Well, I eat fried chicken far more than any reasonable person should. Andy's Chicken is Korean double-fried style chicken, which means it's extra crispy and crunchy. While there are quite a few places in Philly serving Korean fried chicken at the moment, I think Andy's has the best sauces - especially the honey garlic. That's where they get their five stars from me, because ultimately I'm here for the chicken. Here are a few areas where Andy's falls a bit short:
-Sides = ehhh...only ok.
-The chicken breast can get kind of dry if you don't eat it quickly
-Only two tables, and they aren't that big.
-Chicken is prepared when you order it, so wait times can be substantial. (I recommend going on off hours for the latter two reasons.)
