Andy's Thai Kitchen

When it comes to city dining, there are endless thai and oriental food choices. But, I highly recommend Andy's Thai Kitchen be your next choice. Very extensive menu with endless options. I went with the duck soup and that was most likely the best choice of my night. The spicy soup comes in a large ramen style bowl with noodles, duck, and mixed veggies. Service was great and always had a full glass of water. Overall pricing was decent considering the size if portions. Check this place out !!! Cheers.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from ATK on many occasions. Usually, the food is good and flavorful however, they are quite inconsistent. The past couple of times that we have ordered takeout, the food has not lived up to our standards. While sometimes they give us chicken instead of tofu, it was never grounds for us to leave a negative review. This time was a little different. We ordered a cucumber salad and a couple of entrees. As we were eating, I noticed that the cucumber on my fork had white fuzzy mold growing on it. Yikes! Upon further inspection, the lettuce that was in the salad was beyond wilted (black and sludgy). We immediately called the restaurant and expressed our concern. The server was not very helpful. He responded that, "Ooh....I don't know. The first order that went out had no complaints. Maybe I can talk to the manager about it." There wasn't much followup nor did he express immediate concern. As someone who's family has been in the restaurant business (Thai restaurants, in fact) for the past 20+ years, all of the above was completely unacceptable. No food or produce should EVER leave the kitchen spoiled and molded. Also, customer complaints should be acknowledged and immediately be rectified. We are currently waiting to hear back from the management and will update this review. Overall, decent food, service needs refinement, and the kitchen needs improvement on quality control. P.s. If you order a rice entree to-go, be sure to order an extra set. There's never enough.

Excellent Thai food with some very interesting and tasty dishes that you don't find on other Thai menus. I went here because I saw it on "Check Please", and wasn't disappointed. My one beef with the place is the seating - the chairs are very, very, very uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to take someone here that has a bad back...

First time I ate at this place was on my birthday. It was on a Saturday evening, there were about three tables seated and most of their service seemed to be takeout around that time. The service was great and friendly. The place itself isn’t too big or small, it was rather cozy. The food was great at a good price. I recommend checking this place out.

Was not impressed with the food, even less impressed with the service. Girl couldn't even get my name correct and wasn't friendly. The ratio of noodles-sauce was so off, they were drowning in the sauce which ruined the flavor. The sauce for the egg rolls leaked all over the egg rolls, therefore, they were NOT crispy egg rolls as they should be. Will not be ordering from them again even at their other location.

Love the service, the food, and the prices! The only thing I wished is that they had more variety of meats. A lot of their specialties had pork in it and very few chicken. Other than that, the food's quality was excellent for the amount that I paid for.

The best pad thai I have had in Chicago! All ingredients were very fresh and give me high hopes for the rest of the menu.
