Dear Andy's Beeline Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some recent feedback about my dining experiences at your restaurant.
I have always enjoyed visiting Andy's Beeline, and I've had consistently excellent service, especially from a server named Logan, who always made each visit memorable. However, during my most recent visit's, I noticed Logan's absence, and unfortunately, the service quality did not meet the usual standard. Long wait times, cold food, and watered down drinks, (Probably due to the drink waiting to be delivered.)The restaurant appeared understaffed, and our server seemed overworked, uninterested in the service, resulting in significantly long wait times. not to mention the annoying Rap type loud music playing. in the background, which had no place in a restaurant like this, I always described my visits up there like a Las Vegas Experience, but lately it seemed more like. Bakersfield Denny's.
The most concerning part of the experience was the extended delay in receiving our bill. We had to wait so long that we eventually had to get up and stand by the door to get the check and leave.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as I genuinely appreciate your restaurant and hope that my feedback helps improve the experience for future visits. I look forward to returning and hopefully seeing the usual high standard of service, if not I will probably dine in Healdsburg Square, moving forward.
