My wife was craving a pizza with extra cheese so decided to try Andy's pizza. It was a great choice we loved the pizza, it was so delicious. I would definitely recommend the large Sausage and Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese! Also I have to shout out the staff, they were super friendly and definitely made sure the pizza had extra cheese.

So today is 9/5/25.. About 5:30 p.m. I stopped into the store on Michigan avenue.. I wanted an Andy's Pizza. But unfortunately the store that I used to go to in Michigan Center..( 45 years of faithful dining) They burn their pizzas now.. So I walked in to the Michigan avenue store, Can I ask you a simple question.. CAN YOU MAKE A PIZZA WITHOUT BURNING IT, AN I EXPLAINED THAT MICHIGAN CENTER BURNS THEIR PIZZAS. The man that was working at the counter looked at me cross-eyed , I don't make the pizzas you'll have to ask her. Now there was 2 women making pizzas.. Neither one of them could answer my question but they sure did have a cocky answer.. AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION I DON'T WANT THEM TOUCHING MY FOOD!!!! I don't know when these businesses started forgetting they need us more than we need them.. The arrogance that some of these businesses have.. They need to just close their doors their food is not that good!!!! The world will turn into solid ice before I ever spend money at Andy's Pizza again.

Great local pizza place, where they still care about the customers. We love Andy's Special pizza!

Excellent pizza. If you live in Jackson, MI, you have to try Andy's pizza. It's made with a thinner crust, but you're barely going to notice the crust as the toppings are piled so high that you have to open your mouth wide to take each bite. We shared a number 26, known as an Andy's Special. It was delicious and head and shoulders above many other types of pizza. 3 of us shared a large pizza and we had 2 pieces left to enjoy the next day

Hasnt had Andy's pizza in a long time and we decided to order it and I forgot how good they make their pizza. It's the best in town

The lady behind the counter was very rude! Cursing and being belligerent! She was fussing about some other lady that orders boxes and yelling rudely about her. The guy working with her tried to get her to calm down and she just kept yelling that she didn't care! This happened with several people, including children, in the pizza shop. I told my child and wife to go to the vehicle to keep from listening to it. This I'll mannered lady has no business working in the public. My order was already paid for, or I would have went somewhere else. The food was good, but the service is horrible. First and last time for me and my family.

The absolute best coneys I have ever had in my life. Nothing else compares to an Andy's coney. I usually buy a few extra coneys for my lunch at work the next day. Store them in a ziplock bag, one minute in a microwave and you have the perfect work snack. Excellent pizza too. Great onion rings.

I bought a slice of my favorite pie, lemon meringue, and when I got ready to eat it I noticed it was discolored and smelled funny, so I threw it away. I should’ve went right back, but I didn’t. I went back the next day to resolve it, and one lady walked away while I was talking and the other tried to explain that their pies are new every day. Neither one offered me my money back or a gift card for my inconvenience. I won’t be returning to that location, but I will still go to the W. Ganson location.

Yelp
I used to love Andy's! It was my all time favorite Pizza Parlour. Then one night I may have placed my order either with a different employee or manager. I asked for an extra soft crust, maybe with extra cheese to facilitate this concept. Maybe my mistake was saying sometimes I can have a dental issue. Surprise! Surprise! My Favorite Pizza came with a Hard, burnt crust. I called to complain, as it can be a little pricey. I was told the crust wasn't burnt, and it was as soft as possible, with extra cheese. Now, I have three degrees. One must understand, even with a High School Degree one can observe burnt. Vs. soft, Pizza. Also, I had been ordering pizza for awhile from Andy's with no problem. So, I asked Management to take my Pizza back, look at it, and send me the Correct Pizza. I was not accommodated, and whoever was the manager that night is in the wrong business. Stay out of restaurants, and get into something not requiring Customer Satisfaction. Another great technique Great places implement is in service by the Top Company People! One more concept is product management where there is continuity between products.

Yelp
You're better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Their crust is awful. They skimp on the toppings. This place used to be good. Something has happened. I'm not coming back.

Yelp
Employees were arguing with each other, asked them to stop and give me my food after listening to them for several minutes. Then they both cussed me out

Yelp
Super good pizza and crust. Would definitely recommend Andy's for anyone wanting to get if the big chain crappy pizza.

Yelp
Good pizza. Horrible service from girl that works there. Bad attitude. Disconnects phone to ignore new orders or allows the phone to ring.

Yelp
Night shift never answered the phone. We finally went in to place the order, was met by a grumpy hillbilly who shouted across the kitchen to take our order, which I guess he expected us to shout back at him. We were given a wait time of 45 minutes, and they're totally empty. Crazy expensive pizza for really slapdash service.

Roseann S.

Yelp
The BITCH, would not answer the phone!! She kept putting it on hold.I never did get to order a pizza!!! She should be fired!!!!

Yelp
These are the coneys and pizza that I grew up on, and still, the best coney dogs I've had anywhere. Yes, Andy's is a little divey, but the food is ALWAYS good and high quality. All locations offer an open kitchen where you see your food being made. They have nothing to hide. I'm sure to visit every time I'm in town. Multiple times. Andy's has taught me that even though I *can* eat 4 coneys, maybe I shouldn't, but dammit, I did. =)

Yelp
We went for the first time the other night and the coney's were 'okay'. The fries were real potatoes (plus) but cooked a bit too long. All of that would not have been horrible, but when we walked in the door, one of the waitresses was carrying on a conversation with the cook from across the room. They were so loud, my husband and I could't carry on a conversation at our table. This went on without stop for the entire 30+ minutes we were there. Not a relaxing meal at all.

Yelp
This is the east side location. It's very small compared to their larger ones. Basically there are two small tables and the counter to order at. They cook everything right in front of you. They are quite pricey but in my opinion worth it. Besides their pizza, which is homeade and very good, they also make excellent coneys. They are arguably the best coneys in Jackson. There is a woman who I assume is the manager with a thick slovic accent. She can come off as odd at first but let me tell you she is an absolute hoot and is quite entertaining once you get to know her. Anyways like I said they're pricey in comparison to big chain pizza places but their pizza is very good and so are their coneys. It's a Jackson staple so if you're in Jackson you should try this place.

Yelp
Best pizza and chili cheese fries, and rice pudding in town. They do pizza by the slice on Wed, Thurs and Fri but you better get there early of you want ham and mushroom because it flies out the door.

Heather C.

Yelp
Absolutely LOVE their food! Although, due to my many years in customer service, I will NEVER order from the Michigan Ave location again!! Just because you have a reputation for great food, doesn't mean you won't loose customers if you are outright rude to them when they try to place an order!! I called today to put in an order (at about 2:30, after the normal lunch rush hours), was immediately put on hold for 10min (I patiently waited though, because the food is so good), but then the woman taking my order snapped at me regarding how long it would take and how busy she was then again snapped at me about how long it would take. I then told her never mind and apologized for trying to be an "inconvenience" to her and I would NEVER bother her again!
