of our fries and utensils). It was my son birthday and I told my server and he had a yummy Sunday for my son. I appreciated that.

Yelp
Pulled up to this fun spot with the Fam to celebrate my oldest son's birthday! We chilled at the bar, we all had lunch, service was great! Food was good, cocktails were really good! Drove the race cars, super fun, bowled as well and ended the day with laser tag!! Super fun, it's located in its own plaza, free parking!!!!

Yelp
Had a really fun experience here for a family member's birthday. The go-karts are a lot faster than I imagined. Laser tag, vr gaming, the whole enchilada. Going back is a must.

Yelp
We had a group visit this location on a Sunday morning around 11a.m. If you plan on going, I would recommend going as early as possible to avoid the wait times & chaos. We had a group of adult & one child. It was upsetting to find out the child can no longer be a passenger to an adult & must do their own race if they want to participate. While it's great to be inclusive, all kids don't want to drive their own kart. In all, the karts are very nice, fast, and electric! I was so happy there were no exhaust fumes as there was before the remodel. The tracks were exhilarating & run. The karting for adults & kids lasts ~7 minutes. It's pretty expensive for the time you get actually driving. I also didn't like how they overlap the kids race with the adult race times. How are you supposed to help your child get ready (and be supervised) while you're in a race yourself? Strange timing for sure. The games were fine. We didn't come across any that didn't work & there was a nice selection. We were able to bowl for about an hour. There was a wait time of ~ 30-45 minutes for a bay & this was at 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday. The service was okay. We tried the nachos, they were pretty cold. Overall, I would return possibly on an annual basis for special events, but only at the right time!

Yelp
As a Valentine's Day date, I took my girlfriend. For $75 per person we experienced the VIP package which included 250 coins per person, 1 adult race car drive per person, 1 laser tag game per person, 1 hologram VR per person, 1 7D experience per person, and 1 omniverse per person. This package included everything that Andretti has to offer except food and bowling. We mainly were excited for laser tag and the race but surprisingly all of the virtual experiences were very fun. It was consistent fun the entire night and worth the price. Be careful because the 250 coins went REALLY fast so adding to it could be an option for you if you really love the games. The workers were friendly but mindful to leave you alone to have fun. Cons: the race track is timed and people get stuck on the track, etc so they slow the karts down often and stop everything to get any stuck go-karts back on track. The time does not start so depending on other drivers you might not have a lot of drive time. We didn't try the food so I can't rate that so because of the unknown I gave Andretti 4/5. If the food is good and the race karts were a longer timeframe then 5/5 would be my rating.
google avatar

Monique M.

Yelp
Food not good. Games didn't work. They charge you for every little thing. Not a lot of games. I wouldn't return.

Yelp
Awful. Horrible. A bunch of kids with horrible attitudes managing the attractions. Go karting was a bunch of yelling and slowing down of karts and no one would know why. I snapped at one of the kids as a 49 year old man, he smacks my visor down when I had it up for fogging up. WTF...and I'm not going to explain myself to A CHILD. Smacking a visor down on anyone is not how this works and does not deserve an explanation. I will snap at ANYONE for that poor problem solving skill that can not and will not be accepted by A CHILD towards AN ADULT. DID HE LOSE HIS MIND??? Will never go back. Telling others to not go. The young lady at the 7D ride was preoccupied with her phone and annoyed by questions. This place can shut completely down and no one will miss it. Good luck with whomever owns this place...it won't be much longer without a complete staffing overhaul. Avoid it. My 1 star is a MINUS ONE. No thank you.

Bryanna D.

Yelp
I went out for my sister's birthday and was charged full price for the arcade, which didn't have all its games fully functioning. We also visited the bar, where we struggled to get service until we were practically in their face, and even then, we couldn't get the items we paid for. This was my first and last visit.
google avatar

Riquel J.

Yelp
Very fun establishment! I used a Groupon code to obtain the premium attractions and then purchased a points card for games. Overall the process was smooth. The lines weren't very long. The pricing was pretty pricey. The bartenders were amazing! I ordered the chicken quesadilla with a spiked lemonade. The quesadilla was $15 and the drink was $16. Pretty pricey drink but tasty. Overall the place was well organized and well put together.
google avatar

Isabella S.

Yelp
completely unorganized and i'm disappointed. it's my first time here, we show up and the minute we walk in the door, one of the workers is preaching "absolutely no wait times for go karts, bowling, etc. and absolutely no refunds." okay cool, it's a tuesday night so by default i'm assuming it'll be "dead". we pay $40 for two people in ONE RACE for go karts and when we go to check in, they said it's 45 WAIT or more. there's also NO WAY for you to put down a name or anything. they basically told us "if you wanna race you have to sit here and stand until the wait is up or walk away and risk being put on another wait because it's first come first serve." customer service was extremely unfriendly and i lost count of how many time the people behind the counter rolled their eyes. don't waste your money or even your time, my friends birthday was completely wasted here.

Adam B.

Yelp
Told us no refunds and no waits. Went up to check in and told us it's a 40 minute wait, first come first serve, if we don't wait for 40 minutes in the front we lose our spot. Customer service non-existent and rude. Communication lacking is an understatement, and the inability to provide decent feedback for the issues they have caused for our celebration is inexcusable.

Yelp
I'm usually cynical about these adult arcade and recreation spots. Not this time. Andretti's is awesome. We're talking about Mario Andretti here; he was perhaps the most successful race driver of the 20th century. Now settled into retirement, his family has developed many business interests, including AIK&G. It's setup as a one-stop-shop for arcade gaming, group events, and all ages fun stuff. To get there, my family shlepped out of the city to Marietta, to a child's birthday, located practically in the shadow of the big chicken (google it). We were greeted by a cavernous arcade with a great variety of large-scale games, including some VR stuff. Payment is by rechargeable card, so no change rattling around. The kids had never seen games that big and were super impressed by the experience. There are two large bars for adults only groups. The bartenders were super friendly and efficient. There's a big restaurant and a cosmic bowling alley. The go-karting is very well engineered and is really the chief reason to go. I cannot emphasize enough the fun we had with the go-karting. First, it's all electric, so no grease and fumes. The three indoor tracks are actually interesting and well-designed. No lame-ass oval loops here. My kids rode their turn on the chucklehead track, and squealed with abject delight the entire time. The dads had a go on the adult track, which required a driver's license, helmet fitting and a safety video. OMG it was so great; super fast and the electric karts are super torquey. They record lap times so you can have some bragging rights. I know I'm gushing a little but look, Andretti's is fun and it's a nice shot of adrenaline.

Ryan R.

Yelp
Avoid Andretti racing! Bait and switch, half the games are offline and unplayable do to a software issue (whatever that means). I had a bad experience at the Marietta Georgia location Saturday, 3/29/2025. My kid was not allowed to race the Go Karts, since only parties reserved in advance were offered the race option (for minors that cannot race on the adult track. To race on the adult track you must show your driver's license) and bowling was booked solid. Would have been nice if the web site was honest. The ad on the website should have said "come to Andretti's where your kids can play half of our games and nothing else". "If your kids want to bowl or race go karts, tell them to live with disappointment and welcome to the world of the bait and switch."

Yelp
By and large, we had a good time at this place. Read on for specifics. I brought a group of 20 to this place; we worked with a Ms. Rodriguez to make our reservations, and she was fantastic. She answered questions promptly, handled waivers, and just did a great job explaining things to us. Kudos. Now to the best part of our whole experience: Jacques and KJ, who were our hosts. They were courteous, communicative, and fun; they went the extra mile for our group, chatting with us and our kids (teenagers), explaining the games, smiling the whole time. I can't speak highly enough of them. The facility itself was pretty cool. It was definitely clean, and sanitizing stations were everywhere. The go-karts were okay (not fantastic, but not bad), and same goes for laser tag, ropes course, all that. The laser tag course was fun, but nothing top-of-the-world. The people actually working the floor (manning the games, running the go-karts and laser tag, for example) were so-so. Some of them were borderline rude; many of them seemed ready to clock out and had a sore attitude. That was a real downer. However, others of them, especially the cleaning crew, were kind and fantastic. Read your paperwork carefully if you choose a package; we thought we had an hour of arcade play, and we did, but the games are tiered; we had access to the "blue" and "yellow" games, but not the "red" and "purple" games, which apparently were a higher tier that needed paid for or required independent pay. All in all, it's a good place. Not a great place, but I'd recommend them. Don't expect the best you've every experienced, but it's worthwhile. Ask for KJ and Jacques if you can. By the way, the food was pretty tasty. Like the games, not the absolute best you'll ever have, but good stuff. All in all, the facilities are good.

Yelp
I took my 7 and 9 year olds here. They had the time of their lives! The spread of games is the same as you'd find at a Dave & Busters...exactly the same! The difference was the multiple VR options, laser tag and most importantly good quality go karts and tracks for all ages. The service was much better than some of the posts seemed to suggest on this Yelp site. Maybe I was lucky when I got here? I'm not buying it. The food was ok, but again service...couldn't have been better! Why the four stars? I think the go-karting is still overpriced. I spent $80 for my two kids for an 8 min ride and one of the short VR games. That's not right! But still the kids loved it!

Yelp
Stood in line with their slow ass employees for damn near 50 minutes for them to say we can even start our first race for 2 1/2 hours. Ive been here since 1:45 its 2:33 when we were told that so yhat means it would be 4:28 when we even get to sit in the car. Never coming back to you sorry bitches. A waste of my fucking time on my off day.

Yelp
Always have a great time here I have not been in a while since they haven't done promo nights but when I used to go I had a great time with playing laser tag and go carts

Yelp
Do not go here for karting! I feel robbed! My son just wanted go karts for his birthday so we needed 6people, 3 races each (18total) . the party coordinator (briana) said if you buy 10pack and 5 pack plus a couple. it will be under $400 minimum for party so i was unable to schedule race times with party. we figured it would be about $300. when we got there we were told the race pack was for adults only (the party coordinator was very aware of the ages of kids) so we ended up paying $470 for our son and friends to ride 3 seven minute rides. we had to wait an hour and a half to ride then our second and third ride had already started by the time we both off the ride before and had to run to cart and catch up. and they don't tell you the junior and intermediate are the same exact course. The way this place was advertised. It was top-of-the-line go karting. Weve went places WAY better for WAY cheaper. the carts are slow track is skinny. the employees were not friendly AT all! there's a place in fayetteville called fun spot where you ride $30 all day and karts and tracks were better! Andretti's was $30 a ride! my son was disappointed on his birthday :(

Phoenix G.

Yelp
went to decided to have lunch after go karting. I guess the server didn't like the tip I left so she took it upon herself to change her 20% tip to 30 twice was given the same runaround that the not a general manager they took my information and I reply. Check your receipts. Check your credit card statements becau if she did this to me she'll do it so someone els.

Jason M.

Yelp
They ruined the go karts going electric..you pay 30$ a race . It's theft. You' race for 30 secs sit in caution for 30 secs that they control and turn off go karts ..so for 30$ you actually get to race for maybe 2/3 mins altogether. I supported the Andretti in Alpharetta but I'll never spend another dollar in this business again
google avatar

Stephanie R.

Yelp
Loved this place, more for kids than adults even though it has indoor Karting and laser tag, had a birthday party there and it was a fun experience

Lisa M.

Yelp
While we enjoyed our time play in the arcade and also laser tag we did not enjoy our karting experience. I was hit several times by obnoxious drivers, they did not slow carts down when this happened. There was also an accident and while I was able to slow in time and not hit them three people behind me hit me. It made for a miserable experience and a sore neck. We were debating between bowling and karting. We should have choose karting maybe that would have been a better time. They need to have more people watching the track for when accidents happen. Oh, and after the accident happened I was hit so hard it knocked my eye shield up and the worker yelled at me to put it down. Like dude yell at the people hitting me and making the freaking shield fly up. Super frustrating.

Yelp
I went here on a company outing about 25 people. Everyone was pre paid for 2 go kart runs, open bar for an hour, & a 3 hour gaming card. Plus we got a private room w food and soft drinks. I would think that's a pretty good party to have on a slow Tues night. This place is a nightmare. There is no one managing anything. The lights are on but definitely no one is home. 1st the go karts. The 3 stooges running it all reek of pot, yet they are in charge of helmets and track safety. They would stop suiting up our group in the middle to attend to random other guests so our people all got mixed around. Lets move on to part 2. The private room to eat. As no one on the floor was around or when found, had a clue where our group was to eat, I went to the front to the main office. OK, we are in the MAIN office. We should get some help. The lady actually put her personal call on hold to assist me. I asked where our party was. She sent me to the upstairs bar which was closed down w chairs on top of tables. Another clueless winner. Finally I found the room. Shredded chicken and BBQ pork slop. A tray of beans and bowl of chips. Ok fine, we got open bar, lets get drunk and make the best of it. They had 1 bartender working for the whole place. In her defense she had to make drinks for customers, & waitstaff. Still she would ignore us completely. Its ok to be busy, but you can say "hey I see you and will be right back in a few minutes" Nope, we were invisible. Once in a blue, a girl w an ear piece would come make drinks also. She too would avoid eye contact w us. Lastly we got a 3 hour game card. I go an play a bunch of games. I said let me accrue the tickets so I can go exchange them at the end for some little toys to bring home to the kids. After the hour is up and I go to cash out. Guess what? Unlimited game cards do not get credit for tickets! Because giving me a few tootsie rolls, a silly putty and slinky would eat into their profit margins. Having an hour open bar but only getting 2 beers wasnt enough in their favor. Forget if it was free, I wouldn't go back here if they paid me to. Mario Andretti should be embarrassed to license his name to this dump. No leadership, no customer care or customer service. Our waiter in the room was the one shining star. He was friendly and attentive. Every other person and operation was terrible. Andretti Indoor Karting & Games - Red Flag! you're out

Yelp
Horrible service. Went on a Sunday night for my nephew's birthday. Food was flavorless and cold. The food took forever to come out even though there were TONS of workers standing around talking to each other. Not really sure if the colorful shirts mean anything but a guy cleaning the floor was also bringing out food and asking tables if they were ok. He was doing more than our actual waiter. I didn't play any games but the excitement was gone after the experience in the dining area. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
This was our first at Andretti's it like a Dave & Busters with an indoor Karting which is pretty cool. Ambiance makes you feel like a kid again. Customer service is nice & knowledgeable. We didn't try food or looked at the prices.

Yelp
Customer service was the worst. The go-kart malfunctioned and the attendant started yelling at my son. The go-kart then stopped completely during the race. They said no refunds, which is fine but they could have allowed him to race again in a different car. $31 wasted!

Yelp
Indoor Go cart racing and arcades- is all the rave in Georgia. If you love racing and driving around a super curvy track. Then this is the place for you. Put on your driving gloves and strap into your seat. You're going on a fun ride around the track. Too young to drive, no worries they have arcade games to play and food n drinks. There is plenty to do with the younger kids. For the 21years and older there is the bar and sporting events on the tvs. Cool spot to try on a blind date tons of Billard tables too. Hey companies need a place to host a corporate event? They have huge party rooms and food can be ordered to feed the masses. Great bonding adventure for everyone to enjoy. Loved celebrating here and had fun playing the games.

Yelp
Wings are terrible. Burned and no flavor. Delivered floating in oil. Drinks good. Took my 16 year old and friends for his bday. Will not return for the menu for sure.

Yelp
I booked space here for my work holiday party. I wasn't told I was in charge of planning such things, just told to get some prices. Fast forward to learning I indeed was in charge of it all. Luckily, the booking department there was so accommodating and dealt with me so well that I would love to work with them in the future. We had 9 bowling lanes, hour long play cards, and a finger foods buffet with our own space to spread out and enjoy each other right next to the bar. They were very reasonably priced, and everyone had a blast. We even had some food left over that they boxed up for people to take home. It was a great experience over all, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of group outing or party.

Yelp
We went with a small group of teens for pizza and racing, and they had a blast. The pizza was decent, but service was extremely slow including wanting 10 mins to get a check. The races are 8 minutes long, and a 3 pack is $50 which is really pricey to me. We went on a Tuesday however, where the first 2 are 50% off. We did have to wait about 90 minutes for those races, so played some arcade games. There is a large variety of games, from little kid friendly to old school, to VR. Each game ranges from $1.15+ with a lot of the basic ones $1.65. The guys loved the racing, so we'll call it a win but I felt the value didn't match up.

Yelp
We held my son's 11th birthday here today, and the entire first hour was a disaster. We arrived about 8 minutes before the party check-in time of 1pm. No one greeted us or were available upon our arrival for check-in, and no one could advise on where to wait or where to start completing the waivers. When we asked, we were told by several employees that our host was coming. When no one showed up, we asked someone for help in the management area. The manager, Jared, became upset, asked us what time our party was (1pm), and said no one was available because we were early. Then he looked at his watch and it was shortly after 1. He apologized and went to find our host. He introduced our host, who ended up not being our host!!! So we had to wait again and no one seemed to know what to do. Jared came out again and said host was coming. Finally someone showed up around 1:15, and Jared said she was one of their best and would take good care of us. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be the case. (I will not name the host here because she may not have been actually trained to do parties.) We were escorted to what looked like a banquet room that wasn't set up for any one. There was a stack of plastic cups on one table and kids were told to sit. Then our host left and we didn't know what to do. After several minutes, she came out for drink orders, but they were out of lemonade and fruit punch. (Kids party....) So we asked for 7up and water. Nearly 20 minutes went by and still no drinks. Small pizzas came out before any drinks were ready. We finally got water and asked about 7up, only to be told they were out. The time was now close to 1:45. We eventually got a pitcher of fruit punch. My husband ended up pouring drinks for kids and eventually cleared off the table for cake. We asked Jared if this was how things were normally run for a kids party and he said no. He also noted we didn't have the table pre-set up with cups and other eating utensils like they should have been, and mentioned our server/host should've been more prepared and attentive. He said she was not experienced with parties like they thought. As for racing, laser tag, and arcade time, I don't have any complaints. The facility seemed clean and there was lots for kids to do. (The whole building smells like weed though, so heads up if that bothers you.) Upon checkout, Allison asked if we had any issues and we said yes. She apologized, saying 6 servers called out, the issues were totally Andretti's fault, and said the sales rep would be following up on Monday. And yep....we paid full price for the disastrous event. I have very little confidence in booking any future events here, whether it is personal or for work outings. This place is obviously not being run very well, and I think party hosts and onsite managers should receive additional onboarding training.

Yelp
they get a five star from me because I love how they treat kids with autism they are very patience with them, and I love the workers especially Nina and Nike also Diva hope I'm pronouncing his name correctly. My son has autism, so they do great with him. That's why I keep ringing him back. If your kids have a disability and you are a little skeptical on bringing them go karting, this is the place to bring them.

Yelp
Kids had a super great time! The staff was really nice as well. We'd love it if you offered the option to upgrade to a longer kart/race duration. Thank you!

Yelp
My company sent our team for some team building and a night of fun in Atlanta. There was a buffet set up near the bowling lanes. The buffet consisted of cornbread (which was great), biscuits, salad, mashed potatoes (with cheese, chives, sour cream, and bacon), steamed vegetables, pulled chicken, pulled pork, with tea and water. The people that worked our event were awesome, however one of the bartenders (white lady with bun) was super rude! The other employees realized it and they, themselves went up and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Good job to the rest of you! Thank you for your attention and hospitality.
