Response to owner: The crust, often the foundation of a great pizza, lacks the character one hopes for in a well-crafted pie. Toppings, while generously applied, suffer from a lack of harmony. The sauce, though vibrant in color, carries an overly sweet profile that overshadows the delicate interplay of ingredients I wanted to like this place as they make the style my grandma would make when I was a kid. The pizza was just a let down in flavor. Their prices were fine. Overall it’s ok pizza, but subpar compared to grandmas homemade pizza. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Google
Just had this pizza and hot wings and it was amazing 🤩 If you're from St. Louis and love Imos this is hands down a match if not better. Not sure if we got lucky but the owner was there and he was the nicest. He told us that the sauce is made in house from scratch his own recipe. Even right down to preparing the cheeses in store. It was nice to see that he was jumping in and helping out his staff. If you haven't tried it yet give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed

Ordered two pizzas, one Hawaiian and a variant of meat lovers. Both had the most bizarre cheese sauce combo. If you like normal pizza this isn’t it unfortunately. Nobody was able to complete eating any of the pizza slices. I have never ordered pizza in my life that multiples of people found two different kinds of pizza weird and inedible. Maybe some people like it? I wouldn’t know how recreate this pizza or describe its taste. Maybe liked canned chef boy r d ravioli is the best way I could explain it. For me it’s a hard no. The service was great and so was the delivery. Just an odd taste. I am not joking when I say it tastes like you licked a bunch of tin cans that had chef boy r d ravioli in them. I have just never experienced this in pizza in all my days.

We stopped in looking for a pizza place to dine in and found this gem. Everything was fantastic, the food was good. Service was great. We had apps, salad and pizza. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Google
Very good pizza. Loved the variety of options but we went basic. Sauce is homemade. Has a more sweet taste but not to sweet. Cheese balls were a family favorite. Would return!

Google
We had a great experience for dinner. Elliot, the owner, was pleasant friendly and welcoming. As we walked in the restaurant was clean and well kept. We ordered a few pizzas, the chicken strips and some cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was a delicious St. Louis style crust. We tried their American cheeseburger and it was tasty. The garlic bread was buttery golden cheesy goodness! If you are looking for a quick dinner this summer give them a try!

Google
Got delivery from them, took about 30 minutes and food was still hot! All my sauces were included, food tastes amazing as always! I normally dine in which is always good never had a bad experience there once. They're very kind and ready to help in anyway they can! Staff is so so sweet there!!!

Google
Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. St. Louis style thin crust loaded with toppings and provel cheese. Absolutely delicious! Our new takeout place at the lake!

Yelp
Truly a St. Louis style thin crust pizza! The food is excellent and tastes like it's right from the Lou. The owner is super nice and the restaurant always has great decorations supporting Missouri. Music and videos are always on which keeps it fun. Love getting by there when I can.

kristen w.

Yelp
The best ravioli I've ever had always impressed with the service and the food with every visit.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Ok, so, our family of three adults and three kids extra large meat lovers and an extra large half cheese half pepperoni and we all agreed it was the absolute most terrible pizza we have ever had in our entire lives. And I am not trying to be rude or unkind here I'm just trying to offer words for improvement. It was so bad. You pay 63 something dollars for and even mediocre would've been OK. The sauce was terrible, the crust was terrible, I don't even have a picture because we threw it away and we're traumatized by it

Glenn L.

Yelp
Good buffet. Nice owner. Pizza is hot and he asked what my preference was. Salad and ravioli good

Lizzy P.

Yelp
Under new management and DEFINITELY not the same restaurant as before. Went with a party of ten for my brother's birthday and had the lunch buffet. My family can eat you out of house and home, but they kept up just fine and even took requests when we asked! The salad bar was clean and fresh and I watched them refresh it several times in the few hours we were there. Best of all, they surprised my brother with a free dessert which made his day! The owner was super nice and made us feel very welcome while we were there! Between HIS OWN pizza recipe and the KC Chiefs theme, it's a completely different menu and vibe now. Definitely give this place another try if you haven't been in a while!

Terry L.

Yelp
Some of the best pizza there is! We always love eating here every time we are in Camdenton! Their buffet lunch is an awesome value, no one leaves hungry! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
We moved to Missouri in 2020 and found Andy's amongst a dozen pizza places in the St Robert, Mo. unfortunately the lockdowns resulted in this small business to close, but the Camdenton location remained open. We love this St Louis style pizzeria. Delicious sauce, fresh toppings, and my favorite staple... baked ravioli. We recently visited and found it under new ownership. Still went with our favorite, the supreme (and as always) with extra sauce. In addition, we always score raviolis. New ownership lowered the heat on the marinara so it doesn't shrink the container as we drive back to Leonard Wood with our to go order. We've ordered from them at least 30 times in the last three years and we will continue to do so. We've only had excellent service and one mistaken order (which was my fault for not checking the order before leaving. FYI, it was a veggie Za with pineapples (the anarchy! ). If you want to try STL style Za, then I highly recommend this place. Will update with some pictures next time. For regulars reading this, Andy's still around with his other business. We will miss him and his crew that has moved on. Loved chatting with the new team and excited to meet the new owner.

Yelp
Tried this fairly new location and was not disappointed. Felt like tipping the review to four stars as the rating system is not granular enough. Firstly, a faithful offering to StL-Style pizza. Slightly overcooked but tasty and flavorful. Haven't tried the rest of the menu but there was a decent cross-section in the mostly full restaurant that were trying different things, and they seemed pretty happy. The three staff on hand (one of which was the owner) were very friendly and attentive. Some things to improve on: -Price scaling seems about $5 off. (ex.. $21. 50 for a 14" thin) -Room seems a touch cold HVAC-wise. (Reviewed in December) Bonus positives: The Christmas music on the wall TVs was a nice touch. Customer accessible drink fountain. 7.4/10 stars

Yelp
I am a bit of a pizza snob being from New York and also not a giant fan of St. Louis style pizza, now with that being said my wife and I decided to have lunch there today and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the food. We had the cheese bites with sauce and I'm gonna tell you the cheese bites were delicious but I could have drank a bucket of their in house made sauce. The pizza was delicious and for me to say that is really saying something. The pizza came out hot and fresh with a good amount of toppings and was just very well made. If you haven't stopped in yet I definitely suggest you try them out...

Jeff T.

Yelp
Buffet is amazing. Pizza is always piping hot right out of the oven. Great salad bar with toasted ravioli. Price point is a bargain especially now days. Owners are local and usually there working and very personal. Highly recommend

Sarah A.

Yelp
Great customer service and great pizza. The sizes of the pizza are very large. Good location too

A Person W.

Yelp
Hey hey nice flavors. We did pepperoni and sausage. The cheese blend is fun and marinara is perfection. Can't wait to get some more good food. Family atmosphere good loyal folks

Yelp
Visiting Camdenton with friends, ordered takeout pizza for dinner. Not being a local St. Louis-an, (unfortunately) i'm not a huge PROVEL cheese fan, so I thought the pizza was just OK. But know on Wednesdays, Addy's had a BOGO special, so we ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 gourmet salads, total $35, deal! Staff was friendly and efficient when picking up our order. They do have tables if you want to dine-in, but most customers i saw seemed to be getting takeout. Broad menu of items besides pizza too. We ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza and a pepperoni mushroom pizza (with mozzarella only). I think there was a mix-up so Provel came on BOTH. And it was very much like an "Imo's" pizza if you're a fan?! However, salad was plentiful with fresh greens, carrot slivers, purple cabbage, black olives, tomatoes, pepperoni, and provel - shareable portion sizes! And I really enjoyed their Italian dressing the best! Being my first time for "food to go" in Camdenton, it satisfied the hunger need! Enjoy!

Yelp
Looking for somewhere open in Camdenton on a Wednesday at 7:45 pm is tough. Andy's was just closing and we slipped in under the wire. Yelp says 9 pm but the door says 8pm. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays because of staffing issues. The lady closing up was SO VERY KIND and did not blink at the fact we were ordering at closing time. That is huge in my book!! Thanks you Andy's. Looks like they have a nice salad bar for lunch for 11-2. Toasted raviolis were good. Very crispy and served with sauce. We got a 16" two topping. It's a thin crust pizza with scatterings of toppings. Kinda disappointed in the amount of toppings but pretty normal anymore for pizza places. Cheese was a good amount. Over all flavor was good.

Yelp
We asked ahead to see if they could accommodate a large group and they said they could. We arrived and ordered 3 pizzas and some cinnamon sticks. We were told the wait would be 30-35 minutes and we waited an hour and 20 minutes. While we were waiting the atmosphere of the restaurant was very tense. There was a lot of yelling in the kitchen and the employees did not seem competent. Overall it was an awful experience. Would not recommend at all. Also they forgot our ranch

Sara Jo S.

Yelp
Great food and wonderful service! We surprised them with a rowdy baseball team and they accommodated us well!

Yelp
Fantastic thin crust pizza buffet with great service! We got there a little after 11:30am and they didn't have any food out. I asked why and they said they wait until the first customer so the food is fresh. LOVE THIS! Sad we moved out of Missouri. Great price at $11 a person. Salad bar was fresh as well. If you want something that's not already made; ASK! They have amazing service.

Cathy G.

Yelp
Dined in and it was just okay food. They had a "special" for $23.95 and got that to go. Pizza was burnt and double mushroom was a joke. Charged me $7.95 for a tiny dressing sized container of 'meat sauce' that I didn't order. Once we realized it, we returned to Andy's for a refund and we're told "no refunds", period. No offer to make it right or anything. $80 bucks for 2 salads and a baked pasta with 'meat sauce'. We left the $23.95 special (that cost us $30 due to the $7.95 up charge for a tablespoon of meat sauce) on the counter and left. Ask questions and 'no refunds' if it's not right. It's definitely a zero/negative star kinda place.

Yelp
Placed an online order for a salad and 24 "hot" wings. When I received my order the wings looked like they were dipped in a butter or garlic sauce. I called to see if we could actually get what we ordered and was told by the man who answered the phone that he tossed them himself and it is in fact buffalo sauce. Even went as far as telling me who the distributor was. Never once asked if there was anything that could be done to fix the problem I called about. If it doesn't look like hot sauce or taste like hot sauce I'd have to say whatever is on my wings is NOT hot sauce and definitely not what I ordered. Will not be ordering again anytime soon. Too high priced to be losing repeat customers. Never minded the price bc of the great product and service but apparently something there has changed.

Susan P.

Yelp
the pizza was soggy, tasted horrible. the owner is combative when we said the pizza was delivered minus a piece, he basically called us liars. He only hurt himself, because rather than grab customer service skills, he said it was intact and left the store to be delivered that way. since I highly doubt the driver is running around with a knife to cut a perfect piece out It didn't leave that way. We opened the box and the below picture is what it looked like. You can tell it wasn't touched but he'd rather call us liars. It doesn't matter the pizza was horrible.

Yelp
So delicious! BEST marinara sauce I've ever had! Friendly and courteous service and so clean. We ordered a hot sandwich and spaghetti and meatballs, but the buffet looked delicious. Fast service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yelp
i have a severe allergy to eggs, so i called ahead to see if the spaghetti has any eggs in it. the owner answered and said no, so i came in to order the food to go. i ate 2 bites of the spaghetti and i couldnt eat anymore because it was so bad and my stomach started to hurt. after about an hour my stomach hurt so bad i couldnt even stand. after another half an hour i started to throw up and i threw up a total of 3 different times over a 2 hour period. i hadnt eaten anything else for that whole day besides a few snacks that certainly dont contain eggs because ive checked. we went back to andys 2 days after to get a refund and to check if there were eggs. owner was extremely defensive saying they dont have eggs. he said there were only eggs in the salad bar. he never once apologized only was mad and defensive. he was asked to show proof that nothing had eggs and said he wouldnt show that. everything in a kitchen says the ingredients and allergens on the box and it would have taken him just a minute to take pictures. we asked for a full refund and he would only give me a refund on my food not a refund for the whole meal which was 2 spaghettis and an order of cinnamon sticks. had to ask repeatedly for a refund and then the owner asked my boyfriend who was with me talking, to go outside or he would call the cops. my boyfriend wasnt yelling or anything, just being the normal amount of mad because i was so sick after eating at this place and he was up with me the whole time and holding my hair back while i was throwing up. had to sign a stupid paper saying i wouldnt go back before i could get the refund. worst place ever. was up sick until 3 am and almost went to the hospital which has never happened before when ive had reactions to egg in the past especially considering i only had 2 small bites and i was this sick.

Yelp
Andy's used to be some of the best pizza I've ever had but it has fallen dramatically. For you STL folks it went from way better than IMO's to worse than Cecil Whittaker's. It may have been when I showed up to pick up my piazzas, which were already ready and sitting there, they hadn't even started on my wings which then took an additional 25 minutes. By the time we got it back to the lake house it was as cold. I did notice on another review that it's under new management so I think the new team isn't using the same quality ingredients and really skimping on them. Looks like I'll be looking for a new place for my weekend at The Lake pizza. Also, the hot wings were undercooked and sucked!

Benjamin M.

Yelp
I just ate Andy's for the first time but I am more than familiar with STL style pie. We got the buffalo pizza and I can honestly say it was excellent. I was super happy to see and taste the fact that Andy's took the time to actually make chicken for their pizzas. This wasn't just precooked cheap chicken from store thrown on the pizza but fresh cooked chicken made by Andy's themselves. Little details of quality like this makes a world of difference and I see you Andy's! Thank you guys for a great lunch! I will be back!

Yelp
Owner is a great guy and super friendly! Great food and service. Nice and clean inside. It's under new ownership.

Yelp
I don't usually leave one star reviews, but this was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. If you like sweet sauce on a cracker with cheese on top and you will love this pizza.

Peter H.

Yelp
So to start with the good. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It looked like they really enjoyed the work they do which then translates into exceptional customer service. A+ for the staff. Now for the areas of improvement. My wife/son and I (son is 10) ate there at 11:53 a.m. on 6/7 (a Friday). We figured we'd just go for the buffet and I have to say, when I was told it was $43.49 (before tip) for a child and two adult buffets, I was shocked to say the least. We were automatically provided three cups for soda, so I'm not sure if that comes with the price of the buffet or it is an additional charge we were not aware of as we typically don't drink soda aside from my son. Since the price was what I would consider to be expensive for thin crust buffet, I figured it had to be out of this world taste-wise to justify those prices. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We were there right at noon and the pizza had obviously sat there for some time. None of it looked fresh and it really just looked and tasted dry and overcooked. You would think at noon on a Friday, all the pizza would have recently came out of the oven. My son is a very picky eater and they did make a fresh cheese pizza for him which we appreciated as there was no cheese pizza on the buffet at the time. That pizza was quite good. I would be willing to give them another chance but would certainly order something that is freshly made and wouldn't do the buffet again considering the prices.

Tim D.

Yelp
I went to Andy's today for lunch and dinner. The lunch buffet was delicious. There was plenty of various types of pizza and the salad bar was full of fresh ingredients. For dinner, my wife and I had the "Special", a two topping pizza and raviolis. Both were great. The service was fast and friendly. The owner and his staff greet every customer as they enter the restaurant. The buffet is a weekly stop for my co-workers and I. The restaurant is clean and seating is comfortable even when there is a good crowd there. Looking forward to my next visit.

Katie H.

Yelp
Great place for a sandwich and pizza ! Family owned & operated with care & sweet girls working !

Yelp
So I was at Addy's a year ago and had a great experience. I am in Camdenton again so I thought I would go back there and eat. When I got inside the restaurant, it looked the same, but I noticed the employees had shirts that said Andy's. My sister and I decided to go ahead and stay and eat. We ordered and sat down. We got our appetizers, then my sister got her entree. By the time I got my entree she was almost done with her meal. My sister was satisfied with her lasagna, but my Cannelloni was not very good. Will not be going back. This restaurant still shows as Addy's on Yelp, but it is not anymore.

Judy K.

Yelp
We bought 7 pizzas tonight for 15 people & everyone was disappointed. They were all over cooked & even though we had different toppings on several, they all looked the same! You could not really see any of the toppings & there was not enough cheese & they were not hot. We actually added cheese to one & reheated it to make it taste better. 5 people ate 1 bite & said it was too gross to even eat. Maybe it was just a bad night for the cook, but it was just a Wednesday so would not think they were too busy.

Eric T.

Yelp
Had the barbecue chicken pizza along with toasted ravioli and cheese bites. All in all pretty good pizza.

Mary W.

Yelp
What a disappointment this was - ordered 2 half baked 12 inch supreme pizzas for New Years Eve -total bill was $ 34 plus change-hardly any toppings or cheese-red sauce at least an inch around the the pizza called to see if under new ownership-used to be a frequent customer but will not ever spend another dollar here-would have been better off with 2 frozen pizzas from Walmart- do not waste your money.

Bob B.

Yelp
First time customer. Ordered individual pizza. The toppings were overcooked and the dough resembled a cracker. Fountain drink was good.
google avatar

Brandon S.

Yelp
I waited until I had been here several times to post a review. It's a great place if you catch it at the right time but as many buffets go it is kinda hit and miss. I've been there at lunch several times and they're completely out of pizza on the buffet, salad bar does not really have much for choices. And sometimes there's a lot of dirty tables. With all that said when you do catch them with good food on the buffet the pizza is amazing if you like thin crust pizza and the ravioli is some of the best I've ever had. They try really hard and they're very friendly I think sometimes they just get behind when it's busy. I will definitely keep coming here even though it's not always the greatest experience.
google avatar

Emily G.

Yelp
Everything about our experience with Addys was amazing from ordering with the wonderful gentleman over the phone to the also wonderful gentleman who delivered our pizza and wanted to make sure our pizza was right before he left our house, 5+ stars. The pizza was better than Imo's without a doubt. We absolutely loved it and we will definitely be ordering from here again!
google avatar

Jeremy G.

Yelp
Oh the infamous debate goes on. Is St Louis style pizza good or not? The answer after having unexpectedly having it for my second time: still to be determined. If you're not familiar with St Louis style pizza, think of a very thin cracker type of crust with a unique gooey type of cheese called Provel. Thin crust is my preferred type of pizza, but the cheese is interesting and many people will say you either love it or hate it. We were looking for pizza in Camdenton and when we discovered our goto place was closed due to COVID, we found Addys. We did not know it was St Louis style pizza and I'm not saying that would have deterred us. The fact the pizza and take home left overs were all eaten says something, but I would just say if you're craving for what is considered a traditional type of pizza, just know Addys is St Louis style. I would recommend giving it a try and seeing for yourself if you are a Provel cheese person.
google avatar

Claudia R.

Yelp
Addy's Pizza is surprisingly great! We loved it, the crispy crust, sweet and savory sauce and all the great spices and toppings. We think it tastes just like the Imo's that used to be in this location. We wonder if they use all the same recipes and ingredients without the Imo's name?
google avatar

A M.

Yelp
Great pizza, delicious salad! Give it a try. We had a 2 topping pizza and a deluxe salad, and both were delicious.

Lauren S.

Yelp
If you like nacho cheese or St. Louis style pizza this is your place. But the cheese was gross and was one of the worst pizzas i have ever tried in my life. And pizza is my favorite food. The salad bar was less than great. The lettuce was brown and there were very few options. Would not recommend if you don't know what or like St. Louis style pizza.

Kris G.

Yelp
Great pizza. Light thin crust, very similar to a mimosa style and taste. I asked for a pizza for the buffet and they had no problem making it for me. Great service too.
google avatar

Angela G.

Yelp
The pizza was a lot like Imo's, which was ok. But was kinda wanting something new and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. But it was sooooo cold in the restaurant!! The food got cold very quickly and had to leave coats on but was still very cold in there. The TVs playing news did not make for a very pleasant atmosphere either having to hear political news through out the entire meal. Price wise it was very unexpected to get a 12 in pizza and cheese sticks with 2 fountain for $25

Tom H.

Yelp
I ordered a small pepperoni mushroom extra cheese.I left and looked inside. It was a 1/4 inch by 12 inch squared cut .The crust was hard,1/8inch thick,no tomatoes sauce, the cheese wasn't there ,4 pepperoni I saw and about 6 mushrooms, the pizza was flat, when you eat its crunchy,I called back, they said it was a st.louis pizza,I paid$16.50,if you want to loose $or starve go somewhere else till they realize they were uncheesy, and had no bread. And that's the truth.Very expensive pizza for a cheap bread, the others might be good but pizza isnt

Meghan M.

Yelp
First time coming here. Got my bag out of the car and noticed that it had leaked all over my brand new cloth car seats. Then I get inside and part of my order isn't there which I was really looking forward to. The wings which had so much extra sauce and grease (enough to leak over everything!)you would think they would be moist but they were the hardest yet soggiest I've ever had. Not good at all. Not even going to bother driving back for the rest if it's anything like this. A restaurant should always check it's to go/delivery orders before sending them out.
